Teenagers are the transition from children into adults whose duration varies depends on the social and cultural factors. Parents take an important role to improve the general knowledge of child and adolescent reproductive health in particular. Method: The research design was correlational design. The research sample was 30 student XI class in MAN Wlingi, Blitar Regency. It was choosen using purposive sampling. The data was collected using questionnaire. The data was analysed using Chi Square Test. Result: The results showed by Chi Square correlation (Rho) that the  p value = 0,001. Discussion: Based on the results of the research, it was recommended that parents not fully apply the authoritarian role to the teenagers

Typhoid fever is a disease that is prone to occur in Indonesia, because of the characteristics of the climate that is very prone to diseases related to the seasons. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors related to the incidence of typhoid fever in the Working Area of the Jayawijaya District Health Office. The research design used is quantitative analytics method using quantitative data. The type of approach used is case control. The population is 74 patients with typhoid fever. The large sample taken as many as 37 respondents, with a large comparison of samples between the number of respondents in the case group is 37 respondents, and 37 respondents as a control group, so the total number of samples is 74 respondents. Sampling techniques used in this study is a simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is no relationship between age and the incidence of typhoid fever in the Working Area of the Jayawijaya District Health Office. Chi-square test result obtained p-Value Sig (0.445) > α (0.05). While it is known that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge, the level of education, hygiene of individual respondents with the incidence of typhoid fever in the Work Area of the Health Office of Jayawijaya Regency. Chi-square test results obtained p- value (0.000) < α (0.05) and environmental sanitation with the incidence of Typhoid Fever in the Work Area of the Jayawijaya District Health Office. Chi-square test result obtained p-value (0.001) < α (0.05). Based on the results of the study is expected to increase kinship with patients as well as by providing health services visits to the patient's home.

The research aims to knowing the relationship between parity and motivation with post-placental IUD selection in West Java. This research is a qualitative study using a cross-sectional approach with total sampling. Analysis of the results is conducted by calculating the frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test. Result: The result shows that 68.2% who did not choose a Post Placenta IUD were mothers with primiparous parity while 53.8% of Post Placenta IUD voters were mothers with multiparous parity, mothers who did not chose a Post-Placental IUD had low motivation of 76.0% and 65, 2% of mothers with high motivation choose a post Placenta IUD, so there is a relationship between motivation and the selection of a Post-Placental IUD with a p value of 0.010. There is no relationship between parity and post-placental IUD selection. There are other variables that are related including post-placental IUD care concerns and knowledge

At the present, the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of health problem in Indonesia. In last three years, the incident of DHF in Puskesmas Klagenserut has been significant increase of 17% cases. This research purpose is to know some factors related to with incident DHF in working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. In this research, the researcher uses descriptive quantitative research as approach. The method of research is analytical survey while the type of research is case control. In collecting the data, the researcher uses questionnaires. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses Chi-Square test and regresi logistic test. The sampling technique uses a Total Sampling. The population and samples is all sufferers of January – December 2020 period with 21 respondent cases and 21 respondent control. The result of bivariate test shows that there is a significant correlation between independent variable which is attitude (p-value = 0,045), perception (p-value = 0,022), health facilities (p-value = 0,008), and cadre support (p-value = 0,045), while variable that has no significant correlation is knowledge (p-value = 0,053). Multivariate test result got there is no related variable with incident DHF at working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. The conclusion represents that is related to the attitude, perception, health facility, and cadre support with incident of DHF at working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. Suggestions for further researchers are expected to be able to analyze other risk factors such as environmental conditions and the habit of hanging clothes against the incidence of DHF.

Introduction: During teenage will experience many changes both physically and psychologically. To deal with the changes that occur, teenage require readiness, both physically and psychologically. The role of the mother is one of the factors that affects readiness in facing the changes in puberty of the teenage. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation between the mother’s role and the readiness of teenage girl in facing the change of puberty of 8 until 12 years old at the elementary school Methods: This research type was quantitative with descriptive correlational design using cross sectional approach. The number of samples used were 37 respondents. Sampling technique used in this research was the purposive sampling technique with the data analysis using chi square test. The study was done in August 2017.Results: From the statistical test results obtained p-value of 0.001 (α <0.05) with a value of contingency of 0.485.Conclusions: There was a correlation between the mother’s role and the readiness of adolescent girls in facing the change of puberty at class II and Vat the elementary school with correlation of both variables in strong and unidirectional category.

