Bee breeding is a side job and source of income for local population. The research objectives were to analyze the characteristics breeders and business profile of kelulut honey, to know the kelulut honey cultivation technology, recognize the rocessing (agroindustry) of kelulut honey, determine  the production costs, production, income, and efficiency of kelulut honey, and analysis the marketing of kelulut honey in Kampar regency. This study used a survey method. The sample was selected by purposive sampling as 26 breeders. Data were analyzed qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results showed that the characteristics of the breeders were in the productive age category (26-55 years old), SD-Bachelor education and breeding experience between 1-6 years. The business was established in 2016 with the name of “Kelompok Madu Galo-Galo Kuok Lestari”.  The breeders have 2-40 bee boxes and use family labor.  Technology of breeding kelulut honey consisted of a parent colony, colony splitting, manufacture and placement of hive, maintenance, and harvesting. The processing was traditional. Kelulut honey required a production cost of IDR 487,883.33/production process, produce an average production of 20.04 liters during the flowering season and the non-flowering season 7.79 liters. The average net income derived each harvesting as IDR 2,973,655.13/breeder/boxe and IDR 858,270.52/ breeders/boxe during on flower season and off season, respectively.  Kelulut honey marketing only sells to the city of Pekanbaru.

ABSTRAK Usaha ikan gurami sangat profitabel karena dapat dibudidaya mulai dari telur di sarang, bibit yang memiliki ukuran kecil atau besar hingga menjadi induk, atau sebagai ikan konsumsi. Ikan gurami masih sangat diminati dengan berbagai ukuran sangat ramai dipasaran. Para konsumen berebut benih hingga keluar kota dengan ukuran yang diinginkan tidak mudah, yang dimana permintaan dari dalam kotapun belum bisa terpenuhi secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi biaya yang digunakan dalam berproduksi mengenai budidaya ikan gurami serta mengidentifikasi pendapatan dari hasil budidaya ikan gurami dengan menganalisis apakah usaha pembenihan ikan gurami tersebut laba/rugi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan cara sengaja (purpossive) di Desa Mirigambar Kecamatan Sumbergempol Kabupaten Tulungagung. Sampel penelitian adalah petani pembenihan ikan gurami dari Desa Mirigambar, Tulungagung. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data, yang mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan analisis pengujian revenue cost (R/C) ratio yang dimana digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pendapatan dari budidaya ikan gurami. Adapun hasil pada penelitian ini adalah dimana tingkat pendapatan bersih yang diterima per paket benih ikan gurami yaitu sebesar Rp 2.292.466,67 dengan pengujian revenue cost (R/C) ratio sebesar 1,68 dimana usahatani pembenihan ikan gurami tergolong menguntungkan bagi masyarakat menengah dan layak untuk dikembangkan khususnya di daerah dilakukannya penelitian. Kata Kunci : pembenihan, biaya produksi, pendapatan, ikan gurami   ABSTRACK The gourami business is very profitable because it can be cultivated from eggs in nests, seeds that have small or large sizes to become broodstock, or as fish for consumption. Gouramy fish is still in great demand with various sizes very crowded in the market. Consumers fighting for seeds to get out of town with the desired size is not easy, which is where the demand from within the city can't be fulfilled as a whole. The purpose of this study is to identify the costs used in the production of gouramy cultivation and to identify the income from gouramy cultivation by analyzing whether the gouramy hatchery business is profit/loss. The location of the research was carried out purposively in Miri Gambar Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency. The research sample was carp hatchery farmers from Miri Gambar Village, Tulungagung. Researchers in this study used quantitative descriptive methods and used data collection techniques, which included primary and secondary data. The researcher used an analysis of revenue cost (R/C) ratio testing which was used to identify income from gouramy cultivation. The results in this study are where the level of net income received per package of gouramy seeds is Rp. 2,292,466.67 with a revenue cost (R/C) ratio of 1.68 where the gouramy hatchery farming is classified as profitable for middle and middle class people. feasible to be developed, especially in the area of ​​research.   Keywords: hatchery, production costs, income, gouramy

fisheries in Fakfak Regency. This study used a survey method with direct interview techniques for respondents consisting of fishermen, collectors, retailers, wholesalers and processed fisheries traders. The results showed that, the largest income average of capture fisheries marketing institutions in Fakfak district was at large merchant institutions with a level of income of Rp. This is because large traders sell fish in very large quantities with the aim of selling outside the city of Fakfak. A very large cost is proportional to the income received by large traders. However, the lowest income is obtained by retail traders. Fishermen who have higher income from retailers and collectors are also associated with production costs that are not too large when compared to the purchase costs incurred by traders. The average production cost incurred by fishermen is Rp 2,392,272 which consists of fuel costs, storage costs and consumption costs.

