The increasing number of airlines that provide flight routes to Bali, causes tourists to consider various factors before making the purchase of an airline ticket that would be used to go to Bali. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of domestic tourists to purchase airline tickets to Bali with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collected through observation, questionnaire distribution, and literature study. The sample in this study amounted to 100 tourists who were obtained accidentally. With the help of factor analysis using SPSS version 17, out of 26 indicators, six major factors were formed that influenced the behavior of domestic tourists in purchasing airline tickets to Bali, including: psychological factor, social factor, cultural factor, marketing mix factor, employment factor, and personal factor. The dominant factor that has influenced the behavior of domestic tourists in purchasing tickets is psychological factors with an eigenvalue of 14.135 and a variance percentage of 42.832%. As for forming psychological factors, airline image factors got the biggest loading factor which is a number of 0.881.

This study aims to determine the Factors That Influence The Decision of Tourist Using The Site of www.tripadvisor.com in Bali Tourism Area South Kuta-Bali. This research using quantitative descriptive as a data analysis technique which is using factor analysis method and data processing is using SPSS versi 17.0 for Windows. Sample determination technique is using Judgemental Sampling and sampling technique is using Accidental. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire that given to 150 respondences who as a TripAdvisor app’s users who visited Tourism Destination of uluwatu Temple, Suluban Beach, Dreamland Beach, and Jimbaran Beach to get primary data. The results of this analysis illustrate that obtained 3 factors consist of 14 indicators that influence the decision of the tourist using this site of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali, namely: (1) Psychological Factors, eigen value is 5,355 and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicator: Perceptions, Belief & Attitudes, Motivation Social Class, and Culture. (2) Personal Factors, eigen value is 1,962 and 13,083% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Lifestyle, Personality & Self Concepts, Learning, Age, Roles & Status, and Economic Environment. (3) Social Factors, eigen value is 1,339 and 8,926% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Family, Sub-Culture, and Occupation. The highest eigen value is Psychological Factors, in 5,355 of eigen value and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance and this factor becomes the most dominant factor influencing the decision of tourists using www.tripadvisor.com of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali.

Social Studies Education (PIPS) is one of the Department in FITK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Based curriculum of PIPS in 2010 is divided two of concentration. First concentration is Economic Education and the second concentration is Integrated Sosial Studies Education. Integrated Sosial Studies Education have been choiced more than 60% of students. This study aims to explain the factors that influence customers (student) behavior in choosing a concentration Integrated Sosial Studies Education. Data obtained from the questionnaire and then analyzed using quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that the main factor influencing consumer behavior in choosing Integrated Sosial Studies Education is Personal factor (74.70%), second factors is Psychologi factor (68.27%), Cultural Factors 50.60% and the last factor is social factor (39.76%).<br /><strong>Keywords</strong>: Customers (Student) Behaviour, PIPS and Consentration

This study aims to (1) Identifying the characteristics of tourists who have booked accommodation through Online Travel Agents in Ubud Tourist Area, (2) Identifying factors that encourage tourists to book accommodation through Online Travel Agents in Ubud Tourist Area , (3) Identifying what is the most dominant factor encouraging tourists to book accommodation through Online Travel Agents in Ubud Tourist Area. Data in this study was conducted with observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study techniques. Data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The characteristics of respondents in this study based on age are dominated by tourists with an age range of 21-30 years, which is 53.3% or with a total of 96 people. Based on the length of stay dominated by tourists who stay 1-4 days, which is 57.8% or with a total of 104 people. The Online Travel Agent most used by respondents is booking.com, which is 48.9% or used by 88 people. Based on the analysis of factors produced four factors that influence tourists who book accommodations through online travel agents in the Ubud Tourist Area, namely 1) Efficiency factors: (a) Saving Energy, (b) Saving Time, (c) Shopping every time. 2) Preference Factors: (a) Economical, (b) Product Use, (c) Price Competition, and (d) References. 3) Psychological Factors: (a) Learning, (b) Perception, (c) Motivation, and (d) Facilities and Infrastructure. 4) Trust Factors: (a) Trust in the Internet, (b) Trust in Applications, and (c) Security Perceptions.

Nomadic tourism is a new tourism trend in Indonesia which is being proposed by the Ministry of Tourism. One of the destinations that provides nomadic tourism-based accommodation is Bandung Regency, Ciwidey District, and Rancabali District. This research focuses on tourist preferences in choosing nomadic tourism-based accommodation in Bandung Regency through cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The primary data of the study were obtained from 183 questionnaires distributed to tourists who were camping or staying in glamping in five locations namely Rancaupas, Ciwidey Valley resorts, Hejo Forest, Legok Kondang Lodge, Glamping Lakeside Rancabali. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. This study resulted in that the four preference factors were equally important for tourists in choosing nomadic tourism-based accommodation in Bandung Regency.

This study uses a quantitative-descriptive approach, with SPSS 22 analysis tool to test the model. This study was conducted to analyze the significance of the influence of holistic marketing mix variables, namely product, price, promotion, place people, process, program and performance on customer loyalty savings. Holistic marketing mix variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty savings, namely: product, price, people and performance, while the variables that have no significant effect are: promotion, place, process and program. The coefficient of determination or R is 0.955, this indicates that the holistic marketing mix is ​​able to affect customer loyalty savings by 95.50% of which 4.50% is influenced by other variables not examined. Banks can focus on 4 (four) significant variables by improving the performance of product, price, people and performance variables, namely in terms of making strategies, business plans and work programs to increase savings customer loyalty, so as to increase benefits and profits for banks both for the time being. this time and in the future, meanwhile, banks can improve the performance of promotion, place, process and program, so that they can contribute positively to savings performance.

