 The covid 19 pandemic has not ended and there are still many people who have not received the vaccine scheduled by the government so all citizens must remain vigilant against Corona 19 virus infection. Viral infection is a self-limiting disease that can heal itself if our immune system is strong. There are many things that can increase the immune system, one of which is nutritional intake from food and proper processing methods. Fulfillment of macro nutrition in the form of energy and protein sources can be obtained from animal and vegetable sources, while micronutrients in the form of vitamins and minerals can be obtained from meat, fish, vegetables, colored fruit or not. The content of micronutrients that increase immunity is in the form of antioxidants contained in vitamins A, B, C, E, zinc, Fe and several other minerals. Washing hands with soap or hand sanitizer is a government program to prevent the spread of the covid 19. The high cost of hand sanitizers and the scarcity of goods have led to creative ideas to empower people in making hand sanitizers that are cheap, easy to obtain and safe for all ages. The aim of this community service is to provide understanding to the community about sources of nutrition to increase the body's immune system and how to properly process food ingredients without damaging nutritional content and improve skills in processing food ingredients and making hand sanitizers from environmentally friendly natural ingredients that can be taken from around us. Community service can be carried out well, the community feels very helped by the counseling and training provided. Evaluation of activities is carried out by assisting the community's creativity in processing nutritious food and making hand sanitizers with natural ingredients around our environment.

The Covid-19 pandemic does not seem to be over yet, the problems that arise are so many as a result of the epidemic, starting from the problem of the decline in the economic sector, limited community mobility so that the government always encourages to implement health protocols, starting from maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, always washing hands , carrying a hand sanitizer, and wearing a mask when traveling, are not only a pandemic problem but also the penetration of destructive religious ideas that tends to be radical so that it is again necessary to spread a moderate religious perspective. Through the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the socialization of religious moderation has begun again. The purpose of carrying out this community service research is first, as a form of embodiment of the tri darma of higher education in the field of community service; second, so that people can improve their adaptation to the environment and conditions that are currently happening. The methods used are lectures, providing information, simulations and training within the framework of the Paticipatory Rural Apprasial. The results achieved were the implementation of socialization in the context of preventing Covid-19 by making posters, flyers, spandung, giving advice and education. In the religious moderation program, namely by inserting messages of peace in religion in educational institutions, TPQ, and Islamic boarding schools, but some are using virtual platforms. Economic and community empowerment program by reviving one of the local tourist sites in Dhompo village, Pasuruan Regency. Community needs program by producing an information technology-based village application product. The conclusion is that the more people can improve their adaptation in pandemic conditions, the hope is that they can improve safety and also change their habit patterns to stay productive.

Kubu Raya is a new district, the expansion of Pontianak regency in which still needs restructuring, and organizational, and administrative territory revamping. This condition will affect the social environment, the economy and the health of local communities. One of district in Kubu Raya Regency, Sungai Ambawang district, contained several underdeveloped villages. The majority people there are indigenous Dayak. Their customs are dominantly affected their social system . Human Development Index (HDI) of Kubu Raya in 2012 amounted to 69.42, where the rate is still below of the IPM Kalbar is 70.31 and Indonesia is 73.29. Community service activities is aimed at improving the productivity of fisheries communities in civilizing the utilization of river water through the application of appropriate technology (TTG) to improve the welfare of the communities in the disadvantaged areas. The method implemented was a partnership with the government of village, district, and related agencies, as well as participatory methods that involve communities actively in the implementation of the application of appropriate technology (TTG), so that people can produce and be able to apply these technologies in daily life in the disadvantaged areas to empower indigenous Dayak communities inland through the Appropriate Technology (TTG). The implementation of Appropriate Technology was the result of this activity. In the field of health technology built filtering water, whereas in the field of fisheries technology development and training pool tarp fish feed production, all of which was made as a pilot which aimed that the application of technology is so easily imitated and implemented by the community. Transfer of knowledge and skills to the community has been implemented in various fields, and it needs optimal development resulting in the improvement of health, economic and social welfare in indigenous Dayak inland region. Therefore, the cooperation among the governments of villages, districts and related agencies and universities need to be done so the promotion and development Appropriate Technology, especially in the district of Kubu Raya Ambawang be sustained to achieve a healthy and prosperous society.Keywords: Appropriate Technology, filtering water, vegetable gardening, SRI, selendang polan, backward Areas.

