Abstract            The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of group therapy in reducing bullying behavior among students of Among Siswa Surabaya Middle School. The subjects of this study were six students who committed bullying using purposive sampling technique. Determination of the subject is based on the results of interviews with teachers Counseling Guidance. This study uses a quantitative approach and is included in the type of experimental experimental research. The experimental design used was One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test technique obtained results of Z = -2.207, with a significance level of p = 0.024 (p˂ 0.05). Abstract: Many elements that affect the mastery of dribbling skills, such as agility andspeed. Agility and dribbling speed can be improved by skipping plyometrics workout andside hop. The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of skipping exercise andhop side of the soccer player dribbling skills U16-17 in SSB PSDM Blitar. This researchmethod using quasi-experimental research design. This quasi-experimental design usedin two groups of subjects namely the skipping and side hop with the conventional group.The dribbling test were used as a research instrument. The data analysis technique usedis the analysis of variants (one-way ANOVA). The subjects were soccer player U16-17SSB PSDM totaling 24 players. Results from this study have been analyzed by usinganalysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) with significance level of 0.05. Of the testobtained crieteria (F) 7,30 > 4,30 on results posstest skipping and side hop group, thenfor the conventional group obtained criteria (F) 0.16 < 4.30 for difference between groupsand skipping and side hop with a conventional group acquired criteria (F) amounted to23.32 > 4.30. The conclusion of the research is, skipping exercise and side hop gives abetter effect than conventional exercise to increase soccer player dribbling skills U16-17SSB PSDM Blitar.Key words: experiment, skipping and side hop, dribblingAbstrak: Menggiring bola merupakan salah satu teknik dasar sepakbola yang wajibdikuasai oleh semua pemain sepakbola. Banyak unsur yang mempengaruhi penguasaanketerampilan dribbling, seperti kelincahan dan kecepatan. Kelincahan dan kecepatanmenggiring bola dapat ditingkatkan dengan latihan pliometrik skipping dan side hop.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan skipping dan sidehop terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola pemain sepakbola U16-17 di SSB PSDMKabupaten Blitar. The school principal has been unable to carry out his duties as a supervisor optimally, Objective of this research is to find out why the head of the School is not optimal in carrying out duties as supervis or . Determination of the subject using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and verification / drawing conclusions, while checking the validity of the data is done by extending observations , observation accuracy, and triangulation. The findings in this study indicate that the principal considers the teacher to have professional competence obtained from his education, the principal considers that the implementation of supervision is not so important, and the principal himself does not know about optimal supervision. The conclusion is that the principal has not performed his duties as a supervisor optimally because the principal thinks the teacher already has professional competence obtained from his education so that the implementation of supervision is not so important. The principal should make a class visit to observe the learning process directly, then conduct individual talks to solve the problems faced by the teacher, and the principal programmatically conducts learning simulations for the teacher to observe.

A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.

<p class="Default"><em><span lang="IN">Assessment is part of a teacher's pedagogic competence and curriculum-13 must carry out cognitive, psychomotor and affective assessments. Online learning causes the implementation of psychomotor and affective assessments to be hampered. This study aims to determine the readiness and understanding of Biology teachers on psychomotor and affective assessments during online learning. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique. The subject of the study, namely the Biology teacher of the SMA in Comal District, opened 5 teachers through filling out questionnaires distributed online on google forms and RPP documentation as well as evidence of the implementation of the assessment, while the student questionnaires were used as secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive analysis consists of reduction, data display, and verification. This study resulted in the finding that the teacher's assessment readiness profile during online learning can be declared ready to carry out psychomotor and affective assessments. Meanwhile, the profile of teachers' understanding of psychomotor and affective assessments can generally be obtained at a low level. An understanding profile that has an impact on misconceptions in the realm of assessment and the development of an assessment rubric that is not yet good so that human application cannot run optimally. In addition, the application of psychomotor and affective assessments during online learning is influenced by the factors of the teacher's IT ability and the facilities owned by the students.</span></em></p>

