The next result of this research is students point of view about the platform used in online learning. According to them the favorable platform to be used in online learning, the first is google classroom, this platform is loved by 52% of the respondents. Then, 39% of the respondents choose whatsapp, those are two most favorable platform loved by the students to be used in teaching learning process during the pandemic. In addition these two platforms are also the platforms that are mostly used by teachers in delivering the materials. For teaching learning process during the pandemic time, it is suggested that teachers give more motivation to the students so that they can become active learners and learn from any sources.

The aim of this study is to investigate the positive effect of giving effective instructions on students’ achievement. A great number of teachers, nowadays, are dissatisfied with their students’ low achievement in learning English in Morocco. They claim that students are not interested at all in the learning process. However, research in teaching foreign languages reveals that there is a kind of stumbling block in the way of grasping the teacher’s instructions. Regardless of how much effort teachers make, students do not understand their ambiguous instructions and thereby failing to do the activity at hand. This article attempts to explore three research questions: (1) Does the poor level of students at learning English have any relationship with the way teachers of English give instructions? (2) What is the teachers of English perception of the effect of instructions on teaching? And (3) are teachers of English familiar with what research has revealed in giving effective instructions? The results show that students achieve less not because things are too difficult to understand, but because the way teachers deliver their instructions is ineffective. Teachers really need update in how to effectively give instructions; otherwise, the teaching process will be doomed to failure.

This chapter discusses three ongoing issues related to the evaluation of qualitative research. First, the chapter considers whether a set of evaluation criteria is either determinative or changeable. Due to the evolving nature of qualitative research, it is likely that the way in which qualitative research is evaluated can change—not all at once, but gradually. Second, qualitative research has been criticized by newly resurrected positivists whose definitions of scientific research and evaluation criteria are narrow. “Politics of evidence” and a recent big-tent evaluation strategy are examined. Last, this chapter analyzes how validity criteria of qualitative research are incorporated into the evaluation of mixed methods research. The elements of qualitative research seem to be fairly represented but are largely treated as trivial. A criterion, the fit of research questions to design, is identified as distinctive in the review guide of the Journal of Mixed Methods Research.

The Arabic learning process is directed to encourage, guide, develop, and foster students' Arabic language skills, Arabic language skills will also support students in understanding the sources of Islamic teachings, such as the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and other books that use Arabic . In the Arabic learning process, it is expected that students will have good abilities in learning Arabic. To achieve the expected objectives, the Hiwar learning strategy is to use the Hiwar (conversation) method. The lesson material consists of fluency in speaking by using Arabic. This research is a field research in the form of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive in the form of secondary data and primary data. In analyzing the data, it begins with examining the data, after the data is collected then its contents are clarified and analyzed, then interpreted and concluded. The Arabic learning process at MAN 1 Payakumbuh has been implemented in accordance with the existing curriculum, based on Content Standards (SI) and Graduates Competency Standards (SKL), which explains that learning Arabic at Islamic Senior High School is a process of activities directed at encouraging, guiding, develop and develop fushha Arabic language skills, by prioritizing the ability to read and understand reading material. The ability to speak and compose sentences is aimed at strengthening reading skills, which is the main goal of learning, namely the ability to communicate as well as a provision for understanding Islamic teachings from the original sources, namely Al-Quran and Al-hadith. The conclusion of this study is that it turns out that students are still not able to carry out good faith in Arabic and cannot use it in daily conversations, because the learning strategies used are still not optimal due to the lack of media and supporting infrastructure that support the learning process of Hiwar. So that it hasn't got maximum results.

In this paper we look into the conditions in which dialogue could be utilized to facilitate transformative learning and reflection. We explore the notion of a safe and accepting learning environment from the relational and phenomenological viewpoint, and analyze what it actually means and how it may be developed. We understand facilitating conditions as an inseparable aspect of the learning process similarly to the way a greenhouse supplies right conditions to facilitate the growth of the plant. Similarly as the ground, warmth and light play their essential roles in the growing of the plant, in our paper we offer conceptual tools to understand the dynamics of safe and accepting learning environment in facilitating the processes of reflection and transformative learning.

Social Networking Sites are a type of virtual community which enables many people to interact and share ideas or interests. Social networking is rapidly changing the way the world is doing virtually everything, from the way people access information to the way people communicate and most importantly, the way they interact. This study investigated the relationship between Social Networking Sites and Observational Learning of Senior Secondary School students in Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Imo State, Nigeria. Four research questions with the corresponding hypotheses were generated. The objectives of the study centered on investigating the relationship between four social networking sites namely: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube to observational learning. The correlational study design was adopted for the study. Simple random sampling was used to draw a sample of 560 students from the population of the study. The selfdesigned instrument was of two parts: A and B. Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to answer the research questions while the hypotheses were subjected to critical probability level of 0.05 alpha levels. Findings to this study revealed that there is a significant positive relationship between social networking sites and observational learning; some of which include enhancement of informative endowment as in the case of Facebook, live-video functionality to stories in the case of Instagram and acquisition of vocational skills from YouTube. The paper at the end recommended that more encouragement should be given to students to enable them benefit adequately and positively from the gains of social networking channels vis-a-vis observational learning.

Since the beginning of humanity, an attempt has been made to explain the way in which man acquires knowledge, the way in which he assimilates, processes and executes it in order to develop the teaching-learning process that people need throughout of his life, which forces to change the learning schemes using new study methodologies, such as neuroscience, which is a discipline that studies the functioning of the brain, the relationship of neurons to the formation of synapses creating immediate responses which transmits to the body voluntarily and involuntarily, in addition to controlling the central and peripheral nervous system with their respective functions. It is necessary to change the traditional scheme and implement new strategies that allow the teacher to venture into neuroscience, in order to individually understand the different learning processes that students do. As some authors of neuroscience say, the brain performs processes of acquisition, storage and evocation of information, which form new knowledge schemes that generate changes in the attitude of the human being, for this reason teachers are responsible for taking advantage of what It is known about the multiple functions of the brain and be clear about the various ways of acquiring knowledge.
