Abstract: Learning activities for school children during the Covid-19 pandemic were carried out using the Distance Learning method. Distance learning indirectly changes children's behavior both while studying and playing. The restriction of activities and play space for school children during Distance Learning method is a change that all children must face, including children living in housing. Pattern of Space and environmental settings, especially the residential environment, have a major influence on children's playing behavior. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is to analyze through comparison of survey data and direct observation from two different residential environment settings. The result of the research is that different spatial patterns will affect children's play behavior patterns during distance learning, children's responses to spatial patterns, structure and character of environmental settings in play activities. The behavior and responses of different children become the design reference and produce basic data about the effect of pattern of greeting on children's playing behavior. Subsequent research on elements of the playroom in the New Normal.Abstrak: Kegiatan pembelajaran anak-anak sekolah pada masa pandemik Covid 19 ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ).  Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh secara tidak langsung merubah perilaku anak baik saat belajar maupun saat bermain. Pembatasan kegiatan dan ruang bermain anak-anak sekolah selama Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh merupakan suatu perubahan yang harus dihadapi  semua anak-anak termasuk anak-anak yang tinggal di Perumahan. Pattern of Space dan setting lingkungan khususnya lingkungan perumahan berpengaruh besar terhadap perilaku bermain anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menganalisis melalui komparasi data hasil survey dan observasi langsung dari dua setting lingkungan perumahan yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian adalah pola ruang yang berbeda akan mempengaruhi pola perilaku bermain anak-anak selama pembelajaran jarak jauh, respon anak-anak terhadap pola ruang, struktur dan karakter setting lingkungan dalam kegiatan bermain. Perilaku dan respon anak-anak yang berbeda menjadi acuan desain dan menghasilkan dasar data tentang pengaruh pattern of sapace terhadap perilaku bermain anak.  Penelitian selanjutnya mengenai elemen ruang bermain dimasa New Normal.

This study aims to determine the use of whatsapp group as a communication tool in dance learning in class VIII.1 at SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. This is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive method. The instrument used in this study was a knowledge (cognitive) test. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data were collected through observation, interviews, learning outcomes tests, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis was conducted by reducing the data, presenting the data, and making conclusions. The results show that the implementation of learning method using Whatsapp group in class VIII.1 at SMP N 2 Bukittinggi is quite effective. Judging from the planning, the teacher's learning design remains the same. However, the learning steps conducted is different due tothe fact that it is carried out through WhatsApp group application. Meanwhile, the material is in the form of power points sent into the WhatsApp group chat as the learning media. Judging from the process of learning implementation, the material taught by the teacher is only the basic competence of knowledge, while the basic competence of skills is not. Thus, learning happens just for Basic Competence 3 while Basic Competence 4 is not implemented. In the learning process, the teacher always invites students to interact, but only a few students respond.The students responding are almost always the same while the other students only read the group because they are not familiar with learning using WhatsApp. Related to assignments given, the students always do well even though the materials provided by the teacher are incomplete. Every assignment can be done because students can search for answers by browsing the internet. Thus, students can add information that has not been given by the teacher.Keywords: Use, Whatsapp Group, Dance Arts

The condition of the COVID19 pandemic has changed the habits of the world, including the education sector in Indonesia. For schools with strong economic strength, both students and educators will have no significant difficulties in implementing face-to-face online learning in a full manner (synchronous). On the other hand, there are many obstacles to implementing synchronous learning in schools with low economic abilities for both students and educators. One learning method that can be done with minimal barriers is asynchronous learning. Akademi Maritim Nusantara Cilacap and IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, both school have low economic strength, both students and lecturers. This study aims to see the benefits and problems that arise in applying asynchronous learning in Maritime English II of Akademi Maritim Nusantara Cilacap and English I of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon course. The researcher uses Google Classroom, YouTube, WhatsApp and Telegram media in lecture activities. The researcher then conducted a mini-survey to find out the advantages and obstacles experienced by students. The data is then explained using a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed at least 5 (five) advantages and 1 (one) weakness in asynchronous learning. The five benefits are material enrichment, access to learning materials, social interaction, personal interaction, and ease in discussing student work. Meanwhile, the constraints found were related to cost-effectiveness.

