The Covid-19 pandemic does not seem to be over yet, the problems that arise are so many as a result of the epidemic, starting from the problem of the decline in the economic sector, limited community mobility so that the government always encourages to implement health protocols, starting from maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, always washing hands , carrying a hand sanitizer, and wearing a mask when traveling, are not only a pandemic problem but also the penetration of destructive religious ideas that tends to be radical so that it is again necessary to spread a moderate religious perspective. Through the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the socialization of religious moderation has begun again. The purpose of carrying out this community service research is first, as a form of embodiment of the tri darma of higher education in the field of community service; second, so that people can improve their adaptation to the environment and conditions that are currently happening. The methods used are lectures, providing information, simulations and training within the framework of the Paticipatory Rural Apprasial. The results achieved were the implementation of socialization in the context of preventing Covid-19 by making posters, flyers, spandung, giving advice and education. In the religious moderation program, namely by inserting messages of peace in religion in educational institutions, TPQ, and Islamic boarding schools, but some are using virtual platforms. Economic and community empowerment program by reviving one of the local tourist sites in Dhompo village, Pasuruan Regency. Community needs program by producing an information technology-based village application product. The conclusion is that the more people can improve their adaptation in pandemic conditions, the hope is that they can improve safety and also change their habit patterns to stay productive.

In daily life, soap is one of the things that humans need to keep the body clean and the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The high public interest in soap, especially dishwashing soap, opens up business opportunities to produce soap to meet community needs. Community empowerment, especially the PKK women's group to produce dishwashing soap, can be done because dishwashing soap is relatively easy to learn and produce. However, public knowledge about chemicals and the process of producing dish soap is still very minimal. This community service activity aims to provide insight into the home business opportunities and skills of making dish soap to PKK ladies. The group of partners in this activity is PKK women in Kutuwetan Village, Ponorogo Regency. This activity is expected to improve the community's welfare, especially in the economic field, and foster awareness and independence in entrepreneurship. The methods used in this community service activity include coordination with partners, counseling, and training in making liquid soap, evaluation, and follow-up. This community service activity is in the form of a dish soap product that has been put in packages and distributed to residents. In addition, the achievement of a group of partners who already have skills in making dish soap. ABSTRAKDalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sabun merupakan salah satu barang yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia baik untuk menjaga kebersihan badan maupun kebersihan lingkungan sekitar. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap sabun khususnya sabun cuci piring, menjadikan terbukanya peluang usaha untuk memproduksi sabun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut. Pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama kelompok ibu-ibu PKK untuk memproduksi sabun cuci piring bisa dilakukan karena pembuatan sabun cuci piring yang relatif mudah dipelajari dan diproduksi. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahan kimia dan proses produksi sabun cuci piring masih sangat minim. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang peluang usaha rumahan dan keterampilan pembuatan sabun cuci piring pada ibu-ibu PKK. Kelompok mitra kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Kutuwetan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi serta menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian bagi masyarakat ini meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu berupa produk sabun cuci piring yang telah dimasukkan kemasan dan dibagikan pada warga sekitar. Selain itu, tercapainya kelompok mitra yang telah memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a threat to the community in Teluk Paman Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. In addition, it is not yet optimal for community empowerment by the government and health workers. This is indicated by the absence of a "Pos TB Desa" and TB cadres who can assist community-based TB management in the village. The strategy of empowering the community can be done in various ways, including advocacy, community development and community movements. The purpose of this community service was to examine the implementation of community empowerment in TB prevention and control and to see the effectiveness of advocacy and training in realizing empowered cadres. The empowerment method was advocacy, forming a "Pos TB Desa" and village TB control network, training with question and answer lecture methods combined with simulations and using various educational media. This activity has provided many benefits. The community has been able to utilize the TB Village Post that is already available. This activity helps the Health Office and local government in preventing and controlling TB cases. This activity also increases the knowledge and skills of village TB Post cadres to help prevent and control TB.

