The relevance of the study lies in covering the potential of meditative practices in the educational process. The purpose of the study is to carry out a theoretical analysis and outline the probable forms of integration of mindfulness practices into the educational process on the example of teachers, as well as to create a theoretical model of the influence of mindfulness practices on the teacher’s personality with professional destruction. The study highlights the main theoretical models of understanding mindfulness practices. The most effective and most frequently used techniques of awareness practice are analysed. The main educational centres of mindfulness in Ukraine are highlighted. Theoretical analysis of empirical research of foreign colleagues in the field of positive influence of mindfulness practices on the personality is carried out. The causes of professional destruction of teachers are analysed. The expediency and efficiency of this integration are argued. Among the positive changes due to the use of awareness practices by teachers are: improving the level of concentration and recollection; increasing attention to the needs and emotional states of students; creating emotional balance and preventing burnout; increasing the level of stress resistance; improving the quality of relationships at work and at home; increasing productivity and as a result of academic success; forming openness and readiness for selfdevelopment; development of the level of reflection and skills to regulate one’s emotions; improving the psychological climate in the classroom and maintaining overall psychological well-being; improving the quality of life and increasing the subjective feeling of happiness. The scientific novelty lies in the creation and operationalisation of a theoretical model of the influence of mindfulness practices on the teacher’s personality with professional destruction through the lens of cognitive, emotional, physiological, and behavioural levels. It is established that the practice of awareness is the main skill of presence in everything that happens to us, around and inside, in the body, feelings and thoughts

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between chiropractic students' coping styles and levels of resilience with their physical injuries, perceived levels of stress, and well-being. Methods A questionnaire was distributed to the entire student body of the chiropractic program at Murdoch University, and gathered demographic variables and responses to the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Perceived Levels of Stress Scale, Everyday Feelings Questionnaire, and Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations. Linear regression analysis was used to calculate for significant relationships. Results Of 244 students, 194 (81%) completed the surveys. Being female and not having recovered from an injury within 12 months was significantly associated with lower levels of well-being and higher levels of stress. Being female, possessing an increased use of an emotional-based coping style, and having lower levels of well-being were associated with higher levels of stress (R2 = 0.65, F(6,164) = 50.47, p < .001). Lower levels of well-being were associated with being female, higher perceived levels of stress, lower levels of resilience, and an increased use emotional coping styles (R2 = 0.64, F[6,164] = 49.5, p < .001). Conclusion It is possible to identify chiropractic students at the university who are at risk of experiencing low levels of well-being and high levels of stress. These students may benefit from interventions aimed at enhancing their coping style choices and increasing their resilience levels. Future studies are recommended to see if these findings are consistent across chiropractic programs nationally and internationally.

The present research examines how the presence of psychological wellbeing, resilience, hope, subjective happiness, and meaning in life can increase psychological grit in 482 undergraduate students. To test this model, positive psychology factors are used as a predictor of psychological grit. Positive psychology factors influence the passion and perseverance of the undergraduate students of the university to achieve their short- and long-term goals. To gather information from the participants, we used the grit scale, Ryff psychological wellness scale, brief resilience scale, purpose in life scale, subjective happiness scale, and hope scale. The variables in the studies were calculated using correlation and regression analysis. Psychological well-being and resilience were found to be important predictors of psychological grit in the study. The findings of the study have implications for counsellors, planners, and politicians who must consider all of the variables that predict and increase grit in university students.

The purpose of this article is to reveal personal manifestations and confirmations of students' self-fulfillment in order to identify their psychological well-being in the process of learning in the Russian higher school. The study applied the method of thesaurus analysis by which the authors processed students' responses during a special survey. This method made it possible to highlight the semantic markers of students' self-fulfillment with their subsequent clustering into three sense thesauri: the thesaurus of self-fulfillment readiness; thesaurus of the self-fulfillment actions; thesaurus of self- fulfillment activators. In accordance with the data of the survey, the study identified three leading narrative dominants of students' psychological well-being in learning: ego-inclusion in the educational process, comprehensive disclosure of personal abilities and acceptance in the university community. These dominants formed the basis for a special study to determine the level of students' self-fulfillment and their psychological well-being in university training. The summarized results showed that the process of university education provides the necessary conditions and opportunities for self-fulfillment of most of the students surveyed in the study.