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The correlation between self esteem and bullying behavior, (2) The correlation between conformity and bullying behavior, (3) The correlation between self esteem and conformity towards bullying behavior. The subjects of this research were 86 students on VIII grade of SMP Barunawati Surabaya, who are selected using population sampling technique. Data were collected using likert scales of self esteem, conformity, and bullying behavior. Data analysis technique of this research using multiple linier regression analysis. Results of this research are: (1) self esteem has a significant correlation towards bullying behavior with a negative correlation, can be seen from the significance value 0,000 and regression coefficientt -0,526, (2) conformity has a significance correlation towards bullying behavior with a positive  correlation that is shown from the significance value 0,003 and regression coefficientt 0,321, (3) Rsquare value 0,301 means that 30,1% variations on bullying behavior is influenced of self esteem and conformity, the other variable that has a value of 69,9% is caused of other variable that is not measured in this research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Hubungan antara harga diri dengan perilaku bullying, (2) Hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying, (3) Hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah 86 siswa kelas VIII SMP Barunawati Surabaya yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel populasi. Data skala harga diri, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying diperoleh menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,526. (2) konformitas memiliki hubungan yang signifiksn dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan  positif yang dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,003 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,321. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,301 artinya sebesar 30,1% variasi pada perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh harga diri dan konformitas, sisanya sebesar 69,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.

Constumer satisfaction and loyalty is one indicator of marketing success. This study aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty milk powder with high calcium by attributes attached to high calcium milk powder products. Milk powder used as the object of the research was Anlene milk powder and Hilo milk powder. Attributes used in the study are: brand, flavour, label, price, and promotion. Determination of the sample using multistage sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that milk powder Anlene attributes that affect customer satisfaction is a flavor of (0,001), price (0,018), and promotion (0,023), while milk powder Hilo attributes that affect customer satisfaction is the brand (0,024) and the label (0,015). Anlene milk powder attributes that influence consumer loyalty is priced at 0,017, while the milk powder Hilo attributes that influence consumer loyalty is the brand of 0,021.

This article discusses the use of PowerPoint animation in learning with the aim of knowing the differences in learning outcomes of students whose learning uses power points and without using power points in three-dimensional topics. The method used is an experimental design with a True Experimental Design, namely Posttest-Only Design. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Student learning outcomes data were obtained through the learning outcome test instrument in the form of essays. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential data analysis. Hypothesis testing using a parametric analysis t-test. The results of the analysis show that the average learning outcomes of students who are taught using power points are higher than those of students taught conventionally. One of the factors that support the improvement of student learning outcomes is a learning approach to geometric shapes that involves interesting visualization. Interesting visualization makes students not just imagine something abstract but can directly observe the object being studied.

The objective of this research entitled “IMPROVING ENGLISH VOCABULARY BY USING TOTAL PHYSICAL RESPONSE (TPR) METHOD TO THE FIFTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SDN PASIRKALIKI 1 CIMAHI” was to find out whether or not teaching English Vocabulary using Total Physical Response Method was effective to improve the students’ vocabulary ability. The research used quantitative method and one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this research was 31 of the fifth grade elementary school while the sample was entire population. They are consisted of 31 students. The data of this research were collected by giving pretest and posttest to the subject. The collected data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The results of the data analysis showed that: the mean score of pretest was 44.61, the mean score of posttest was 44.83, the tobs was 2.442, the tcritical value at the significance level 0.05 with degree of freedom (df) 30 was 2.042. Based on the data analysis above, the alternative hypothesis was accepted because the tobs was higher than t critical (2.442>2.042). It also meant that improving English vocabulary using Total Physical Response Method was effective to improve the students’ vocabulary ability. Keywords: Vocabulary, Total Physical Response Method

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of self-talk and Imagery relaxation exercises on the concentration and accuracy of 3point shoot in basketball. The method used in this study was an experimental design with two groups pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were 12 young basketball athletes with 6 male and 6 female with purposive sampling, who were divided into two groups of experimental groups with match subject ordinal pairing (MSOP) based on the ranking of tembakan 3 angka accuracy. The instrument used is a modification of the AAHPRED basketball skill test speed spot shoot (3 point accuracy shot) and concentration grid. The data analysis technique used is  paired t test with significance level ? = 0.05. The results of this study showed (1) there is  a significant difference in the effect of exercise between self talk and Imagery relaxation exercises on concentration with each having an increase of 27.71% (self talk) and 10.97% (imagery relaxation), (2) there os significant differences  effect between self-talk and Imagery relaxation exercises in increase of  the accuracy of  tembakan 3 angka with each increase 38.61% (self talk) and 20.88% (imagery relaxation). Exercise using self talk has better benefits in increasing concentration and accuracy of tembakan 3 angka accuracy.Keyword :Self talk, imagery relaxation, concentration, tembakan 3 angka

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using image media in learning citizenship education at SMAN 4 Polewali, Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research is experimental research with inferential statistical analysis using t-test technique. The population in this study were students of class X SMAN 4 Polewali totaling 70 students with a total sampling technique. Data retrieval is done through documentation and test techniques. The results showed that there were differences in student achievement using picture media and those not using picture media, with the experimental group's average student achievement being 80.35 while the control group's student achievement was an average of 60.95.
