Development of information technology is developing very faster now influencing the community in supporting various business activities both large and small to be known globally. The most obvious impact is not only being known but also increasing the volume of sales and profits. Digital Marketing is one of the very large marketing media that has an influence. By using digital marketing in this case is social media, sculpture carvings from Cipacing Bandung market the results of home industry in the form of handicrafts from a piece of unused wood carved into a unique sculpture. Initially this activity was only as a free time, but at this time it became the main activity as an increase in economic turnover in the household. Formerly the sales activities of these industrial products were conventional and traditional, they make products only on order. But after getting to know about the existence of some social cipacing residents, they have started to receive a lot of orders, so the sales volume is increasing faster compared to when selling with the old way. Digital marketing is seen as the best media as the most effective and efficient promotional tool and able to increase sales volume significantly.

The development of the business world today is increasingly diverse and competitive, the pace of development is very difficult to predict, so having the right strategy is the key for a company to continue to compete and survive. Along with technological advancements and the development of communication suggestions, the company is utilizing these technological advances as a marketing strategy tool to promote its products. Given the growth of buying and selling transactions in the network or online in Indonesia at this time is very rapid, with this being used by companies to market and promote via the internet. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of technological progress on retail sales volumes. The development of information technology that is growing very rapidly now influences the community in supporting various business activities both large and small so that it can be known globally. The most obvious impact is that besides being known, it can also increase sales volume. Digital Marketing is one of the very large marketing media that has an influence. Using digital marketing in this case is social media and E-commerce. The most widely used social media is Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The subjects in this study were retail owners, managers, and employees who were selected by purpose sampling.

ICH Danareja describes home industry players engaged in the sale of clothing brand. The implementation of the sale of clothing matahari brand of ICH Danareja tried was with an store system offline and online marketing through social media. The case experienced by ICH at this time was the least method of selling clothing matahari brand through promotional media facilities. The average sales in 2018 per month are only around 300 pcs of clothing produced from conventional and online marketing with a total income of IDR. 15,000,000/month. This situation is quite low because it is fitting for the sales target of 500 pcs of clothing and has not targeted the use of facilities digital marketing as well as indicating depreciation in sales volume by 40% in 2016, 45% in 2017 and 50% in 2018. Research on the problems studied clothing sales can be improved in the manner of the Boston Consulting Group. The result of the level of clothing sales volume of the matahari brand an attractive energy development market of 0, 03%, the total development of the market share is 0, 6%, the level of development of product sales reaches 504 pcs per month. So that it can fulfill the sales target of 500 pcs of clothes per month. Next, analyzing benchmarking that refers to the strategy canvas, the price advantage of ICH is relatively standard and affordable, the lowest price of IDR. 35,000. Bandung city has Binong Jati knitting textile center established since 1965. This region is famous to neighboring countries because its knitted products are exported to Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, and Malaysia. Wanina Store and Karimake Store is a production house located in Binong Knitting Village. Production capacity has decreased significantly due to decreased sales volume so that it affects the level of business profits and impact on the low level of production. These SMEs are still using conventional ways in marketing their products and their knowledge in innovating technology is still low. Both partners are still using traditional marketing methods. They have not taken advantage of the existing marketplace or social media, due to the level of skills in the mastery and utilization of information technology is very low. So, the solution to the problem is (1) create an e-Commerce-based website to increase market share expansion and sales management. (2) provide training on the use of e-commerce that has been made. (3) provide training on the utilization of top 5 popular. The research method used in this research is the action research method and to measure the success of the system that has been implemented using the DeLone & Mc lean framework.Keywords : Action Research, SMEs, e-commerce, Improving, DeLone &Mc Lean.

Utilizing digital media, especially the YouTube platform in advertising, provides convenience and cost savings incurred by business people, including fast-food restaurants such as Pizza Hut, which use the YouTube platform to promote their products, especially in the current Covid-19 pandemic era. The short duration and interesting and unique presentations make it easier for audiences to receive message information conveyed through advertisements. Digital marketing strategy is used because it is easier for producers to influence consumers. With the various conveniences provided by digital media, it certainly makes business people turn to digital media in promoting their products. This paper aims to find out how the impact of the existence of digital media which has experienced a shift from using television is now turning to digital media, especially the YouTube platform as a tool for promotion. Using qualitative methods and literature review. The results of the study with the presence of digital media for shopping advertisements experienced a significant increase in the presence of elements that make it easier for consumers to remember the messages conveyed through advertisements with the repetition of words in each advertisement. With digital media through the YouTube platform, of course, it is very easy considering that the growth of social media users is getting higher day by day

There are 26 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Srumbung Village registered at the village office. However, not all MSMEs run well. Most of the MSMEs players have limited knowledge and skills in using information technology. Meanwhile, information technology for MSMEs players is critical, especially since the emergence of the Covid-19 and the implementation of the PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) policy. The existence of MSMEs will be hampered or slumped if they do not utilize technology in their business. Therefore, this society's dedication aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs players on utilizing Facebook and Instagram as online marketing tools. Society dedication was conducted from October 20, 2020, to November 5, 2020. The participants are 4 MSMEs, consist of Jenang & Krasikan, Keripik Pegagang, Sagon Kering dan Manisan Salak. The method used is education (socialization) about online marketing and operating and management training of Facebook and Instagram. This society's dedication is the increase of knowledge and skills of participants in operating and managing social media Facebook and Instagram as digital marketing media.

