Pal IX village has a potential plantation, namely banana. The products of this plantation are utilized by the Mekar Women's Association (Parwa), which consists of transmigrant women from the Bugis tribe who process bananas into dodol, chips, and kapok bread. The problem faced is that the processing of products is still manual (traditional), so that the products produced are limited. In addition, product marketing still relies on existing orders and has not paid attention to the food sanitation hygiene produced. The introduction of appropriate technology is needed to overcome this problem. Implementation of activities using the method of education and mentoring and carried out for 4 months. The results of the activity showed an increase in the group's knowledge and skills in applying appropriate technology, and changes in online-based marketing strategies.

: Identification of problems faced by partners in the Daslan Brick Business Partners in Pasir Putih Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency, namely: lack of knowledge about product marketing strategies because they are still waiting for buyers and stocking bricks. Based on priority issues that must be addressed, the solution offered to partners is to increase knowledge about the product marketing strategy through e-commerce that will be produced and training in the application of calculating brick stock that will make it easier to know the amount of brick stock and record sales / ordering transactions . The target of this service is to empower the Daslan Brick Business to become an independent business. After empowerment through appropriate technology produced and 8 (eight) months training and mentoring activities for Daslan Bata Business partners, the detailed target is to increase knowledge about product marketing strategies. The work procedures in this PKM are as follows: Appropriate Technology Development Phase (TTG) namely e-commerce web and brick stock calculation application, Training phase, namely: training on e-commerce usage and application of brick stock calculation, and PKM Evaluation stage. These PKM results can increase partner business competitiveness by a minimum of 60%; the application of science and technology by 75%; and there was an increase in knowledge and skills by 70%.

 ABSTRAKPengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pembuatan Branding dan Packaging Produk. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari pelatihan kewirausahaan pembuatan kerajinan dari kain flanel yang sebelumnya telah dilaksanakan pada anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Budi Utomo Kota Metro. Dalam kegiatannya terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan yakni memberikan pelatihan dengan tahapan teori dan praktek. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini terdapat beberapa tahapan diantaranya yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaporan. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai perencanaan strategi pemasaran produk dengan membuat branding serta packaging produk yang menarik, sehingga produk kerajinan kain flannel yang telah dibuat dapat dikembangkan dan diterima dengan baik serta diminati konsumen. Kata Kunci :Branding, Packaging, Kewirausahaan ABSTRACTThe dedication that was carried out was training on the manufacture of Branding and Product Packaging. This training activity is a follow-up to the entrepreneurship training of making handicrafts from flannel which had previously been carried out for children at the Muhammadiyah Budi Utomo Orphanage, Metro City. The activity consists of two meetings, namely providing training with theoretical and practical stages. In this service activity there are several stages including the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the reporting stage. <p>In order to meet households energy needs, one of the groundbreaking efforts that needs to be done is to implement appropriate technology training in utilization of cow manure waste by recycling it into biogas and organic fertilizer. Animal husbandry in Bambankerep Sub-District of Ngaliyan, Semarang City, are sufficiently developed, however, the use of livestock manure has not been optimal, whereas livestock manure can be used as raw material to produce renewable energy in the form of biogas and organic fertilizer. Furthermore, Limited knowledge and skills of the people in Bambankerep sub-district in the utilization of cow manure waste by recycling it into biogas and organic fertilizer have become the main problem. Steps performed in Community service programs are as follow (1) Socialization of recycling livestock waste into a blessing; (2) training, (3) Monitoring and outreaching. The impact generated from this community service programs, among others are: (1) raising public awareness in the utilization of cow manure waste for biogas alternative energy, (2) increasing knowledge and skills of people in processing cow manure into energy and fertilizer, (3) growing number of business groups in cow manure organic fertilizer processing that are expected can improve the welfare of the people in Bambankerep sub-district, Mijen, Semarang City.</p><p> </p><p>Dalam rangka pemenuhan keperluan energi rumah tangga, salah satu upaya terobosan yang perlu dilakukan adalah melaksanakan pelatihan teknologi tepat guna pemanfaatan limbah kotoran sapi menjadi biogas dan pupuk organik. Usaha peternakan di Kelurahan Bambankerep, Ngaliyan Semarang cukup berkembang, tapi pemanfaatan kotoran ternak selama ini belum optimal, padahal kotoran ternak dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan baku untuk menghasilkan energi terbarukan dalam bentuk biogas dan pupuk organik. Keterbatasannya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki masyarakat di Kelurahan Bambankerep mengolah limbah kotoran sapai menjadi biogas dan pupuk organik menjadi permasalahn utama. Tahapan program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah: (1) Sosialisai pemanfaatan limbah kotoran hewan menjadi berkah; (2) pelatihan; (3) Monitoring dan Pendampingan. Dampak yang dihasilkan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: (1) meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan limbah kotoran sapi untuk energi alternatif biogas, (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat bidang pengolahan kotoran sapi menjadi energi dan pupuk, (3) tumbuhnya kelompok usaha pengolahan pupuk organik dari kotoran sapi sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kelurahan Bambankerep Ngaliyan Semarang.</p>

Currently, many company’s marketing strategies are limited only to face-to-face communication, telephone, facsimile, company portfolio, and product brochures. However, those marketing strategies are well- known to have limited impacts. Therefore, the presence of e-marketing as one of the marketing strategies would be appropriate to cover the weaknesses and to solve a number of the marketing problems. The purpose of this study is to discuss matters related to marketing, such    as, proposing a marketing plan using website, expanding marketing segment, and introducing existing  products for a chemical manufacturing company. The adopted research method is a descriptive method where the study is directly performed on the research object to acquire necessary data. The collected data are further analyzed using the Porter’s Five Force and SWOT analysis. Fi- nally, the work provides a number of recommendations for implementing e-marketing strategies to support the company business.

