The purpose of this research is to improve the skill of critical thinking for MTsN 1 Pontianak student in the eighth grade by learning based edutainment with guide discovery inquiry learning. The method of this research is classroom action research which conducted in the two cycles. The research design was begun by planning, action, observation, reflection and continued by the next planning. The result of this research is the implementation of good RPP category. The main student activity showed the positive activity which related by learning process. The skill of critical learning test was showing the increase of the first cycle gave 25% and the second cycle increase till 100% in the advance category. Based on the KKM 75 also showed the increase of 7,7% in the first cycle and 74,4% in the second cycle. The result of this research can be summarized that the sains learning based on edutainment by the approach of guide discovery inquiry can develop and enhance the student’s skill of critical thinking.

This study aims to describe the learning steps by using the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) approach that can improve students 'mathematical reasoning, so that students' mathematical reasoning problems are well resolved in the learning process. Classroom Action Research). The research design consists of several actions, one action is called a cycle. The activities of each cycle consist of four main activities, namely planning (planning), action (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection). The CTL strategy used in this study includes: Relating, Cooperating, Experiencing, Appliying, Transfering. The results of the study show that: (1) Implementation of learning with an approach consists of: Students observe problems, write problems, solve problems, and students discuss problems; (2) Mathematical reasoning of students who study using CTL has increased; (3) Learning with CTL is favored by students.

The research is aimed to see and give the description whether the using of card as a learning media can increase the students` achievement in learning japanese language this research design uses action research that consists of two cycles. Every cycle consists of plan, action, observation, and reflection. The instrument used to know the students` activity during the teachung and learning process.This research consists of two cycles. Every cycle consits of four meetings. If there is a weakness in the first cycle, it result will be repaired in the second cycle. The result of the research is that 1, 56% students listens teacher`s explanation, 14, 06 % students take note from the tacher`s explanation, 44, 53 % students give opinion, 23, 44 % students ask questions, and 43, 34 % students answer the questions. By using card as media in learning process, it is hoped that the students will be motivated and interested in learning japanese language.Key words : media card, development of the result learning

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah di kelas IX E MTsN Olak Kemang Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan dua siklus yang terdiri dari: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa kelas IX E MTsN Olak Kemang Jambi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan lembar observasi dan catatan lapangan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pembelajaran akidah akhlak dengan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar di kelas IX E MTsN Olak Kemang Kota Jambi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa untuk setiap indikator yang diteliti. Peningkatan aktivitas siswa yang dimaksud adalah terjadinya peningkatan aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Siswa aktif merespon pertanyaan guru, mengemukakan alasan, menjelaskan kepada teman, mempresentasikan hasil diskusi kelompok dan membuat kesimpulan Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Siswa, Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, Akidah Akhlak Abstract [Tittle: Improving Student’ Activity In Akidah Akhlak Course Through Problem Based Learning Approach]. This research was aimed to improve students’ activity in Akidah Akhlak through Problem Based Learning (PBL)at MTsN Olak Kemang Jambi city.This was a classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles in which each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject of this research was the third year students of MTsN Olak Kemang Jambi that consisted of 32 students. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation sheet and field note. The data then was analyzed descriptively.The result of the research showed that the use of PBL approach could improve students’ activity in Akidah Akhlak at MTsN Olak Kemang Jambi. After applying PBL approach, the students had a willingness to answer teacher’s questions, give opinions and plain them to the peers, present the result of the discussion and take conclusion. The purpose of this study was to know the impact of the utilization of android applications in learning mathematics in SMPN-1 Sragen. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles,each cycle beginned with planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data in this study was the assessment of the learning process obtained from learners in the activity and assessment at the end of the cycle. Then, the data was analyzed to know whether the utilization of android application in teaching space has been successful or not. There was an increase in students' learning achievement in understanding mathematics after having utilized the android applications. Before the action, only 18 students (56.25%) completed their learning and increased to be 22 students (68.75%) on the first cycle. In the second cycle, the number of students completed their learning was 31 students (96.87%). The use of android application for class IX students B SMPN-1 Sragen had improved the students’ learning achievement. Before the action, the average knowledge of students was 75.16 and their average skill was 70.63. In the first cycle, the average knowledge of students is 78.59 and their average skills is 72.5. In the second cycle, of average knowledge 88.13 average skills 86.88. The conclusion, the utilization of android application in teaching the space learning content improved the students learning achievement. Teachers are suggested to utililize the android application or other appropriate media in learning-teaching activities.ABSTRAKFokus masalah yang menjadi pembahasan di dalam tulisan ini adalah dampak dari pemanfaatan aplikasi android dalam pembelajaran matematika tentang bangun ruang sisi lengkung di SMPN-1 Sragen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari pemanfaatan aplikasi android dalam pembelajaran matematika tentang bangun ruang sisi lengkung di SMPN-1 Sragen. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus diawali dengan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa penilaian proses yang diperoleh dari peserta didik dalam beraktivitas dan penilaian pada akhir siklus. Kemudian, data dianalisis untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang berhasil-tidaknya pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam memahami bangun ruang sisi lengkung setelah belajar menggunakan aplikasi android. Sebelum tindakan, yang tuntas 18 peserta didik (56,25%), pada siklus pertama 22 peserta didik (68,75%). Pada siklus kedua, peserta didik yang tuntas belajarnya 31 orang (96,87%). Penggunaan aplikasi android pada peserta didik kelas IX B SMPN 1 Sragen terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Sebelum tindakan, rata-rata pengetahuan 75,16 dan rata-rata keterampilan 70,63. Pada siklus pertama, rata-rata pengetahuan meningkat menjadi 78,59 dan rata-rata keterampilan 72,5. Kemudian, pada siklus kedua, rata-rata pengetahuan meningkat menjadi 88,13 dan rata-rata keterampilan meningkat menjadi 86,88. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemanfaatan aplikasi android pada materi bangun ruang meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Disarankan agar guru menggunakan aplikasi android atau media lain yang tepat dalam pembelajaran.

