There has been a study that demonstrates the ability to analyze and solve the problem of kinematics material in prospective physics teachers. This research uses the qualitative method. There are three techniques of data collection namely; questionnaires from students, interviews from faculty, and observation of campus environmental conditions. The results of this study produce gaps, and it can be concluded that the need for improvement and improvement of the learning model. Learning using the Video analysis program can solve the problem

This study aims to find out and describe the Implementation of the BKKBN Student Counseling Information Center (PIK-M) Program in the city of Palangka Raya. The type of research used is a qualitative method, by taking a sample of 4 (four) PIK-M from 8 (eight) PIK-M in the city of Palangka Raya. Namely, (1) PIK-M Barendeng (UNPAR), (2) PIK-M Fasko (UMP), (3) PIK-M Barigas (IAIN), (4) PIK M Bakti Husada (Poltekkes). Data collection techniques are documentation, observation, and interviews. The informants consisted of Head of KS / PK, Head of Sub-Division of BKR, Trustees, Managers, and members of each PHC-M. The cornerstone of theory in this research is implementation and program, where implementation is actions to achieve the objectives outlined in policy decisions. The program is as a unit or unit of activity which is the realization or implementation of policy takes place in a continuous process and occurs in an organization involving a group of people. According to G. Shabbir Cheema and Dennis a. Rondinelli has four factors that influence the implementation of policies or programs, namely: (a) environmental conditions, (b) relations between organizations, (c) organizational resources for program implementation, (d) characteristics and capabilities of implementing agents

This study aims to analyze the steps of applying the discovery learning model in physics learning. This type of research is qualitative with the type of case study. The subjects in this study were physics teachers and students of class X SMKN 2 Ende, totaling 33 students. The object of this research is the application of the discovery learning model. Data collection instruments using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the application of the discovery learning model in physics learning for class X students of SMK Negeri 2 Ende was in accordance with the syntax. The syntax of the discovery learning model consists of stimulation, problems, data collection, data processing, verification, generalization.

Research on Islamic education learning model to build the character of learners in Special SDLB well Gayam Maharani This  further  reinforces  the theory that  in  order  to  build  character  learners  there  should  be coherence between what is taught in school educators, parents at home, and the environment. This study uses a qualitative method with phenomenological type of research which is then analyzed using descriptive. The data collection was done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Once the data is collected, then the data in the analysis to determine: (1) learning model of Islamic education in Special SDLB MaharaniGayam wells Paciran Lamongan, (2) the implementation of Islamic religious education in Special SDLB MaharaniGayam wells Paciran Lamongan, (3) factors inhibiting learning of Islamic religious education to build character learners in Special SDLB Maharani Well Gayam Paciran Lamongan. In this study conclude that the learning model of Islamic education to build character learners in Special SDLB Maharani Well Gayam Paciran Lamongan, are: use of individual learning model, and the model of classical learning. Further to the implementation of teaching Islamic education for children with special needs in Special SDLB Maharani Paciran, namely: there should be a class management, PAI learning materials, learning model, equipment and instructional media. The Factor affecting learning are: lack of props, the need for therapy teacher, art teacher, student ability of different, and lack of support from parents (guardians).

the purpose of this study is to improve student learningoutcomes in the struggle material by applying the directlearning model. The research method used was classroomaction research from Kemmis and Taggart and was carriedout in two cycles consisting of four stages, namely: Planning,Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The subjectsof this study were 30 students of grade V of SD InpresKakaskasen 2. The data collection method uses observationand tests. The results achieved by students in learningactivities in the first cycle was 66.67 improvement in thesecond cycle with an average student achievement of 89.74%with very good qualifications. the results of the study provethat the application of the direct learning model can improvestudent learning outcomes for the fighters' struggle.Keywords: direct learning model, learning outcomes

The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of acquisition duty of right on land and building exemption policy in terms of achieving tax revenues at the regional tax and retribution agency jakarta pusat in 2018 as well as the obstacles and efforts made in the acquisition duty of right on land and building exemption policy. This study used a qualitative method of descriptive approach, the data collection techniques were by observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The study used the theory of G. Shabbir Cheema and Dennis A. Roninelli based on the factors of environmental conditions, relationships between organizations, resources, and the characteristics of the implementers. The obstacle factor in this study is the low level of public awareness, especially the people of Jakarta Pusat, they are not active in checking in the field for differences in acquisition value of the taxable object. The efforts made to solve the obstacles are the public and open socialization and conducting field checks on the basis of acquisition value of the taxable object calculations.

This study aims to describe learning outcomes through the application of PAKEM learning model. The subjects of the study were the students of grade IVb SD Negeri 013 Mekarsari. Improvement of learning outcomes in terms of four categories, namely the ability to absorb, the effectiveness of learning, mastery of student learning both mastery of individual and classical completeness and mastery of learning outcomes. Instruments used for data collection are oral tests and written tests in the form of LKS conducted after the learning process. The results showed that the percentage of student completeness increased from 19.40% to 55.40% categorized well, the effectiveness of learning is categorized very effective with an average of 88.46%. While the completeness of student learning outcomes expressed. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of PAKEM learning model can improve learning outcomes on the material of the students of class IV B grade SD Negeri 013 Mekarsari.

This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

Sociolinguistics is the study of language variation and use in society. Interference is the event of the use of language elements of one into the other language elements that occur in the speakers themselves. This research uses descriptive qualitative method because to describe the actual realityin order to obtainan accurateand objective. Qualitative descriptive methods were used to analyzethe elements ofa word orphrase that incorporated elements of other languages with the analysis and description of the formulation of the problem is the answer. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, the determination ofthe object of research, the selection of short stories.Based on the analysis of the data in this study can be found that there are six forms of interference morphology, namely (1) the prefix nasal N-sound, (2) the addition of the suffix, (3) the exchange prefix, (4) exchange suffixes, (5) exchange konfiks, (6) removal affixes. While the syntactic interference only on the words and phrases in a sentence. The results of the study it can be concluded that the interference morphology more common than syntactic interference.

This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.
