Background: Patient’s satisfaction is one of indicators measured in the hospital minimum service standards. In Installation of Inpatient (IRNA) of Haji Surabaya hospital, there are 17 indicators, but only nine are met (52.94%). One of them is patients’ satisfaction level amounted to 74.35% out of the standard (82%). The high number of complaints on nurses’ competence in providing services causes the unachieved patients’ satisfaction. There were 61 complaints from 2014 to 2017.Aim: This study aimed to analyze the influence of nurses’ responsiveness to patients’ satisfaction of in-patient installation (IRNA) at Haji Surabaya Hospital.Method: The questionnaires used Likert scale 1-5 for independent variables and dependent variables. The scoring scales for the independent variable or nurses’ responsiveness range from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Meanwhile, the scoring scale for the dependent variable ranges from very dissatisfied to very satisfied. Results: The findings indicated that there was a significant influence of responsiveness on patients’ satisfaction amounted to 0.003 (<α = 0.05). This indicated that the better assessment on the nurses’ responsiveness is, themore satisfied the patients are at in-patient installation (IRNA), Haji Surabaya Hospital. Conclusion: It can be concluded that more than 20% of responses was satisfied with the nurses’ responsiveness. The hospital needs to hold a human resource training especially a nurse-patient therapeutic communication training for maintaining the service quality at the hospital. Keywords: hospitalization, patient, responsiveness, satisfaction

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of variable communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Type of this research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. In this study using survey methods explanation (explanatory survey method) is a survey that explains the variables under study and further analyze the influence between variables accompanied by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data, which will then be presented in the form of numbers (quantified) to be tested in accordance with the design verification of data analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.421. There is significant influence between independent variables namely communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015.Keyword: Implementation RPJMD, Communication, Resources

The title of this research is: "Analysis of the Influence of Inflation, Currency Exchange Rates and BI Rate on Murabahah Financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in 2013-2018." The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) What is the effect of inflation on murabaha financing in Bank Mandiri Syariah (BSM) in 2013-2018? ?, 3) What is the effect of the BI Rate on murabaha financing at Bank Mandiri Syariah (BSM) in 2013-2018 ?. 4) Does inflation, currency rates and bi rates have a simultaneous effect on murabaha financing at Bank Mandiri Syariah (BSM) in 2013-2018?. While the research method used is descriptive quantitative research methods in the form of time series that is research on financial statements, and testing data using the SPPS program. The results obtained are: First, t arithmetic (1,731)> t table (1,724), so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that inflation has a significant and significant influence on murabaha financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri for the period March 2013 to December 2018. Second, t arithmetic (0.212) <t table (1.724), so that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, it can be concluded that the currency exchange rate has no significant and significant effect on murabahah financing. third, t arithmetic (0.303) <t table (1.724), so that Ha is rejected and accepts Ho, it can be concluded that the persial bi rate has no effect and is not significant to murabaha financing. And F count> F table (3.168> 2.87) with a significant value of 0.000 <α = 5% (0.05). And Fourth: This means that there is a significant influence jointly between all independent variables (inflation, currency rates and bi rates) on the dependent variable (murabahah financing) at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri for the period March 2013 to September 2018.

Latency is an important factor when conducting teleoperated missions. This study investigates the effects of latency on a set of dependent variables: performance (measured by time and number of errors), subjective workload, trust, and usability. These measures were tested in a simulated search-and-rescue mission over two levels of two independent variables. One independent variable was the number of robots – one or two (within-subject), and the other independent variable was latency – simulations with and without latency (between-subject.) The significant effect of the independent variables on the dependent variables were checked using repeated measure two-way ANOVA with a confidence level of 95%. The data determined any significant effects that latency and/or the number of robots had on such factors as errors, dependability, reliability, harmful outcomes, temporal demand, and frustration.

Motivation to learn is a person’s desire to take part in the learning process. Students are motivated to do an activity for their personal gain to achieve satisfaction from the lessons or the feeling that their needs are fulfilled. During the COVID-19 pandemic, students were forced to shift to learning online. The motivation to study online is related to the student’s achievement. Learning achievement is used as an indicator of the student’s competence in the teaching materials. High achievement can be reached by persistence in learning, which is formed through the learning motivation that will direct the student’s behaviour towards achieving maximum learning achievement. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and student achievement in Prosthetic Orthotic Major at the Health Polytechnic Surakarta. It employs a quantitative research method using a correlation research design. The study used the Google Form Online Questionnaire as an instrument for data collection. The sample included 447 students of the Prosthetic Orthotic Major at the Health Polytechnic Surakarta. The results of the normality test showed that the data were not normally distributed. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Spearman’s test and obtained a significant value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a relationship between online learning motivation and student learning achievement. Keywords: online learning motivation, learning achievement, prosthetic orthotics
