This research is aimed at identifying the use of suggestion-imagination model towards anecdote writing. This research is quantitative. The design of this research is pretest and posttest group. The population of this research is class X MIPA 3 students of SMA Negeri 10 Kota Jambi. The sampel is taken by using purposive sampling. Test is used in collecting the data. There are two tests are used, they are; pretest and posttest. The data are analyzed by using normality test, and homogeneity test is used to find the result of hypothesis. The research result shows that the mean of posttest is 67,18 and pretest is 58,59. The hypothesis test is used for t-test in which tcount is 7,857 and ttable is 2,353. It means that this result is equivalent with the criterion in which Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that suggestion-imagination model has significant influence towards students of class X MIPA 3 in writing anecdote inSMA Negeri 10 Kota Jambi Academic Year 2016/2017. Hence, the suggestion-imagination model can be used in learning anecdote writing.Key Words : suggestion-imagination, writing, anecdote.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran probing prompting. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probility sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI IPS 1 dan siswa kelas XI IPS 5. Jenis penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian dua kelompok sampel yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert, terdiri dari 50 butir soal motivasi dan diuji validitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbac yang menunjukkan indeks reliabilitas yaitu nilai rhitung > rtabel (0,87 > 0,302 ) maka item yang dinyatakan reliabel 25 item digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian. Sebelum dilakukan analisis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas yang menunjukkan bahwa pada angket berdistrubusi normal dan homogen. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajran probing prompting dan model pembelajaran konvensional menggunakan metode ceramah. Perbedaan tersebut ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji-t yang dilakukan dengan bantuan Miscrosoft Office Exel 2007. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diatas didapatkan uji-t (thitung) sebesar 4.24 sedangkan untuk ttabel dengan dk = n1+ n22 = 44+432 = 85 , taraf signifikan 5% di dapat ttabel 1.988, maka dapat dilihat bahawa thitung > ttabel yaitu 4.24 > 1.999 kemudian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan dmikian terdapat perbedaan antara motivasi belajar XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 5Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Probing Prompting, Mata Pelajaran Sejarah, Motivasi Belajar Siswa. This research has purpose to increase the students’ motivation by using Probing Prompting. This research is quantitative research. The researcher used experimental research. This experimental research was held at the Science of Social at Senior High School 8 Batam with the population in this research is all students at Eleven Grade the Science of Social . The researcher used probility sampling and took sample at the class at the Eleven Grade the First Science of Social as experimental class and the Eleven Grade the Fifth Science of Social as control. The technique of collecting data used liker scale, consist of 50 of motivation questions and validity test by using Alpha Cronbac that showed reliability was rcount > rtable (0.87 > 0.302) so the items that reliable was 25items and used for test instruments. Before the analysis, normality test and homogeneity test was doing by the researcher, and showed that the questionnaire was normal and homogeny. After that, the technique of analyzing data that used was t test.The result of analysis can be concluded that the use of probing prompting gave significant effect in the students’ motivation in learning process than the use of close procedure, lecturing method. This study aimed to compare the chemistry learning outcomes of students with using word square model learning and scramble model learning in grade X MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu on the subject of chemistry compound nomenclature. This was quasy experimental research and held in March to May 2018. Population in this study is the entire class X MIA in MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu  2017/2018  academic   year,  amounting  to  149  students.  Sample  is  class  X  MIA  1  and  class  X  MIA  3.        The sample of the research is class X MIA 1 with 32 students and class X MIA 3 with 33 students. Data analysis used normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test (t test). Data analysis was performed using Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) version 16.Improvement student’s learning outcomes in this research was taken from difference assess of pretest and posttest. At experiment class of I average value improvement  of student’s learning outcomes was 50.32. while at experiment  class of II, average value improvement of student’s learning outcomes was 44.4 . through some statistic test, there was t-test (? = 0.05) which done test the hypothesis to obtained the test result was t value = 2.174 and t tabel = 1.998. The result of data analysis showed that were significant differences in student learning outcomes between the class which implemented word square model learning and the class which implemented scramble model learning. Student learning outcomes that apply the word square model of learning better than student learning outcomes that apply the scramble model of learning.

