The study design applied cross-sectional using a questionnaire, and sampling was done by purposive sampling. Respondents were people who used antibiotics without a doctor's prescription. The survey was conducted in Yogyakarta in September-October 2018. The data were analyzed descriptively and used multivariate logistic regression. As many as 44.2% of the total 670 respondents used antibiotics the last time more than a year ago; 69.5% received information about antibiotics from previous treatments; 93.4% received antibiotics from pharmacies, and 69.2% stated that the most used antibiotic was amoxicillin. More than half (62.2%) of respondents were still willing to become customers at a pharmacy that had refused to provide antibiotics without a prescription. Respondents with high school education or lower as the latest education degree (OR = 1.513; 95% CI 1.017-2.252); from family income below the regional minimum wage (OR = 1.858; 95% CI 1.302-2.651), and from Sleman Regency (OR = 1.457; 95% CI 1.016-2.089) became a predictor of the unwillingness of respondents to become customers at a pharmacy who had refused to provide antibiotics without a prescription. Supervision of antibiotic (especially amoxicillin) in pharmacies and education to the community needs to be used as part of a strategy against irrational use of antibiotics. In addition, education needs to be given to pharmacists to reduce fears of decreased in the number of their customers because they refuse to deliver antibiotics without a prescription.

The population of this study is all teachers SMAN 1 Sei. Raya took with total sampling method and obtained as many as 46 respondents. From each respondent obtained data onto age, sex, obesity level and measurement of total cholesterol level. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate with correlation test for Kendall tau with value ɑ = 0.05. The test result using Kendall tau to analyze the relationship of age, sex, and obesity with total cholesterol showed that there is no relationship between age (p = 0.648), sex (p = 0.418), and obesity (p = 0.542) with total cholesterol levels in teachers SMAN 1 Sei. Raya. Objectives: The present research aimed to evaluate the relationship of supra patella effusion with pain and disability in patients with knee osteoarthritis by Ultrasonography (US). Methods: In a cross-sectional study, 60 patients with knee OA (Mean±SD score of body mass index: 29.81±5.64 kg/m2 and age: 50.48±7.57 years) were selected by nonprobability sampling method. Supra patella effusion was evaluated using an US. All study subjects completed the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) for pain and disability outcomes, respectively. To evaluate the relationship between effusion, disability, and pain, the Pearson’s correlation coefficient was employed. Results: There was a poor but significant relationship between the area of effusion (r=0.27, P=0.03), the thickness of effusion (r=0.32, P=0.01), with pain. No correlation was found between the trace of effusion (r=-0.08, P=0.5) and pain. The area of effusion (r=0.1, P=0.17), the thickness of effusion (r=0.08, P=0.51), and the trace of effusion (r=0.0, P=0.9) were not correlated with disability. Discussion: The effusion of supra patella was slightly correlated with pain. In contrast, the effusion of supra patella demonstrated no correlation with disability.

Objectives: to assess the knowledge level of parents from the central region of Saudi Arabia about oral health and care of preschool children and its relation with sociodemographic variables, parents‟ self-perception toward their dental health, importance of teeth and frequency of dental visits. Methods: a random sample of 754 parents participated in this cross-sectional study and completed an internationally accepted questionnaire. Chi square test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data (p<0.05). Results: mean knowledge score of the parents was 4.8 (out of 11). Less than 20% of the parents were knowledgeable about the best position for tooth brushing, the concentration of fluoride in a child‟s toothpaste, timing of first dental check-up, and best time to give a sugary snack. Mothers, parents with high educational level and family income, parents with positive attitude towards teeth and excellent self-perception of their dental health were significantly more likely to score higher (p<0.05). Conclusions: knowledge of parents about oral health and care of preschool children in the central region of Saudi Arabia was deficient. Gender, education level of parents, family income, attitude about teeth and self-perception of parents‟ own dental health were factors which influenced their knowledge. To improve parents‟ knowledge, role of health professionals should be improved and TV commercials directed toward the areas which had gaps in knowledge.