The development of science at this time can hardly be separated from technology, especially information technology, therefore human resources who are involved in any field are required to be able to adapt to existing technological advances. In the world of education, the government has carried out many activities to improve the competence of teachers, one of which is by providing trainings on the use of information technology tools in education and teaching, which will later be applied in schools and other educational institutions. However, based on the reality around PPI Curug, there are still many schools with inadequate technological facilities and infrastructure, one of which is MI Mathla'ul Huda which is on Cijantra Jl. Gunung Batu Cijantra Village, Pagedangan Subdistrict, where some of the students are orphans and underprivileged. The problem arises when there is problem with the computer equipment used while the teachers' knowledge is still minimal. To overcome this problem MI was forced to pay extra for repairs and restoration, which of course became a burden for the school. Therefore, through community service activities this time it is aimed at providing education and training to teachers on how to assemble and install computer equipment. After attending education and training through workshops held by the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic of Curug, the teachers already have the knowledge and skills to install and assemble computers so that when a problem occurs on a computer devices, it can be resolved by themselves, and teachers who are mostly honorary staff can get additional income with the knowledge they get during the workshop.

 The covid 19 pandemic has not ended and there are still many people who have not received the vaccine scheduled by the government so all citizens must remain vigilant against Corona 19 virus infection. Viral infection is a self-limiting disease that can heal itself if our immune system is strong. There are many things that can increase the immune system, one of which is nutritional intake from food and proper processing methods. Fulfillment of macro nutrition in the form of energy and protein sources can be obtained from animal and vegetable sources, while micronutrients in the form of vitamins and minerals can be obtained from meat, fish, vegetables, colored fruit or not. The content of micronutrients that increase immunity is in the form of antioxidants contained in vitamins A, B, C, E, zinc, Fe and several other minerals. Washing hands with soap or hand sanitizer is a government program to prevent the spread of the covid 19. The high cost of hand sanitizers and the scarcity of goods have led to creative ideas to empower people in making hand sanitizers that are cheap, easy to obtain and safe for all ages. The aim of this community service is to provide understanding to the community about sources of nutrition to increase the body's immune system and how to properly process food ingredients without damaging nutritional content and improve skills in processing food ingredients and making hand sanitizers from environmentally friendly natural ingredients that can be taken from around us. Community service can be carried out well, the community feels very helped by the counseling and training provided. Evaluation of activities is carried out by assisting the community's creativity in processing nutritious food and making hand sanitizers with natural ingredients around our environment.

The primary goal of Community Service (PKM) is to spread knowledge to the community surrounding the university where the professor is housed. Furthermore, the goal of Community Service (PKM) is to bring educational institutions closer to the community so that universities may help the government accelerate development activities and train high-quality development actors. Counseling and training are the goals of this Community Service (PKM) project in North Talang Ubi Village, Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. Counseling and training are the goals of this Community Service (PKM) project in Desa Talang Ubi Utara, Kecamatan Talang Ubi, Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. In terms of the socialization of growing household income, the goal is to raise public awareness about how to increase household income and ensure that the benefits of this service are embraced by the residents of North Talang Ubi Village. With the socialization of increasing household income, the community can find out how to alternatively increase household income with the economic potential in the family. From the activities that have been carried out, several obstacles occur, including the low level of education, which impacts thinking patterns in overcoming problems of family economic constraints, lack of job opportunities/opportunities.

