This research was aimed to find out the effectiveness of blended learning on LMS with inquiry learning mode to students concept mastery. The research sample used was 68 students of Senior High School in Bandarlampung. In experimental class, the researcher used blended learning based on LMS with inquiry learning mode, while in control class the researcher used conventional mode. The research design used was Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. After all data were collected, the data were tested for normallity, homogeneity, and ancova. Based on the result of ANCOVA with Fcount > Ftable  (15,45 > 3,98), it shows that there is the difference in the average of students concept mastery in experimental class and control class which means that blended learning based on LMS with inquiry learning mode gives a significant impact to the student concept mastery. In addition, it can effectively enhance the student concept mastery proven by the difference of N-Gain average in experimental class which is 0,84 with the high category and in control class 0,70 with the average category.

This article discusses the using of risalah of tajwid digital apps in increasing the students of SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang abilities in reading al-Qur’an. The using of risalah of tajwid digital apps was by optimazing the technology of computer that running by risalah of tajwid digital apps, that able to create the learning environment to prepare the options that can stimulated the students to use the potential cognitive. The objectives of this research was to get the empirical data about the students’ ability in reading Alquran before and after taught by using risalah digital of tajwid science and to get the empirical data about students’ ability in reading Alquran before and after using text book as well as to get the information about the difference in students’ level of ability in reading Alquran at the experiment class and the control class. The research design is used nonequivalent control group design, it means that in this design the experiment class nor the control class was not selected randomly.The research results are: (1) The level of students’ ability in reading Alquran in the experiment class before the treatment was classified in poor category, however, after given the treatment it was in good category. (2) The level of students’ ability in reading Alquran in the control class before the treatment was in poor category, however, after given the treatment it was in good category. (3) There are difference of students’ level ability in reading Alquran in the experiment class and the control class.

This research is motivated by the importance of developing students’s adversity quotient (AQ). This research examines the difference of students’s AQ in Guided Inquiry learning with Concrete-Representational-Abstract approach (ITCRA) and students’s AQ in conventional learning. This research is quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The population is students which grade eighth in SMPN 1 Padang Panjang, and the samples is selected two classes from seven existing classes. Instruments used to collect data is scale of adversity quotient dan intervies guidelines. Data obtained were analyzed using mean difference t-test. The results show that there are differences of student’s AQ getting ITCRA learning and student’s AQ getting conventional learning.Keywords: Guided Inquiry, Concrete-Representational-Abstract, Adversity Quotient

The experimental research is aimed to revealing the difference between science process through inquiry learning model and inquiry learning model with pictorial riddle method for students in SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari academic year 2015/2016. The research designs is using pretest posttest control group design. The samples were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The population is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari grade VIII, while the samples are the  students in VIII D class (experiment class 1) and VIII F class (experiment class 2). The instrument of this research  is the science process skills test in form of reasoned multiple choice, which has been tested statistically it’s  validity, reliability, discrimination index and level of difficulty of  the item. The data analysed used  independent sample t-test at significant  level  of 5 % with  tcount is 2,535 and ttable  is 1,671 because tcoun > ttable,, then H0  is  rejected and Ha accepted. The result indicates that there is a difference between science process through inquiry learning model and  inquiry learning  model with  pictorial riddle  method for student in SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari academic year  2015/2016.

