The study aims to determine the application of regional leadership ethics with local wisdom of Siri na Pacce  Makassar ethnic community seen from the values contained in it, namely  Appau Tojeng, Lambusu’, Jarrek, Sipakatau, Annyomba ri Karaeng La taala, and pacce. Continuity in the application of leadership values is reflected in the nature of leadership in the District Gowa Regency. The research method is descriptive qualitative, and the focus of research is on the leadership of the Regent of the Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data on the research results were processed with the analysis technique model Miles and Huberman (2014). The results of the study show that local leadership ethics are still applied to a number of values, namely Appau Tojeng is applied through the union of words and actions taken; Jarrek  is implemented through accountability for achieving the organization's vision and mission; Lambusu’ is applied through open information delivery; Sipakatau is implemented through the provision of benefits, Annyomba ri Karaeng Allah Taala  is implemented through religious activities carried out within the scope of his administration; and pacce is applied through caring for employees and the community. Evidence of the importance of applying the ethical values of local cultural heritage to the organization's leadership, so that leaders, employees, and communities can create a good governance atmosphere

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

The Dimanapeneliti is as a key instrument, the data collection techniques are done triangulated (combined), inductive data analysis, and the results of qualitative research emphasizes the meaning of generalization. Based on the theory, researchers are used to using qualitative research methods because they want to understand sociological factors, situations, and symptoms or social phenomena in depth, and in a comprehensive sense. With a qualitative approach, researchers do research on natural settings, meaning researchers see the fact that there is field. TTechnological developments are now in the era of super-smart society 5.0 which is an advanced solution to the 4.0 industrial revolution. The era of super-smart society 5.0 is a learning innovation that changes from basic literacy to digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the innovation of Biochemistry learning in the Department of Chemistry at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung in welcoming the era of super-smart society 5.0. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique was carried out using a literature review. The method of data collection was carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires, documentation, lecturer interviews, and student interviews. The research instrument consisted of observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview sheets. The results showed that in the era of super-smart society 5.0, lecturers and students were required to be quick in making decisions and solutions when learning Biochemistry. Lecturers must dig up information and look for innovations so that students can think ahead and keep up with the times according to the era of super-smart society 5.0. Lecturers act as tutors or teachers, facilitators, and inspire students to achieve learning objectives. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that lecturers must have the ability in digital literacy and train students to be able to think critically and creatively in learning Biochemistry in the era of super-smart society 5.0.

The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of the evaluation of the input for the GGD program related to the participants, the committee, and the GGD technical guidance. The research method is descriptive qualitative because this research wants to get input information from the GGD program policies. Data collection techniques used open interviews, documents, and documentation studies. Data sources are the GTK Directorate, Kemdikbud, Head of the Ministry of Education and Culture's HR Bureau, the GGD committee. The data analysis technique used data triangulation. The results of the study concluded that the GGD participants had followed a series of procedures stipulated in the GGD policies, the committee had set requirements according to the needs of the GGD implementation, and technical guidance was provided so that the GGD participants were ready to work in the 3T areas. All the resources involved in the GGD program, from the central to the participating regions, did this program well. The results of the study recommended providing activities that can improve the professionalism of GGD participants

This article aims to determine the form of Shift's religious expression and the factor of the Shift community's interest in the context of cyberreligion. The research method is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. There are 5 research subjects (subscribers) and the research object of the YouTube channel Shift. The interactive model analysis technique of Miles & Huberman from the results of data collection that the authors get. The results showed that the phenomenon of cyberreligion has touched various circles and was used by Ust. Hanan Attaki by establishing a Shift which targets the younger generation in the form of online religion. The use of YouTube as a means of spreading Shift's da'wah is categorized into the File-Sharing category. The study, which is nicely packaged by Ust. Hanan Attaki, has made it loved by the younger generation as an alternative in their religious information.

This study aims to analyze the management of Zakat, Infak, and Alms (ZIS) funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo related to the management, fundraising, and distribution of ZIS funds to improve the mustahik economy. The research method uses a qualitative research model where data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation over a period of one month. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of ZIS funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo is not only done in traditional ways (consumptive in nature), but also productive. So from the production that has been done, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the mustahik economy. The fundraising technique used is door to door as well as online. Regarding the distribution of the collected ZIS funds, it is not only given to mustahik around the institution, but also throughout the Ponorogo Regency area so that its benefits will be more widespread.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan dana Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah (ZIS) di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo terkait dengan cara pengelolaan, fundraising, dan pendistribusian dana ZIS untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi selama kurun waktu satu bulan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana ZIS di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo tidak hanya dilakukan dengan cara-cara tradisional (bersifat konsumtif), tetapi juga bersifat produktif. Sehingga dari pemproduktifan yang telah dilakukan diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun teknik fundraising yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara door to door juga melalui online. Terkait dengan pendistribusian dana ZIS yang terkumpul tidak hanya diberikan untuk mustahik disekitar lembaga, tetapi menyeluruh dalam wilayah Kabupaten Ponorogo sehingga kebermanfaatannya pun akan lebih meluas.

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

This research took place in Sitinjau Laut Sub-District with the formulation of the problem: How is the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency? The aim of this research is to know and explain about the implementation of the Non Food Cash Aid Program  in Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency. The research method is a qualitative with. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 19 people. The data analysis technique is data triangulation. Based on the results of research, namely the assistance provided by the government has been implemented in a structure, on target, on time and reduces the burden on the poor in terms of expenditure and can help the food security of the poor.

In accordance with PP No. 8 of 2012 and the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2013 requires universities to implement a curriculum that refers to the IQF. In the PGMI study program, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has implemented a curriculum system that refers to the KKNI. This study aims to determine the application of the curriculum referring to the KKNI in the PGMI study program of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Where in this study, researchers look for sources of descriptive data in the form of words or opinions from research subjects. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation methods. The analysis technique of data collection, presentation and conclusion. Data analysis was carried out on data collection and after all were collected. The results show that in general the KKNI curriculum has been implemented in the PGMI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang study program which is decent and good.

Good Governance is governance that consists of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness in an effort to improve company performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness on the health level of LPD. This research was conducted in all LPDs in Abiansemal District. The number of samples taken was 34 chairmen of LPD, with probability sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is Multiple Liniear Regression Analysis. Found that only transparency has a significant effect on the health level of LPD, while other factors such as accountability, responsiveness, independence and fairness have no significant effect on the health level of LPDs. This shows when transparency is the focus of management's attention, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness are seen as something that must be applied by LPDs management.