<p class="ABSTRACT"><span lang="EN">This article presents the efforts of teacher in enhancing students’ achievement through the implementation of cooperative learning model: Gallery Walk and Simulation (GALSIM). This </span><span lang="EN">classroom action research</span><span lang="EN"> aims to describe the improvement of students’ achievement of <em>Fiqh </em>subject matter. </span><span lang="EN">The data was collected by </span><span lang="EN">observation, actions, documents, and tests. This two-cycle research used four steps i.e. planning, action, observation and reflection in each cycle. The results show that the implementation of GALSIM could improve students’ activity along the learning process. Moreover, the implementation of this model could also improve students’ achievement at the end of their study on <em>Fiqh</em>.</span> </p><span>Tulisan ini mengetengahkan upaya guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif berupa Gallery Walk dan Simulation (GALSIM). Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemajuan prestasi siswa pada pelajaran Fikih. Data penelitian terkumpul melalui pengamatan, tindakan, dokumentasi, dan tes. Penelitian dengan dua siklus ini memanfaatkan empat langkah berupa perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi dalam setiap siklusnya. Temuan riset ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GALSIM dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa selama pembelajaran. Di samping itu, penerapan model ini dapat pula meningkatkan prestasi siswa dalam mempelajari Fikih.</span>

This study aimed to offer an alternative reconstruction of the fifth-grade Pancasila and Civic Education learning process at SDN Cugenang. This was done on the basis of thefinding that the learning that has been held so far tends to be theoretical-abstract and difficult for students to understand. The method used was a classroom action research method with four stages of activity, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection, which are carried out in three cycles. In general, it could be concluded that Pancasila and Civic Education learning held in elementary schools with a contextual approach could make the learning process and outcomes better and more improved.

This study aims to determine the ability and attitude of students in solving problems after the applicationof learning models inkuiri on paraktikum courses. Research method used is Classroom Action Reasearch (CAR) isdone in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Fromthe research results obtained that the model implemented in the learning lab inkuiri electric base, in general anincrease in the learning process and results of each cycle. Cognitive test results through the pre test and post test onthe cycle I in terms of percentage of students who reach the value of > 0% 6 is increased to 94.875%, in cycle IIincreased from 6.25% to 93.375%, and the third cycle of 3.125% increase to 100%. The results of the task undertakenby the students increased each cycle. Then for the activity sheets teachers viewed from the observation activitycategory shows an increase of the cycle is the cycle I and II into either category III cycle. For student activity showsmost categories of cycle I and cycle II rose to the category in general the third cycle. Impressions and attitudes ofstudents through filling the questionnaire stated that by applying the learning model inkuiri conditions become moreactive class, students become able to appear in her opinions.

This study aimed at finding out how the cultural model of berasanan and its implementation in civics learning, as well as knowing how the cultural model of berasanan can increase learning motivation in Secondary School class VII. A South Indralaya. The research was classroom action research (CAR) which done in two cycles. The first cycle was conducted three times and the second cycle was held twice. The subjects of this study were 29 students. The steps of each cycle include planning, action, observation, evaluation and reflection. The data were collected by using test, questionnaire, observation sheet, and documentation methods. The results of the study showed that students’ learning motivation experienced an increase in the learning process from cycle one to the second cycle. Students’ attention during the learning process, cooperation in working on group assignments, students’ participation, and courage to think showed that learning activities are increased. Negative activities of students’ learning civics were asking permission to go to the bathroom. This change showed that the interest and enthusiasm of students’ learning was increased and learning was more effective and enjoyable. Achievement of students’ learning outcomes also showed an increase, students’ learning from the first cycle of 75% increased to 86.2% in the second cycle.

The purposeofthis studyis: to describethe use ofexperimental method sin enhancingthe activity oflearning physicsclass VII students of SMPN1Purbolinggoandto describethe use ofexperimentalmethodsin improvingstudentlearning outcomesphysicsclass VII SMP N 1 Purbolinggo.This study uses a Class Action Research and 4-cycle stages: planning, action, observation and reflection for further action. The study lasted 2 cycles each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. As the subjects in this study were VII.F grade students of SMP N 1 Purbolinggo of 40 people. Means of collecting data in the form of sheets of observations and tests. From the analysis and the results of this study concluded that the use of experimental methods in the learning process can improve the activity and student learning outcomes VII.F SMP N 1 Purbolinggo on the material and temperature measurements with an average of 11.56% increase in activity. Average learning outcomes increased by 55%. Thus it can be advisable for teachers to improve the activity and student learning outcomes using experimental methods.

This purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the Mastery Learning to improve the ability of mathematic in every cycles, and rising of activities in learning process through Mastery Learning. The methodolgy in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, whereby in each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subject of this research is students of class IV (grade four) MIN 1 Bandung, West Java Indonesia. The results in this research is the implementation of Mastery Learning in each cycles by teachers and students increased sharply. In addition, the average mathematical ability of students in the first cycle which is 79.75, and in the second cycle is 83.85, furthermore the rate of mathematical ability in the last cycle is 86,7 (a very large majority). Thus, the application of Mastery Learning can improve students' mathematical ability.
