This study aims to develop virtual laboratory learning media based on discovery learning of the immune system and to determine the feasibility of a virtual laboratory learning media based on discovery learning of the immune system. This study is a research and development adopting the 4-D device development model. In this study the design of the 4-D development was modified into 3 steps (3-D) namely Define, Design, and Develop. The study was conducted at one of the state high schools in Sragen Regency. The research subjects were divided into two, namely limited trial subjects and field trials determined using simple random sampling. The data was analized by using qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of the study stated that virtual laboratory media based on discovery learning of immune system was created by using adobe animate CC 2017 with a design concept writing, images, animation, and video with characteristics of discovery learning models and virtual laboratory media based on discovery learning of immune system feasible to be used in learning based on validity tests from several experts with a very valid level of validity.

: The use of learning media is one of the critical success factors in higher education, therefore an educator must have innovation to use of learning media. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media based on the Inspiring Suit 8 on arbitration material courses of theoretical and practice for Volleyball 1 academic year 2018/2019 at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The existence of media will be a big successful support in learning process, so that students do not feel boredom because of the weaknesses of the lecturers, in which they are unable to provided good learning variation or even have difficulty in conveying or transferring knowledge. The research was descriptive qualitative design. The research subjects were students of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program who took volleyball theory and practice courses in the even semester academic year 2018/2019. The instruments used were the media expert review questionnaire, the learning expert questionnaire, and the trial analysis questionnaire. The questionnaire will be analyzed to see the feasibility of the developed media. Based on the data results review by media expert volleyball, media learning expert and field trials, it can be concluded that media developed is useful in learning process. In addition, it is used to provide independent motivation, which can be used in lesson for students.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena masih rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif yang diperoleh peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 2 Kulisusu.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik materi usaha dan pesawat sederhana kelas VIII SMPN 2 Kulisusu melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 2 Kulisusu semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 112 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh dua kelas  yaitu kelas eksperimen (VIIIA) dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan kelas  kontrol (VIIIB) dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Teknik pengumpulan data hasil belajar kognitif menggunakan tes objektif pilihan ganda.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan: 1) Gambaran pretest hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas eksperimen pada materi Usaha dan Pesawat Sederhana adalah rata-rata 34,23 dan standar deviasi 8,79, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah rata-rata 34,26 dan standar deviasi14,12. Gambaran posttest hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas eksperimen pada materi Usaha dan Pesawat Sederhana adalah rata-rata 80,76 dan standar deviasi 6,59, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah rata-rata 70,56 dan standar deviasi 9,64; 2) Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata pretest hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol; 3) Nilai rata-rata posttest hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi secara signifikan daripada nilai rata-rata posttest hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas kontrol; 4) Nilai rata-rata N-gain hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi secara signifikan daripada nilai rata-rata N-gain hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas kontrol.

Introduction: Menstrual pain or dysmenorrhea is a common problem that is often complained of by women during menstruation. Menstrual pain can interfere learning activities, especially final year students in completing their thesis. The purpose of this study were to analyze the effect of endorphin massage on menstrual pain in final year nursing students of UNUSA. Method: This study using an experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design. Research subjects of this study was recruited using simple random sampling who was included inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research subjects in this study was of 46 students who were then divided into two groups, 23 students into intervention group and 23 students into control group. Data were collected by using observation with VAS. Data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney U test. Result and Analysis: The results showed that: 1) There was difference VAS score between pre test and post test in intervention group (p= 0,000), 2) There was difference VAS score between intervention and control group (p= 0,017). Conclusion: Endorphin massage could reduce menstrual pain in final year nursing student of UNUSA. In learning science, it is necessary to have a learning model that can integrate scientific literacy skills. This study aimed to develop discovery learning-based module to improve students’ scientific literacy. We used R & D research that adapts the 4-D model device development procedure, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Product assessment was carried out after revision stage I by 3 media experts, 3 material experts, and 1 SMA YPPK Taruna Bakti teacher. To determine student responses, the product was tested for feasibility and readability on 5 X grade students of SMA YPPK Taruna Bakti through a limited trial. The product was revised and tested again through a broad trial on 16 students. The revision through experts’ comments and students’ initial responses has affected the readability, feasibility, and usability of developed Newton’s Law module. There were no students who have high scientific literacy. Students who have low scientific literacy were 13 and students who have moderate scientific literacy were 3. It can be said that the module cannot significantly improve students’ scientific literacy because of online learning environment. The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

