This study wants to reveal the Islamic thinking of the Darun Naim Pontianak Islamic Boarding School in assessing the existence of the internet. This study seeks to explore and reconstruct the object of research through analyzing the findings of data in the field to obtain critical descriptions of the internet and Darun Naim. Therefore, this research was conducted using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. The approach is used to express the deepest value of the object of research. The research data was obtained through interviews and fact findings in the field. As a result, Darun Naim considered that the internet as a technology could not be given to santri, because of the potential for mafsadat which could damage their forging process as clerics. In order for global knowledge and insight, the santri were allowed to control the internet. The results of these studies provide knowledge and offer at the same time advanced research related to ICT and Islamic boarding schools in the context of globalization for scientific development and community service. [Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap pemikiran Islam Pondok Pesantren Darun Naim Pontianak dalam menilai keberadaan internet. Penelitian ini berusaha menggali dan merekonstruksi objek penelitian melalui analisis temuan data di lapangan sehingga diperoleh deskripsi kritis tentang internet dan Darun Naim. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan itu digunakan untuk mengungkapkan nilai terdalam dari objek penelitian. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dan temuan fakta di lapangan. Sebagai hasilnya bahwa Darun Naim menilai internet sebagai teknologi belum bisa diberikan kepada santri, karena adanya potensi mafsadat yang dapat merusak proses penempaan mereka sebagai ustadz. Dalam rangka untuk pengetahuan dan wawasan global, para santri diizinkan secara terkontrol untuk menggunakan internet. Hasil penelitian tersebut memberikan pengetahuan dan sekaligus menawarkan penelitian lanjutan terkait TIK dan pesantren dalam kontek globalisasi untuk pengembangan keilmuan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat]. One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri pondok pesantren salafiyah Al-Azhar, desa Patok Picis, kecamatan Wajak, kabupaten Malang; Peningkatan kesadaran dalam pemanfaatan lahan pondok serta pengelolaan kebersihannya; Peningkatan wawasan santri sehingga dapat memunculkan motivasi dan semangat berwirausaha; Peningkatan nilai ekonomis sumber daya hasil alam yang ada di pondok pesantren. Metode yang digunakan  adalah ceramah, pelatihan dan pendampingan, konten yang dikembangkan mencakup, materi technopreneurship dan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan lingkungan, keterampilan memijat dan pembuatan nugget ikan produk pesantren. Hasil kegiatan ini wawasan wirausaha santri telah meningkat, demikian pula keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan potensi bahan baku lokal untuk produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomi serta pemahaman penerapan teknologi yang lebih efektif untuk penguatan karakteristik pesantren wirausaha.Kata kunci—technopreneurship, santri, wirausaha, pesantreneurship AbstractThe aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of Al-Azhar Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School students, Patok Picis village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district; Increased awareness in the utilization of cottage land and cleanliness management; Increased students’ knowledge so that it can bring up the motivation and enthusiasm of entrepreneurship; Increasing the economic value of natural resource resources in boarding schools. The methods used are lectures, training and mentoring, content developed includes, technopreneurship and entrepreneurship materials, environmental management, massage skills and the production of pesantren fish nuggets. As a result of this activity, the insight of santri entrepreneurs has increased, as has the skill in utilizing the potential of local raw materials for products that are more economically valuable and understanding the application of more effective technology to strengthen the characteristics of pesantren entrepreneurship.Keywords—technopreneurship, santri, entrepreneurship, pesantreneurship

