At the intersection of the past and the future there is a point of present, which, due to external and internal socio-economic requirements, activates the subject himself. In the interrelational phenomena of economic consciousness, which bears its personal direction and in manifestations of external economic activity of the subject, acting as a regulator, relying on empirical studies of a dialectic nature, one of the main studies of our time is economic behavior. All factors are unifying, coordination or contradictions of economic consciousness and behavior still act as a dynamic factor for development and progress, which is a key vector of human-tax relations. Without an individual vision of the universe, the present, personality problems cannot be covered and seen by all sides of economic and social society, based on trust and reliability. The level of trust and reliability characterizes the quality of economic and social consciousness of citizens, business, representatives of enterprises, which manifests itself and increases in the development of the interrelationships of civil society and carries results for the tax service. Formulation of the goals and objectives of the article (setting a task). A large amount of research on social consciousness, a wide and varied direction of studying the direction and connection with other disciplines helps to more closely reveal the problems of society and the individual. The purpose of the study is to separate and determine the individuality of a person in the process of economic and social consciousness, attitude and manifestations of personality and group behavior at all levels of this concept, analysis, specificity and structural content exactly inherent in the tax component. Methodology. During the study, to study and achieve the goal, the analysis of theoretical aspects and generalizations of scientific sources, dialectical cognition of formation and manifestations of social consciousness of a person when paying taxes, found a kind of economic concept, methods of induction and deduction, abstraction of theoretical provisions and dialectic cognition were carried out. Results. The article raises the issue of the importance of social consciousness of the country's tax service for further socio-economic growth and improvement of people's lives, on the basis of intergroup and interpersonal interactions and relationships at a high micro level, on the foundation of trust and cooperation between society and government, unified work and development of state, economic, civic platforms. It is with a person that the mechanism of development, accumulation and effective use begins, so it is the social consciousness of the individual that carries the basis for the further development of the state. The analysis of elements and component of socio-economic consciousness in the individuality of a person in the economic system is carried out and the main components, such as trust and reliability, are determined. The analysis of economic behavior of the individual when making a rational decision in the world of economic changes of the tax service is carried out. The practical component of the main provisions of the concept and levels of social consciousness, and its role in the general concept of the economic component can further develop and be used in the process of developing the analysis and development of the individual with individual behavior and personal decision-making for the fiscal service when paying taxes. Value/originality. The theory of socio-economic consciousness itself is not new, but the direction of study and application of individual characteristics of taxpayers is new and little researched, so it gives a new impetus to interest and further development of the detection of theoretical aspects, generalization to definition and essence, outlining the main directions of development and formation for the future.

The article analyzes the phenomenon of ordinary consciousness as a category, whose largely contradictory and paradoxical nature evokes interest. It describes the main approaches to the study of ordinary consciousness and views on its nature in philosophical and psychological concepts. The article analyzes the ratio of ordinary consciousness with the related concepts of "mass consciousness", "common psychology", "group consciousness", "social consciousness". It describes the relationship of ordinary consciousness with culture and its place in the life of an individual as a cultural component, an inherent trait of any historical type of consciousness. The conclusion is that ordinary consciousness acts as an intermediary between the subject and the environment in which it is located, as well as between the individual and society. In addition to this, ordinary consciousness has not only a reflective function, but also acts as a regulator of social and particularly group behavior.

The subject of consideration in this article is a humanitarian examination. The authors’ research object was technological projects, processes, technology and technical in general. The article raises the problem of theoretical and methodological foundations of humanitarian expertise of technological projects and processes. The urgency of considering this problem is manifested in connection with the development of scientific and technological progress and the penetration of technology into all spheres of human life. Authors of the article suggest the author's conceptual paradigm of humanitarian evaluation, which is formed on the basis of the selection of "the first flowers" of moral consciousness - objective regulators of consciousness - the archetypal bases of morality. At the same time, the moral is viewed as an objective relationship between the ontological relationship in nature between the individual and social consciousness. The model of humanitarian expertise is based on the humanitarian paradigm, which affirms respect for man as the main criterion and content of moral assessment. Unconditional benefit as an ideal pattern of behavior and activity is to provide a person with the most comfortable conditions for his self-realization, the disclosure and functioning of all his essential forces. The authors clearly outline the scope and prospects of humanitarian expertise, and argue that its further development is associated with real steps towards the institutionalization of an integral and autonomous humanitarian expertise. This process involves the following steps: the analysis of practices related to humanitarian expertise and the development of its technology, the development of draft legislative acts related to the institutionalization of expertise, the testing of technologies for humanitarian expertise

