Bandung city has Binong Jati knitting textile center established since 1965. This region is famous to neighboring countries because its knitted products are exported to Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, and Malaysia. Wanina Store and Karimake Store is a production house located in Binong Knitting Village. Production capacity has decreased significantly due to decreased sales volume so that it affects the level of business profits and impact on the low level of production. These SMEs are still using conventional ways in marketing their products and their knowledge in innovating technology is still low. Both partners are still using traditional marketing methods. They have not taken advantage of the existing marketplace or social media, due to the level of skills in the mastery and utilization of information technology is very low. So, the solution to the problem is (1) create an e-Commerce-based website to increase market share expansion and sales management. (2) provide training on the use of e-commerce that has been made. (3) provide training on the utilization of top 5 popular. The research method used in this research is the action research method and to measure the success of the system that has been implemented using the DeLone & Mc lean framework.Keywords : Action Research, SMEs, e-commerce, Improving, DeLone &Mc Lean.

The development of information technology has greatly affected people's lives. This can be seen with theuse of gadgets that cannot be separated from one's activities in daily life. In addition, one of the othercharacteristics is the emergence of new media platforms in the community, namely social mediaplatforms. In this regard, the library must always exist in a society that is always dynamic, so that libraryinstitutions follow developments around them and are able to transform services according to the needsof the community, especially the millennial group. implementing social media-based library services.This paper tries to discuss about the transformation of social media-based services. The method used islibrary research method. From the results of the study, it is known that the transformation of libraryservices based on social media is something that must be done in an effort to meet the informationneeds of the community, especially people from the millennial group. This is because social media hasseveral characteristics such as networking, information, interaction, dissemination and entertainmentelements that are in line with the expectations of the millennial group.

The development of the business world today is increasingly diverse and competitive, the pace of development is very difficult to predict, so having the right strategy is the key for a company to continue to compete and survive. Along with technological advancements and the development of communication suggestions, the company is utilizing these technological advances as a marketing strategy tool to promote its products. Given the growth of buying and selling transactions in the network or online in Indonesia at this time is very rapid, with this being used by companies to market and promote via the internet. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of technological progress on retail sales volumes. The development of information technology that is growing very rapidly now influences the community in supporting various business activities both large and small so that it can be known globally. The most obvious impact is that besides being known, it can also increase sales volume. Digital Marketing is one of the very large marketing media that has an influence. Using digital marketing in this case is social media and E-commerce. The most widely used social media is Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The subjects in this study were retail owners, managers, and employees who were selected by purpose sampling.

This Thematic Real Work Integrated with Community Service aims to increase the literacy of the people of Southeast Sulawesi regarding COVID-19 and how to mitigate it by using creative content media. This thematic program is one form of community service, so that its implementation follow the action research method with 5 (five) stages, i.e. (1) Diagnosis; (2) Planning; (3) Implementation; (4) Evaluation; and (5) Special learning. This thematic program was attended by 22 students under supervision of three field lecturers and lasted for 30 days online. During this program, more than 20 posters/e-cards and 30 videos have been produced. The content has been disseminated on various social media through the accounts of students and supervisors as well as other internet media. Based on the results of creative content in the form of posters, the public can improve their literacy on social and physical distancing as an effort to accelerate COVID-19 mitigation. Meanwhile, creative content in the form of videos can train the public on how to use and prepare their own hand sanitizer, masks, and PPE by utilizing materials found around them. Thus, it can be concluded that this thematic program has succeeded in providing guidance and debriefing to the people of Southeast Sulawesi as a mitigation effort against the COVID-19 outbreak.

This paper is aimed to assess the current knowledge sharing processes in tertiary education in Brunei Darussalam. It identifies and examines the preferences, benefits and barriers of knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing platforms utilized in tertiary education. A descriptive research method is employed, in which quantitative approach was selected to collect data on the use of Web 2.0 tools, especially social media, for knowledge sharing in tertiary education in Brunei Darussalam. This study revealed that respondents highly utilize emails and Web 2.0 tools for knowledge sharing, which are normally provided by their host universities as information and knowledge sharing platforms. Web 2.0 tools, especially social media, are considered suitable platforms for sharing knowledge. However, there are some concerns in using Web 2.0 tools for knowledge sharing, mainly in term of privacy issues and reliability of information and knowledge shared due to its high risk of collaborators.