Indonesian Language for foreign speaker (BIPA) students are very interested in cultural values, the provision of cultural values ​​is very important for BIPA students to enrich their language skills. Even cultural errors can be more serious than language errors. Trihita Karana is a philosophical value of living in harmony with God, nature, and fellow human beings. To teach BIPA students, it is necessary to have a genuine learning method so that BIPA students can absorb the culture significantly. The twenty BIPA learners in the State Polytechnic of Bali were conducted in this research. Questionnaire and observation methods were used in data collection. The data obtained were then analysed using a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of BIPA students' responses to several methods being tested, it can be concluded that 96.7% of respondents argued that the Trihita Karana cultural learning method was very feasible to support the BIPA learning process. There were several methods appreciated by BIPA students, including guessing pictures, running while dictation, observing, video documentation, immersion, and debate. Among these methods, the immersion method was the most favoured by BIPA students because they directly experienced it in daily life.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Abstract             The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing  dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan  sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products. This study aims to measure the performance of fish auction process in Arumbai Market in Ambon. Primary data were collected from 43 respondents through observation and direct interview based on questionnaire. Data was analysed by qualitative descriptive method, importance performance analysis method (IPA) and gap analysis, and value for money method. The results show that: 1). There are three auction process activities namely pre auction, auction, and post auction; 2). Fisherman's satisfaction level is 67% and merchant satisfaction is 81%; and 3). The auction performance of the economic aspect is less economical, with the final value of 83%, while the fish auction performance from the efficiency aspect is less efficient with the value of 76%. For that, it needs additional officers to manage fish auction place (TPI) in Arumbai Market. In addition, the fish auction facilities (TPI) in Arumbai Market needs to be improved.

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to give understanding and clear explanation about teaching students’ listening skill by English video. Commonly, teaching listening through tape recorder, but in this research teacher shows different way, video is collaboration between pictures and sound components, and it contains a recording of a movie or television program. Students can be able to know the activity or a topic being discussion through visual aid and knowing the pictures expression clearly, this way can help students to get clear information both pronunciations and expression. Grade VIII of SMPN 15 Tangerang with total number is 20 students and 10 English teachersas the subject of the research.  Qualitative descriptive method is applied in this research to explain teaching process through video clearly, however, literature and questionnaere with close answer form is given to get the data. The result of this research are: firstly, teaching listening skill through video can be used by the teacher to make a listening class is more enjoyable and understandable, because audio visual aid can cover students various learning style, finally at the end of teaching and listening process the objectives of study can be gained. Secondly; teaching listening through video is very useful way to encourage and foster students’ listening skill and their interest.      Keywords: Using Video, Listening skill, teaching listening

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk analisis penggunaan Schoology pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan Bantul Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah : (1) satu orang Kepala Sekolah SMA N 1 Srandakan Bantul (2) satu orang Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (3) Siswa SMA N 1 Srandakan sejumlah 8 orang. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemerikasaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Schoology memiliki kemudahan dalam mengatur administrasi pembelajaran siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan karena siswa dapat presensi, mendapat materi hingga evaluasi di Schoology; (2) Schoology dapat mengendalikan minat belajar siswa dalam aspek preventif dengan cara kegiatan belajar menyenangkan, persuasif dengan cara membujuk melalui fitur massages, dan represif dengan cara didatangi rumahnya berdasarkan informasi yang disajikan dalam aplikasi tersebut; (3) Schoology memiliki tampilan seperti media sosial Facebook ditandai warna dasar yang sama yaitu biru dan putih serta menu yang identik; (4) Schoology memiliki keunggulan untuk diskusi pada pembelajaran daring, siswa dapat berdiskusi kelompok dengan guru sebagai pemantik materi dalam fitur Groups; (5) Schoology mengakomodasi aneka macam media pembelajaran antara lain media gambar visual, audio, dan audio visual atau video. Kata Kunci: Schoology, PPKn, Minat Belajar Siswa Abstract The research aims to analyze the use of Schoology in PPKn Subjects on student interest in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan Bantul in 2020. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan from July to August 2020. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were: (1) one principal of SMA N 1 Srangkan Bantul (2) one teacher of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (3) 8 students of SMA N 1 Srangkan. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity was checked by data triangulation. The results of this study are: (1) Schoology has the convenience of managing the administration of student learning at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan because students get presence, receive material and evaluation in Schoology; (2) Schoology can control student interest in preventive aspects by means of fun, persuasive learning activities by persuading through massages, and repressive features by visiting their house based on the information presented in the application; (3) Schoology has a display similar to Facebook's social media marked with the same basic colors, namely blue and white and identical menus; (4) Schoology has the advantage of discussions on online learning, students can have group discussions with the teacher as material triggers in the Groups feature; (5) Schoology accommodates various kinds of learning media, including visual images, audio, and audio-visual or video media.