Abstrak  Kegiatan yang dilakukan Kelompok PKK Desa Sutojayan sebagian besar telah diarahkan kepada aktivitas yang produktif dan bernilai jual, seperti pembuatan kerajinan tas dari tali kur, membuat bros, dan berbagai jenis keripik. Beberapa produk tersebut mampu dihasilkan oleh kelompok PKK dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, dibutuhkan cara atau strategi khusus dalam melakukan pemasaran produk-produk tersebut, karena selama ini pemasaran masih dilakukan dalam lingkup lokal atau hanya sebatas dari mulut ke mulut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan terkait strategi pemasaran produk kepada kelompok PKK melalui pelatihan digital marketing. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yakni pelatihan secara langsung sekaligus praktik pada aplikasi online yang digunakan, yakni facebook dan instagram. Hasil dari kegiatannya ini adalah anggota kelompok PKK dapat membuat akun online yang khusus untuk memasarkan produk-produk yang dihasilkan melalui akun facebook dan instagram. Melalui strategi digital marketing, beberapa produk yang dihasilkan oleh Kelompok PKK Desa Sutojayan dapat dikenal secara meluas sehingga mampu mengangkat nama Desa Sutojayan.   Keywords: Digital Marketing, local product, marketing training Abstract Most of the activities undertaken by the PKK group in Sutojayan Village have been directed to productive and valuable selling activities, such as making handicraft bags made from rope ties, making brooches, and various types of chips. Some of these products were able to be produced by the PKK group within a certain period. Based on the situation analysis, special methods or strategies are needed in marketing these products, because so far marketing has only been carried out in the local scope or only limited to word of mouth. This activity aims to increase knowledge related to product marketing strategies to PKK group through digital marketing training. The method used in the implementation of activities is direct training as well as practice in the online application used, namely Facebook and Instagram. As a result of this activity, PKK group members can create an online account specifically for marketing products produced through Facebook and Instagram accounts. Through digital marketing strategies, some of the products produced by the PKK group can be widely recognized so that they can raise the name of the Sutojayan Village.  Keywords : Digital Marketing, produk lokal, pelatihan pemasaran

Limited facilities and infrastructure in rice farming activities, especially in post-harvest processing has resulted in a farming communities become unproductive to processing their harvested products. Despite these problems has been tried to be overcome by the farming communities by making some tools for agricultural needs with tools and improvised materials, like a self-made rice thresher tools that made from used wood waste, of course the ability of productivity is very much different when using factory-made rice thresher. This PKM activity aims to introduce and train the farming communities to be able to process their rice crop yields using appropriate technology, like with a rice thresher machine and a rice husk machine. The main target in this PKM activity is a community of Tani Jaya Mandiri Group which in Kelurahan Batu Layang RT05/RW13 Kecamatan Pontianak Utara, which still has limited facilities for their agricultural activities. The method applied in this PKM activity is the diffusion of science and technology, socialization and active participation from the community. So with the existence of this PKM activity, the farming community get knowledge and skills in processing their post-harvest rice products, and is expected to be able to help overcome their productiviy problems due to the limited agricultural facilities they have

The SME sector that has an important role in the Indonesian industry is the small and home industry (IKRT) or micro and small businesses (MSME). In everyday life, washing clothes and washing the house is an activity that is usually done by everyone, especially by the home industry. IKRT (UMK) Suradita RW 09 Suradita Indah Complex, is IKRT (UMK) in the Suradita sub-district, which produces green cleaning products guided by Universitas Mercu Buana lecturers who have been operating for one year. IKRT (UMK) was established to increase the knowledge of housewives who live in RW 09, where production is marketed in the surrounding area as well. In addition there is no good management governance, also a good marketing strategy. Based on the above, the objectives of community service are (1) using appropriate technology in the green cleaner production process, (2) improving the quality of green cleaner product formulations, (3) implementing good governance management and marketing strategies to be more effective and efficient and has sustainable competitiveness. The results of this community service are (1) appropriate technology that can be used in the production process. (2) Improving the quality of green cleaner product formulations and (3) governance management and marketing strategies. And can avoid Suradita IKRT which is more effective and efficient and has sustainable competitiveness.

Knowledge about food nutrition for toddlers and the ability to buy nutritious food are important factors in toddlers parenting. Kelurahan Rawa Badak Selatan (KRBS) is one of area in Koja Subdistrict, North Jakarta which dominated by toddlers whose nutritional status needs to be improved. CSR PT. Pertamina Integrated Terminal Jakarta carried out the Serba Unsur Lele (SULE) program as a community empowerment strategy by create various product innovations from catfish and catfish bone by-product. The aim of this activities is Bunda Koja community, including mothers of toddlers, are able to improve the knowledge and skills of catfish products processing and build a growing business, some products that routinely given to toddlers are expected to give a positive impact for toddler nutrition. This program consisted of training and the application of mentoring. The series of programs include training on catfish products innovation training, management of catfish production, and product marketing. The innovations been developed for production is nuggets, abon, and catfish stick. Catfish bones by- product are processed into crackers, tempe chips, and fish bone biscuits. Abon, nuggets, crackers and tempeh chips have been through the production and marketing stages. This activity succeeded in having a positive impact especially for mothers of toddlers, could receive the additional income from the catfish product business. The more catfish products innovation which will be developed is expected to become a business so that it can have a positive impact on the economy of the Bunda Koja community, mothers of toddlers, and the surrounding community.