Because of these changes, companies unavoidably entered to digital environment. Thus, while communication rules change, field and definition of marketing changes too. With the development of IT technologies, traditional marketing methods leave sits place to digital day by day. Companies which follow technology can easily communicate with customers interactively while providing products or services. Like in the traditional Marketing, in digital marketing, building well communication with customers, deter mining their needs and requests are crucial. While companies using digital marketing make difference with dual communication, others who don’t getinvolved in this race, become distanced from competition gradually. The biggest advantage of digital marketing is reaching the target audience in right way with using social media and search engines. This study tries to explain digital marketing periods and advantages, experienced transition and difference between traditional and digital marketing.

Development of information technology is developing very faster now influencing the community in supporting various business activities both large and small to be known globally. The most obvious impact is not only being known but also increasing the volume of sales and profits. Digital Marketing is one of the very large marketing media that has an influence. By using digital marketing in this case is social media, sculpture carvings from Cipacing Bandung market the results of home industry in the form of handicrafts from a piece of unused wood carved into a unique sculpture. Initially this activity was only as a free time, but at this time it became the main activity as an increase in economic turnover in the household. Formerly the sales activities of these industrial products were conventional and traditional, they make products only on order. But after getting to know about the existence of some social cipacing residents, they have started to receive a lot of orders, so the sales volume is increasing faster compared to when selling with the old way. Digital marketing is seen as the best media as the most effective and efficient promotional tool and able to increase sales volume significantly.

Techno-Entrepreneurship becomes an important part of higher education based on information technology. This is useful to enhance the spirit of entrepreneurship, the ability to read opportunities and build information technology-based businesses. This study aims to examine the appropriate techno-entrepreneurship learning model in higher education. The research method used is action research with practice using lean canvas models for business models and design sprint method to build product prototypes. The results of this study show how to use practice and tutorials, students can create the right business model and be able to make a prototype of a digital product that is good in implementing business ideas. The conclusion obtained in this study is that techno-entrepreneurship is very appropriate to use lean canvas to build business models and more efficiently use sprint designs to build prototypes of digital products. This model is highly recommended for entrepreneurship learning in higher education.

North Tapanuli Coffee has a great potential to be developed based on its production capacity and quality. Lack of publication and marketing of North Tapanuli coffee is a major problem. Designing of the business model that was carried out at Trafeeka Coffee was done to increase the sales of North Tapanuli coffee, increase its publication to the community and create innovation for consumers. This research uses an action research method with the approach of Business Model Canvas and tools from the book ‘Design a Better Business’ as a reference that was evaluated three times. The results of this research show that the resulting business models can increase the sales of North Tapanuli coffee at Trafeeka Coffee, bring various product innovations, increase workforce capacity, build relationships with various farmers and other colleagues and increase the publication and marketing of North Tapanuli coffee through social media.

The Covid-19 pandemic has made a transform in work culture that is done directly now to switch to providing services through an online-based system. Work system policies during the pandemic period are always changing and developing. The use of information technology is an option during the Covid-19 pandemic to minimize interactions with fellow humans and disentangle the crowd. This study aims to explain how the application of information technology during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially at the Denpasar Immigration Office of Border Control. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The focus of this research is on the Denpasar Immigration Office of Border Control and Immigration Checkpoint in the seaport of Benoa. The results of this study can be seen that in general the use of information technology during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Denpasar Immigration Office of Border Control is a zoom meeting, simpeg kumham, sisumaker, applications and information systems on immigration techniques and the use of social media as a medium for disseminating immigration information. Researchers hope that they always carry out maintenance of hardware and software so that they can run optimally during the Covid-19 pandemic and always evaluate the use of information technology.

This study presents a research report on improving students’ Learning results on IPA through Video. The objective was to find out whether students’ learning result improved when they are taught by using Video. It was conducted using classroom action research method. The subject of the study was the Grade IV students of SDN 187/IV Kota Jambi which is located on Jln. Adi Sucipto RT 05 Kecamatan Jambi Selatan, and the number of the students were 21 persons. The instruments used were test. In analyzing the data, the mean of the students’ score for the on fisrt sycle was 65,4 (42,85%) and the mean on cycle two was 68,5 (37,15%) and the mean of the third cycle was 81,4 (100%). Then it can be concluded that the use of video on learning IPA can improve the students’ learning result. It is suggested that teachers should use video as one of the media to improve students’ learning result on IPA.Keywords : IPA, students’ learning result, video