Angka stunting di Kabupaten Jember cukup tinggi di Propinsi Jawa Timur. Desa Sukogidri merupakan salah satu desa penyumbang stunting di Kabupaten Jember. Secara umum, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menyukseskan program pemerintah dalam menurunkan angka stunting di Kabupaten Jember, dengan tujuan khusus antara lain untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan stunting dan bahayanya, meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahannya serta meningkatkan kemandirian untuk pengentasan stunting dengan melatih tentang penanaman sistem hidroponik. Solusi yang diberikan oleh tim pelaksana pengabdian berupa kegiatan pendidikan dan penyuluhan serta pelatihan penyiapan menu sehat. Selain itu juga transfer pengetahuan tentang penanaman sistem hidroponik dan pemberian sistem hidroponik yang dapat digunakan untuk menyediakan bahan pangan yang sehat. Di akhir kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan pembentukan model keluarga sadar gizi (KADARZI) yang dapat secara mandiri mengenali dan mengelola masalah-masalah gizi anggota keluarganya melalui upaya menimbang berat badan secara teratur, memberikan air susu ibu (ASI) eksklusif, mengkonsumsi makanan beraneka ragam, menggunakan garam beryodium serta mengkonsumsi suplemen gizi yang sesuai dengan anjuran. Kata Kunci: stunting, gizi, kadar gizi, Sukogidri The prevalence of stunting in Jember Regency is quite high. Sukogidri village is one of the stunting contributing villages in Jember. In general, this public service activity aimed to support the government program to reduce stunting rates in Jember Regency and the specific objectives including increasing public awareness about stunting and its danger to health condition, increasing knowledge about prevention of stunting and increasing independence to alleviate stunting by training on planting hydroponic system and healthy menu preparation. The solution is provided by the service team including education and counseling activities, and training of healthy menu preparation. In addition, there was also transfer of knowledge about the planting of hydroponic system and the provision of hydroponic system that can be used to provide healthy food. At the end of the service activity, the team has developed the nutritionally aware family (KADARZI) model that can independently recognize and manage nutritional problems of family members by weighing regularly, provide exclusive breast feeding (ASI), consume diverse foods, use iodized-salt and consume supplements as recommended. ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tutorial aplikasi, dan diskusi. Kata kunci: manajemen; marketplace; SDM; UMKM; desa kerinjing. ABSTRACTBusiness management in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a problem that is often ignored by most MSME entrepreneurs. This problem is caused by the lack of knowledge and managerial skills about the business owned by human resources in the MSMEs. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to problems faced by partners, especially in SMEs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The main focus in this service is to provide various assistance and training related to the basic principles of good business management, including the empowerment and improvement of MSME human resources competencies through marketplace application training. Disruption of the digital economy and the Covid-19 pandemic are opportunities that should be used by small business entrepreneurs to move to online business. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". The target audience who are partners in this community service are MSME entrepreneurs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. Surabaya is one of the cities in Indonesia that has problems on garbage. In handling the garbage, the city government of Surabaya issued a large enough budget to transport the waste to the landfill (TPA). This can be reduced if the waste from the source can be managed properly. Lack of public awareness in RT. 019, RW. 04 Kelurahan Wonokromo Surabaya City in managing household waste, it can be seen from the community disposing of waste is not sorted and do not know how to recycle the waste. By recycling waste into compost, in addition to helping the government in reducing the waste can also green the environment with the resulting compost fertilizer. Community service is done to members of the PKK in RT. 019, RW. 04, Wonokromo urban village of Surabaya, and implemented on April 1 -November 31, 2015. The method used in community service is counseling and training in managing household waste. The result of community service is that most PKK members can sort waste and manage their household waste into compost, and the community environment becomes green from the resulting compost.

This Community Service Program aims to train people to make simple tools that can detect the presence of formalin and borax in food so that people are helped in choosing safe food ingredients. The target partners of the training activities were mothers in Meurandeh Dayah Village. Based on preliminary search, partners have not yet realized the dangers of food containing prohibited additives such as formalin, borax and harmful dyes to health. Partners also do not know the simple way to detect the presence of formalin, borax, and forbidden dyes such as Rhodamine B in food. Therefore, the activities carried out include socialization about the dangers of prohibited additives in food and training to make simple tools to detect the presence of formalin and borax using turmeric and toothpicks. The activity continued with the practice of detecting the presence of prohibited additives in food using simple tools that have been made. This activity contributes to improving the level of public health through the skills to choose food that is safe for health.Keywords: training, borax, formalin, harmful dyes, additives.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a threat to the community in Teluk Paman Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. In addition, it is not yet optimal for community empowerment by the government and health workers. This is indicated by the absence of a "Pos TB Desa" and TB cadres who can assist community-based TB management in the village. The strategy of empowering the community can be done in various ways, including advocacy, community development and community movements. The purpose of this community service was to examine the implementation of community empowerment in TB prevention and control and to see the effectiveness of advocacy and training in realizing empowered cadres. The empowerment method was advocacy, forming a "Pos TB Desa" and village TB control network, training with question and answer lecture methods combined with simulations and using various educational media. This activity has provided many benefits. The community has been able to utilize the TB Village Post that is already available. This activity helps the Health Office and local government in preventing and controlling TB cases. This activity also increases the knowledge and skills of village TB Post cadres to help prevent and control TB.

