Listeno is the first application audio books in Indonesia so that the users can get the book in audio form like listen to music, Listeno have problems in a feature request Listeno offline mode that have not been released, a security problem mp3 files that must be considered, and the target Listeno not yet reached 100,000 active users. This research has the objective to evaluate user satisfaction to Audio Books with research method approach, Nielsen. The analysis in this study using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is combined with the index of User Satisfaction (IKP) based on the indicators used are: Benefit (Usefulness), Utility (Utility), Usability (Usability), easy to understand (Learnability), Efficient (efficiency) , Easy to remember (Memorability), Error (Error), and satisfaction (satisfaction). The results showed Applications User Satisfaction Audio books are quite satisfied with the results of the calculation IKP 69.58%..

This study aims to find the social impact, morals, and strategies for dealing with COVID-19 among students. Another goal is to find out the social, religious and psychological impact of COVID-19 on students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The research method approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected by in-depth interviews with the head of the student class. The sample was selected through a purposive technique. The results were carefully examined through triangulation. The results showed that students could not establish social relations between students and did not participate in campus social organizations. Another finding, the Covid-19 outbreak has an impact on student morals because online meetings are more difficult to foster student morals because teachers do not meet students. In addition, students experience various stresses due to piling tasks and online learning does not face various obstacles such as difficulty communicating with lecturers and not understanding the material. Students take various ways to overcome stress such as listening to favourite music, watching YouTube, playing games, getting enough rest, eating favourite foods such as eating meatballs, straightening intentions, and also strengthening worship and getting closer to God.

This study describes the Javanese language used by the presenters when bringing a wedding ceremony in the Sidoarjo area. Organizers have many variations of the language used at weddings with Javanese customs. The research method uses a qualitative research method approach where this research is in the Tambak Kemerakan village area, Krian sub-district, Sidoarjo district. The time of the research was carried out from May to July 2021. The data collection techniques in the study were in the form of documents, interviews and observations. The research instrument used a mobile phone and a list of questions to the presenters. The results of the study show that the use of language includes language variations, language variations based on lecturing functions, language variations in terms of formality using official language. Code switching in this study is an analysis of the language used when hosting weddings. And the occurrence of language code mixing in the form of Javanese krama alus switching to Indonesian and language interference in its morphological and phonological use.

As time goes by and technology advances, any information can be easily obtained from many media, both from various print media or digital electronic media. One of the fastest growing digital media and the main choice for individuals or agencies to get fast and accurate information is the website. One of the benefits of the website is that it can be used as an effective promotional media because it can be accessed by anyone and at any time. This study discusses the evaluation of school websites with a case study at the SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin using the WebQual 4.0 and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. This study aims to measure user ratings of performance and expectations of users/visitors to the website of the SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin. The data in this study were obtained from the questionnaire using a sample of web visitors themselves, both through online based questionnaires and offline questionnaires with paper. This study uses data processing software, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) 2.0. It can be concluded that in this study the results are measured by the level of performance (actual) and the level of importance (expectations) which shows that there is an overall gap for all dimensions -0.38 ie the website needs improvement and tends to still not be as expected. The biggest gap is in the Usability dimension with the largest value being -1.07 on USE5 variables, which means that the appearance of this website tends to be unattractive, not in line with expectations, and needs improvement. Then the acquisition of the value of R Square for the variable user satisfaction is 0.61, which means that the value indicates that the variable user satisfaction can be explained by usability, information quality, and service interaction with a value of 67.7%, while the remaining 32.3% is influenced by variables others not found in the research model.

