The search for new natural non-toxic biologically active substances for animals used to correct and stimulate metabolic processes, and through it the ability to control the growth and animals’ productivity, the state of their natural resistance is the main task of the present. The paper presents study results on the effect of cold-pressed amaranth oil and biologically active additive of humic nature «Humilid» when used simultaneously on the general body condition, growth indicators of laboratory rats, morphofunctional and biochemical parameters of their blood. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: – to investigate how cold-pressed amaranth oil affects the metabolic processes in the body of laboratory rats; – to conduct research and analyze the effect of the cold-pressed amaranth oil and a humic nature biologically active substance «Humilid» simultaneous use on the indicators of their homeostasis. To accomplish the tasks, the following research methods were used: physiological, morpho-functional, and blood biochemical analysis in experimental laboratory rats. Sexually mature male white rats of 2 months age were used in the experiment. For the study, three groups of animals were formed. The experiment lasted four weeks, during which the animals of the first experimental group received daily, in addition to the main feed settled amaranth oil in the amount of 0.1 ml per rat, and free access to the drinking water. Rats of the second experimental group in addition to the main feed received settled amaranth oil in the amount of 0.1 ml, and free access to the drinking of 0.005% solution Humilid. It was found that the simultaneous use of cold-pressed amaranth oil and Humilid in laboratory rats had a positive effect on the state of erythron, erythrocytes count increased by an average of 28% (P < 0.001), hemoglobin concentration by 10% (P < 0.05). At the same time in animals the biosynthetic function of the liver improved, the total protein content in the blood significantly increased by 10% (P < 0.05), and the amount of albumin by 25% (P < 0.01). Energy processes in the body of experimental animals were increased, that pointed a decrease in blood glucose levels by 22% (P < 0.05). The obtained data obtained indicates that the simultaneous use of amaranth oil and Humilid had a positive effect on the state of homeostasis and metabolic processes in the body of laboratory rats. Thus for them synergistic action is noted.

Many researchers note the need to improve feed additives and the search for new promising drugs for the intensification of the pig industry. We have developed a biologically active complex drug Microlact. It is used by animals as a means aimed at correcting the disturbed metabolism of sows associated with pregnancy and lactation, to activate the growth and development of piglets as well as their viability. The purpose of the work was to develop and study the effectiveness of the biologically active drug in the diet of lactating sows. The use of the drug led to the improvement of biochemical parameters of blood of pregnant sows, indicating the activation of metabolic processes in their body, which provided the increase in milk yield of sows, average daily weight gain of piglets and their livability. The live weight of piglets for weaning increased by 8,0% (P < 0,01), the livability of suckling piglets increased to 93,1%, which is a consequence of improving the quality of colostrum and milk, and consequently the positive effect of the biologically active drug containing an optimal complex of minerals, vitamin E in the composition of malt sprouts, essential amino acids and organic form of selenium. More nutritious colostrum and milk contributed to the better development of the piglets’ body and resistance to adverse factors. Immunoglobulins have been obtained by piglets with colostrum and milk increase their resistance and contribute to higher livability. The increase in the weight of suckling pigs has a positive effect on the further development and growth of animals on fattening. Thus, the administration of the biologically active drug Microlact to sows during pregnancy leads to the activation of metabolic processes, which can only be provided by a high level of functioning of the organs and systems of the body.