Objective: This study explores the characteristics and leadership style of kiai (boarding school leader and Islamic teacher) Manshur as a leader in the pondok pesantren (Islamic boarding school) that he fostered. Kiai Manshur’s leadership traits are also explored in this study in detail with in-depth analysis. Research Design & Methods: Several qualitative approaches were used to collect information about Kiai Manshur, including direct observation, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Technically, involve themselves and interact directly in the activities carried out by Kiai Manshur. The information is analyzed interactively, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Findings: The results of this study indicated that Kiai Manshur uses a special compilation in leading his pondok pesantren to form a distinctive leadership style. The style created the his leadership characteristics, including integrity, discipline, competence, trustworthiness, humanism, communication, and organizational. The leadership style of Kiai Manshur aims to produce anfa’linnas santri (good and helpful student). Implications & Recommendations: There is no perfect writing, but the limitations do not reduce the quality of the results study. Further research can discuss more about the anfa’linnas students, characteristics and effectiveness of application in the society. Contribution & Value Added: The results of this study provide a scientific contribution to leadership in organizations, especially in non-profit organizations such as Islamic boarding schools (traditional educational institutions) and the concept of anfa’ linnas student. Practically, the board of Islamic boarding schools and teachers can use these findings as material to develop the institution for the benefit of many people.

Learning Nahwu & Sharaf is considered a frightening subject by students in Islamic boarding schools and informal Islamic boarding schools. One of the reasons is that the institution's existing curriculum has not been planned and presented correctly. One of the institutions with an integrative curriculum to teach Nahwu & Sharaf subjects considered acceptable is the Darul Uluum Islamic Boarding School.This study aimed to describe Nahwu & Sharaf curriculum development concepts and models at Daarul Uluum Islamic boarding school at Majalengka supporting and inhibiting implementing the curriculum. The method used in this study was qualitative research. Data collection used interviews, the teacher's approach to teaching Nahwu & Sharaf, and the Islamic boarding school syllabus.The results showed that Nahwu & Sharaf curriculum development model was a central de-central, which combined two administrative approaches and the grassroots approach. The supporting factors were: 1) Motivation of leaders of Islamic boarding school; 2) Commitments of leaders of Islamic boarding schoolto develop curriculum, 3) Professional competence of Nahwu & Sharaf teachers, and 4) Input of students who have an initial understanding of the material to be obtainable. The inhibiting factors were: 1) the lack of individual funding allocations; 2) the teacher has not been able to properly teach students the material in Nahwu & Sharaf syllabus; 3) the unequal ability of teachers to teach in class Nahwu & Sharaf subjects; and 4) students feel bored while studying in class.

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that have grown and developed several centuries ago. Islamic boarding schools, in fact, are potential institutions to move towards a people-based economy, as well as the strength they have. If the Ponpes are only spectators in the coming era, other micro-economic institutions may move towards progress. Therefore, a careful analysis is needed to strengthen this economic institution, so that it does not go wrong. This study aims to develop the independence of santri through the santriprenenur program. The study was conducted at the Miftahul Mubtadiin Krempyang Nganjuk Islamic Boarding School. In-depth interviews and non-participating observations were used in data collection. in an effort to ensure the validity of the research data. The results of the study indicate that the santripreneurship program can develop well, so that it can become one of the vital economic supports of Islamic boarding schools, which have an impact on society.

Scabies is a skin disease caused by investment and sensitivity by Sarcoptes scabei mites, often found in Islamic boarding schools, because of the place was humid and the students' knowledge about life style was lack. Health Education was intended to increase the knowledge of the students at Al-Arifin Islamic boarding school about scabies and how to prevent it. The method of implementation in this community service activities was started from planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation. Health education was carried out through lectures and discussion by leaflets and PowerPoint presentations. The results showed 70.00% of participants gave an excellent rating of health education. Scabies health education activities provide benefits to improve health degree of public health specifically in the boarding school environment. Health education about scabies in the boarding school environment was very useful for increasing the knowledge of the students.

Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School, Guntung Manggis Village, Kecamatan Ulin Banjarbaru, is one of the pesantren of 14 Islamic boarding schools in Banjarbaru City. The problem that was found was that while studying at the Islamic boarding school, the students were only given religious lessons and the students were not equipped with community empowerment-based knowledge and skills so that after graduating the students had economically-oriented skills independently in the community. The solution offered is training in the processing of catfish meatballs, which is a simple, easy, inexpensive, and economical skill technology if managed and carried out seriously. The target outcome plan is the success of the santri entrepreneurship program and scientific publications in the Jati Emas community service journal. Participants were 25 people consisting of 20 santri and 5 ustadzah. All participants were divided into 5 groups, each group consisting of 4 students and 1 ustazdah. Each group was given the opportunity to process fish balls from handling fish to turning them into meatballs. Participant participation was very high, as seen from the very dynamic activities of each group. All equipment used during the training was handed over to the boarding school as a motivation for them to have business capital in the form of equipment. At the end of the meeting the leadership of the boarding school stated that they would provide direction to the students to start processing fish balls for consumption needs at the boarding school and then they could be used as an economic business for the Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School.