This paper discusses the biography of K.H. Abdul Halim, a cleric, educator, political activist, a national hero, who was born in Jatiwangi, Majalengka, West Java on June 26, 1887 and died on May 7, 1962, in a peaceful and quiet place, Santi Asromo, Majalengka. The title of the National Hero from the Government of Indonesia was granted on the basis of his important roles in education, economics and politics. Among his legacy are the religious educational institutions, namely Santi Asromo Pesantren, the religious organization of the Islamic Ummah Union (PUI), and several books such as the Kitab Petunjuk bagi Sekalian Manusia (Manual for Man), Ekonomi dan Koperasi dalam Islam (Economics and Cooperative in Islam), dan Ketetapan Pengajaran di Sekolah Ibtidaiyah Persyarikatan Ulama (The Teaching Decrees at Ibtidaiyah Persyarikatan Ulama School). His biography is a manifestation of appreciation for his services and works, his struggle and his devotion to science and people, as well as his role and contribution in building the nation of Indonesia with noble character and dignity. Another milestone of his is the value of the struggle and at the same time his Islamic scholarship can be an example for the younger generation in particular and for anyone who aspires to build a nation of Indonesia which is based on the Belief in One God, fair and civilized, united in the context of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Ia memiliki nama kecil Otong Syatori, dikenal sebagai ulama pejuang, pendidik, dan aktivis politik. Ia dilahirkan di Desa Ciborelang, Kecamatan Jatiwangi, Majalengka, Jawa Barat, pada 26 Juni 1887, dan wafat dalam usia 75 tahun pada 7 Mei 1962, di Santi Asromo, Majalengka. Ia mendapat gelar Pahlawan Nasional dari Pemerintah RI tahun 2008. Perjuangannya meliputi pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan perspektif historis. Adapun fokusnya, selain biog¬rafi singkat K.H. Abdul Halim, juga tentang konsep pendidikan eko¬no¬mi berbasis pesantren. Dari hasil pembahasan ditemukan bahwa ia telah melakukan pembaharuan di bidang pendidikan agama dan sekaligus memberikan keterampilan kewirausahaan bagi santri dan lulusannya. Awalnya gagasan tersebut berasal dari konsep pembaharuannya yang disebut Iṣlāḥ as-Ṡamāniyyah, yaitu: perbaikan akidah, ibadah, pendidikan, keluarga, kebiasaan (adat), masyarakat, ekonomi, dan hubungan umat dan tolong-menolong. Di bidang pendidikan, ia memadukan sistem pesantren dengan sistem sekolah, ilmu-ilmu agama dengan ilmu-ilmu umum, serta memberkali para santrinya dengan berbagai keterampilan tangan dan keahlian teknik. Di bidang ekonomi, disebutnya dengan Iṣlāḥ al-Iqtiṣād, untuk menanggulangi ketimpangan ekonomi di masyarakat, yaitu dengan menanamkan kesadaran kepada kaum muslimin agar berusaha memperbai¬ki dan meningkatkan kehidupan ekonominya dan berjuang secara bersama-sama melalui wadah koperasi. One of the significant factors affecting the condition of the students’ visual apparatus is an illumination level in the premises of educational organizations. Electromagnetic radiation arising from computers also has an essential influence on a state of health. Taking into account the urgency of this problem, an analysis of illumination indices and EM radiation was made in audiences of higher educational institutions of various profiles (Ufa, the Republic of Bashkortostan). The total number of illumination measurements was 3528. The measurement methods met the requirements of the interstate standard. According to the results of the illumination indices estimation in the studied universities, a significant deviation from the regulated norms was revealed: in 71.5% of the measurements the index was below the norm. It should be noted that indices differed significantly depending on the type of educational organization. The best situation is in the “Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation,” where only 13.3% of the measurements are inconsistent with the normative indices. Pulsation coefficient also was determined. It turned out that 88.8% of the measurements do not correspond to the norm. The analysis of illumination measurements in computer classes was carried out. Only one-fifth of them in the computer table working area in the of the document placement corresponded to SanPin. An anonymous questionnaire was also organized for students from four leading universities in Ufa, the Republic of Bashkortostan. According to respondents’ answers, out of seven students, one was revealed to be suffering from myopia. On the basis of “Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Republic of Bashkortostan”, a study of non-ionizing radiation from video terminals located in computer classes was made. 1145 measurements were made in 20 buildings of four universities studied. It was found out that the intensity of the electrostatic field did not meet the requirements of SanPiN in 5.7% of the measurements. Hygienic assessment of the environment of educational organizations of various profiles revealed a number of significant deviations from the regulated norms. The obtained results testify to the need to monitor the illumination and EMR indices both from the administration of higher education institutions and from teachers. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were prepared for the management of higher educational institutions in Ufa.