One of the conditions for obtaining high-quality pig products is the use of feed additives, which contain all the necessary biologically active substances, eliminating their deficiency in feed and acting as catalysts for metabolic processes in pigs. That is why the aim of the study was to study the effect of feed additive “Sylimevit” on the enzymatic and non-enzymatic parts of the antioxidant system of piglets after weaning. Two groups of piglets were formed – control and experimental, in the amount of 10 individuals in each group, selected on the principle of analogues – age, breed and body weight. During the weaning period, the piglets were kept under the sow in special machines, had constant access to the mother, and from the age of 5 days – free access to concentrated feed. Feeding of animals was carried out in accordance with the norms for a given age of pigs. Prior to the study, a clinical and physiological examination of the piglets was performed. Their general condition and activity when eating food were taken into account. On the 28th day of life, the piglets were weaned from the sow and regrouped from different nests in order to be further maintained during the period of fattening and rearing with a change in the structure of the diet, which served as technological stress for the animals. From the age of 5 days, piglets of all groups were fed pre-starter feed. Piglets of the experimental group, from 21 to 40 days of age, were additionally fed the feed supplement “Sylimevit” at a dose of 100 mg/kg body weight per day. Feeding piglets Silimevit feed enhances their antioxidant status. The use of this feed additive in piglets contributed to the activation of both enzymatic and non-enzymatic parts of the antioxidant defense system of piglets after weaning, as indicated by an increase in blood 35-day-old piglets superoxide dismutase activity by 26.9 % (P < 0.001), catalase – 41.1 % (P < 0.001), glutathione peroxidase – by 52.7 % (P < 0.05), glutathione reductase – by 53.5 % (P < 0.05), the content of reduced glutathione – by 75 % (P < 0.001). This is due to the fact that silimevit contains active substances such as milk thistle and vitamins, which are strong direct-acting antioxidants and directly interact with free radicals and reactive oxygen species.

A method of normalizing metabolic processes and increasing the productivity of dairy cows using a complex of biologically active substances has been studied. The experiment was carried out on Holstein cows (n = 12) with a productivity for the previous lactation of 9000 kg of milk. 20 days before calving and within 65 days after the cows of the experimental group received a complex feed supplement (CFS), including the mineral shungite, choline in a "protected" form, the probiotic "Cellobacterin +" and flaxseed cake, in an amount of 200 g per head per day mixed with concentrates. To study metabolic processes in the body of cows (n = 5), at the end of the experiment, blood samples were taken and the main biochemical parameters were determined. To assess the productive qualities, control milking was carried out. An increase in the blood of cows of the experimental group was noted in the concentration of total protein by 2.8%, glucose - by 26.8% (P≤0.01), phospholipids — by 15.2% (P≤0.05), a decrease in urea by 23,6% (P≤0.05), bilirubin - by 23.8% (P≤0.01), ALT activity by 13.11 (P≤0.05), AST — by 14.6% (P≤ 0.05). The use of CFS made it possible to reduce and normalize the activity of enzymes: lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), gamma glutamine transferase (GGT), creatine kinase. An increase in the intensity of metabolic processes and the normalization of indicators characterizing the work of the liver with the use of a complex of biologically active substances of enzymatic-probiotic, antioxidant and lipotropic-hepatoprotective action in the diet led to an increase in milk productivity.

Unbalanced mineral and vitamin nutrition of lactating cows can be a critical factor in the realization of their productive potential. The development and introduction into production of inexpensive, but effective feed additives is the main trend of improving the feeding of modern animal husbandry. Under the conditions of the Tyumen region such natural raw materials can be sapropels, which successfully combine a variety of biologically active substances. The purpose of the research was to study the digestibility of nutrients and energy metabolism in lactating cows when sapropel is included in the ration. Scientifi c and economic experiment in the study of the effectiveness of feeding sapropel lake Nepryak has been carried out in the training and experimental farm of the State Northern Trans-Urals Agrarian University. The animals of the control group have been fed the main diet. Cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups have been fed 300 and 500 g of sapropel per head/day, respectively, in addition to the main ration. It has been found as a result of research that the introduction of sapropel into the ration of cows has a positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients. The digestibility coefficients were higher in the animals of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups compared with the cows of the control group. Cows from the experimental groups digested all the organic substances of the ration better. During the experiment period cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups in contrast to the control group had higher milk yield by 11,31 and 10,38 %, respectively, milk protein yield by 10,56 and 5,95 %, milk fat yield by 17,18 and 12,99 %. It has been established that the introduction of sapropel into the ration of cows has the positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients, contributes to the increase of milk productivity, normalizes the metabolism in the body.

