The influence of the distance season on teaching students of senior courses to program in 1C

The article discusses the features of the organization of the educational process of teaching 4th year bachelor students of the “Fundamental informatics and information technologies” direction to program in 1C, in the context of a rapid transition from fulltime to distance learning and vice versa. A brief plan of distributing lectures and practical classes in the discipline “Automation of enterprise activities” is given, the place of the 1C certified courses in the development of the curriculum of the discipline is noted. The structure of practical lessons for the course is given. The system of assessment of student work is considered, indicating the number of points for each work. Methods for increasing the uniqueness of student work are analyzed in the conditions of absence of personal contact between the teacher and the students during classes (with distance learning). The experience of organizing student training using combined full-time and distance learning during a pandemic is presented. An analysis of the progress of students studying with the help of this approach is given, and on the basis of this analysis it is shown that for students of senior courses the use of a combined face-to-face and distance approach to the organization of training sessions is effective. The article notes that with a clear schedule for organizing the educational process and a transparent assessment system, distance educational technologies can become an effective addition to any course, especially in the last semesters of training.

The article is devoted to current issues of using digital technologies in the educational sphere of higher education in the study of higher mathematics. Improvement and transformation of information space occurs at the expense of active mastering of information communication technologies. The experience in the use of new information technologies and interactive training means on the example of training students of Samara State University of Means of Communication in the discipline «Mathematics» is presented. Separate aspects of distance learning at the university are analyzed and compared to full-time learning in the modern educational space. The area of application of the results is the organization of the educational process in a distance learning format, effective interaction of the teacher with students in the new conditions, the maximum use of interactive environment, electronic information educational system of the university to illustrate and visualize mathematics as one of the possibilities of modern digital technologies. The authors conclude that it is necessary to combine face-to-face and distance learning to successfully develop an educational strategy.

В статье рассмотрена проблема организации дистанционного обучения на примере Microsoft Access в рамках курса информационных технологий. Автор задался целью представить авторскую методику дистанционного обучения информатике на основе универсальных информационно-технологических сред. Практическая значимость работы заключается в том, что показан способ синхронно-асинхронной организации учебного процесса, выявлены условия проектирования данного метода обучения, продемонстрирована его реализация на конкретном примере, выявлены проблемы, возникающие в процессе использования представленной модели обучения. Также приводятся мнения студентов о данной форме обучения. Теоретическая значимость работы состоит в том, что в ней обосновывается невозможность освоения в очном режиме целого ряда навыков и умений, в которых нуждаются обучающиеся. Но они могут получить необходимые знания в рамках представленной дистанционной модели обучения. Автор утверждает, что дистанционное обучение информационным технологиям является в разы более эффективной формой организации образовательного процесса, чем очное обучение. Основной новизной статьи является представленная методика обучения, основанная на использовании синхронно-асинхронной модели и универсальных информационно-технологических сред. The article considers the problem of organizing distance learning, using the example of Microsoft Access within the course of information technology. The article aims to present the author’s method of distance learning in IT ba ed on universal information technology environments. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the method of synchronous-asynchronous organization of training is shown; the conditions for the design of synchronous-asynchronous training have been identified; the implementation of such training is shown by a specific example; the problems that arise in the process of using the presented training model are identified. Moreover, we can see students’ opinions about this educational form; it is shown that, in general, students are positively disposed towards this format of learning. It is impossible to teach a whole range of skills and abilities necessary for students in full-time education unlike, however, using the presented distance learning model. This is the theoretical significance of the work. The author claims that distance learning in information technologies is a much more efficient form of organizing the educational process than full-time education. The novelty of the article lies in the presented teaching methodology based on the use of a synchronous-asynchronous model and universal information technology environments.

The article deals with the problem of organizing distance learning, using the example of Microsoft Access training in the course of information technology. The method of synchronous-asynchronous organization of learning is shown. The conditions of synchronous-asynchronous learning design as well as the problems arising in the process of using the presented model are revealed. It is proved that with the use of optimal information technologies, distance learning is a more effective form of organizing the educational process than face-to-face training.