This research supported by time progress more advanced. Where future need people who have high levels of creativity. That is why students for the foreseeable future must be more sharpening the capacity to think creative. But the important role of teacher, no less important that approach learning held at the time. To make students creative thinking, students are faced with the problem open-ended goals not oriented in the final answer but more emphasis on the process of to get answers. The formulation of the research is “can influence open-ended approach of the ability of creative thinking mathematically students?“ the purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of open-ended approach of the ability of creative thinking mathematically students”. In this research to measures the creative thinking mathematically students do with the tests the ability of creative thinking that leads to the creative thinking that: mathematical  that: elaboration , flexibility , the problem sensitivity , originality , and fluency. The population in this research is the students of SMA Antartika Sidoarjowith the sample class XI MIPA 3 as a class experiment and XI MIPA 4 as a control class. Research data obtained analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. Ho hypothesis research: no influence open-ended approach with conventional lessons in the ability of creative thinking mathematically students in SMA AntartikaSidoarjo academic year 2015-2016, while H1: there is the influence of open-ended approach with conventional lessons in the ability of creative thinking mathematically students in SMA AntartikaSidoarjo academic year 2015-2016. its testing criteria that its tarithmetic<ttable. Of calculation t-test obtained 2,594>1.98932, Ho rejected it means. So that in this study concluded that there is influence open-ended approach towards the ability of creative thinking mathematically students in SMA AntartikaSidoarjo academic year 2015-2016. Communication ability of mathematic is one of purpose in learning that hoped can developed in mathematic learning. Base on observation result in MTsN Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang show that communication ability of mathematic student still low. The purpose of this research is to know about students ability on mathematics communication at grade VII MTsN Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang academic year 2017/2018 that taught by Probing-Prompting Learning Method. This type of research is quasi experimental (Quasi Experimental Research) with Randomized Control Group Only Design. Population in this research is student in grade VII MTsN Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang academic year 2017/2018. Data collection method use are posttest obtained is analyzed by using t – test after normality test and homogenity test. Based on the research result, mathematical communication ability of experment class student is higher than control class.After doing analysis, the average score of  the experiment class is 80,00 while the control class is 73,42. After hypothesis testing using t-test, obtained tcount  >  ttable (1,82> 1,66) with α = 0,05 on the level trust is 95%, then the decision is H0 rejected and H1 accepted.

This research is intended to identify the students ability in converting report text to a poetry that was taught by using discovery learning. This research is quantitative with quasi experimental design. The population of this research is students of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 10 Kota Jambi. In collecting sample, random sampling is used, in which class X MIPA1 is experiment class and class X MIPA 2 is a control class. The technique of collecting the data is test. The data is analyzed by using pretest analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. The result of the research shows that the mean score of experiment class is 75,00 and the mean score of control class is 71,80. The hypothesis test is calculated by using SPSS 20. T-test of two samples is gained with t-count 0,049 < 0,05 in which Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that students ability in converting report text into poetry can be taught by using discovery learning compared with those students who tried to convert the report text into poetry with direct learning model.Key Words: report text, poetry, discovery learning

The purpose of this research was to determine how the relationship and influence of competence and work spirit to employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division. The method was used is quantitative statistical method by looking for test of validity and reliability of data, coefficients of correlation and regression either partially or multiple, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Research result; From the results of this research was found that there was a relationship and influence which is significant between competence variables and work spirit to employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division between variables by using the test of F test and t test, where F count was bigger than F table (34.925> 3.2674), and also t count was bigger than t table with a confidence level of 5 % two-sided test and DF = n-2 (38-2 = 36) was obtained t table = 2.028 (t count X1 = 7.434> 2.028 and X2 = 7.364> 2.028). Conclusion: There is a significant influence that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0.666, which means that variable of competence and work spirit of employees contributed as big as 66.6% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division, while the remaining 33.4% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, competence is contained in the company would need to be more increased, considering the work spirit of employees is good enough.