According to the NINDS 2015, States that a stroke occurs when the blood supply to brain fails suddenly interrupted due to a blockage or rupture of blood vessels were. Basic Health Research results that show an increase in the prevalence of stroke symptoms in Indonesia increased from 8.3 at 1000 in 2007 to 12.1 and at 1000 in 2013. One of the problems that arise due to stroke is a disorder of swallowing or dysphagia. According to the World Stroke Academy Learning Moduls in 2012 the prevalence of dysphagia in stroke sufferers range from 36 to 67%. In the year 2016 in RSSN dysphagia in stroke patients 22,94%. For early detection of dysphagia screening test required to swallow as a first step in identifying the risks due to dysphagia and aspiration in stroke patients. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of the implementation of the screening test to swallow with dysphagia in acute stroke patients in the room just entered inpatient Neurology RSSN Bukittinggi in 2017. This research method using analytic, descriptive, then the data was processed using the Chi Square test. The sample in this study as many as 54 people respondents. Test result statistics retrieved value p value = 0.002 (p < α) then it can be inferred the existence of a relationship between the implementation of the screening test to swallow with dysphagia in acute stroke patients the new entry. Analysis of the results obtained OR = 9.281 meaning respondents who perform screening test procedures in accordance with the swallow has a chance of  9.281 times in detecting the occurrence of dysphagia. Suggestions in this study is the implementation of a screening test this swallow can be included in SPO for nurses in Bukittinggi in the room especially RSSN Neurology in detecting the onset of dysphagia in acute stroke patients.

Sidomulyo Health Center working area of 33.7%. One of the factors that influence the low level of exclusive breastfeeding is the lack of encouragement and support from family and the environment. Support from the environment can be realized by forming a breastfeeding support group (KP-ASI). The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that cause the unsuccessfulness of exclusive breastfeeding through breastfeeding support groups (KP-ASI) at Sidomulyo Health Center Pekanbaru. Methode: This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional method. This research was conducted on 02 June - 17 June 2020 at Puskesmas Sidomulyo Pekanbaru with a sample size of 25 KP-ASI members and 25 infant mothers. The technique of collecting interview data using a questionnaire. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate with the Chi Square test. Result: The results of univariate analysis showed that most 13 people (52%) had good motivation, most of the availability of infrastructure, 14 people (56%) were in the inadequate category and supervision, namely 13 people (52%) were in the poor category The results showed a p value of 0.028 for the motivation variable, 0.070 for the variable availability of infrastructure and 0.025 for the monitoring variable. Conclusion: The conclusion is there is a relationship between motivation and supervision with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. Meanwhile, seen from the p value> 0.05 for the variable availability of infrastructure, there is no relationship between the availability of infrastructure and the practice of exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze people’s behavior in using clean water based on their water source and the factors that influence that behavior. This research method through data collection is done by observing the level of education, type of work, income level, number of people, analysis of the relationship between social and cultural factors. Data were analyzed by crosstab analysis. The results showed that community behavior in using clean water tended to be very dependent on SPAM (90.6%) compared to wells (9.4%) as a source of clean water for household and non-household water use. Chi square test results show there is a relationship between the variables of clean water sources to domestic use (0.00) and non-domestic (0.025) <α (0.05). Factors that influence the behavior of clean water users in general in the Topoyo community are social and cultural factors where the results of the domestic chi square test (0.00) and non-domestic (0.025). By zoning the use of clean water is only influenced by a number of variables.