Revolution 4.0 requires the Universitas Terbuka Statistics study program to change the educational curriculum that aims to produce quality graduate competencies. Therefore, to collect informationand evaluate the competence of graduates, it is necessary to conduct tracer study research on each graduate. This study aims to measure user satisfaction with graduate competencies using Gap analysis, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and a multi-attribute Fishbein model. Based on the value of Gap and Science, the main priority that must be improved by graduates to meet user expectations is the ability to solve problems, generate ideas, and be able to present the results of these ideas in the form of reports/journals. The value of the level of suitability between user satisfaction and the importance of the ability of graduates is very good at 92.87% and a CSI value of 78.25%, which means that overall user satisfaction with graduates is good, besides thatbased on the results of the multi-attribute Fishbein model, an Ao value of 158.20 which means that graduate users have a positive attitude towards the abilities of UT Statistics program graduates.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) pada Perpustakaan STMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa yang terdaftar sebagai anggota perpustakaan dan objek penelitian ini adalah aplikasi OPAC Perpustakaan STMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan diagram Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dipadukan dengan Indeks Kepuasan Pengguna (IKP) didasarkan pada indikator-indikator dari lima dimensi End User Computing Satisfaction yaitu isi (content), keakuratan (accuracy), bentuk (format), kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use) dan ketepatan waktu (timeliness). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengguna OPAC Perpustakaan STMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta cukup puas dengan hasil perhitungan IKP 78,01 %. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi masukan pada pengelola OPAC sebagai bahan acuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja OPAC.This study aims to identify and measure the level of satisfaction of users of the application Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) in the library STMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta. These subjects are students who are registered as members of the library and the object of this study is OPAC STMIK Library AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Analysis of the data in this study using a diagram of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which is combined with User Satisfaction Index (IKP) based on the five dimensions of End User Computing Satisfaction; content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. The results showed users of OPAC STMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta quite satisfied with the results of the calculation IKP 78.01%. This research is expected to provide input to the manager of the OPAC as a reference to improve performance of the OPAC.

