The purpose of this study is to determine the presence or absence of prince relationships with patient satisfaction in hospitals Bhakti Medicare, Cicurug, Sukabumi. The population of this research are Bhakti Medicare hospital patient, Cicurug, Sukabumi consisting of jasmine room patient, rose room, dahlia room and orchid room with a population of 130 patiens where to get the minimum sample amount used slovins formula. After the calculation obtained by the sample of 100 repondents. The collected data is then processed using simple correlation and multiple correlation techniques using SPSS (statistical Package for social science) software. Result of research : There is positive relation between price with correlation coefficient value equal to (ry.1) = 0.679 included in strong relationship category. While Price contribution to patient satisfaction equal to r2 = (ry.1)2 = 46,2%. The results of the international study provide some implications with the results of the hypothesis obtained include: proce contribution is considered strong against patient satisfaction which means increased price will ensure patient satisfaction in Bhati Medicare hospital, Cicurig, Sukabumi regency. The results of the international study provide that price hace trong relation with costomer satisfaction equal to (r) = 0.348 units. In the most important dimension proce variable the relationship is the dimension of patment period (X14) which has the strongest relationship with consistency dimension (Y3) on patient satisfaction variable with correlation coefficient 0,641 (strong relation). Thus it can be concluded that the price dimension that most determine patient satisfaction at Bhakti Medicare Hospotal, Cicurug, Sukabumi Regency is the dimension of price. The purpose of this study is to determine the presence or absence of price relationships with patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare, Cicurug, Sukabumi.  The population of this research is 130 Bhakti Medicare’s patients, Cicurug, Sukabumi consisting of patients in Jasmine Room, Rose Room, Dahlia Room and Orchid Room. The results show that there is positive relation between price and satisfaction with correlation coefficient value equal to (ry.1) = 0,679, while price contribution to patient satisfaction equal to r2 = (ry.1)2 = 46,2%. In addition, price contribution is considered strong against patient satisfaction which means increased price will ensure patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi regency. In the most important dimension of price variable, the relationship is the dimension of "payment period" (X14) which has the strongest relationship with "consistency" dimension (Y3) on patient satisfaction variable with correlation coefficient 0,641. Therefore it can be concluded that the price dimension that most determine patient satisfaction at Bhakti Medicare Hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi Regency is the dimension of price.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri1 Argamakmur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan instrument angket. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial teknik  korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian adalah hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial dengan nilai rx1y 0,512. Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial f dengan nilai rx2y 0,802 dan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi dengan nilai rx1x2y 0.684. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan korelasi yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur dengan tingkat hubungan kuat.Kata kunci:  Penyesuaian Diri, Rasa Empati, Interaksi Sosial CORRELATION OF  ADJUSTMENT AND EMPAHTY TO SOCIAL INTERACTIONS OF TWO GRADE STUDENTS MAJORINGIN SOCIAL PROGRAMAT SMANEGERI 1 ARGAMAKMUR  ABSTRACTThis study aims to study the relationship between self and empathy with social interaction in social studies class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur. This study is a correlation study with a questionnaire instrument. Data collection techniques through a questionnaire the relationship between adjustment and empathy with social interaction product moment correlation techniques and multiple correlation. The results obtained in the study are significant relationships between adjustment and social interaction with a value of rx1y 0.512. There is a significant relationship between adjustment and social interaction f with a value of rx2y 0.802 and a significant relationship between adjustment and a sense of empathy with interactions with a value of rx1x2y 0.684. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of training in improving employee performance and internal staffing relationships in improving employee performance and how the relationship of training and internal staffing in improving employee performance. The research method used is a verification method of research with multiple linear regression models, processing data using multiple correlation analysis and using the F test and t test. The total population taken was 58 permanent employees and a random sample of 50 respondents and the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. From the calculation of the multiple correlation coefficient between training and employee performance resulted in a positive number of 0.98 which means that employee performance is greatly influenced by training. This shows the relationship of training with employee performance is very strong. These results are supported by significant test results t (t arithmetic = 1.36> = 1.30). This means that training makes a meaningful contribution; while internal staffing (tcount = 0.009 <ttable = 1.30) showed less significant relationship in improving employee work performance, even though it had a correlation coefficient (ry2 = 0.98). Training and internal staffing on employee performance have a very strong relationship as evidenced by a variance of 96.52%. and the remaining 3.48% is caused by other factors.

This study aims to look at the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis and Free Essays of Class IV MIN 2 Sleman Yogyakarta students. This research uses quantitative research methods. The researcher distributed questionnaires to all grade 4 students because the papulation class did not reach 100 students, so the researchers chose all students to be sampled in this study. Therefore, the population in this study is also a research sample to collect quantitative data. The result of simple correlation analysis obtained the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis with Free Essay Writing Skills is 0.295. This shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between Critical Discourse Analysis with Essay Writing Skills. While the direction of the relationship is positive because the value of r is positive, it means that the higher the Critical Discourse Analysis, the more the students write essay writing skills.

