The work purpose consists in the efficiency increase of automated system operation for industrial enterprise resource protection at the expense of the optimization of authentication method application, in particular, biometric one. To achieve the purpose it is necessary to solve the problem of efficient joint use of modern authentication methods, particularly, a static and dynamic biometric authentication. But biometric methods are most expensive from the point of view of their realization. In this connection, within the limits of the paper there is carried out the analysis of modern methods of biological authentication from the point of view of a special order of introduction and joint use. In the paper there is shown a classification of static and dynamic methods for biometric authentication, an example of method combination in the authentication module is presented, there are considered and analyzed the latest methods, in particular, those based on DNA investigations, thermograms of a face and hands (static), gestures (dynamic). The work novelty consists in the presented diagram of authentication module operation. As a conclusion it should be noted that modern authentication systems offer the application of a complex approach: use both biometric methods and other ones for authentication in modules, in particular, based on secret knowledge and material carrier possession. The approach mentioned will allow minimizing the errors of the first and the second kinds, increasing a general level of safety.

The concept of systemic puppet therapy proposed by the authors is described. Therapeutic work with puppets is a promising method of psychological assistance as part of rehabilitation processes. Its insufficient use is due to its low structurality. The phased application of morphological analysis and synthesis made it possible to streamline the known and develop new effective methods of puppet therapy. The proposed systemic puppet therapy is an ordered polymodal set of static (lining on the table or on the floor of a puppet arranged set) and dynamic (presenting history on behalf of the puppet or staging a performance) methods, individual and group methods, face-to-face and remote forms of work, algorithms for their choice. The size, material and design of puppets, quantitative and qualitative composition of their therapeutic set are justified. Methods of puppet therapy of different degree of structuring and depth of exposure for patients with different level of intelligence are described, including category and scope of application of the technique, instructions to the patient, plan of results discussion, transformation procedure providing therapeutic effect. Implementing a polymodal approach, after working with puppets, patients painted, composed and analysed works of literature andart. The field of puppet therapy intersected with the fields of drama-, mask- and art therapy, body-oriented and verbal therapy, psychodrama and system arrangements. Puppet therapy content included work with feelings and emotions, with the process of communication and social roles, with verbal and non-verbal diagnostics and self-diagnostics, with personal features and a system of relationships, with values and needs, with existential problems of patients. Systemic puppet therapy is applicable to a wide range of nosological categories, therapeutic situations, physical condition, intellectual level, gender and age characteristics of patients. The conditions and examples of application of techniques in the National Medical Research Centre of Rehabilitation and Balneology with the tasks of correcting unproductive attitudes and the system of patient relations, correcting perceptions of oneself; capacity-building and resource search; development of a compliance installation and active participation in rehabilitation are given.

Proved that to achieve socio-economic development of state it is necessary to ensure not only invarionmental security of state, but also of enterprise. There are a sufficiently large number of methods to evaluate the economic and ecological security of enterprise and, at the same time, there aren’t any practical methods to evaluate its environmental security. This confirms the necessity to analyse this issue in a more detailed way. The aim of the article is to analyse and identify the drawbacks of existing methods to evaluate the environmental security of enterprise and develop a system of indicators for environmental security of industrial enterprises. The following research methods were used in the article: method of analysis and synthesis to determine the drawbacks of existing methods to establish the level of environmental security, the graph analytic method to build a scheme of the process to develop the system of indicators for environmental security of industrial enterprise. It is determined that the process to develop the system of indicators for environmental security of industrial enterprise is a process of successive stages of determining the purpose and tasks to diagnose the state of environmental security of industrial enterprise, to select and process the necessary information and, directly, to develop a system of indicators of environmental security of industrial enterprise. The practical significance of this study is to determine the level of environmental security of industrial enterprise as an integral indicator. Its core is a set of social and economic, technical and technological, scientific and innovative, managerial and organizational indicators which have to account the criteria related to the external and internal environment of the enterprise activity. The proposed process to develop the system of indicators for environmental security of industrial enterprise allows determining the level of environmental security.

Differentiation of tourist needs is reflected in the directions of developing accommodation facilities, especially individual ones. The aim of this work is to consider the differentiation of the tourist needs as a factor of emergence and development of various accommodation facilities. To achieve this goal, a complex of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including methods of analysis and synthesis, is used. The paper specifies the role of accommodation facilities in development of tourism, investigates changes of tourist needs in terms of mass tourism, proves that increasing the variety of accommodation facilities is a response to the differentiation of tourist needs. Accommodation facilities organize their activities in reply to emergence and development of diverse cultural, spiritual, cognitive and other needs of tourists, which, in particular, ensures their preservation on the hotel services market. The aim of the study is to systematize the conditions and factors of competitiveness in order to identify them and develop mechanisms to influence them. The study is based on the application of a systematic and dialectical approaches to scientific knowledge of the characteristics of the factors of competitiveness of the industry. In the course of the research, general scientific research methods were applied such as observation, description, analysis and synthesis, as well as formal-logical and other methods of cognition. The information base of the research was made up of monographic studies, periodicals printed and electronic publications on the topic of research. The article analyzes scientific approaches to the study of the content of competitiveness. The factors of competitiveness of the industry are considered from the perspective of their classification. A clear systematization of competitiveness factors has been carried out according to six main features, and their features have been revealed. Internal and external factors of competitiveness are analyzed in detail. The content of the determinants of internal factors characterizing the set of competitive advantages of the industry and including resource, production and management conditions is disclosed. The main parameters of assessing the external environment in the absence of universal schemes of competitive behavior in the market of Kazakhstan are highlighted. In addition, the specificity of the analysis of the internal environment of the competitiveness of the industry is determined and its relationship with the data of monitoring of the external environment is substantiated. In the result of the analysis of the competitive potential of the industry from the standpoint of a systematic approach, its main feature is revealed, which manifests itself in a synergistic effect due to the internal interactions of the elements of potential. There are formulated conclusions about the ratio of state and market regulation mechanisms, the optimality of which contributes to increasing the competitive potential of the industry and ensuring its sustainable development. In addition, there are proposed measures to improve the efficiency of domestic production and neutralize the negative consequences of globalization in the context of the development of integration processes and increased competition.