One of the areas affected by the spread of Covid-19 is education, including Islamic boarding schools. After undergoing distance learning in the early days of the emergence and spread of Covid-19, several Islamic boarding schools enforced the reopening of learning in pesantren by implementing strict health protocols. One of them is Pondok Pesantren All-Fattah Siman Lamongan. Unfortunately, not all students understand and understand the health protocol well. Therefore, our team from STIT Al-Fattah, consisting of one lecturer and one student, conducted community service at the Al-Fattah Islamic Boarding School with the agenda of procuring Covid-19 educational posters and training in making disinfectants with the aim of making students and pesantren administrators understand health protocols. which must be implemented during Covid-19. The target of this implementation is all female students of the Al-Fattah Siman Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. As a result of the implementation of this activity, the students felt that they had a better understanding of basic health protocols in dealing with Covid-19.

  The existence of pesantren in the midst of society has a very strategic meaning. Pesantren institutions that are rooted in the community, especially rural communities, are a separate force in arousing the enthusiasm and passion of the community for progress. One of the pesantren that has a long history of the Republic of Indonesia is pesantren Cijati Majalengka. Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School, Cijati. The Community Empowerment Program in Islamic Boarding Schools in terms of economic, social, psychological-counseling, religion, education and other aspects through community service cooperation between universities and partners is expected to provide optimal empowerment for the pesantren environment and the communities around the pesantren area. This service was carried out at the Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School which is located at Jl. K.H Mahfud No. 23 Kelurahan Cijati Kec / Kab. Majalengka with in-house training methods, in the form of socialization, training, and consultation. The conclusion of the community service carried out is the need for a holistic empowerment synergy to increase the potential of the pesantren.

<p><em>Islamic boarding schools are an important element of education in Indonesia. Islamic boarding school educates students to understand and practice religion with a sense of tolerance and moderate. However, recently, the moderate nature of Indonesian Islam is challenged by the spirit of radicalism and conservatism Islam. In this context, this community service on mainstreaming religious moderation among students at Darus Sholah Islamic boarding school is very relevant to spread moderation and tolerant values in religious understanding. Strengthening religious moderatism among students at an Islamic boarding school is one of the strategies to prevent radicalism. Santri as a part of Islamic boarding schools plays an important role to build a social life in the process of socialization and internalization of socio-cultural values about harmony and peace as social capital. The result of this community service on strengthening religious moderatism among students of Islamic boarding schools will make the community of students at Islamic boarding school more aware and contribute to conveying religious understanding following the Islamic boarding school traditions.<strong></strong></em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p>Pondok pesantren adalah satu elemen penting dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Pondok pesantren telah lama mengajarkan ilmu agama dengan nilai-nilai yang penuh toleransi dan moderat. Namun akhir-akhir ini, moderatisme Islam menghadapi tantangan dengan lahirnya pemahaman keislaman yang radikal dan konservatif. Dalam konteks ini, program pendampingan dan pemberdayaan kader pesantren di Darus Sholah menemukan relevansinya dengan tujuan untuk menguatkan serta menyebarluaskan pemahaman yang moderat dan toleran. Penguatan moderasi beragama dikalangan para santri merupakan salah satu strategi untuk mencegah lahirnya radikalisme. Santri sebagai bagian tak terpisahkan dari dunia pesantren memiliki peran yang cukup signifikan untuk menumbuhkan kehidupan sosial yang harmoni dan penuh dengan nilai perdamaian. Hasil dari pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat khususnya kepada para kader pesantren untuk lebih sigap dalam membumikan nilai-nilai pesantren yang moderat dan toleran. <em></em></p>