Satu dari cara mencapai tujuan pendidikan diperlukanlah pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran  berupa kurikulum. Kurikulum 2013 (K13) adalah kurikulum yang secara resmi pada tahun 2014 menggantikan pendahulunya yaitu Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). Pada tahun 2018 pemerintah mencanangkan seluruh sekolah wajib menerapkan K13 dari tingkat dasar sampai lanjutan. Kenyataannya masih ada sekolah yang belum menerapkan kurikulum 2013 ini dikarenakan belum adanya sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait kurikulum 2013. Satu di antaranya adalah Sekolah Dasar Islam Al Fatih di Kabupaten Barito Kuala, Kalimantan Selatan yang belum menerapkan K13 dan masih memakai KTSP sebagai kurikulumnya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang K13 karena  belum adanya sosialisasi dan pelatihan K13. Beranjak dari masalah tersebut tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan kegiatan pelatihan K13 yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan memahamkan penerapan K13. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, dan pendampingan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan guru mendapatkan pemahaman tentang K13 di tingkat sekolah dasar dan mampu membuat perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan K13.Kata kunci: pelatihan, kurikulum 2013, guru SDOne of the ways to achieve educational goals is a guideline for implementing learning activities in the form of curriculum. 2013 Curriculum (K13) is a curriculum that officially in 2014 replaced its predecessor, the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). In 2018 the government proclaims that all schools are required to apply K13 from elementary to advanced levels. In fact there are still schools that have not implemented the 2013 curriculum because there is no socialization and training related to the 2013 curriculum. One of them is Al Fatih Islamic Primary School in Barito Kuala District, South Kalimantan, which has not implemented K13 and still uses KTSP as its curriculum. The problem faced is the lack of knowledge about K13 due to the lack of K13 socialization and training. Moving on from this problem the community service team conducted K13 training activities aimed at introducing and understanding the application of K13. The method used in this study is lecture, discussion, and mentoring. After attending thetraining the teacher gets an understanding of K13 at the elementary school level and is able to make learning devices that are in accordance with K13.Keywords: training, 2013 curriculum, elementary school teacher

The development of science at this time can hardly be separated from technology, especially information technology, therefore human resources who are involved in any field are required to be able to adapt to existing technological advances. In the world of education, the government has carried out many activities to improve the competence of teachers, one of which is by providing trainings on the use of information technology tools in education and teaching, which will later be applied in schools and other educational institutions. However, based on the reality around PPI Curug, there are still many schools with inadequate technological facilities and infrastructure, one of which is MI Mathla'ul Huda which is on Cijantra Jl. Gunung Batu Cijantra Village, Pagedangan Subdistrict, where some of the students are orphans and underprivileged. The problem arises when there is problem with the computer equipment used while the teachers' knowledge is still minimal. To overcome this problem MI was forced to pay extra for repairs and restoration, which of course became a burden for the school. Therefore, through community service activities this time it is aimed at providing education and training to teachers on how to assemble and install computer equipment. After attending education and training through workshops held by the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic of Curug, the teachers already have the knowledge and skills to install and assemble computers so that when a problem occurs on a computer devices, it can be resolved by themselves, and teachers who are mostly honorary staff can get additional income with the knowledge they get during the workshop.

ABSTRAK    Pemerintah kecamatan Wajak, kabupaten Malang, telah mengukuhkan mendong sebagai komoditas khas daerahnya. Desa Blayu merupakan daerah terbesar penghasil mendong beserta produk turunannya. Sayangnya saat ini budidaya mendong semakin memudar dan ikon mendong sulit ditemukan di desa Blayu. Jumlah profesi masyarakat yang terkait dengan budidaya dan kerajinan mendong terus mengalami penurunan. Potensi mendong yang tidak menjanjikan kesejahteraan ditengarai sebagai alasan profesi ini mulai ditinggalkan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menambah nilai ekonomis mendong dan membangkitkan kembali kepercayaan diri masyarakat Blayu akan potensi mendong dengan cara mengenalkan diversifikasi kerajinan kriya mendong dan peluang pasarnya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah identifikasi masalah, perumusan solusi, pendidikan masyarakat, difusi inovasi dan pelatihan. Manfaat dari kegiatan ini adalah mulai bangkitnya jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat Blayu dan sikap optimistik terhadap potensi  usaha kreatif produk kriya mendong. Kata kunci : kriya mendong, diversifikasi produk, wirausaha ABSTRACT The government of Wajak sub-district, Malang regency, has established mendong as a unique commodity in its area. Blayu Village is the largest producer of mendong and its derivatives. Unfortunately at this time the cultivation of mendong is increasingly fading and icons of mendong are hard to find in Blayu village. The number of community professions related to the cultivation and crafts of mendong continues to decline. Potential mendong who do not promise prosperity is suspected as a reason this profession began to be abandoned. The purpose of this community service activity is to add economic value to the mendong and to revive the confidence of the Blayu community in the potential of the mendong by introducing the diversification of handmade crafts to the mendong and its market opportunities. The method used are problem identification, solution formulation, community education, diffusion of innovation and training. The benefit of this activity are the resurgence of the entrepreneurial spirit of the Blayu community and an optimistic attitude towards the potential for creative efforts in mendong craft products.