Abstrak Tahun demi tahun, persaingan bisnis tempe di wilayah Surabaya kian ketat. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah studi untuk mengkaji kelayakan bisnis tersebut. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah Sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui semua biaya produksi, pendapatan kotor dan pendapatan bersih usaha tempe serta kelayakan usaha tempe di Surabaya. Penelitian dilaksanakan di daerah Sukomanunggal dengan menggunakan metode surve. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Rata-rata biaya total sebesar Rp 2.144.590 yang dihasilkan dari penjumlahan biaya tetap rata-rata sebesar Rp 160.590 dengan biaya variabel rata-rata sebesar Rp 1.984.000. Laba bersih rata-rata sekitar Rp 955.410 dari pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp 3.100.000 dikurangi dengan semua pengeluaran Rp 2.144.590. Analisis kewajaran usaha adalah dengan menyusun pendapatan dan pengeluaran secara keseluruhan. Rata-rata semua pendapatan Rp 3.100.000 dan semua pengeluaran rata-rata sebesar Rp 2.144.590. Dengan rasio 1,45 usaha tempe murni ITA layak untuk dijalankan.  Kata Kunci : Biaya produksi, Pendapatan kotor, Pendapatan bersih, Kelayakan usaha   Abstract From year to year, Tempe business competition in the Surabaya area is getting tougher. Therefore a study is needed to study the feasibility of the business. The purpose of this paper is as a reference to find out all the production costs, gross income, and net income of tempe businesses and the feasibility of tempe businesses in Surabaya. The study was carried out in the Sukomanunggal area using a survey method. The results showed that: The average total cost of Rp 2,144,590 resulted from the sum of the average fixed costs of Rp 160,590 with an average variable cost of Rp 1,984,000. Net profit averaged around Rp. 955,410 from an average income of Rp. 3,100,000 minus all expenses of Rp. 2,144,590. The reasonableness of business analysis is to compile overall income and expenditure. The average income of all Rp 3,100,000 and all expenses averaged Rp 2,144,590. With a ratio of 1.45, pure ITA tempe business is feasible to run.  Keywords : Production costs, Gross income, Net income, Business feasibility

Evaluation of type and planting system at the median road of Ir. SoekarnoMedian strips the City of Saumlaki, Maluku Tenggara Barat. Planting plants in the median strip Ir. Soekarno was dominated by Trembesi trees (Samanea saman) with tree branches that grew beyond the median strip. It was quite dangerous for road users because the Trembesi trees can easily be fallen when exposed to strong winds. Despite its problems, the Trembesi tree had ecological potential benefits such as the highest oxygen-producing and pollutant-absorbing capacity. This study aims to determine and evaluate the types of plants in terms of the physical categories and functions of plants and spacing. This study was located in Ir. Soekarno Road, South Tanimbar District, Town of Saumlaki, Maluku Tenggara Barat Regency. The standard of assesment for median road plant used The Guidelines Regulation of Public Works Minister 2008. Survey method with quantitative descriptive approach was used was this study by taking four samples of the median road segment. The physical assessment results for the four samples varied, those were moderate, good, and very good. The assessment result of functions in each segment had been fulfilled the categories with good and very good criteria, howevere the function needs to be improved. The value of distance assessment for each segment varied, those were good and very good. In order to increase plant distance category, it was necessary to add plants in each segment.

The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of income obtained by farmers who sell grain directly after harvest and farmers who delay selling grain and to find out the difference in income of farmers who sell unhulled grain directly after harvest with farmers who delay selling grain. This research was conducted using a survey method. Sampling of farmers who postpone selling grain and storing them waiting until the price of grain is high was carried out by using the census method for all populations totaling 17. Meanwhile, sampling of farmers who directly sell grain to 17 farmers from 374 populations was carried out using purposive sampling method with criteria respondents are farmers who have their own land with a land area of> 0.5 Ha. The results showed that the average production cost for the farmers to postpone selling GKP was IDR 12,911,329 / Ha / MT, the income was IDR 23,215,058 / Ha / MT, so that the income was IDR 10.303,729 / Ha / MT The production costs for direct selling GKP farmers are IDR 12,107,847 / Ha / MT, revenue is IDR 21,527,265 / Ha / MT, so you get an income of IDR 9,419,417 / Ha / MT. The average income of the respondent's delay in selling GKP was higher than that of the respondent who was selling GKP directly with the average difference in income of IDR 884,312 / Ha / MT. The R-C value of the delay in selling GKP is 1.80, while the direct selling value is 1.78. Statistically, there is a significant (significant) difference between the income of the respondent with the delay in selling GKP and the respondent from selling GKP directly. This can be seen from the t value of 3.42 and the t value of 2.036.

