In order to effectively achieve the goal of the study, the author used an analytical method, which allowed to analyze and determine the features of the free economic zones positioning in the market of educational services. Scientific Novelty. The peculiarities of a Higher Education Establishments positioning on the market of educational services are revealed, the process of strategy development and conditions of effective positioning of free economic education is considered. Conclusions. Positioning is one of the key strategic decisions made while working in the education market. It ensures consistency and consistency of all operational decisions and actions, which allows forming an unambiguous market perception of the offer of Higher Education Establishments (HEEs). In modern conditions, when Higher Education Establishments are forced to work in market conditions, to compete for applicants, they should use strategies that allow them to be more competitive and efficient. This is the appeal to the use of market strategies, especially positioning strategies. However, positioning is not possible without the use of communication strategy, because in a wide range of educational services, the requirements for communication activities of the Higher Education Establishments are growing. The current situation has significantly affected the quality requirements for the educational process on the part of educational services consumers: the claims of entrants and students to the Higher Education Establishments have increased. Applicants are interested in the rating of Higher Education Establishments among the similar, the high-quality level of higher education. Applicants, as a rule, actively respond to the demand for specialists in the labour market. The greatest demand is for a limited number of priority specialities, the rating of which reflects the social processes in society indicates the prestige of some and the low popularity of other professions. Competition is growing, those who can flexibly respond to the demand for educational services and a high level of satisfaction of the educational needs of the individual survive. In this situation, it is considered necessary to consider the processes of positioning Higher Education Establishments as an element of communication strategy in the market of educational services.

Abstract The article consolidates information sources on the issues of future economists’ self-study organization at foreign universities. There has been carried out the study of approaches to the interpretation of the term “self-study process” in the contemporary scientific thought abroad. There have been specified the productive ideas of foreign experience which are to be understood and implemented into practice of domestic higher education institutions in terms of professional training of future specialists in the field of social and behavioural sciences majoring in Economics, including the following: 1) student self-study is supposed to be a mandatory part of the educational process, with the amount of time dedicated to being less than 65 percent. The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

One of the main tasks in organizing the educational process in higher education is the drawing up of a schedule of classes. It reflects the weekly student and faculty load. At the same time, when compiling, there are a number of necessary conditions and a number of desirable. The paper considers seven required and four desirable conditions. In this paper, one of the well-known approaches that can be used in drawing up a curriculum is consid-ered. The proposed scheme of the genetic algorithm, the result of which is to obtain an approximate solution to the problem of scheduling with the need to further improve it by other heuristic methods. To solve the problem, an island model of the genetic algorithm was selected and its advantages were considered. In the paper, the author's own structure of the individual, which includes chromosomes in the form of educational groups and genes as a lesson at a certain time, is presented and justified. The author presents his own implementations of the genetic algorithms. During the work, many variants of operators were tested, but they were rejected due to their inefficiency. The biggest problem was to maintain the consistency of information encoded in chromosomes. Also, two post-steps were added: to try to reduce the number of teacher conflict conflicts and to normalize the schedule - to remove windows from the schedule. The fitness function is calculated according to the following principles: if some desired or desired property is present in the individual, then a certain number is deducted from the individual's assessment, if there is a negative property, then a certain number is added to the assessment. Each criterion has its weight, so the size of the fine or rewards may be different. In this work, fines were charged for non-fulfillment of mandatory conditions, and rewards for fulfilling the desired