A modern type of economic culture or a culture of economic participation presupposes the existence of an “economic man” with his businesslikeness, reasonable perception of innovations and self-discipline, with a developed network of specialized economic institutions. The economic culture of an individual is a reflection of the economic culture of a society. In the process of pedagogical influence it is necessary to take into account the interrelation of the public and the individual in the development of economic consciousness and the formation of the economic behavior of the individual, taking into account the components and criteria of the economic culture of the individual.

Post-nonclassical nature of changes in education actualizes the need for transforming its methodological grounds. The goal of this article is to offer a new perspective of interpretation of the methodology of education, as well as trace the steps towards its post-nonclassical transformation. The research leans on the theoretical-methodological provisions of the logical-semantic approach, which focuses on the laws of conceptualization. The article explores the objective and subjective logical-semantic patterns of the work of mind characteristic to classical and post-nonclassical worldview. Congruence with the objective logic of the work of mind of methodological grounds in educational practice of the higher school is confirmed by examples. The examples show the limitations of their methodological capabilities in solving modern problems of knowledge and practice. The limitations of their methodological capabilities in solution of the relevant cognitive tasks and practice are indicated. The article suggest and analyzes the methodological principle of the subject, which determines the human-sizedness and communicative alignment of methodological system of education, which ensures its compliance with the post-nonclassical methodology of science. The author demonstrates a number of changes within the education system, which are methodologically substantiated by the principle of the subject. The highlighted logical-semantic patterns of the work of mind can be used as an instrument for understanding and explaining the components of educational process, as well as their design and management. The author proposes a nonlinear structure of the content of education. It can underlie the creation of learning model, which would consider the individual characteristics of students and fulfill the educational potential of the traditional and innovative teaching systems.

At the intersection of the past and the future there is a point of present, which, due to external and internal socio-economic requirements, activates the subject himself, when uniting the sciences of economics and sociology, as well as psychology, philosophy and law, we see the development of a new scientific direction - social capital. Interdisciplinary and multi-vector methodological conception on development has the capabilities to use in all spheres of life, to develop a more productive and inclusive economy because it works directly with people and for people. The development of society and the formation of institutions of citizenship and economic growth are inherently connected with the new economic and social concept, which is an incentive for self-organization, and the establishment of interpersonal and intergroup relations, leading to a path of harmonization based on sincere help and trust. Formulation of the goals and objectives of the article (setting a task). A large amount of research on social capital, a wide and diverse direction of study directly inhibits the systemicity and orderliness of concepts and theoretical knowledge, so at the beginning of the study it is necessary to put problems, tasks, a place in the knowledge system and connection with other disciplines. The purpose of the study is to separate and determine the individuality of a person in the process of social capital, attitude and behavior of the individual and group at all levels of this concept, analysis, specifics and structural content of social capital. Methodology. During the research, to study and achieve the goal, the analysis of theoretical aspects and generalizations of scientific sources, dialectic cognition of the formation of social capital, revealed a kind of economic concept, methods of induction and deduction, abstraction of theoretical provisions and dialectic cognition were carried out. Results. The article raises the issue of the resource of socio-economic growth and improvement, on the basis of intergroup and interpersonal interactions and relationships at a high micro level, on the foundation of trust and cooperation between people, single work and development of state, economic, civic platforms. It is with humans that the mechanism of development, accumulation and effective use begins. The accumulation of individuality in the development of social capital of the economic system and the main components of social capital, such as trust and reliability, are studied. The analysis of economic behavior of the individual when making a rational decision in the world of economic changes is carried out. The practical component of the main provisions of the concept and levels of social capital, and its role in the general concept of the economic component can further develop and be used in the process of developing the analysis and development of the individual with individual behavior and personal decision-making. Value/originality. The theory of social capital itself is new and little-studied, so any vector of study and research gives a new impetus to interest and further development of the detection of theoretical aspects, generalization to definition and essence, outlining the main directions of development and formation for the future.