Introduction. In the scientific literature there is a large number of publications on the chemical modification of carrageenans, the relationship between the chemical structure and their biological activity, and new opportunities for their usage in medicine. That is whyit is modern to study the properties and the state of organs and systems of the body in case of carrageenan intake. The aim of the study – to learn the indices of metabolic processes in the wall of the small intestine, myocardium and liver of experimental animals using 1% carrageenan solution.Research Methods. The study was carried out on 24 white non-linear male rats. The animals of the experimental group were provided with free access to a 1.0% of carrageenan solution for 1 month. In the selected samples of the small intestine, heart and liver was evaluated the intensity of the processes of lipid peroxidation by the content of hydroperoxides and TBA-active products. Results and Discussion. It was found that the intake of a 1% solution of κ-carrageenan led to activation of lipid peroxidation both in the wall of the small intestine and in the tissues of the liver and myocardium, however, their intensity was different. The lipoperoxidation activity was highest in the small intestine wall, while the hydroperoxides and TBA-active products were less in the myocardial tissues. So, the oral usage of carrageenan in the form of a 1% water solution has a direct and indirect damaging effect on the free radical processes in the body.Conclusions. Oral administration of a 1% carrageenan solution in experimental animals leads to statistically significant activation of free radical oxidation processes in the small intestine wall, heart and liver tissues, characterized by an increase in the content of both primary and secondary products of lipoperoxidation (p<0.05).

The promising method of anesthesia and anesthesia is the state of artificial hypobiosis. Hypercapnia is a prerequisite for creating an artificial carbon dioxide hypobiosis, along with hypoxia and hypothermia. Adhering to the conditions under which the state of artificial carbon dioxide hypobiosis is created, animals reduce the level and intensity of metabolic processes both in the body as a whole and in separate organs. In order to investigate the safety of the hypobiological state and evaluate its applicability in clinical practice, it is necessary to investigate the functional characteristics of the blood. One of the most important indicators is the change of elemental composition. After all, the set of micro-and macro-elements is involved in the enzymatic reactions of the organism, its metabolic processes. Therefore, the aim of the study was to investigate the elemental changes in the blood of rats for artificial hypobiosis. In experiments, white non-breeding male rats weighing 180–200 g were used, which were maintained under standard vivarium conditions. Animals were divided into 2 groups: control and experimental (the state of artificial hypobiosis). Each group had 7 animals. Measurement of the content of macro- and micronutrients was carried out using a mass spectrometric ionization method in an inductively coupled plasma on an IRIS Interband II XSP device manufactured by Thermo Scientific, USA. The results of the study were processed and presented using the methods of statistical analysis, namely: the method of descriptive statistics; Shapiro-Wielka's criterion for choosing a statistical criterion for comparing groups; Student's criterion; Mann-Whitney's criterion. Results of evaluation of dynamics in the experimental (hypobiotic) group using the criterion of sign-marks of Wilcoxon. As a result of the studies, increased levels of Sodium, Ferrum, Calcium were observed, while the content of Nickel and Barium reduced. The results of the analysis of the dynamics of blood parameters in the experimental group by the methods of descriptive statistics showed significant changes in such elements as: Potassium, Sodium, Ferrum, Calcium, Magnesium. The heterogeneity of the results of the experimental and control groups according to the Mann-Whitney criterion was demonstrated in the following elements: Potassium, Sodium, Ferrum, Calcium, Chromium, Strontium.

The article presents the results of studies on the use of a feed additive containing live sporeforming bacteria Bacillus subtilis and live yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, sorbed on activated carbon particles, to pregnant cows for the formation of immunoglobulins in the body and their isolation in colostrum, as well as for the nonspecific resistance of the resulting calves. The experiments were conducted in the winter-spring period, when the body of cows and calves contains a reduced level of nutrients, immunoglobulins and other biologically active substances, which leads to inhibition of the function of both nonspecific resistance factors and specific immunity. It was found that the feed additive had a positive effect on the physiological and biochemical parameters of calves. In the colostrum of cows of the experimental groups, relative to the animals of the control group, the content of immunoglobulins was 36.4% higher. Calves whose mothers received a feed additive for 30 days at a dose of 20 g per head before calving had higher indicators of total protein, albumins, globulins and factors of nonspecific resistance, such as bactericidal and lysozyme activity of blood serum, phagocytic activity of neutrophils.

