In recent years, the market for delivery foods has grown rapidly. The large-scale social restrictions that were announced by Indonesian government as a response to Covid-19 pandemic has continued the increasing trend of online food delivery. Convenient and health factors are the main motivator of this trend. Therefore, there is a growing concern about the effective packaging design for takeout foods. However, only a few a study published on this specific topic. It is important to understand the main concern of customers on the takeout foods packaging design. The purpose of this study is to design suitable takeout foods packaging based on the customer perspective using a pull market strategy. This study used various data collection methods such as observation, interview, literature study, and survey. Data collected was analyzed with descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. A packaging design is proposed considering customer inputs on packaging material, design, and information needed.

 Home industry food packaging displayed on shelves in stores will compete with products from other brands that areplaced close together. In order to attract consumers’ attention and assist them in the purchasing decision-making process, packaging that has a competitive advantage is needed. This research is limited to the Primary Display Panel (PDP) packaging of home industry banana chips. In previous studies, the research used was quantitative, but this does not reveal the whole story. The data recording process can support “what” the participant looks at but does not reveal “why” they look at it. For this reason, this research is aimed to establish a broader understanding of what participants perceive of the packaging design seen using eye tracking methods and why it happened. This study uses qualitative approach. Thestudy consists of three phases: literature study, eye tracking data recording, and data processing and interviews analyzedusing content analysis. The result is colors and images are perceived to be the same by teenagers and young adults. There is no connection between likes and dislikes for colors/images with colors preference in choosing snack products. The results can be used by producers and packaging designers to create packages that generate consumer purchase interest.

Study of Ecotourism Management in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. The concept of ecotourism is one alternative to develop an area into a tourist destination that pays attention to environmental sustainability by utilizing the potential of natural and cultural resources of the local community.Therefore, the existence of the concept of ecotourism can ensure the preservation of nature and its ecosystem. This study aims to: 1) Identify the potential and problems in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency, 2) Identify the feasibility level of ecotourism in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, MalangRegency, and 3) Develop a strategy for developing ecotourism areas in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. Collecting data in this study using survey methods (observations and interviews), literature study and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used, namely: first qualitative descriptive analysis, second feasibility analysis based on the Guidelines (ADO-ODTWA) of the Director General of PHKA 2003 and the last is SWOT analysis. The results showed that: 1) The potential of natural resources in the ecotourism area of Bendosari Village, namely: the potential for flora and fauna, the potential for naturetourism, the potential for educational tourism, the potential for craft tourism and the potential for cultural tourism. The problems of ecotourism in Bendosari Village include the low quality of human resources, limited funds and the role of the Malang Regency Government which has not been active. 2) Ecotourism inBendosari Village is feasible to be developed as a tourist attraction with the results of the Guideline assessment (ADO-ODTWA) of 82.71%. 3) The strategy for developing Ecotourism in Bendosari Village is an expansion strategy (supporting offensive strategies) with alternative strategies that include: maximizing thedevelopment of ecotourism packages, empowering local communities in ecotourism activities, increasing security in tourist attractions, and maximizing tourism potential management.

This study aimed to determine the marketing activities of pilgrim package tour that have been performed by PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel, develop strategies and also marketing programs that can be implemented by the company. Data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis, analysis of the Likert scale and SWOT analysis approach. The results obtained there are four teen indicators of strengths, weaknesses of tree indicators, four indicators of opportunities and four indicators threats. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by the firm such as 1)create and develop a quality product, 2)provide rebates to customers who have used the services of PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel several times.The advice given are more active in the promotion by giving rebates, conduct marketing activities as E-commers, expand cooperation with business trips or individuals.

Octopus Dive Penida is one of the first local dive centers in Nusa Penida that provides international diving facilities (PADI, ADSI,SSI) with professional instructors. This study discusses the marketing strategy adopted by Octopus Dive. The sample of this research is tourists who have visited and used the services of diving / snorkeling in Octopus Dive Penida. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling with 168 respondents. The technique of collecting data is done in several ways, discussing, observing, interviewing, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique was done by quantitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Resulting in a marketing SWOT strategy from variable marketing mix 7 P that is, SO (Strengths – Opportunities) strategy  is doing Brand Positioning as a quality dive operator, doing good relations with the community and improving the quality of Human Resources. WO (Weakness -Opportunities) strategy is to expand business / office locations, educate tourists, re-conduct price analysis and participate in international and national events. ST (Strenghts -Threats) strategy is to innovate services / services for tourists, create dive tourism package programs that don't exist in other dive operators. WT (Weakness -Threats) strategy is to conduct a site analysis to complement offices and innovations in market price adjustments.

Abstract. Community empowerment is one of the efforts undertaken by the community and the government in order to improve the standard of living by enhancing the potential and independence of the community, therefore, the local government is now intensively conducting community empowerment, for example the Purworejo district government. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the success of Purworejo District Government's community empowerment program through the digital market. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that can explain the process of community empowerment through digital market destinations. Data in this study were collected using observation techniques and literature study. Based on descriptive analysis, community involvement and participation in community empowerment programs through the digital market in Purworejo Regency must still be increased and strengthened to be able to achieve sustainability during the empowerment process. The conclusion from the results of this study is the SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Oppurtunities, Threats) can be used as a consideration by local governments in developing community empowerment through digital markets.

