ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi apakah yang diterapkan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa dalam meningkatkan penjualan jasa kontruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Prima Megah Irsa yang beralamatkan di  Jalan Krikilan No 146 Ds. Krikilan RT. 013 RW. 005 Kec. Driyorejo Kab. Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif.  Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer. Sedangkan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) PT. Prima Megah Irsa memiliki strategi pemasaran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan produk jasa yang disediakan, 2) Strategi produk yang dijalankan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa mengfokuskan pada kualitas produk jasa dan proses pengerjaan proyek yang selesai sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan, 3) Strategi harga yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa merupakan harga yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan harga di pasar, 4) Strategi distribusi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa merupakan sistem strategi distribusi langsung. Strategi langsung merupakan strategi yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pendekatan secara langsung kepada para calon pengguna jasa (klaen) baik secara formal maupun informal guna produk jasa yang ditawarkan perusahaan dapat berkembang dan dikenal lebih luas oleh perusahaan, 5) Strategi promosi dan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa yaitu dengan cara melakukan promosi secara langsung kepada para pengusaha kontraktor. Perusahaan juga menjalin komunikasi dengan para pengusaha kontraktor lainnya. Yang tujuannya produk jasa yang ditawarkan lebih dikenal oleh pasar dengan cara word of mouth.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out what strategy is applied by PT. Prima Megah Irsa in increasing sales of construction services. This research was conducted at PT. Prima Megah Irsa whose address is at Jalan Krikilan No. 146 Ds. Krikilan RT. 013 RW. 005 District. Driyorejo Kab. Gresik. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources. While the data collection was carried out in this study using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that 1) PT. Prima Megah Irsa has a very important marketing strategy in increasing the sales volume of the services provided, 2) the product strategy implemented by PT. Prima Megah Irsa focuses on the quality of service products and project work processes that are completed in accordance with the specified time, 3) the price strategy offered by PT. Prima Megah Irsa is the price offered in accordance with the price in the market, 4) distribution strategy carried out by PT. Prima Megah Irsa is a direct distribution strategy system. The direct strategy is a strategy that aims to make a direct approach to prospective service users (clients) both formally and informally so that the products and services offered by the company can develop and be known more widely by the company, 5) promotion and communication strategies carried out by PT. Prima Megah Irsa, namely by making promotions In addition, the company also establishes communication with other contractor entrepreneurs. The goal is that the products and services offered are better known by the market by word of mouth.

Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.

This research was conducted to assess whether understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax penalties against the KPP Pratama Surakarta. Population in this research are Individual Taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. Data sources in this study are primary data collected by researchers through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, but returned and complete questionnaires were 60 respondents . This research is a quantitative research with 60 respondents at KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The data selection method is the random sampling method. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows application. Based on research results understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer approval. Understanding tax regulations becomes a benchmark for taxpayers in completing their tax obligations. The quality of service provided by the tax authorities influences taxpayer compliance, indicating that service quality is a benchmark to make taxpayers obey. The existence of tax sanctions that are given expressly will increase the level of compliance, because making taxpayers afraid of being subjected to these sanctions and the stipulation of tax sanctions will deter taxpayers and clear and firm sanctions. The management of educational institutions or organizations is a very important issue in the world of education. Because the success of an educational institution depends on the leadership of the head of the madrasah. This research aims to find out the implementation of democratic leadership style and transformational head of Madrasah in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung province. The method used is a descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that the ability of the principal to implement the vision and mission in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat can be seen from the behavior of the principal in carrying out the preparation of the school's vision and mission with a joint discussion, the creation of an education program guided by the quality standards of education, and promoting civility, as well as mobilizing school residents to participate in improving the quality of education. The ability of the principal to communicate effectively in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat is reflected in the principal's behavior in cultivating a disciplined lifestyle and interacting directly with school residents and in problem-solving through a system of discussions, meetings, or deliberations. then, the ability of the principal in developing academic and non-academic programs that can produce good quality for the school.