The article presents the results of experience in the application of feed additives from local resources in the diets of cows. As a result of the study, the positive effect of using feed additives from local resources in the diets of cows on the digestibility and assimilation of nutrients was proved. The digestibility of cow nutrients was higher in cows of the 2nd experimental group of the formula of feed additives No. 2. Thus, the cows of the 2nd experimental group, who received the recipe of feed additives No. 2 as part of the diet, better digested “raw” protein, fat, and fiber, which served as an additional source of energy for increasing milk productivity. The improvement in the digestibility of most nutrients in the diet is explained by the fact that protein-vitamin-mineral feed additives had a stimulating effect on the state of metabolic processes and the health of animals in general.

In the processes of digestion and assimilation of nutrients of feed in the body a special place belongs to the digestive system. Hydrolysis of nutrients in the gastrointestinal tract of farm poultry is closely linked to its physiological state, the intensity of metabolic processes in the body and its productivity. However, there are no significant differences in the course and regulation of digestive functions between individual poultry species. At the same time, for different types of poultry, certain distinctive patterns of the course of digestive processes and, in particular, the activity of hydrolytic enzymes, due to the peculiarities of the structure and functioning of the digestive system, are characteristic. In the article is given a fragment of complex systemic researches, which is concerning the proteolytic, amylolytic and lipolytic activity of enzymes in tissues of the organs of the digestive canal (mucous membrane of the glandular and duodenum, pancreas, liver) of the quail breed “Pharaoh”, as well as chicken egg productivity direction cross “Hayseks Brown” and the Beijing Broiler Duck Cross STAR 53 (heavy) selection of the French firm “GRIMAUD FRERES SELECTION” during the critical periods of their growth and development. Namely, in the period of adaptation of the organism after hatching (day-old chicks of all species), complete resorption of residual yolk (7-day quail and 6-day chickens and ducks) and puberty (120-day chickens, 42-day quails, 180-daily ducks) All poultry was kept in poultry farms and received balanced full-fodder feeds, taking into account its species, age and physiological condition. The technology of keeping quails and chickens in cellular batteries, and ducks – on the mesh floor, with free access to the feed and water. It was established, that the nature of changes in the activity of hydrolytic enzymes had organ-tissue and species specificity. This is due not only to the particularities of digestion in quails, chickens and ducks, but also the energy value of rations used in feeding each type of farm poultry, which significantly affects metabolic processes in the body.

The article analyzes the mechanisms and advantages of the simultaneous (simultaneous) use of an alternating low-frequency electrostatic field and transcranial magnetic therapy with a traveling magnetic field in relation to the parameters of microhemodynamics in patients with metabolic syndrome. It has been established that the different efficiency in the isolated application of a low-frequency electrostatic field and transcranial magnetotherapy is due to different points of application of their corrective activity. The vasorelaxing effect of the electrostatic field is based on the ability of a physiotherapeutic factor to enhance the secretion of vasorelaxing biologically active substances, as well as to increase the functional activity of the microvascular endothelium, followed by the release of endothelium-relaxing factors. The leading mechanism of the transcranial effect of an alternating magnetic field is the central sedative effect and normalizing effects on the neuroendocrine processes in the body, stimulating peripheral vasodepression. It is shown that the greatest efficiency in the correction of disorders of microcirculatory-tissue systems is observed with the simultaneous use of these physiotherapeutic factors. The dominant type of interaction between a low-frequency electrostatic field and transcranial magnetotherapy is supraadditive synergism, in which additional efficiency is formed as a result of the mutual influence of subeffective shifts caused by each of the physiological factors. The simultaneous use of physiotherapeutic factors, with a number of advantages, is a promising area of innovative development of physiotherapeutic technologies
