Abstract�This study aims to produce GeoGebra-based learning media of plane area concept that is valid, practical, and has good potential effects. This research use development research method or development research of formative research type which is simplified. Learning media development procedure in this research consists of 3 stages: 1) self evaluation, 2) prototyping (validation, evaluation and revision), 3) Field test. The results of research can be explained that: 1) the development of GeoGebra-based learning media of plane area concept in MTs Kab. Bandung valid based on contents, language, and conformity of context used and practical based on ease of use of students, 2) trials result of development of GeoGebra-based learning media of plane area concept given in MTs Kab. Bandung has a potential effect, namely: students love to learn with computer media, students love to learn with GeoGebra software, GeoGebra-based learning media of plane area concept helps students understand the area concept, learning media of area rectangular is most helpful to students understand the area concept.Keywords: learning media, GeoGebra, area, plane

The objective of the research was to developed mathematic questions of PISA model to measure students' mathematic reasoning ability of SMPN Lubuklinggau city. This is developmental research of formative research type. This research was done in two stages namely preliminary and formative evaluation including self evaluation, expert teviews and one-to-one evaluation (low resistence in revision), small group and field test (high resistence in revision). The technique of data analysis used descriptive data analysis. The findings showed that the prototype of developed questions had potential effect. It was shown from mean score of test result was 61.09 which students' mathematic reasoning ability were in good category (61-80). In conclusion, developing mathematic questions of PISA model could measure students' mathematic reasoning ability. Keywords: Questions, PISA, Ability, Reasoning

This study aims to create a development of forehand spin training media to determine the effectiveness level of forehand spin training media development in table tennis. The problem in this study was the absence of training media focused on increasing forehand spin and the unknown of the effectiveness of developing forehand spin training media named roll spin. The research method used was development research. The development procedure used included several stages, namely: 1) Analyzing the product being developed, 2) Developing the initial product, 3) Validating the expert, 4) Field testing, 5) Product revision, 6) Field testing. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the development of roll spin media proved effective as a medium of training to improve forehand spin of table tennis at UPGRIS Table Tennis club with the results of the effectiveness of media experts with a mean score of 4.5 in the "very good" category, the results of the material experts with a mean score of 4.7 in the "very good" category, and the results of the trial with the participants of UPGRIS Table Tennis club with an average number of 3.84 in the "good" category.

This study was intended to produce a learner worksheet based on problem based learning with valid and practical, and to determine the potential effects on students mathematical connections ability in derivative material. This is development research type of formative research. The subjects of this research were students of class XI MIPA 1 SMAN 2 Palembang as many as 36 students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, document analysis, and test. The result of document and data analysis could be concluded that this research procuded worksheet based on problem based learning in derivative material valid and practical, and LKPD that had been developed had a potential effect on on students mathematical connections ability in derivative material. Therefore worksheet that had been developed can be used by the students.

This study aims to produce a teaching material in the form of student modules based on PMRI approaches for grade IV elementary schools. The research method used is development research using the 4-D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). Subjects in the study were grade four students of SD IT Salsabila Palembang. Based on the research results obtained a valid and practical module. Validity can be from the results of the assessment of material experts, media modules and languages. Practicality can be from the results of the assessment of students in the field test is limited to the mathematical modules students developed. Based on data from the questionnaire analysis of students at the stage of limited field test, a score of 313 obtained from a maximum total of 352 assessments, which presented to be 88.92% and it could be categorized that the module developed practically. The potential effect was seen from the results of the student's final ability test. From the results of data analysis that has done that the average final score of students is 80.88 which means that the learning outcomes of students classified as an outstanding category, it can be concluded that the student mathematics module based on the PMRI approach that has developed as a potential effect on student learning outcomes students.

Researchers chose a modified free inquiry model to help improve students’ fluency and elaboration. The purpose of this research is to know the application of modified free inquiry which can improve the student’s fluency and elaboration of students’ thinking on trigonometric material. Research method in this research is qualitative research method and research type is research of class action. The data in this study were obtained from the results of validation, test results, observation of teacher and student activity, and interview result, then apply data triangulation and theory to check the validity of data. The results showed an increase in fluency and elaboration in students. This means that a modified free inquiry model can help improve students’ fluency and elaboration in trigonometric learning. The results are supported by the observation of teacher and student activity that is in accordance with the lesson plan and also the result of the interview which get positive response from the students.Keywords: modified free inquiry, fluency and elaboration, mathematics

This aims to portray the organization of Persatuan Islam as a speech community. This research uses constructivist paradigm, because that will be explored is the understanding that helps the process of interpretation called the Persatuan Islam as a community specch. This study uses a qualitative research type, because that will be studied, is a central fact. Furthermore, this research using ethnography method of communication. Aside from being a research method, ethnographic communication also has the theoretical assumptions, components and tasks of communication in a speech society (Community Speech). The results of the study show that Islamic Unity communications on a common pattern, except in the cognitive aspect show the dominance of religious understanding. The use of Islamic congregation language of many pesantren. Furthermore in the interaction lesson, the congregation of Islamic unity shows a collective cohesiveness. Penelirian ini bertujuan untuk memotret organisasi Persatuan Islam sebagai komunitas tutur. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis, karena yang akan digali berupa pemahaman yang membantu proses interpretasi yang berkaitan dengan Persatuan Islam sebagai specch community. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sebab yang akan dikaji, merupakan gejala sentral. Selanjutnya penelitian ini menggunakan metode etnografi komunikasi. Selain sebagai metode penelitian, etnografi komunikasi juga memiliki asumsi-asumsi teoritik berupa aktivitas, komponen dan kompetensi komunkasi pada sebuah masyarakat tutur (Speech Community). Hasil penelitian menunjukan komunikasi Persatuan Islam mengacu pada pattern umum, kecuali dalam skema kognitif menunjukan dominasi pemahaman keagamaan. Dalam penggunaan varietas bahasa jamaah Persatuan Islam banyak dipengaruhi budaya pesantren. Selanjutnya dalam kompetensi interaksi, jamaah persatuan Islam menunjukan kohesifitas kolektif.