Lately, with the information technology improvements and broad band internet service spreading, speed of access to shopping sites get high. Because of these changes, companies unavoidably entered to digital environment. Thus, while communication rules change, field and definition of marketing changes too. With the development of IT technologies, traditional marketing methods leave sits place to digital day by day. Companies which follow technology can easily communicate with customers interactively while providing products or services. Like in the traditional Marketing, in digital marketing, building well communication with customers, deter mining their needs and requests are crucial. While companies using digital marketing make difference with dual communication, others who don’t getinvolved in this race, become distanced from competition gradually. The biggest advantage of digital marketing is reaching the target audience in right way with using social media and search engines. This study tries to explain digital marketing periods and advantages, experienced transition and difference between traditional and digital marketing.

From their developments, food stalls, especially those in DKI Jakarta, experienced very rapid growth. The increasing number of businesses in the culinary field provides the consumers with many choices. For soup fans in Jakarta, one alternative is Jabet Sop. In one area in Kemayoran Subdistrict, Serdang District, there are several SMEs and one of them is Jabet Sop. Perbanas IKPIA, in collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Department of Industry and Energy, provided training for SMEs in making financial reports and simple bookkeeping and building adequate business facilities and infrastructure. This method of community-empowerment activities was carried out through training and mentoring programs and resolving ongoing problems by providing entrepreneurial motivation and managerial skills training, training in the use of information technology for marketing. After the training, Jabet Sop has been able to market their product through social media namely IG, become a merchant of both GrabFood and GoFood, provide decent facilities and infrastructure such as tables, and prepare financial statements and bookkeeping.

Nowadays, the development of social media and marketplaces as part of information technology contributes to business activities. This development has also changed the pattern and map of market competition to become much more competitive. Therefore, mastery of the use of social media and marketplaces is important and strategic that every business actor must have. However, this is in contrast to business people who are still pioneering or have just started their business, such as the youth at Karang Taruna Permata Alam Permai Gedangan Sidoarjo. With minimal knowledge and insight about social media and marketplaces it can hinder them from developing their start-up businesses. Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase the insight and knowledge of the Karang Taruna Permata Alam Permai Gedangan Sidoarjo in the use of social media and marketplaces to develop business. The methods used in the implementation of community service activities include training and mentoring related to increasing knowledge and insight. Knowledge and insight referred to in this activity is the use of information technology. This information technology can be used to develop a wider marketing reach. This activity has been going well and has an important contribution in improving the quality of the Permata Alam Permai Gedangan Sidoarjo Youth Organization which has been able to apply social media and marketplaces as part of the digital marketing tool. The use of this media can also encourage increased sales due to the development of exposure of the products being sold

<p>Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME's) marketing is still limited to traditional models and has not yet utilized digital marketing optimally. The purpose of this article is to identify the use of social media to increase the sales volume of MSME's products. This article uses the literature study method, using secondary data. Data analysis techniques used a descriptive approach. The results of studies and analysis show that the importance of using social media such as Collaborative projects (Example: Wikipedia), content communities or sharing media such as YouTube, social networking sites (example: Facebook), and virtual social worlds or market places such as open outlets, Tokopedia, and shopper. Optimizing social media can increase market share and sales of MSME's products.</p>

Moral planting to children from an early age is very important considering that in the era of an increasingly global era, moral education as the basis of self-discipline to be an internal control tool in behaving consistently in religion. A child is naturally created in a state ready to receive good and evil. The habituation of religious and moral values ​​for early childhood is very important to apply as early as possible to the most basic foundation in the process of growth and development of children. The objectives of this research are (1) To describe TPQ Al-Khumaier program, (2) To describe the application of moral values ​​to students by TPQ Al-Khumaier teacher (3) To know the obstacles in applying moral values ​​to the students of TPQ Al-Khumaier and looking for a solution. The results of this study indicate that the program TPQ Al-Khumaier has been implemented according to the program prepared by the school in collaboration with Kemenag Pekanbaru. The application of santri moral values ​​has been practiced in the activities and the process of habituation and modeling of the teachers. The obstacles are the duration of the meeting, social outside TPQ, including social media at home and in the neighborhood where students live.