This research aims to formulate internal and external strategy in developing Dodol Salak agroindustry in Pangu One Village. The study was conducted from March to May 2017 from preparation to the preparation of research reports. The data obtained in this research includes primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was done by interview technique to the respondent while secondary data was obtained by searching in the form of documents from related institution, seminar papers, This study used primary data and secondary data, with literature relevant to the research topic. The analysis used in this research is by using SWOT Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the right strategy for the development of dolcol agroindustry in Pangu Satu Village, Ratahan Sub-district is to apply aggressive strategy, that is by creating creating process sorting of raw materials and better production equipment and utilizing manpower to produce superior product; through the process of sorting out the selection of good raw materials to increase revenue; companies use products that are free from preservatives and dyes to increase public interest in refined products; improve the process of sorting raw materials and the quality of health products to be more able to compete with existing companies; cooperate not only with one supplier (farmer); increase capital through related institutions such as Bank or other agencies; conducting human resource training to improve the company's work processes and increase opportunities for employers to create new jobs and reduce unemployment; increase capital income to prevent piracy of labor and utilize capital for infrastructure activities and transportation facilities.

The writing of this research aims to explain the management and impact of waqf for education in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro City. As for the background in this writing is the demands and expectations of the community for the greater quality of education but the capacity of the government is not yet worth the demand of the community. So the waqf movement became one of the alternatives offered to answer the challenge. Waqf movement, especially in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan aims to improve the quality of education in accordance with Muhammadiyah jargon namely "advanced education". This research is a qualitative study with this type of case study research.  The data sources in this study consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are conducted in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The methods of data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study show that the waqf movement in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro City is supported not only by Muhammadiyah cadres but from sympathizers and the general public. The waqf development strategy carried out at SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro consists of (1) the conversion (substitution) of waqf assets, (2) promotion and socialization, (3) the management of waqf assets by prioritizing the allocation of waqf with regard to the 2015-2027 plan, (4) establishing partnerships and (5) strengthening the teachings of Al-Ma'un Muhammadiyah. The impact of waqf has a profound effect on the quality of education such as the improvement of school facilities and the education system in the school. Keywords: Waqf Muhammadiyah, Advanced Education Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  memaparkan pengelolaan dan dampak wakaf bagi pendidikan di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang dalam penulisan ini adalah tuntutan dan harapan masyarakat akan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih besar namun kapasitas yag dimiliki pemerintah belum sepadan dengan permintaan masyarakat. Sehingga gerakan wakaf menjadi salah satu alternative yang ditawarkan untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Gerakan wakaf khususnya di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sesuai dengan jargon Muhammadiyah yakni “pendidikan berkemajuan”.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus.  Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber data primer dansumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gerakan wakaf di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro tidak hanya didukung oleh kader Muhammadiyah saja melainkan dari simpatisan dan masyarakat umum. Adapun strategi pengembangan wakaf yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro terdiri dari (1) penukaran (substitusi) harta wakaf, (2) promosi dan sosialisasi, (3) pengelolaan harta wakaf dengan memprioritaskan alokasi wakaf dengan memperhatikan renstra tahun 2015-2027, (4) menjalin kemitraan dan (5) Memperkuat ajaran Al-Ma’un Muhammadiyah. Dampak wakaf sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu pendidikan seperti peningkatan fasilitas sekolah dan sistem pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.

Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.

This study aims to find a picture of the difficulties experienced by teachers in the implementation of learning activities and the steps taken to overcome the difficulties encountered in learning. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative research to explain the phenomena of difficulties experienced by teachers in carrying out learning activities and steps taken to overcome difficulties encountered in learning. The data collection techniques used in this study were open questionnaires as primary data sources and observations. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, to obtain a picture of the difficulty factors and the steps in implementing learning. The results showed that the implementation of the curriculum for learning activities and in formulating basic competencies were still the difficulties of subject teachers. The structure of the material in the learning curriculum is still an obstacle for the teacher because the material is not in accordance with the level of student ability. The availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the allocation of time still need to be a major concern in improving the quality of learning.