Birdwatching is one of the most sustainable types of nature-based tourism and, at the same time, a form of recreation that is developing very dynamically. Birdwatching is attracting more and more people, not only professionals, but also amateurs from many countries. Birdwatching research is still relatively embryonic, especially when compared to nature tourism or wildlife tourism. Our main aim was to determine preferences and opinions of birdwatchers visiting the largest national park in Poland, in relation to their different levels of involvement. The data were collected in 2018 from a survey of a sample of 357 Polish and foreign birdwatchers. Results showed that birdwatcher respondents were predominantly male, middle-aged, and living in a large city. An important tool described in this article is a new scale that assesses the level of involvement of individual people engaged in birdwatching activity. This scale corresponds well with the individual characteristics of birdwatchers. Most birdwatchers defined their birdwatching activity as a permanent rather than a temporary hobby and therefore considered it to be more of a lifestyle than a hobby. Engagement in birdwatching activity increased with age and frequency of trips. The two most important reasons for birding were ‘to be close to nature’ and ‘fascination with birds’. It has been proven that the development of birdwatching in the future will require a developed infrastructure enabling interaction with the objects of observation.

There are many problems in psychological reality that make it impossible for any empirical study to be due to the lack of adequate psychodiagnostic tools. The purpose of this article is to select psychodiagnostic tools that would provide an adequate picture of the characteristics of the experiences of young people their transition period. The existential philosophy became the theoretical basis for revealing the profound and essential content of the normative crisis of adolescence since it was in the works of philosophers in this direction that an attempt was made to reveal the inner world of man in his specific identity. Adaptation of the existential paradigm to psychological practice was made by humanistic psychology, which put forward the principle of focusing on the individual subject and study the holistic personality of an average person as the central methodological postulate. Authors used ideographic or phenomenological methods during the research. Hence, the requirements for choosing an adequate methodical admission of our study were: 1) the possibility of receiving in-depth information about the inner experience of the investigated since this is the level of self-knowledge at which the subject reveals his existence; 2) the ability of the chosen methodology to reveal the individual characteristics of each respondent's maturity; 3) the need to analyze how exactly adulthood influenced the realization of primary existential integration (as a new feature of adolescence) and the subsequent life of the subject; it is about realizing the principle of unity of the entire life path of the respondent, revealing the integrity and continuity of the events of his inner world. Among the existing methodical techniques that can directly lead to the phenomenon under study, we can distinguish the method of conversation, which became for us the fundamental and specified in the exact method of an in-depth interview. The article further provides a methodological justification for receiving in-depth interviews to explore adolescent existential experiences.

On the basis of the preceding argument, the author posits that the emergence of a new emergent virtual understanding of the individual, has brought us to the absolute limit of the normalizing complex. This vision of the subject as a virtual entity indicates a growing awareness of the presence of an existential uniqueness, or Otherness (born out of normalization’s inherent allusion to the Other as what lies beyond the norms), in everyone’s life that challenges the attempts at conceiving the social body in terms of normality. This has implications that are as yet undefined for our current legal system that has developed thus far in relation to the dynamics of normalization. Faced with the expansion of Otherness in our society, the author intimates that we may be forced to rethink the structure of our legal discourse, and imagine new foundations for the future of democracy and politics.

The unfavorable demographic trends of an aging population are leading to a reduction in the size of the labor force and its structural changes. Young people and older people are the most vulnerable applicants for employment in the labor market. The economic behavior of young people and older people is still insufficiently studied at the regional level. This study analyzes the situation within the region. For instance, the Tyumen region without autonomous okrugs was selected, as a region characterized by a stable situation on the labor market with a fairly diversified structure of the economy (therefore, the study did not include the northern autonomous okrugs). Microdata of a sample survey of the labor force of the Federal State Statistics Service were used as a basis for the analysis. Using binary logit models, the probabilities of being employed in the Tyumen region at the age of 20 29 and 55-64 are estimated, taking into account the type of settlement and the individual characteristics of the employee. Estimates are given for the Tyumen region and Russia for 2010, 2015 and 2019.The results showed that the greatest contribution to the probability of employment is made by education (higher, secondary and primary vocational) and young age, which is especially typical for the Tyumen region. Men are more likely to be employed both in the region and in the rest of the country than women. Living in a city in 2010 and 2015 reduced the likelihood of employment in the Tyumen region, in 2019 it increased. For the rest of Russia, the marginal effects (slope coefficients) for the variable of urban residence in all years were small but positive.