Kripik makroni spiral Makeci merupakan produk makanan ringan yang memiliki keunggulan dari segi varian level kepedasan, produk ini juga memiliki kelemahan pada aspek kemasanya, dalam artian produk ini tidak memiliki identitas, melainkan hanya dikemas dengan plastik transparan dengan label yang ditulis tangan, sehingga tidak memiliki daya tarik bagi konsumen. Tujuan perancangan kemasan produk kripik makroni spiral Makeci adalah sebagai upaya memberikan identitas produk dan dapat menunjukkan image produk dengan kompetitor lainnya. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan berbasis praktik yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk produk dan analisis VIEW untuk menganalisis fitur kemasan. Konsep perancangan kemasan produk Makeci menampilkan desain kemasan produk dengan citra makanan ringan yang mempunyai ciri khas rasa pedas dan mengandung unsur budaya Jawa namun tetap memiliki kesan modern, serta menambah visual infografis mengenai diskripsi singkat budaya yang ada di Indonesia pada kemasan bagian belakang, sehingga kemasan dapat berfungsi sebagai media informasi, serta memberi kesan berbeda dengan kemasan kompetitornya. Makeci macroni spiral chips  is a snack product that has advantages in terms of spiciness level variants, this product also has weaknesses in its aspect of packaging, in the sense that this product does not have an identity, but is only packaged in transparent plastic with a handwritten label, so it has no power appeal to consumers. The purpose of the Makeci macroni spiral chips packaging design is an effort to provide product identity and be able to show the image of the product with other competitors. The design is done using qualitative research methods with a practice-based approach that is by conducting observations, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis for products and VIEW analysis to analyze packaging features. The concept of the design of the product packaging Makeci displays the design of the product packaging with the image of snacks which has a characteristic spicy taste and contains elements of Javanese culture but still has a modern impression, as well as adding a visual infographic about a brief description of the culture that exists in Indonesia on the back of the packaging, so that the packaging can serves as a medium of information, and gives a different impression to the competitors packaging.

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. <p>The study was aimed to identify and to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that faced<br />the city of Samarinda in fulfilling the egg need and to formulate the best and suitable strategy for the region to face the<br />shortage of egg supply. The study was conducted in November 2009. The method used in the study was descriptive analysis method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. Methods<br />of data analysis using the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) were used to identify the internal environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external environmental factors (opportunities and threats) areas. The result was then drawn in the quadrant analysis of SWOT and interpreted in the SWOT matrix could be to show the position and direction of regional development as well as alternative strategies that can be run. The results showed that internal identified value was 0.3922 and the external identified value was 0.0308. Development strategy at Samarinda in the first quadrant with a strengths was greater than the opportunities, so the region must be able to use these strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. The area should implement an aggressive growth strategy (growth oriented strategy) in order to meet the self need of eggs in the region Samarinda.</p><p><br />(Key word: Layer, Development strategy, SWOT analysis)<br /><br /></p>

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya pembinaan terhadap Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sebagai produsen Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) melalui  program pembinaan fasilitasi yang telah diselenggarakan oleh DISKOPERDAGIN Kabupaten Cianjur terhadap UMKM dalam rangka meningkatkan citra produk IKM. Pembinaan yang telah diberikan berupa pembinaan fasilitasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk IKM melalui upaya peningkatan citra produk yang meliputi pembinaan fasilitasi P-IRT, label halal, desain kemasan, dan pendaftaran HAKI merek dagang. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Optimalisasi dampak pembinaan citra produk IKM terhadap daya saing UMKM Kabupaten Cianjur (Studi Kasus Pembinaan UMKM pada DISKOPERDAGIN Kabupaten Cianjur). Pendekatan penelitian bersifat penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi partisipatif dan wawancara selama melakukan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan. Temuan penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pembinaan fasilitasi yang diberikan DISKOPERDAGIN dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk melalui pembinaan citra produk UMKM, seperti pembinaan fasilitasi  PIRT,label halal, kemasan dan merek dagang ,nampak masih belum optimal untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM Kabupaten Cianjur, karena   secara kuantitatif  cakupan pembinaan fasilitasinya masih terbatas. ABSTRACTThis research is motivated  by  implementation program of fasilitation for enchance competitive advantage of Cianjur IKM’S product. The scope area program are fasilitation for PIRT sertificate, Halal’S label, Packaging Design, and Brand Register product.  The aims of this research  to analyze optimalization  impact of implementation DISKOPERDAGIN fasilitation program to enchance  product competitive advantage of  Cianjur IKM product. The methodology of this research are  quantitative and qualitative research, with a descriptive analysis research method. Data was collected through literature study, par ticipatory observation and interviews was conducted during the KKL program in DIS KOPERDAGIN Cianjur District. Conclution of the research, that impact DISKOPERDAGIN fasilitation program to enchance IKM product’S competitive advantage not yet. Qualitative that fhenomena condition occur from limited number participant program fasilitation coverage.

This study aims to identify strength and weakness (internal environment) and opportunity and threat (external environment) to formulate an appropriate strategy through SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) in cyber security training at Training Center of National Cyber and Crypto Agency. This study used descriptive method, data collection through literature study, observation, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The result showed that using the SWOT analysis tool WO strategy had the highest score 3.97, SO strategy was ranked second with score 3, 76. Furthermore, WT strategy ranked third with score of 3.54 and ST strategy score 3.33. Strategies that can be  carried out include SO Strategy: coordinating with stakeholders and meeting the competencies of all training staff, WO Strategy: revising the curriculum, increasing the number of teaching staff and developing competencies, ST Strategy: improving services and simplifying the training process, fulfilling the need of  supporting  equipment  learning  process,  dissemination  of  training  information,  WT  Strategy: establish cooperation with other training institutions, bring in instructors from outside and  benchmark to other training institutions.