Purpose. Investigation of the peculiarities of psychophysiological characteristics of experiencing a sense of security by participants in the educational process in the process of introducing distance learning.Methods. A narrowly directed questionnaire was used developed by a team of specialists in the field of psychology. Its structure consisted of collecting general information; study of the features of the organization of distance learning and associative ideas about the full-time and distance forms of the educational process (a list of associations to the words-stimuli “distance learning” and “full-time education”); determination of the subjective level of personal safety in various forms of organization of the educational process: in an offline and online environment (5 point scaling: 1 – absolutely safe, 5 – absolutely dangerous environment).Results. There is a contextual significance of the conditions in which the individual feels protected. The organization of educational in a situation of transformation produces new risks and is perceived as a threat. The vast majority of respondents consider distance and face-to-face learning to be safe. The same percentage of respondents as distance learning consider full-time education unequivocally dangerous. It has been found that there is a significant direct link between a sense of security in online and offline learning.Conclusions. It was determined that the subjects who feel dangerous in the educational process feel insecure in any form of training organization. It is shown that respondents who felt comfortable in the traditional form of education will feel some anxiety and require a certain amount of time to adapt to new conditions. It has been proven that distance learning is predominantly perceived as a negative phenomenon that requires a change in the usual order of life. Face-to-face learning is associated with habitual behaviors that are generally perceived as comfortable.A group of associations is identified, which reflects the reflection of the psychophysiological states of the respondents during distance and full-time education. The peculiarity of the representations that are attributed to the group of “psychophysiological” is due to the educational situation in which the participants of the educational process find themselves. Two subgroups have been identified, which are characterized as “somatic” and “psychosomatic” manifestations.Key words: applicants for higher education, scientific and pedagogical workers, subjective sense of security, educational process in the HEI, psychophysiological manifestations of danger in educational activities. Мета. Дослідження особливостей психофізіологічних характеристик переживання почуття безпеки учасниками освітнього процесу впродовж упровадження дистанційної форми навчання.Методи. Було використано розроблений колективом спеціалістів у галузі психології вузько спрямований опитувальник. Його структура складалася зі збору загальної інформації; вивчення особливостей організації дистанційного навчання та асоціативних уявлень про очну та дистанційну форми освітнього процесу (переліку асоціацій до слів-стимулів «дистанційне навчання» та «очне навчання»); визначення субєктивного рівня особистої безпеки за різних форм організації навчального процесу: в офлайн та онлайн середовищі (5-бальне шкалювання: 1 – абсолютно безпечне, 5 – абсолютно небезпечне середовище).Результати. Існує контекстуальна значущість умов, в яких особистість почувається захищеною. Організація освітнього процесу в ситуації трансформацій продукує нові ризики та сприймається як загроза. Переважна більшість респондентів уважає дистанційне та очне навчання безпечним. Однаковий відсоток респондентів уважає однозначно небезпечною як очну форму навчання, так і дистанційну. Встановлено, що існує значущий прямий зв’язок між відчуттям безпеки в онлайн- та офлайн-навчанні.Висновки. Визначено, що досліджувані, які себе почувають небезпечно в освітньому процесі, відчуватимуть незахищеність за будь-якої форми організації навчання. Показано, що респонденти, які почували себе комфортно в традиційній формі навчання, відчуватимуть деяку тривогу та потребуватимуть певного часу на адаптацію до нових умов. Доведено, що дистанційне навчання переважно сприймається як негативне явище, яке вимагає зміни звичного порядку життя. Очне навчання асоціюється зі звичною поведінкою, яка зазвичай сприймається комфортною. Виокремлено групу асоціацій, яка відображає рефлексію психофізіологічних станів респондентів упродовж дистанційного та очного навчання. Особливість уявлень, які віднесено до групи «психофізіо-логічних», зумовлена навчальною ситуацією, в якій опинились учасники освітнього процесу. Виділено дві підгрупи, які охарактеризовано як «соматичні» та «психосоматичні» прояви. Ключові слова: здобувачі вищої освіти, науково-педагогічні працівники, суб’єктивне відчуття безпеки, освітній процес у ЗВО, психофізіологічні прояви безпеки.

The publication is devoted to the analysis of the challenges of the organization of educational process faced by the Ukrainian educational institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The complexity and ambiguity of the process of making managerial decisions in the field of education in the conditions of quarantine and the organization of distance learning have been emphasized. The relevant 3D model of management decision-making and the nature of management decisions made by our country's educational institutions as a response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic are described. It has been systematized the peculiarities of psychological, communicative, financial, regulatory and organizational challenges, which should become new opportunities for educational institutions to improve their work and achieve the main goal of the activity, i.e. the provision of high-quality educational services. The expediency of using different services and platforms in the educational process at its different stages is analyzed. The list of competencies that are especially important in the conditions of using distance learning technologies, including the ability to experiment, to act at high speed, is substantiated; provide different processes in different roles, simultaneously with many participants and from different access points; use modern information technologies, computer systems, etc. The most important problems of communication between the participants of the educational process in the conditions of quarantine restrictions have been identified. The current legislation of Ukraine regulating distance learning has been systematized; the content and peculiarities of conducting distance learning and distance learning technologies that can be used on full-time and part-time forms of education have been clarified. Emphasis is also placed on the need to solve the problem of proper financial and logistical support of distance learning for all participants in the educational process. The main advantages and disadvantages of the organization of the educational process using remote technologies are determined. The main accents of distance learning organization are identified, which require detailed study and further implementation in Ukraine.