BLENDED LEARNING: KEEFEKTIFAN E-LEARNING BERBASIS SCHOOLOGY TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATISAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas e-learning berbasis schoology terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMP pada materi Sistem Persaman Linier Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII salah satu SMP di Kota Cirebon. Sampel terdiri atas kelas VIII-B2 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan schoology dan VIII-C2 sebagai kelas kontrol tanpa menggunakan schoology. Adapun proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan angket respons. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji-t, dan uji gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan schoology lebih baik daripada tanpa menggunakan schoology. Hasil rata-rata N-gain yang diperoleh sebesar 0,68 dan berada pada kategori peningkatan sedang. Siswa memiliki respons positif terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan schoology. Melalui aplikasi schoology, siswa belajar secara berkelanjutan tanpa terbatas oleh ruang kelas dan efektif digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran.AbstractThis study was aimed at determining the effectiveness of schoology based e-learning on the mathematical communication ability of junior high school students on the Linier Equation System of Two Variables (LESTV). The population in this study were all students of class VIII junior high school in Cirebon. The sample consisted of two classes, VIII-B2 as an experimental class applying schoology and VIII-C2 as a control class without using schoology. The sampling process used purposive sampling technique. This type of research used was a quasi-experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data collection techniques were carried out by tests of mathematical communication skills and response questionnaires. The data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, t-test, and gain test. The results show that the students of experimental class that use schoology have higher ability than the students of the control class. The average N-gain obtained is 0.68 and as moderate category. The students have a positive response to learning using schoology. Through the schoology application, students allow to learn continuously without being limited by the classroom and effectively used as a medium in learning.

Kosakata adalah hal yang penting untuk diingat oleh individu, namun terkadang individu merasa sulit untuk mengingat kosakata. Individu memerlukan sebuah metode yang dapat membantu untuk mengingat dengan mudah kosakata beserta artinya atau tidak mudah lupa dengan kosakata yang telah dipelajari sebelumnya. Keyword mnemonic merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu individu dalam mengingat kosakata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas keyword mnemonic dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengingat arti kosakata bahasa inggris. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan 56 siswa SMP Negeri 13 Makassar yang belum menghafal kosakata bahasa Inggris beserta artinya. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah control group posttest-only design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok yang menggunakan keyword mnemonic dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok yang menggunakan keyword mnemonic (mean=1.14) memperoleh hasil lebih tinggi dari kelompok kontrol (mean=-5.14) (p=0.000<0.05). Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi individu yang ingin mengingat dengan mudah dan dapat digunakan dalam waktu jangka panjang. Kata kunci: Keyword mnemonic, mengingat, kosakata Vocabulary is an important thing to be remembered by the people, but sometimes people find it difficult to remember the vocabulary. Individuals need a method that can help to remember vocabulary and their meanings easily or not easily forget the vocabulary that have been studied previously. Keyword mnemonic is one of the method to assist individuals in remembering vocabulary. The purposed of this study was to determine the effectiveness  keyword mnemonic to improve the ability to remember the meaning of the english vocabulary. Subjects of this study involving 56 students of senior high school of thirteen Makassar who have not memorized the English vocabulary and their meanings yet. Experimental design used in this study is the posttest-only control group design. The results showed that there are significant differences between the groups using the keyword mnemonic and control groups. The groups that use the keyword mnemonic (mean=1.14) obtain higher yields than the control group (mean=-5.14) (p=0.000<0.05). This study is beneficial for individuals who would like to recall with ease and can be used in the long term.Keyword: Keyword mnemonic, remember, vocabulary

Abstract This research was conducted based on the fact that there was a lack in student’s mathematical connection ability. The aim of this research was to examine the enhancement of student’s mathematical connection ability by Alberta model inquiry learning. This research used nonequivalent control group design. Population of this research was all engineering faculty UNA, and the samples were two classes selected by using purposive sampling technique, in which they were used as an experimental class and control class. The experimental class was treated by Alberta Model inquiry learning and control class by conventional learning. Instruments used in this research were mathematics connection ability test and observation sheet. Results showed that student’s mathematical connection ability enhancement in students received Alberta model inquiry learning was better than students who received conventional learning. Keywords: Inquiry Learning of Alberta Model, Mathematical Connection Ability