This study aims to analyze the socio-economic characteristics of entrepreneurs and the amplang cracker industry business, the magnitude of the amplang cracker industry business income, and the factors that affect the income of the amplang cracker industry entrepreneur in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The research method used in this study is a survey method, with descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of data processing using the OLS method in multiple linear regression equations, the results obtained are: The socio-economic characteristics of all amplang cracker industry entrepreneurs are 83.33 percent with a high school graduate/equivalent. The average number of dependents and the number of workers is 4 people. The average net income of Rp. 15,753,334,- per month. Simultaneously, the variables of production costs, the amount of production, and the workforce have a significant effect on the business income of the amplang cracker industry. Partially shows that production costs, and the amount of production have a positive and significant effect on the business income of amplang crackers. Meanwhile, labor has no significant effect on the business income of the amplang cracker industry. Keywords: Production, Labor, Revenue of amplang crackers industry

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. This research aims to determine the performance and income of a closed-house broiler farm with partnership business model. The research was conducted in a closed broiler house owned by Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Diponegoro University, Semarang, and in a partnership with Cemerlang Unggas Lestari Ltd. A total of 11,000 broilers were raised for each raising period in the closed broiler house. A case study method was used for this research. The data were collected using survey method; the primary data were collected directly through interviews with the farm operators and field observation. Secondary data were collected through data recording which includes production cost and obtained revenue in each raising period. The collected data were then analyzed through quantitative-descriptive study. A total 7 raising periods of production cost, revenue, and income in a year were analyzed. The results of this study showed that the average performances of closed-house broiler farm yield 0.37% depletion, 1.49 FCR, and 398.46 PI. The economic indicators showed that the average production cost was Rp292,668,800.00; which generated Rp327,300,779.00 revenue, Rp34,631,978.00 income, Rp183.055.535.00 NPV, and 1.24 BCR. The study concluded that the closed-house broiler farm generates higher income compared with the open house system.

The research was conducted on a number of consumers who bought broiler chicken and not sold again. The number of respondents in each market amounted to 100 respondents incidental sampling. Research location was chosen with consideration because the big market is in the middle of the city, while for dinoyo market because of its location on subdistrict and reside in the residential area. The data collected are primary and secondary data. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive, that is research which describes or describe characteristic from a state or object of research done through data collecting, data analysis and interpretation result of its analysis. The research method used survey method. Data processing from the results of research conducted using Cobb-Douglas function using SPSS version 16.0. Based on the results of research conducted on broiler consumers in Malang City can be concluded that the factors that affect the level of demand for broiler meat in the city of Malang is the price of the goods themselves (broiler meat prices), price of chicken meat, beef prices, cooking oil prices, incomes per capita, education and consumer tastes.

The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the amount of strawberry ushatani income, starting from production, selling price, revenue to net income, (2) analyzing the level of optimization of the use of inputs on strawberry farming, (3) knowing the feasibility of strawberry ushatani, is it worth the effort or not. The amount of income of a sample farmer is influenced by age, farming experience and the number of production factors used. The everage strawberry production in the study area is 1,077,915 kg with an average land area of 0,23 H. The income and income of sample farmers also have an importent effect on the selling price of production, where the everage selling price of farmers in the study area is quite large, namely Rp25,000 / kg. The everage acceptance of sample farmers in the study area is Rp26,947,875 with an average production cost of Rp21,292,126 so that it receives an average net income of Rp5,655,749/year. And this very low when compared to UMK Karo of Rp2,619,234.41. Strawberry farmers in the study area mostly have a fairly low aducation of 9 years, therefore farmers have minimal knowledge in cultivation and marketing techniques and also the lack of farmers in terns of farm management that does not take into account the supporting factors of farming and use more than one (1), sucs as pesatisida with the same function so that it will increase production costs, as well as low access to farmers’s capabilites in government and banking policies.  Keywords : Optomization, Strawberry.