The widespread introduction of the LMS Moodle educational environment into the educational process in the framework of distance learning and recommendations to use the abovementioned resource for full-time education served as the prerequisites for this study. The authors believe that the knowledge assessment system for distance learning cannot be automatically applied to assess students of other forms of education, but should be adapted to them. The purpose of the research was to study the issues of assessment in the Moodle environment, to develop a methodology for using it to assess the knowledge of students of economic bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. To achieve the goal, scientific literature on this topic was studied, pedagogical design, experiment and student survey were used as research methods. As a result, the authors of the article designed a control and measuring system for assessing knowledge in mathematics in LMS Moodle and the procedure for intermediate certification using this system. The experience of introducing a knowledge assessment system in the first year of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and a questionnaire survey showed the specificity of approaches to assessing students’ knowledge in an electronic environment in Mathematics. To control the academic achievements of students, the authors consider it necessary to check additionally the performance of the teacher with the subsequent correction of points. The novelty of the research lies in the development of a methodology for using LMS Moodle for assessing students’ knowledge in mathematics in the course of full-time education.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has changed the education system. The use of modern information technologies in the educational process and the introduction of distance learning are becoming more and more relevant. These requirements began to apply to academic disciplines, which a priori are difficult to teach online, in a quarantine situation. Physical education is such a discipline. Requirements for teachers are increasing. The teacher must have digital pedagogical competencies in order to successfully teach this academic discipline in modern conditions. The purpose of this pilot study was to determine the level of formation of digital pedagogical competencies among physical education teachers working in institutions of higher and secondary vocational education. The research is based on the European model Digital Competence of Educators (DIGCOMPEDU). A questionnaire for identifying the formation of digital pedagogical competencies was developed on the basis of this model and tested in this study. Teachers were asked to assess, on a 5-point scale, the level of skills and experience in the application of information technologies in the educational process and in the organization of distance learning, as well as to provide specific resources with which they work.44 teachers of physical education from Pskov State University, College of Pskov State University and Velikie Luki State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports took part in this study. It was found that most of all physical culture teachers have formed the ability to work with search engines and knowledge in the field of information security. The skills to produce and use video and graphics content are the least developed. Also an important problem is the lack of experience in the implementation of distance learning among physical education teachers.Groups of teachers with different levels of formation of digital pedagogical competencies were identified using cluster analysis. Five such levels have been identified.The conducted research determines the problem that physical education teachers lack competence in the field of information technologies and their implementation in the educational process even with a mixed form of education (full-time form with elements of distance learning).

The article presents the experience of mass organization of distance learning in organizations of secondary general and vocational education in March—May 2020 in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation in Russia. The possibilities of the 1C:Education system for organizing the educational process in a distance format, the peculiarities of organizing distance interaction in schools and colleges are considered, the results of using the system are summarized, examples of the successful use of the system in specific educational organizations are given. Based on the questionnaire survey of users, a number of capabilities of the 1C:Education system have been identified, which are essential for the full-fledged transfer of the educational process from full-time to distance learning. The nature and frequency of the use of electronic educational resources in various general education subjects in schools and colleges are analyzed, the importance of the presence in the distance learning system not only of a digital library of ready-made educational materials, but also of tools for creating author’s content is assessed. On the basis of an impersonal analysis of user actions in the system, a number of problems were identified that teachers and students faced in the process of an emergency transition to distance learning.

The article is devoted to one of the advanced formats of foreign language teaching at high school, which effectively complements extramural and full-time forms of education – distance learning. The author emphasizes that the quality and effectiveness of foreign languages distance learning athigher educational establishments depends on effectively organized course; the pedagogical skills of teachers, participating in the educational process; the quality of applied methodical content.The main principles of foreign languages distance learning in higher education has been covered, the means of improving the quality and effectiveness of this educational format has been proposed, the key conceptual regulations of foreign languages distance learning has been determined. The article proposes a model for organizing foreign languages distance learning course for future specialists, describes a system to control and monitor the knowledge of all types of speech activities. It is also noted that independent work in the foreign languages distance course at high school should not be passive, but on the contrary, the student should be involved in active cognitive activities, not limited to acquiring foreign language skills, but necessarily includes their practical application; to solve certain communicative tasks in the future professional activity.The article concludes that in the process of organizing the foreign language distance learning course at high school, it is necessary to take into account not only the didactic characteristics and functions of multimedia and telecommunications as a technological basis, but also the conceptual trends of didactic distance learning as a component of modern education. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the specific nature of foreign language teaching in general.Key words: higher educational establishment, distance learning, multimedia means, independent work, information and communicative technologies, Internet, interactive engagement.

The article considers some psychological, pedagogical and technical aspects of the introduction of distance learning. It is emphasized that the main purpose of creating a system of distance education is to ensure free access to educational resources through the use of modern information technologies and social networks and to create conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to education. The main disadvantages of distance education are depersonalization, lack of proper motivation of participants in the educational process, loss of educational and socialization functions of education, hyperbolization of independent work, low level of control over the educational process.