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengatahui: 1) efektivitas media film dalam meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa, 2) perbedaan peningkatan minat belajar siswa yang menggunakan media film dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan media film, 3) perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media film dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan media film. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Experiment dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini berupa  penggunaan media film pada kelompok eksperimen dan tanpa media film pada kelompok kontrol. Data hasil belajar diperoleh dari tes tertulis dan data minat belajar diperoleh dari angket tertutup. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan, yaitu: 1) media film efektif untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa, 2) terdapat perbedaan minat belajar siswa yang menggunakan media film dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan media film, 3) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang menggunakan media film dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan media film. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FILM AS INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA TO ENHANCEGRADE X STUDENT’S LEARNING INTEREST AND LEARNING OUTCOMEAbstractThis study aims to know: a) level of film effectiveness to enhance learning interest and learning outcome of student on economic lesson, b) the difference between student learning interest of experimental class and control class, and c) the difference between student learning outcome of experimental class and control class. The subject of this study taken by purposive sampling technique from the population is all class of grade X. The data were collected by questionnaire and test of learning outcome. The findings of this study are: 1) the film was proven that effective to enhance learning interest and learning outcome of student on economic lesson, 2) there a difference between student learning interest of experimental class with a student learning interest of control class, and there a difference between student learning outcome of experimental class with a student learning outcome of control class.

This study has objectives (1) to know the effect of SSCS learning model and POE toward the achievement of students learning biology, (2) the difference between the achievement of students learning biology using SSCS learning model and POE. This is quasi experimental research with randomized subjects posttest only control group design. The population are three classes randomly selected from SMP Negeri 1 Gondangrejo Karanganyar 2013/2014. The first class, VIIID, is thaught by POE learning model. The second class is SSCS learning model, and the third, as control class, is thaught by variative lecturing. Data are collected by test, quessionaire, observation, and documentation.Then data are analysed by validity, reliability, difficulty test index. The results are (1) there is an effect of SSCS learning model and POE toward the achievement of students learning biology at three aspects: cognitive, affective and psychomotoric. It can be seen on the average of students learning achievement at experiment class and control class with the significance value < 0,05. The proceed result of anova Post Hoc test Scheffe indicates that there is a difference the achievement of students learning biology using SSCS learning model and POE at affective and psichomototic domain, but it does not happen in cognitive domain. The conclusion is (1) there is an effect of the achievement of students learning biology using SSCS learning model and POE, (2) SSCS learning model is more effective than POE.

Diabetes dance of Persadia 1 is one Physical activity in sports involving muscle contraction especially in eccentric contractions will potentially increase malondialdehyde and creatine kinase serum levels. The aim of this study was to determine the effect acute exercise Diabetes Dance of Persadia 1 on malondialdehyde and creatine kinase serum levels. This research was experimental fields with pretest – posttest control group design. Malondialdehyde serum lavels were measured using TBARS, while creatine kinase serum levels using ELISA. Paired – t test shows there was a significant decrease in MDA (p = 0,006) and CK (p = 0,033) serum levels, but from the results of the difference test between groups showed no significant differences between treatment group (p = 0,163) control group (p = 0,137). We can conclude there was a decrease in malondialdehyde and creatine kinase serum levels after being given Diabetes Dance of Persadia 1, but did not show significant differences between treatment and control group if only given onetime Diabetes Dance of Persadia 1 exercise.

The purpose of research was to determine the problem solving skill of basic chemical laws at tenth-grade senior high school of  through the application of guided inquiry learning models. The ability is known through a three tier multiple choice diagnostic test. This research was an experimental quasi with pretest-posttest control group design. The  sample consisted of 107 students consisting of 56 experimental class  and 51 control class. Based on the results of the calculation of the F test that F count> F table (10.72> 3.93) with α = 0.05. This means that there was an influence of the application of the guided inquiry learning model to students' ability to solve problems in the basic laws of chemistry. 70.71% of students in the experimental class can understand the problem, plan the solution, carry out the solution, and re-examine the results of the problem solving. Meanwhile, control class students were unable to solve very high problems, namely 24.5% students..