Background: PTM is a disease that is not caused by bacterial infection including degenerative chronic disease. Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu) is one of the empowerment program that aims to increase community participation in controlling risk factors for non-communicable diseases. Based on data obtained in Dusun Tegalsari, Donotirto village, Posbindu PTM activity was attended by 30 participants from 478 people aged > 15 years and still low in its utilization and participation. Objective: The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of knowledge, attitude and family support with the utilization of Posbindu PTM in Degotary Tegalsari Donotirto Village Kretek District, Bantul Regency. Method: This research type is descriptive quantitative research with cross-sectional research design. The population in this study as many as 30 people in which researchers took from the population of Degotary Tegalsari village Donotirto > 15 years old and actively participate in the activities posbindu PTM. Sampling using samples saturated as many as 30 people.Instrument in this research is questionnaire by using Chi Square test. Result: The result of Chi Square test shows that there is no correlation between knowledge with the utilization of Posbindu PTM with the result of significant value (P value) the correlation between knowledge with PTM Posbindu utilization is 0.778 (P value >a ). The existence of correlationbetween attitude with utilization of Posbindu PTM with result of significant value (Pvalue) equal to 0,003 (Pvalue <a). The existence of correlationbetween family support with utilization of posbindu PTM with result of significant value (P value) equal to 0,001 (P value <a). Conclusion: There is not significant correlation between knowledge with the utilization of Posbindu PTM, the correlation between attitude with the utilization of Posbindu PTM and family support with utilization of posbindu PTM.

ABSTRAK ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Kunci dari upaya penyembuhan semua jenis penyakit kanker adalah mendeteksi sedini mungkin.  Kanker serviks adalah kanker yang stadium  pra kankernya dapat terdeteksi. Deteksi dini kanker serviks melalui Pap smear. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi.  Total populasi yang berjumlah 90 orang  karyawati dengan kriteria: menikah  ≥ 5 tahun dan berusia  ≥ 30 tahun.  Alat pengumpul data yaitu kuesioner yang terdiri atas 30 pertanyaan dari tujuh faktor intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah chi square  test.  Hasil: Hasil yang didapat melalui uji chi square dari 7 faktor motivasi  intrinsik dan ekstrinsik  terdapat 4 faktor yang berhubungan yaitu: dari faktor  intrinsik, pengetahuan (p-value 0,002),  kemauan dan kesadaran (p-value 0,037), sedangkan untuk faktor ekstrinsik, keamanan dan kenyamanan (p-value 0,001), hubungan Interpersonal (p-value 0,025), dan ada 3 faktor yang tidak berhubungan yaitu: penyakit atau keluhan (p-value 0,952), tingkat ekonomi (p-value 0,476), upah dan imbalan (p-value 0,188). Diskusi: Hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan  bagi  program   kesejahteraan karyawan  di bidang kesehatan dan untuk institusi pendidikan dapat mengembangkan  ilmu keperawatan, terutama tentang Pap smear dan kanker serviks serta menjadi pertimbangan bagi responden untuk melakukan pemeriksaan Pap Smear. Kata kunci: kanker serviks, Pap smear, motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik   ABSTRACT Introduction : The key to the recovery efforts of all types of cancer is to  detect as early as possible.  Cervical cancer is cancer that pra cancer stadium could be detected.  Early stage of detection of cervical cancer through research Pap smear. Method: Research design used  by descriptive correlation.  The sample of this study is a total population of 90 people who had been married employee  which ≥ 5 years and ≥ 30 years old.  Data collection tool is a questionnaire consisting of 30 questions from the seven intrinsic and extrinsic factors.  Statistical test used by Chi Square test. Result: The result  obtained from Chi Square test of 7 factors intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.  The results can exist in four related factors, namely ; intrinsic,  knowledge (p-value 0.002),  volition and consciousness (p value 0.037), extrinsic, security and comfort (p-value 0.001), interpersonal relations (p-value 0.025),  and there are three factors that are not related, namely:  illness or complaint (p-value 0.952),  economic level (p-value 0.476) , wages and benefits (p-value 0.188). Discussion: the results of this study feed into the welfare program for employees in health and education institutions can develop nursing knowledge, especially about Pap smear and cervical cancer as well as a consideration for the respondent to perform a Pap smear examinations. Background: The percentage of infants who receive exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia can be much higher. There are many factors including working mothers. Aim: To find out if there is a significant relationship between working mothers towards exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: This study was an analytic observational study done using the data acquired from a questionnaire given to mothers who come to Bunda Maternity Clinic in Surabaya. Data was then analysed statistically using Chi square test. Result: Out of 20 working mothers, 6 (30%) of them exclusively breastfed their infants while the rest did not.
