<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong>.</strong> <em>Tegalweru is located in Dau, Malang. Tegalweru has 3 hamlets, including Krajan, Kraguman and Jengglong hamlet. In data management, Tegalweru is assisted by a number of village officials consisting of Kaur (Head of General Affairs), Finance Chief, Kebayan, Kuwono, Modin, Pramu, Kepetengan and Kamituwo. One routine administration that is directly related to community service is correspondence activities, such as making certificates starting from the domicile certificate, business domicile certificate, residence certificate, and others. Based on the initial analysis of the findings in the field, there are several potential problems found. The absence of a system makes the administrative routine management process less effective because population data that is the main supporting data must be accessed manually. This problem needs to get special attention so that Tegalweru can minimize the mistakes that occur due to the administrative process carried out manually services to the community so the service quality can be improved. An Information System has been made to help stake holders in doing their administrative services to the society.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak<em>.</em></strong> Desa Tegalweru terletak di Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Desa Tegalweru memiliki 3 dusun, meliputi dusun Krajan, dusun Kraguman dan dusun Jengglong. Dalam pengelolaan data masyarakatnya, Desa Tegalweru dibantu oleh beberapa perangkat desa terdiri dari Kaur (Kepala Urusan) Umum, Kaur Keuangan, Kebayan, Kuwono, Modin, Pramu, Kepetengan dan Kamituwo. Salah satu rutin administratif yang berkaitan langsung dengan layanan masyarakat adalah kegiatan surat menyurat, seperti pembuatan surat-surat keterangan mulai dari surat keterangan domisili, surat keterangan domisili usaha, surat keterangan kependudukan, dan lainnya. Berdasarkan analisa tahap awal terhadap data temuan dilapangan, terdapat beberapa potensi masalah yang ditemukan. Ketiadaan sistem membuat proses pengelolaan rutin administratif menjadi kurang efektif karena data kependudukan yang menjadi data pendukung utama harus diakses secara manual. Permasalahan ini perlu untuk mendapatkan perhatian khusus sehingga Desa Tegalweru dapat meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi diakibatkan oleh proses administrasi yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga layanan kepada masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi administrasi berbasis web yang sudah dapat digunakan untuk membantu kantor desa Tegalweru dalam menjalankan kegiatan rutin administratif dan pengelolaan data kependudukan dengan lebih baik dan cepat.</p>

Public administration services for the population are very important for management, safe data, good storage, easy search when needed. This condition has not been fulfilled if data management is done manually with large amounts of data. Sukawening village, located in the southern part of Bogor, experiences this condition, the management of population data is done manually with the help of Microsoft Excel, which is an obstacle in realizing resident administrative services, including SKU, births, deaths, moving and arrival files. Solutions are needed to realize fast, efficient, and safe services for residents from lost and damaged conditions. The solution to the problem used in this research is to build an application system that is intended to manage population data. The system is built based on the web with the RAD model, a Codeigniter framework tool. With the realization of the application system, the management of population data in the Sukawening village is as expected.


The government established policies regarding population administration based on Law No. 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration. To implement registration in the field of civil registration, the government launched a population administration information system (Bahasa: Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK)) to obtain and manage easily the population data. Thus, it needed a study to identify potential problems that arised from the provisions in the registration of SIAK-based civil registration that aims to facilitate the community in making SIAK and early identification of problems in the process of population registration in the field of civil registration such in Tanggamus Regency, there were still many problems in the field of civil registration. From this problem, the writer conducted research regarding how the rules to make SIAK so that e-government is served in the field of civil registration, and how the process of population registration in the field of civil registration and what were the obstacles encountered in the implementation and how to overcome it, while the data analysis was done qualitatively. Based on research data conducted in the Tanggamus Regency Government, the results obtained were that SIAK Regulations in Tanggamus Regency regulated in local regulation No.12 of 2008 concerning the Implementation of Population Administration which is adjusted in Constitution No.23 of 2006 concerning Administration, although in implementation regulations issued were still experiencing problems. However, these obstacles were overcome by efforts such as social approaches and improving services to the people of Tanggamus Regency.

The Institute for Research and Community Service or Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) is an activity institution at the University Mohammad Husni Thamrin (UMHT) which functions to manage all research and community service activities. Every research conducted by lecturers aims to improve their quality in gathering tri dharma values, especially on research and community service. But at this time the processing of research data and community service to the LPPM UMHT has not used a database because the data processing uses excel and data archiving is still in physical form which can make it difficult to find data when the data is needed. Data management by using a database and a special application program is expected to be able to support an information system that is fast and accurate, so that the problem of time and the level of effectiveness in managing research data and community service can be optimized. In addition, the need for information from this institution is needed in a fast and appropriate condition to support the improvement of the quality of lecturers and others in terms of research and community service.

