Ensuring of economic security plays an important role for both economic entity and the state. At the same time economic security is an important component of the national one. Today strengthening and emergence of new threats of economic security happens in the conditions of manifestation of globalization and integration processes. At the same time active development of a world economic complex of the trade, production, financial relations continues. National economies intertwine, complete each other and depend from each other. It makes clear allocation of one more classification of threats of economic security connected with the globalization and the threats which don't depend on it. The role and value of multinational corporations in processes of globalization of economy and their influence on the level of economic security of the country are discovered in this article. Main threats which arise in the course of activity of multinational corporations (multinational corporation) in domestic markets of the country are considered. Authors made the analysis methodological and aspects of emergence of multinational corporations and separate stages of their development. Also during the research the main competitive advantages of multinational corporation which lead to improvement of production forces were revealed and promote strengthening of globalization of economy and the world competitive relations.

The article deals with theoretical approaches to the essence of innovation development, its role in the formation and enhancement of international competitive advantages of the national economy in world markets. The problems of innovative development in the countries with a transformational economy, in particular Ukraine, are analyzed, the role of globalization in modern world processes is emphasized. The main factors of formation of innovation competitiveness of the national economy are investigated. Their influence on the development of innovation environment in Ukraine is considered. On the basis of the analysis, the ways of improving the innovation and investment climate in Ukraine and the possibilities of its integration into the world economic, scientific and technological space are outlined. The necessity of forming a long-term competitive strategy for Ukraine and carrying out radical reforms as the basis for the implementation of sustainable innovation development is substantiated. Modern tendencies in the development of production of innovative and high-tech products in Ukraine are researched. The results of using innovative potential in the development of high-tech branches of economy are analyzed. The recommendations for solving the main problems of increasing its export potential connected with insufficiency of investment support, imperfect innovation development and mechanisms of technology transfer are substantiated.

Abstract. The existence of threats to economic security can become a factor in the development of an imbalance in the functioning of economic entities of any level of activity. Support and patronage of constant indicators of economic security today is one of the main tasks of state policy, since the economic sphere has both direct and indirect impact on various types of national security. Only under the condition of full provision of all aspects of security is it possible to implement a programmed economic growth, improve the standard of living of ordinary citizens, as well as the all-round development of all spheres of the state. For today's economy of the state, in the context of the desire to be a full-fledged member of the world economic society, it is especially important to solve the problem of ensuring continuous socio-economic development, creating mechanisms to counter exogenous and endogenous threats, improving the welfare of citizens, as well as developing a powerful system of international economic relations. The degree of influence of exogenous and endogenous threats on the level of the country's economic security is variable, taking into account the dynamic conditions of the life of society, the national and world economy. The task is to form a model of countering the main threats to economic security in the context of protecting national interests. The main purpose of the study is the formation of a methodological approach to countering the main threats to economic security in the context of protecting national interests. The research methodology includes the use of a graphical method to reflect the main results of the study. Also, from the general methods, the abstract-logical method should be distinguished, which was used to form appropriate conclusions based on the results of the study. Of the specific ones, let us single out the modeling method, which made it possible to form an appropriate composition of the main ways to counter the main threats to economic security in the context of protecting national interests. The notable separation of the countries of economic vanguard from other countries (group of the high-growth countries, the socialist countries, the countries) happened to a transitional economy on the basis of multinational corporation development. The economic aspect of this influence is accurately traced in effective instruments of industrial, scientific and technical, social and economic development. Evolutionary changes of the relations of property, the competition, strengthening of regularity of national economies in capitalist economic system are inseparably linked now with multinational corporation. Even in stronger, in the economic plan, the countries consider multinational corporation not only through a prism of economic influence, but also political domination. This moment is telling argument of finding of multinational corporation in the center of serious discussions concerning their role, positive or negative, in the international division of labor, in processes of movement of the capitals and globalization of world economy. It follows from this that the state economic policy in the Kyrgyz Republic which basis are processes of formation and development of the market relations, has to provide active use of the developed economic forms (in this case multinational corporation) more progressive system of the economic relations, i.e. modern capitalism. In this research attempt of theoretical justification of mutually beneficial cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic with multinational corporation which will act as an interaction basis with multinational corporations present at the Kyrgyz Republic ("Kumtor Opereyting Company", Gazprom, Reemstma, Coca-Cola, etc.) is carried out.