ABSTRAKSalah satu perusahaan dalam bidang agribisnis yang memproduksi sayuran hidroponik di Jawa Tengah adalah PT. Hidroponik Agrofarm Bandungan (HAB) yang berlokasi di Bandungan Jl. Mangoenkoesoemo, Ngasem, Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Marketing mix dengan keputusan pembelian sayuran hidroponik di PT. HAB. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April – Mei 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 konsumen Sayuran Hidroponik PT. HAB. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan wawancara, kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa marketing mix memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran hidroponik ABSTRACT            One of the agribusiness companies that produce hydroponic vegeTabels in Central Java is PT. Hydroponics Agrofarm Bandungan (HAB) located in Bandungan Jl. Mangoenkoesoemo, Ngasem, Bandungan, Semarang Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between marketing mix with the purchase decision of hydroponic vegeTabels at PT. HAB. This research was conducted in April - May 2019. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Respondents in this study were 50 consumers of VegeTabel Hydroponics at PT. HAB. Data collection was obtained by interview, questionnaire, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the Spearman rank correlation. The results of this study stated that the marketing mix has a significant relationship to purchasing decisions for hydroponic vegetables.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover simultaneously, identify and analyze the effect of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover of the economic profitability partially, and determine the dominant factor affecting the economic profitability. This research was conducted in cooperation with the reason that the Cooperative is a service company and trade. This research was conducted quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection is done by means of documentation and interviews were unstructured. The data used are secondary data derived from study subjects. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square method. The findings of this study include are:  a significant difference between cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover of the economic profitability simultaneously. a significant difference between the cash turnover receivables turnover against economic profitability partially. Receivables turnover is a dominant factor affecting the economic profitability.

The Indonesian National Army performance in 0618/BS Military District Command of Bandung City is influenced by many factors. The purpose of this research is to find out the most dominant factors influencing the Indonesian National Army performance in 0618/BS Military District Command of Bandung City. The method of this research is the mixed method that the researchers use two methods, namely quantitative and qualitative methods. The techniques of data collection are observation, questionnaires using Likert’s scale, interview, and literature study. In this research, the researchers analyze five factors, namely personal factor, leadership factor, team factor, system factor, and contextual factor. Based on five factors, the results of the analysis indicate that the most dominant factor is the personal factor. It means that the Indonesian National Army is an idealized work and the members of the Indonesian National Army happily conduct the work. Moreover, the second factor that dominantly influences the performance is the leadership factor. It means that the leader mostly influences the Indonesian National Army performance in 0618/BS Military District Command.Keywords: Employee Performance, Performance Factors, TNI.

Millennial tourists have very promising potential for Bali tourism. This study was conducted to help Bali tourism stake holders in providing tourist attractions that suit their tastes with the millennial to be able to seize the millennial tourist market. This study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis which is processed using the SPSS 17.0 for windows. The sample was determined purposively amounting to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are the validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis. The factors that influence the decision to purchase tourist attractions by millennial tourists during a tour in Bali, there are six factors formed with 22 variables. The first factor is a psychological factor consisting of 4 factors. The second factor is the price factor which consists of 5 factors. The third factor is the recommendation factor consisting of 6 factors. The fourth factor is a personal factor consisting of 4 factors. The fifth factor is the social factor which consists of 2 factors. The sixth factor is the external factor consists of 1 factor, namely the discussion of attractions interest. The dominant factor influencing the decision to purchase tourist attractions by millennial tourists during a tour in Bali is the first factor named psychological factor. Psychological factors, outperform other factors with a percentage of variance of 32,329% and an eigenvalue of 7,112. Therefore, psychological factors are the main factors that influence the decision to purchase tourist attractions by millennial tourists during a tour in Bali.

AbstractAt the beginning of 2020, the whole country was struck by the Corona virus pandemic (Covid-19) which caused panic in all countries where hundreds of thousands of people were infected and thousands more died. For Indonesia Corona virus itself (Covid-19) has been determined as a national disaster that must be completely eradicated, for that the central government has appealed to each local government to provide guidance to the community in overcoming this outbreak so that it can run effectively and efficient. One of them is the regional government in Pontianak, where Pontianak is the highest number of Corona (Covid-19) positive patients in West Kalimantan, with 78 positive patients infected with Corona (Covid-19) compared to other regions in West Kalimantan . Therefore this study aims to analyze the behavior of Pontianak city people in dealing with the Corona virus pandemic (Covid-19). Samples taken were 382 people in Pontianak City. The results of this study indicate that the behavior displayed by people who do not comply with government regulations is based on the perception of the Pontianak city community itself. The research method used by this research is literature study with a quantitative descriptive approach. Salah satunya adalah pemerintah daerah di Pontianak, dimana Pontianak merupakan jumlah penderita positif Corona (Covid-19) tertinggi di Kalbar, dengan 78 penderita positif terjangkit Corona (Covid-19) dibandingkan daerah lain di Kalbar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku masyarakat kota Pontianak dalam menghadapi pandemi virus Corona (Covid-19). Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 382 orang di Kota Pontianak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku yang ditampilkan oleh masyarakat yang tidak mematuhi peraturan pemerintah didasarkan pada persepsi masyarakat kota Pontianak itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Kata Kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Perilaku, Kota Pontianak