Abstrak Pasar rakyat merupakan salah satu sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Bogor. Pembangunan pasar mengacu pada Perda Kota Bogor No.11 Tahun 2012 dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat di sekitarnya supaya dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesesuaian kondisi pasar rakyat dengan SNI pasar dan kebutuhan penggunanya. Fasilitas yang dievalusi yaitu sarana prasarana, kebersihan, keamanan, dan aksesibilitas dengan analisis deskriptif terhadap persentase kesesuaian kondisi eksisting dengan SNI pasar. Metode Important Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk mengukur indeks kepentingan dan kinerja fasilitas pasar serta metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur indeks kepuasan pengguna terhadap pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum ada pasar yang 100%  sesuai dengan SNI Pasar Rakyat. Berdasarkan persepsi pengguna, terdapat 4 fasilitas penting yang harus diperhatikan pengelola yaitu jumlah hidran air, lokasi hidran air, jumlah CCTV, dan lokasi CCTV. Masih diperlukan kebijakan dalam pengelolaan dan perbaikan pada fasilitas yang tersedia di sebagian besar pasar rakyat yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor, dimana secara keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap pasar rakyat kelas I dan kelas II masuk pada kriteria cause for concern dan pada pasar kelas III masuk pada kriteria poor dengan rata-rata kepuasan secara keseluruhan pasar sebesar 70 %. Kata Kunci: Pasar Rakyat, Analisis Kepentingan, Tingkat Kepuasan, IPA dan CSI, SNI Abstract Traditional market is one of revenue source (PAD) in Kabupaten Bogor. The market development must refer to Bogor local government regulation No. 11 Tahun 2012 and incorporate the needs of society around them to be optimize maximally. This study aims to  find the consistency of the traditional market condition against SNI on market and the needs of the users. The evaluated facilities are the condition of infrastructure, cleanliness, security, and accessibility. Analysis using have been carried out with a method of descriptive heading for measuring the percentage of the consistency of the exsisting traditional market condition with SNI Pasar. A method of Important Performance Analysis (IPA) used to measure performance index of interest and facilities as wel as a method of customer satisfaction index (CSI) for measuring user satisfaction index to the traditional market. The results showed that there was no market that was 100% in accordance with the SNI Pasar Rakyat. Based on the users perception, there are 4 important facilities that must be considered which are the number of water hydrants, the location of water hydrants, the number of CCTVs, and the location of CCTV. Therefore, market management policy is still needed to improve management and facilities at traditional market in Kabupaten Bogor, where overall user satisfaction to the market class I and class II in on the cause for concern and on class III markets enters at the poor overall satisfaction with an average of 70%. ABSTRACT Excellent service is part of the target PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) to maximize efforts in innovation services, one of which implementation is the existence of Bogor Station, This study uses a quantitative approach, according to the basic assumptions axiology quantitative approach seeks explanation of the relationship between the variables studied, while the research method used is descriptive analysis, which aims to explain or describe further the pattern of correlation, the relationship between two or more variables studied, technique of analysis by analyzing the performance of services with Servqual Service, methods of science and CSI and utility station facilities in terms of user services based on standards Minimum service station where respondents are users of services in Bogor Station. Based on the analysis we can conclude CSI scores of this study is 62%, which indicates the overall service of Bogor Station are included in the category quite satisfied and there are five attributes that a top priority for immediate improved performance, among others, the availability of the number of toilets, availability and comfort of the lounge (waiting room) passengers, cleanliness and comfort toilet, comfort and ease up/down passenger (Peron) and the availability of information and the announcement of train travel. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) untuk memaksimalkan upaya dalam inovasi pelayanannya, dimana salah satunya implementasinya adalah dengan keberadaan Stasiun Bogor, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menurut asumsi dasar aksiologi pendekatan kuantitatif berusaha mencari penjelasan hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan atau mendiskripsikan lebih jauh pola hubungan korelasi, keterkaitan antara dua atau lebih variabel yang diteliti, teknik analisis dengan menganalisa kinerja pelayanan dengan Servqual Service, metode IPA lalu CSI dan utilitas fasilitas stasiun ditinjau dari pengguna jasa berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimum Stasiun dimana respondennya yaitu pengguna jasa di Stasiun Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan nilai CSI dari penelitian ini yaitu 62 % yang mengindikasikan secara keseluruhan pelayanan Stasiun Bogor termasuk dalam kategori cukup puas dan terdapat 5 atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk segera ditingkatkan kinerjanya antara lain, ketersediaan jumlah toilet, ketersediaan dan kenyamanan ruang tunggu (waiting room) penumpang, kebersihan dan kenyamanan toilet, kenyamanan dan kemudahan naik/turun penumpang (Peron) dan ketersediaan informasi dan pengumuman perjalanan kereta api. AbstractZero waste is a movement that cares about the environment by reducing waste or not producing waste, which in turn can reduce demand. Garbage will be a threat to the health of living things to the planet earth. The purpose of this study is to be able to see and know the zero waste movement as a form of caring for the environment in South Tangerang City, as well as to increase public awareness in maintaining ecological balance through active participation. In analyzing, the author uses the theory of environmental politics with environmentalism and uses a qualitative research method approach and descriptive type. Then the data collection techniques are carried out through library research or literature studies and direct observation and interviews. How to analyze the data is done by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. So that the analysis of the zero waste movement will produce a result by showing the Minim Waste House program, which is a support program for communities that care about the environment and have an online environmental movement base through social media, one of which is by campaigning for a lifestyle by inviting the community and offline by implementing direct movements such as providing education regarding the importance of waste management as well as the garbage bin movement which is a waste clean action in South Tangerang City. The Minimized Waste House Program collaborates with the South Tangerang City Environmental Service (DLH) regarding its implementation, so far its implementation has been running but it is still not fully optimal because it is influenced by several factors such as inadequate infrastructure and public awareness which is quite lacking in its management.Keywords: Social Movement, Zero waste Movement, Garbage in South Tangerang CityAbstrak Zero waste menjadi salah satu gerakan yang peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup dengan mengurangi sampah atau tidak menghasilkan sampah, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi kebutuhan. Sampah akan menjadi sebuah ancaman bagi kesehatan makhluk hidup hingga planet bumi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk dapat melihat serta mengetahui gerakan zero waste sebagai bentuk peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup di Kota Tangerang Selatan, serta sebagai peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekologis melalui partisipasi aktif. Dalam menganalisis, penulis menggunakan teori politik lingkungan dengan enviromentalisme serta menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis deskriptif. Lalu dalam teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan atau studi literature dan observasi secara langsung serta wawancara. Cara menganalisis data yang dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Sehingga analisis gerakan zero waste akan menghasilkan sebuah hasil dengan menunjukan program Rumah Minim Sampah, yang menjadi program pendukung dari komunitas yang peduli terhadap lingkungan dan mempunyai basis gerakan lingkungan secara online melalui media sosial salah satunya dengan mengkampanyekan gaya hidup dengan mengajak masyarakat dan secara offline dengan penerapan gerakan secara langsung seperti memberikan edukasi terkait pentingnya pengelolaan sampah serta gerakan bak sampah yang menjadi aksi bersih sampah di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Program Rumah Minim Sampah berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Tanggerang Selatan terkait dengan pelaksanaannya, sejauh ini pelaksanaanya telah berjalan namun masih belum terbilang belum sepenuhnya optimal karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti sarana prasarana kurang memadai serta kesadaran masyarakat yang terbilang cukup kurang dalam pengelolaannya.Kata Kunci: Gerakan Sosial, Gerakan zero waste, Sampah di Kota Tangerang Selatan