The article explores the issues of formation and development competitive advantages of destinations, based on the concept of competitive advantages of nations, which was put forward by M. Porter, the characteristics of countries and regions are considered as destinations as subjects of competitive relations in the field of tourism. Through the presented determinants of the competitive advantages of the tourism market, the proposed provisions are analyzed from various points of view of economic theory, paying attention to the factor conditions of competitive advantages and identifying a number of features that determine them, noting that the speed and efficiency of their creation and renewal are of great importance. It is concluded that modern ideas about the role of tourism in the development of society and the national economy make certain adjustments to the main provisions of M. Porter's concept of competition. Particular attention is paid to the need to assess the contribution of competitive advantages in the competitiveness of the subject and their preliminary differentiation by levels: mega-, macro-, meso- and microlevels. The competitiveness of an economic entity operating within a certain level can be ensured only if there is a competitiveness of an economic entity at a higher level. Thus, the state actually creates a legislative and budgetary basis for the functioning of the tourism industry. In this regard, it has been established that it is necessary to develop public-private partnerships in the field of tourism as one of the most effective forms of concentration of resources of government, business and the local population. Further, the formation and development of the competitive advantages of a destination is considered in the aspect of referring to one of the two main concepts of sustainable competitive advantage, paying more attention to the formation of strategic competitive advantages, differentiating them according to a number of characteristics and based on the types of competitiveness. It is argued that the competitiveness of the destination must be considered in conjunction with the life cycle of the destination, adhering to the cluster concept of the competitiveness of the territory. At the same time, it is argued that competition is an important condition for the effective functioning and development of a destination.

The article is devoted to the study of the economic security of light industry enterprises in the context of robotization through the prism of the principles underlying the formation of the competencies of specialists in the economic security of an industrial enterprise. Risks and threats to the economic security of the domestic light industry enterprises are revealed. It is shown how global trends in external and internal factors of the light industry and fashion industry contribute to the emergence of new risks and threats to the belarusian light industry. According to the results of the study, it was established that modern transformations of the economy and society contribute to the increase in risks and threats to the economic security of domestic light industry enterprises. In the conditions of the quick adaptation of world light industry leaders to the changes in the socio-economic landscape of the world economic system and individual national systems domestic enterprises are at risk of being on the technological periphery of the international division of labor. Actions aimed at depriving enterprises of the competitive advantages also can be considered as threats to the economic security and factors which shape these threats. Nowadays such actions can be carried out without a clear violation of the law. This fact explains the necessity of the professional economic security management of the enterprise. On the example of trends, risks and threats in the light industry, the conclusions that many risks and threats to the economic security of a country can be early identified and neutralized only at the enterprise level were confirmed. It is shown that many of the existing risks and threats to the economic security of light industry enterprises can be reduced due to digitalization and flexible robotization of the production and promotion.

The tradition of organic agriculture is at present increasingly strengthening its position in European countries and becoming a paradigm for building up sustainable development strategies, ecological and economic security of regions. A more ecological model becomes a necessity today. It offers a great opportunity for European producers of organic products to get a long-term sustainability and competitive advantages. The world economic crisis has further influenced and forced the interest of producers and consumers in high-quality and safe products. The article considers approaches to implementing the organic farming concept as part of building up strategies of sustainable development of EU regions in comparison with the Russian Federation, analyzes the main state mechanisms of this process.

The purpose of the article is to review the foreign practice of the development of light industry and identify its features. The head of state identified the problem of ensuring the competitiveness of domestic enterprises as the most important direction of the political strategy. The modern international policy of Kazakhstan is aimed at integrating the country into the world economic community. In the context of economic globalization, ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises is a determining factor in their security and the economic security of the state as a whole. The accession of the republic to the WTO in the near future dictates the need to develop competitive industrial production, including light industry. Light industry plays an important role in the economy of each country, since it is a serious source of budgetary funds and has significant export potential. The state of the light industry affects the economic and strategic security of the country. The socio-economic significance of this industry is determined by the fact that it plays an important role in ensuring the employment of the working-age population, especially women, and has an impact on people's health. Light industry products are used in all spheres of human activity and are second only to food products in terms of consumption. Due to this, light industry is designated in Kazakhstan as a priority industry.

In modern conditions, accompanied by a pandemic around the world, economic recession, a large number of threats arise that negatively affect not only the economy of individual enterprises, but also the entire state as a whole. Therefore, there is a need to maintain the economic security of the state at the proper level to eliminate potential and real threats. In a pandemic and economic recession, it is necessary to develop such directions for improving the economic security of the Russian Federation so that they meet modern realities. This monograph, devoted to the consideration of the main directions of improving the economic security of the Russian Federation in the conditions of economic recession and a pandemic, is the result of the joint work of teachers and students of the Department of Economic Security, Accounting and Law of the Don State Technical University.