Abstract: The Development of Waqf Management Throught Waqf Act in Indonesia (Note on Republic of Indonesia Act Number 41 of 2004 regarding Waqf). Waqf is an Islamic endowment of property to be held in trust and used for a charitable or religious purpose. The development of waqf law in Indonesia, as one of religious institutions, is the realization of Muslim community needs to fulfill their religious life. The object of waqf that formerly was focused on immovable objects, with the presence of the Act has been broader to movable property, especially money waqf. This paper describes the urgency of civilization and the dynamics of waqf both from the side of law and its management in the context of people prosperity. By using library research that use qualitative data, this paper found the existence of waqf, normatively lies not only in the individual obligations, but also in social meaning in the context of collective obligations involving mawqûf bih (the property), wâqif (the person creating a waqf), nazir (the supervisor/manager of waqf), mauqûf ‘alayh (waqf users), and the government through legislation. Basically, the Republic of Indonesia Act Number 41 of 2004 regarding Waqf is based on the philosophical, sociohistorical, and juridical foundation.

The government has implemented the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) program through promotion of the pharmaceutical sector related to drug storage at home. However, there are still many problems in storing household medicines in the community. This activity was carried out through a community empowerment approach using the community capacity building method for a community organization, Aisyiyah, which consists of Muslim women in the Grendeng village, Purwokerto. This activity ws carried out in stages, namely pre-test methods, lectures, group teaching, self-empowerment through peer teaching and training, and measuring the success of activities using post-tests. Based on the whole series of activities, the knowledge of partners about storing medicines at home has increased in a good category.

Analysis of the foreign experience of the organisation and reformation of the armed forces in other countries, with the respective systems of military education being an integral part, reveals the specific national aspect of such activities in each country. In the meantime, there are some general methodological approaches used in military pedagogic practice across different countries of the world to be practicably considered and applied. The article examines the experience of officers’ training for the armed forces of the Republic of Hungary. The article provides information on the existing network of military educational institutions for the officer training of tactical, operational and strategic level of military command. Requirements for admission to military educational institutions for the officer training of different levels of training has been given. The terms of military specialists’ training on tactical, operational and strategic level have been defined. The analysis of the content of officer training for different armed services of the armed forces and different levels of military administration has been conducted. We used the system of the general scientific methods of theoretical and empirical research, in particular, the theoretical-methodological analysis of the problem and the relevant scholarly resources, systematization and generalization of the scientific information pertaining to the essence and content of the set objectives, monitoring of the existing system of military specialists training in the Armed Forces of the republic of Hungary, scientific generalisation, the general scientific methods of logical and comparative analysis, systems approach, peer review, analysis and interpretation of the obtained theoretical and empirical data. The general structure of the National University of Public Administration, the Faculty of Military Sciences and the training of officers is shown, as well as the main tasks that are solved by the institutes and training centers that are part of it are identified. An analysis of the concept, structure, goals, content and technologies of officers’ training in the armed forces of the Republic of Hungary shows that the military education system reflects the current stage of development of the armed forces, as well as the national cultural specificity of the country. Education and training of officers is carried out on the basis of national cultural and military tradition. The main direction of officers’ training is their fundamental military and professional training in both the military and civilian fields. The content of the officers’ training is based on two military education levels. Each level of military education ends with a certain level of qualification. It is possible to distinguish the general tendencies of development of the higher Hungarian military school: improvement of the quality of applicants’ selection, individualization of training of cadets and trainees, stabilization of their number at the present level; further informatization of the educational process, introduction of multimedia learning tools. Certainly, the positive elements of the experience of the Hungarian army can be used in the training of officers in the Ukrainian Armed Forces under the conditions of gradual transition to the recruitment on a contract basis.