This study aims to determine the effect of Powtoon media on the ability to write procedural texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pakkat, Academic Year 2020/2021. The population in this study amounted to 62 people, and the sample of this study amounted to 32 students who were taken by a simple random sampling process. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. Hypothesis testing using the "t" test. From the data processing, the average pretest = 63.81, standard deviation = 9.38, standard error = 1.68. In the posttest, the mean = 83.62, standard deviation = 5.08, standard error = 0.91. Based on the normality test, the results of the pretest and posttest were normally distributed. For the homogeneity test, the F value is obtained from the table with the real rate = 0.05 or Fcount < Ftable or 3.40 < 4.17. This proves that the sample states that the variance of the two variables is homogeneous. The results of the "t" test obtained a value of to = 11.72. After to is known, then the value will be consulted with table 1 at a significant level of 5% of 2.03. Based on the calculations that have been done, it can be seen that to > t table is 11.72 > 2.03. Thus, Ho (nil hypothesis) is rejected, and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. This proves that there is an influence of Powtoon media on the ability to write procedural texts for Class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pakkat, Academic Year 2020/2021.

This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict,  Musi Rawas Regency. Technique of data collecting were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The sample of this study used saturated sampling, that was all 96 employees. Technique of data analysis is done by testing the validity test and reliability test, the classic assumption test consists of normality test, linearity test, linear regression test, correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test. Based on the t test, the value of tcount (10,944) > ttable (1,986) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that communication  has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Karyaindo  Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the t test,  the value of  tcount (8.691)  > t ttable  (1.986)  then Ho  is  rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that K3 has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the F test, the value of Fcount (69.343) > Ftable (3.09) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that Communication and Health and Safety (Occupational Health & Safety) has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama, Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency.

The research aimed to reveal the effects of playing methods for basic skills in football. The type of this research was quasy experiment. Population in this research was 32 students of SMPN 3 Singingi Hilir Kuansing Regency Riau Province, and the sample in this research after using purposive sampling was 20 students. Research instrument used in this research was football skills test David Lee which was the development from David Lee created by Subagyo Irianto. Data was analyzed by statistics of normality-test and t-test. Data analysis results showed that there was a significant effect in playing method for basic technique skills in football, which was from average 26.20 in pre-test to 27.84 in post-test, mean difference was 1.64, with thit = 3.17> ttab = 1.729. The method of playing gave a significant influence on the basic skills of playing football of SMP Negeri 3 Singingi Hilir students in Kuansing Regency, Riau Province.

[COMPARISON STUDY OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING USING CHEMICAL DOMINO CARD AND FLASH CARD MEDIA] This study aims to measure differences in the results of chemistry learning between experimental class 1 classes that apply Chemical Domino Card learning media with experimental class 2 that apply Flash Card media at nomenclature of chemical compounds topics in class X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu at 2016 / 2017 academic year. Use of these two learning media is considered from the practicality, advantages, and effectivenes  The type of research is a quasi experimental research with the population of all students of class X MIPA in SMA Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu at 2016/2017 academic year , which a sample class  is X MIPA E and X MIPA F. Implementation of research conducted by using two experimental class, X MIPA E which uses Chemical Domino Card media and class X MIPA F using Flash Card media. Data analysis used are  mean value, homogeneity test, normality test and t test. The average value of posttest experimental class I for first and second meeting is 77,5 and 79,72, while for experiment class II is 86,94 and 88,61. Then t test is done by using difference of pretest and posttest value of student, which is obtained that both at first meeting and second t count> t table that is 2,44> 2,38081 (first meeting) and 2,81> 2,38081 (second meeting ). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference of student learning outcomes using Chemical Domino Card and Flash Card media on the nomenclature of chemical compounds