Village Owned Enterprise is a self-help container that is essentially a forum that conducts empowerment to the community, but the current situation is many unable to function as a forum for community empowerment of Village Owned Enterprise. This research aims to determine community empowerment through The Save Borrow Business Unit in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village and to Know what factors hinder community empowerment through the Simpan Pinjam Business Unit in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method approach. Primary data obtained directly through interviews from informants, namely the Director of Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri, Village Chief Of West Minas, representative community Of West Minas Village, Field Experts Of Village Owned Enterprise, and Borrower Community. The results of this study show that community empowerment through the business unit of saving loans in a Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village is Bad. inhibitory factors in community empowerment through business units save borrowing in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village is the limitation of human resources and lack of public awareness and lack of public enthusiasm for Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri.

<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em> </em><em>Academic Information System is an online and interactive learning information system owned by universities. Its function is very important to support the academic activities and to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Excelllent educational services which good quality and easy to use can be reached by improving the quality of the learning web. In an effort to optimize the contribution of information technology and ensure the web services that have been provided are appropriate, it is necessary to know the level of service provided to improve quality. This research was conducted using the IPA method (Importance-Performance Analysis) which is used to measure the level of user satisfaction with the services provided and using the WebQual method to measure the quality of the learning web used. Data collection is done by conducting a questionnaire on STMIK XYZ Palembang students by giving 2 questions. Measurements are made by comparing the value between performance and importance of the assessment variable. The results showed that the quality of the SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ had not met the expectations of the users, so it was necessary for the manager to improve the services provided for all dimensions, namely usability (U), information quality (I), interaction quality (A) especially for variables which is included in  fourth quadrant.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>Academic Information System, WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis</em></p><p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p><em>Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan sistem informasi pembelajaran online dan interaktif yang dimiliki oleh perguruan tinggi. Layanan  pendidikan yang berkualitas secara fungsionalitas maupun yang mudah dalam penggunaan dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas web pembelajaran. Dalam usaha mengoptimalkan kontribusi teknologi informasi dan memastikan layanan web yang telah diberikan telah sesuai maka perlu diketahui tingkat layanan yang diberikan guna peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna atas layanan yang diberikan serta menggunakan metode WebQual untuk mengukur kualitas dari web pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa STMIK XYZ Palembang dengan memberikan 2bentuk pertanyaan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai antara performance dengan importance dari variabel penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa </em><em>kualitas SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ belum memenuhi harapan dari pengguna sehingga perlu upaya dari pihak pengelola untuk memperbaiki layanan yang diberikan untuk semua dimensi yang ada yaitu </em><em>usability(U), information quality(I), interaction quality(A) terutama untuk variabel-vararibel yang termasuk dalam kuadran empat</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci : </em></strong><em>Sistem Informasi Akademik, WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis</em>