The aims of this study are as follows: 1) To find out how managerial is at Private Mts Darul Hikmah Teluk Meku Pkl Berandan; 2) To find out how the performance of Madrasah Principals at Mts Swasta Darul Hikmah Teluk Meku Pkl Berandan; 3) To find out whether managerial implementation can improve the performance of Madrasah Principals at Private MTs Darul Hikmah Teluk Meku Pkl Berandan. The performance of the Madrasah Principal can be said to be an illustration of the good and bad results achieved by education managers in the process of implementing the education process in schools. This type of research is qualitative research. There are two kinds of data sources in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources include the subject, namely the principal and teacher of MTs Darul Hikmah Teluk Meku Pkl. Laman, while the secondary data sources are in the form of documents, written notes related to the research focus. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained during the study were analyzed by data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity test was carried out with persistence and triangulation observations. The triangulation used in this research is source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that regarding the managerial skills of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of learning, there are several indicators, namely, technical skills, conceptual skills, human relations skills, learning planning, implementation of the learning process and assessment of learning outcomes. In the technical mastery of madrasah principals to improve the quality of learning, madrasah principals are armed with their experiences while being principals and madrasah principals utilize school facilities and infrastructure such as using LCDs when learning For human relations skills, the principal always communicates with the teachers by greeting them every day. And for conceptual skills, to solve problems faced by the head of the madrasah, he always invites teachers to meet so that problems can be resolved.

Employees are one of the elements of the apparatus that institutionally becomes part of government management to carry out the main tasks and functions in government, development, and community service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bulupoddo District Office in Sinjai Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of the interviews were obtained from primary data sources referred to as informants, while the main informants, namely the Bulupoddo Sub-District Head while supporting/ordinary informants, namely the staff of the general subdivision and staffing and the people of the Bulupoddo sub-district. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bulupoddo District Office in Sinjai Regency if seen as a whole was effective. This can be seen from the quantity of work, quality of work, knowledge of work, cooperation, determination in work, and initiative.

AbstrakMutu suatu pendidikan dapat mempengaruhi lulusan suatu lembaga persekolahan baik formal maupun nonformal. Manajemen program pendidikan yang dikelola dengan baik akan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan meskipun dalam prosesnya secara bertahap. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan manajemen kesetaraan paket C di SKB Kota Tasikmalaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan, diantaranya peserta didik yang menguasai IT masih sedikit, proses pembelajaran yang tidak terkontrol, penyebaran informasi pembelajaran berbasis ICT belum merata, peserta didik menginginkan pelayanan yang mudah dan cepat, serta sulitnya peserta didik menyesuaikan diri dengan peserta yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu pemecahan masalah yang didapatkan dengan cara mendeskripsikan keadaan objek atau subjek penelitian berdasarkan fakta di lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari delapan informan dan data administratif lembaga. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa manajemen program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C yang meliputi aspek fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan serta evaluasi, secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan berjalan secara terstruktur serta telah mencapai tujuan seperti yang diharapkan, yaitu mutu pendidikannya meningkat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di SKB Kota Tasikmalaya secara bertahap dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, paket C, Mutu, Pendidikan.  AbstractThe quality of an education can affect the graduates of a schooling institution, both formal and non-formal. The purpose of this research was to find out how the package C equivalence management process at SKB Tasikmalaya City in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted because several problems were found that could affect the quality of education, including only a few students who mastered IT, the learning process was not controlled, the dissemination of information on ICT-based learning was not evenly distributed, students wanted easy and fast services, and the difficulty of students adapting with other participants. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, which are problem solving obtained by describing the state of the object or research subject based on facts in the field. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data obtained from eight informants and institutional administrative data. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used are observation and interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the management of the package C equivalence education program which includes aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, monitoring and evaluating functions, Overall, it has been in accordance with and is running in a structured manner and has achieved the expected goals. It can be concluded that the management of the package C equivalence education program at the Tasikmalaya City SKB can gradually improve the quality of education.Keywords: Management, package C, Quality, Education