Posyandu Mawar is a health service unit that is tasked with carrying out maternal and child health services (KIA) in the RW 02 Panyindangan Wetan Village, Sindang District, Indramayu Regency. At present, the data management process in Mawar Posyandu is still done manually by recording data into seven (7) register formats. This method is considered inefficient because it causes difficulties in the Posyandu Mawar data management process. To overcome these problems, the authors intend to develop a web-based posyandu information system using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database management system. Data collection is done by observation and interview. The system development method used is a structured method. The tools used in system analysis and design are Flow Of Diagrams (FOD), Data Flow Diagrams, Data Dictionaries, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) so as to produce an integrated application. The results of this study are posyandu data processing applications that can help Posyandu Mawar in reporting service activities to infants and pregnant women. In subsequent developments, it is expected that the posyandu information system is equipped with KMS ribbon chart features to monitor the child's weight development.

This paper describes a problem in computer laboratory maintenance and inventory. Inventory of goods in Every company or institution always has a connection with the data management process of goods / equipment owned by the company. In addition to inventory, maintenance is also very necessary in order to keep company assets under control, safe, and always maintained. For this reason, an Inventory Information System is needed as well as a maintenance system in managing the data. The results of this design are focused on managing information about the management of goods and several aspects regarding the maintenance of goods, especially in the computer laboratory of SMK Bhakti Anindya. With the implementation of the maintenance information system and laboratory inventory at Bhakti Anindya Vocational School, data management and equipment maintenance will be better. Tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai sebuah permasalahan dalam perawatan dan inventaris laboratorium komputer. Inventarisasi barang dalam Setiap perusahaan atau sebuah lembaga selalu memiliki keterkaitan dengan proses pengelolaan data barang / peralatan yang di miliki oleh perusahaan tersebut. Disamping  inventarisasi, hal perawatan juga sangat diperlukan  demi menjaga agar aset perusahaan terkontrol, aman, dan selalu terawat. Untuk itulah di butuhkan suatu Sistem Informasi Inventaris sekaligus sistem perawatannya dalam mengelola data tersebut. Hasil dari rancang bangun ini dititik beratkan pada pengelolaan informasi tentang pengelolaan barang dan beberapa aspek mengenai perawatan barang terutama pada bagian laboratorium komputer SMK Bhakti Anindya. Dengan diimplementasikannya sistem informasi Perawatan dan inventaris laboratorium di SMK Bhakti Anindya, pengelolaan data barang dan perawatan alat akan lebih baik.

<p>The thesis data management process at STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura currently still uses Microsoft Excel, so the processing takes a lot of time, another obstacle that arises is the title submission process, where students have to come to campus to submit titles then announcements still use the announcement board so that students who want to get the information must go to the STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember campus. The purpose of making the system is to solve the above problems and at the same time make it easier for students in the process of submitting titles. The design of this system uses the waterfall method, while the data collection method uses several methods such as observation, interviews and literature study. For web development using the PHP programming language. The final result of this design is a web that can be used by students to submit titles, see a list of thesis titles that have been taken and so on. While the output from the web that is made is a list of student thesis titles STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura and announcements such as approval of titles submitted, supervisors, examiners and payment issues.</p><p> </p>

Posyandu is one of the community-based basic health activities organized from, by and for the community assisted by health workers. Posyandu activities also require an Information System to improve the performance of health services for the community, especially in the data management process. Posyandu Kasih Ibu Kelurahan Kelapa Indah Tangerang is currently still using paper and handwritten media in all Posyandu activities, including registration, data collection for pregnant women and children under five. This of course has many shortcomings that can hinder the process of Posyandu activities. Referring to the results of the analysis that has been carried out directly, the existing system requires changes, therefore the main objective of this study is to create a Posyandu system that is able to process data management to be displayed in the form of information and reports quickly, accurately and useful. . The system to be designed is Web-based with the Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database, so the results of this study are a website for the Kasih Ibu Posyandu, Kelapa Indah Village, Tangerang.

New Santri Admission (Penerimaan Santri Baru) is an administrative process for the selection of new student candidates. The PSB process is always carried out manually at each school institution, especially the Islamic Boarding Schools, which will cause various difficulties from several related parties. Therefore the New Santri Admission System was created online or the term can be called the online PSB. . An idea emerged to create a new student admission information system based on the SQL database. With this system, pesantren or administrators can manage the implementation of student registration for web technology using the PHP programming language and new languages. such as rapid registration and announcements.

Faculty of Business and Management – Student Activity Information System (FBM-SAIS) was developed with an aim to manage the student activity application process effectively through the Internet. This study was conducted to determine the managerial implications of FBM-SAIS implementation to FBM, UiTM Selangor by focusing on the manpower and financial impact, as well as to determine the direct effect of SAIS Service Quality on SAIS student satisfaction. This study proposed SAIS ServiceQuality as a higher-order factor in order to determine a direct effect of SAIS Service Quality on student satisfaction towards SAIS implementation. Interviews were conducted to identify the managerial implications of student activity application process before and after SAIS implementation. Meanwhile, the quantitative data was gathered from 94 SAIS users who were FBM students through e-survey and was analyzed by using SmartPLS 3.0. The interview results showed that the implementation of SAIS did have an impact on the Faculty, such as increasing staff productivity and reducing costs. Moreover, the PLS-SEM analysis results showed that SAIS Service Quality positively influenced student satisfaction towards FBMSAIS implementation. This study provides an empirical validation of the SAIS Service Quality Model in the context of Higher Education.