This study aims to determine learning outcomes using the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model assisted with macromedia flash compared to Discovery Learning assisted with macromedia flash on the reaction rate material. The study population was all students of class XI MIPA MAN 3 Medan. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. The selected sample is Class XI MIPA 1 as an experimental class I which is treated with a Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model assisted by macromedia flash and Class XI MIPA 3 as an experimental class II which is treated with a Discovery Learning model assisted by macromedia flash. This study uses test instruments that have been tested and are valid. Student learning outcomes data are first tested for normality and homogeneity, where the results obtained by both groups of samples are homogeneous and normally distributed. Hypothesis testing uses the Independent Sample T-Test, with the results of the research obtained a significance value of 0.047. Thus, there are significant differences in student learning outcomes taught using the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model with Discovery Learning assisted by macromedia flash with a result of 14% using the STAD model better than Discovery Learning.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Student Collaboration, Student Team  Achievement Divisions (STAD), Discovery Learning, Reaction Rate

The main purpose of this research was to result Interactive Instructional Media Oriented to Creative Problem Solving Model. The method of this research used research and development method by 4-D of development model those were consisted by Define Stage, Design Stage, Develop Stage and Disseminate Stage. However, this research was limited to Develop. The research subjects on individual limited test were as much 2 students, on field trials were as much 20 students. Instrument those were used to get the data in this research were questionnaire and documentation. Technical that was used to analyse the data was percentage descriptive counting. The result of this research showed that development of Interactive Instructional Media Oriented to Creative Problem Solving Model had gone well that was proved by means of learning result was 81.10 when the simulation of using interactive instructional media

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in class XI MIPA-3 SMAN 2 Jember in the 2017/2018 academic year through the application of discovery learning to the material properties of salt solutions. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in two research cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA-3 SMAN 2 Jember, totaling 36 students, consisting of 17 male students and 19 female students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation for the implementation of the learning process and tests to determine student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the application of discovery learning can improve student learning outcomes regarding the properties of salt solutions. In the first cycle the percentage of student learning completeness was 58.33% (21 students) and increased in the second cycle, the percentage of student learning mastery was 88.88% (32 students). There was a significant increase from cycle I to cycle II, namely 30.50%. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA- 3 SMAN 2 Jember tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui penerapan discovery learning pada materi sifat larutan garam. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus penelitian yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA-3 SMAN 2 Jember yang berjumlah 36 siswa, terdiri 17 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi untuk pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dan tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa materi sifat larutan garam. Pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 58,33% (21 siswa) dan meningkat pada siklus II, persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 88,88% (32 siswa). Terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 30,50%.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa antara model discovery learning dan jigsaw. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu. Tempat penelitian diaksanakan di SMP Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu. Populasi pada penelitian seluruh siswa kelas VII. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak sederhana yaitu kelas VII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model discovery learning, kelas VII.5 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw, dan kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelas eksperimen 1 memperoleh nilai rata-rata tes akhir (post-test) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yaitu 12,13, nilai rata-rata eksperimen 2 yaitu 11,45, dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 9,26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji anava satu jalur, dengan signifikan 0,05 diperoleh 𝐹ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 = 𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 = 0,34, maka H0 ditolak. Artinya ada perbedaan signifikan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada kelas eksperimen 1, kelas eksperimen 2, dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan uji beda nyata (BNT) menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran yang memberikan hasil penalaran matematis yang berbeda adalah model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan konvensional, dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan konvensional. Sedangkan pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw tidak memberikan hasil kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang berbeda. Model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw memberikan hasil lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan model konvensional.Kata kunci: kemampuan penalaran matematis, model discovery learning, model Jigsaw AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine students' mathematical reasoning abilities with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City in the   academic year 2019/2020. The sample of this study was selected by simple random sampling, namely class VII.1 as experimental class 1 using the discovery learning models, class VII.5 as experimental class 2 using the jigsaw type cooperative learning models, and class VII.3 as control class using conventional learning models. Data were collected by means of tests of students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Based on the results of the one-way ANOVA test, there are significant differences in students' mathematical reasoning abilities in the experimental class 1, experiment class 2 and the control class. The results          of the real difference test (BNT) show that learning that gives different results is the discovery learning models with conventional learning models, and the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with conventional learning models. Meanwhile, learning with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models does not give different results for students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models give better results when compared to conventional learning.Keywords: mathematical   reasoning   ability,   discovery   learning   model,   Jigsaw   model