AbstrakMatematika memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan. Namun, dalam praktik pembelajarannya sebagian siswa masih menganggap matematika sebagai mata pelajaran yang sulit. Bukti-bukti di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar geometri masih rendah. Kesulitan pada materi geometri dapat berdampak pada kesulitan-kesulitan bagian lain dalam materi geometri itu sendiri, karena banyak pokok bahasan dalam geometri yang saling berhubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan siswa dalam proses pemecahan masalah geometri berdasarkan tahapan berpikir Van Hiele serta untuk melihat ketercapaian siswa dalam pemahaman geometri berdasarkan tahapan berpikir geometri Van Hiele. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 6 siswa dari kelas VII C SMP Negeri 6 Garut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketercapaian siswa pada proses pemecahan masalah geometri berdasarkan tahapan berpikir Van Hiele paling banyak adalah pada tahap 0 (visualisasi). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingginya persentase pencapaian siswa pada tahap visualisasi yaitu sebanyak 96,87 %. Ketercapaian tahapan berpikir Van Hiele yang paling baik dicapai sebesar 3,13% pada tahap 1 (Analisis). Untuk tahap 2 (deduksi informal) dan tahap 3 (deduksi) belum ada siswa yang mampu mencapai tahapan tersebut. Faktor yang menjadi penyebab kesulitan siswa dalam materi segiempat disebabkan karena beberapa hal, yaitu pemahaman mengenai konsep dan sifat-sifat segiempat yang kurang, pemahaman sebelumnya mengenai materi bangun datar segiempat yang masih kurang kuat, kurangnya keterampilan menggunakan ide-ide geometri dalam memecahkan masalah matematika yang berkaitan dengan bangun segiempat, serta kondisi kelas yang kurang kondusif untuk belajar.Kata Kunci: Kesulitan siswa pada geometri, tahapan berpikir Van Hiele, Kualitatif, Studi Kasus.AbstractMathematics has an important role in life. However, in the practice of learning some students still regard mathematics as a difficult subject. The evidence in the field shows that the geometry learning result is still low. Difficulties in geometrical matter can affect the difficulties of other parts of the material itself, since many of the subjects in the geometry are interconnected. This study aims to determine the factors causing student difficulties in the process of solving geometry problems based on the stages of thinking Van Hiele and to see students' achievement in understanding geometry based on the stages of thinking geometry Van Hiele. The research method used is qualitative research method with case study research type. Research subjects taken as many as 6 students from class VII C SMP Negeri 6 Garut. The results showed that students' achievement in the process of solving geometry problems based on the stage of thinking Van Hiele at most is at stage 0 (visualization). This is indicated by the high percentage of student achievement in the visualization stage that is as much as 96.87%. The achievement of the best stage of Van Hiele thinking was achieved at 3.13% in stage 1 (Analysis). For stage 2 (informal deduction) and stage 3 (deduction) no students have been able to reach that stage. Factors that cause student difficulties in rectangular material caused by several things, namely the understanding of the concept and the characteristics of the rectangle is lacking, previous understanding of the material wake rectangular flat that is still less strong, the lack of skills to use geometric ideas in solving math problems Relating to wake up quadrilateral, as well as class conditions that are less conducive to learning.Keyword: Student difficulties on geometry, Van Hiele thinking stages, Qualitative, Case Studies.

During the Covid-19 pandemic that swept the world including Indonesia, and to improve students' critical thinking skills, it is necessary to have supporting media in the learning process as an edutainment website. This study intends to determine the validity of the edutainment website developed in physics lessons to improve student's critical thinking skills. The research method used is development research with the DDD-E model. This research was only limited to media development, and no practicality and effectiveness tests were carried out. In this study, the validity data were obtained from the results of validation by expert and were analyzed by descriptive quantitative using the category of Likert scale percentage. If the percentage of each aspect is ≥ 61%, then the edutainment website developed can be declared valid. The results of this study are the percentage of validity in the learning aspect of 90.30%, the material aspect of 90.56%, the media aspect of 88.65%, and the critical thinking aspect of 84.70%. Based on this, it can be concluded that the edutainment website is very valid so that it can be used as a physics learning media to improve students' critical thinking skills. The edutainment website can be an alternative learning media by utilizing information technology and hopefully in further research, it can apply edutainment website and perform practicality and effectiveness tests for learning both in class and distance learning

This study aims to describe the implementation of techniques or steps in learning Arabic rules (Nahwu science) based on Integration theory (Unity theory), namely that learning Arabic rules is presented in full by teaching four Arabic language skills and three language elements. The purpose of this study is also to offer solutions in the learning of integral and holistic Nahwu science.The research method is a library method with descriptive qualitative research type. The results of this study indicate that there are six steps (techniques) of teaching Arabic rules (Nahwu science) on Integration theory (Unity theory) that combines learning Arabic rules, Arabic language skills, and elements language elements in one integrated discussion material.
