Acceleration of innovation adoption can be done if the communication network patterns in farmer groups are known. The research was conducted at The Citrus Production Center in Sambas District, West Kalimantan. Farmer group samples were taken 15 groups randomly while farmer sampling was done with the Representative Sample of Intact System. The structure and role of farmers in communication networks were analyzed by communication network analysis from Rogers and Kincaid and relationship analysis with Rank Spearman method. The results showed the structure of communication, in terms of the level of connectedness of farmers in the group was low while the openness of farmer groups was high. The higher the involvement and openness of farmers in the communication network, the better behavior of farmers in marketing. In addition, the pattern of communication networks that are formed is the pattern of wheels, namely the role of leaders in groups (star) plays an important role in the distribution of information in farmer groups. The other results were efforts to overcome the marketing problems that occur in farmers, namely by delaying the harvest and delay selling.

Almost people like any fishes, but some do not like the fish rancid even after processing. Catfish shredded is one of the processed processes. Turmeric, ginger, lemon, tamarind, vinegar, starfruit is often used to eliminate the fishy smell, but it still has taste left by itself. Community service was conducted to empower them and cope with the fishy smell problem. So that modified to the new variance beside the original product. Dan largen market share. Women Farmer Group for fisheries processing produces the object due to extension and implementation to adopt the technology innovation about catfish shredded processing to eliminate rancid on a fish odor. We hope this engagement and empowerment will become sustainable and spread out to other women farmer groups and animal products based on our research to raise economic circles. The group had a pre-test and post-test to measure the understanding and innovation adoption level. This engagement resulted in two variances of catfish by original and rancid free enriched with antioxidant of oregano leaf. The other result is that this new variance has more voluminous than the original in the same weight.

This study aims to: (1) identify the structure of communication within the gapoktan and farmer gropus, (2) identify the role of the individual in the communication structure This study is quantitative research support by qualitative data. This study is descriptive correlational  with the analysis unit consisting of individual analysis units totaling 102 people, as well as the unit of analysis group consisting of four groups of farmers who are members of the Gapoktan in the Laladon Village, Ciomas subdistrict, Bogor regency. For identifying the communication networks, this study use UCINET VI software. The result showed that the density of group depend on the numbers of member in the group. KWT Sejahtera is one of the group which is has highest centrality and the Mandiri II farmer group has the lowest centrality because this group has many isolate members.

Multiple standard communication networks operate in the frequency band of 1.8–6 GHz, which makes lots of antennas available in the limited space. To solve the problem of interference and improve the performance of these antennas, an ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna is presented. It consists of a boat-radiator and a dual C-shape co-radiative ground (DCCRG). One half of the DCCRG plays a role of the ground of a co-planar waveguide fed to the proposed boat-radiator antenna (BRA), while the other half works as a multiple order L-resonant circuit to broaden the lower operating band. Uniform bidirectional radiation is presented with the size of 0.25 λ × 0.375 λ × 0.0063 λ over the frequency band of 1.7–6.3 GHz (115%). The proposed antenna achieves around twice the bandwidth (60%) of the same structured antenna without the structure acting as a multiple order L-resonant circuit. Moreover, the stable boresight gain of 3.6 dBi ± 1.25 dBi is realized over the operating band.

Theory suggests that thriving, the feeling of vitality and experience of learning, is in large part determined by the social environment of employees’ workplace. One important aspect of this social environment is the position of an individual in the communication network. Individuals who are sources of communication for many colleagues often receive benefits because other employees depend heavily on these individuals for information; however, there may also be drawbacks to this dependence. In particular, employees who are central in the communication network may experience more role overload and role ambiguity and, in turn, lower levels of workplace thriving. Individual differences are also likely to explain why some individuals are more likely to thrive. Relying on research that views organizations as political arenas, we identify political skill as an individual difference that is likely to enhance workplace thriving. Using a moderated-mediation analysis, we find support for the indirect cost of communication centrality on workplace thriving through role overload and role ambiguity. Furthermore, we identify both direct and moderating effects of political skill. Specifically, political skill mitigates the extent to which employees experience role ambiguity, but not role overload, associated with their position in the communication network, and these effects carry through to affect thriving. Star employees are often central in communication networks; with this in mind, we discuss the implications of our findings for employees and organizations.

The multi-party system and the limitations of the presidential threshold adopted by Indonesian democracy have encouraged political parties to coalesce with each other. This study aims to analyze communication networks and the special role of political elites in the formation of party coalitions in the 2019 Presidential Election in Indonesia. This research method adopts a communication network analysis to identify the structure of the communication network between political elites and the roles they play in relation to the formation of party coalitions for the 2019 Presidential Election. The findings indicated that the formation of party coalitions was not only due to the ideological similarities. It was also based on the existence of political profit and loss considerations in a coalition, both in targeting positions and targeting support to win the Presidential Election. Further, the experience of political actors in building relations also played an important role. The contribution of this research is in the form of recommendations for new methods of communication networks.

The area size of sugarcane planting nationally shows a decrease. This is also marked by a decrease in the interest of farmers planting sugarcane and low loyalty to the sugar factory. In 2014, the government established a sugarcane management regrouping program. The regrouping program provides benefits for the efficiency of sugarcane planting, more effective in cutting and transport processes, forging farmer group and sugar factory, and increasing farmers' loyalty to the sugar factory.  The weakness of the regrouping program is that it emphasizes technical aspects only. The criterion of the social aspect is essential because this always saves problems related to communication networks and establishing cooperation. Through the clique strategy, this can conduct a communication network analysis in regrouping. Regrouping programs can build social interaction and communication networks. The form and level of communication network structure in the regrouping program can place actors or farmers build communication networks and cooperate in sugarcane farming. Understanding the role of cooperation networks between farmers or groups determines the success of regrouping sugarcane.JEL Classification:  P32, O35, Q18

SummaryWe measured total and free protein S (PS), protein C (PC) and factor X (FX) in 393 healthy blood donors to assess differences in relation to sex, hormonal state and age. All measured proteins were lower in women as compared to men, as were levels in premenopausal women as compared to postmenopausal women. Multiple regression analysis showed that both age and subgroup (men, pre- and postmenopausal women) were of significance for the levels of total and free PS and PC, the subgroup effect being caused by the differences between the premenopausal women and the other groups. This indicates a role of sex-hormones, most likely estrogens, in the regulation of levels of pro- and anticoagulant factors under physiologic conditions. These differences should be taken into account in daily clinical practice and may necessitate different normal ranges for men, pre- and postmenopausal women.

In the XIV century. centripetal tendencies began to appear in the Moscow principality. Inside the Russian church, several areas were distinguished. Part of the clergy supported the specificobar form. The other understood the need for transformations in society. As a result, this led to a split in the Russian church in the 15th century for "non-possessors" and "Josephites". The former linked the fate of the future with the ideology of hesychasm and its moral transformation, while the latter sought support in alliance with a strong secular power.