<p>A teacher must have competence in performing the task and role. Competence of teachers according to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.14 Year 2005 covers the pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence. Competence of teachers will affect whether or not optimal learning activities. The implementation of learning is an indicator of the teachers performance.</p><p>The aim of the study is to determine the following matters: (1) The relationship between teacher competences with teacher performance of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency (2) The contribution of teacher competences of state Madrasah Aliyah toward teachers performance in Bogor Regency which include (a) the contribution of teachers 'pedagogical competence toward teachers' performance of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency, (b) the Contribution of teachers personality competence toward teachers performance of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency, (c) the contribution of teachers social competence toward teachers performance of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency, and (d) the contribution of teachers professional competence toward teachers performance of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency.</p><p>Research conducted with quantitative approach in the form of "corelasional study", is a method of research used to explain the relationship and the contribution of independent variables with the dependent variable.</p><p>The results of this study include:</p><ol><li>Competences teachers include Pedagogic (X1), Personality Competence (X2), Social Competence (X3), and Professional Competence (X4) collectively have a very strong relationship with the teachers performance (Y).Based on the results of calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained by 0.945, when interpreted in the levels classified as very strong relationship because the value of the correlation coefficient was 0.945 the a scale from 0.800 to 1.00. Variable competence of teachers is closely related to elements of teacher appraisal covering pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence.�provide a very high impact on improving the performance of teachers in schools.</li><li>The existence of pedagogic competence (X1) contribute on the performance of teachers (Y), amounting to 78.7%.�This happens because the 208 teachers of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency, the majority (86.54%) have educational background of the Institute of Educational Personnel (LPTK).�The remaining 28 people amounting to 13.46% are Non LPTK backgrounds.�The Akta IV have followed the program as many as 18 teachers.�LPTK educational background and Program Akta IV affect the pedagogical competence of teachers of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency.</li><li>The existence personality competencies (X2) contribute on the performance of teachers (Y), amounting to 89.2%.�This is influenced by the noble teacher personality, became models for the students and the community, dignity, responsibility and demonstrate a high personality that can affect the performance of teachers in shaping the students' personalities.</li><li>The existence of social competence (X3) contribute on the performance of teachers (Y), amounting to 88.5% due to the teachers of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency addressing the communication of professions communities themselves, either in writing or verbally.�This prove by many teachers involve and active in professional organizations of teachers, such as PGRI, PGDRI, and KKG. They are also heavily involved and active in other organizations and professions such as socio-religious organizations (NU, PUI, Muhammadiah etc.). The good communication among teachers with teachers, teachers with educational staff, teachers with parents, and teachers with students affect the students' good communication.�It is an indicator of the teachers performance in the field of social competence.</li><li>The existence of professional competence (X4) contribute on the performance of teachers (Y), at 81%.�This is due to the level of teachers education is one component of professional competence of teachers. With the high levels of teacher education at S1 as many as 85.58%, and S2 as muny as 11.06% has a very strong influence on the performance of teachers of state Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency</li></ol><p>�</p><p class="keywords">Keywords�component; formatting; style; styling; insert (key words)</p>

Organoleptic tests of meat and fat samples from 33 ram, 37 cryptorchid, and 31 wether lambs showed no significant differences in flavor or aroma among the three sex types. There was, however, a small variation in flavor and aroma among the animals. Analyses of variance of flavor and aroma scores revealed that there was a larger Variation within animals (between judges) than that between animals and the repeatability estimates for the two traits were 0.10 and 0.03. However, a significant (P < 0.01) multiple regression of flavor on 15 independent variables (six fatty acids and nine steroids) was determined and its multiple correlation coefficient was 0.56. The reduction in residual variance due to stearic acid was significant (P < 0.05) and linoleic acid was the best predictor of flavor as a single independent variable (P < 0.10). Simple correlation coefficient between flavor and aroma was estimated to be negative and nonsignificant, −0.12.

ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TEACHERS CAN BE ENHANCED WITH SPIRITUAL ORGANIZATION AND INTELLIGENCE COMMITMENTSThe research aimed to find the relationship between organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The method used in this research was a correlational descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The population in this research took 136 the non-permanent teachers who work seperatelly at 14 private junior high schools located in the district of Jonggol Bogor Regency. The sampling technique was using proportional random sampling in Slovin formula with 5% margin error with a sample amount of 102 teachers. This study resulted in a conclusion; 1) there was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment with OCB. The strength of the relationship between organizational commitment (X1) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0848 and the organizational commitment contributed 71.9% to the OCB, 2) There was a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence with OCB. The strength of the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence (X2) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,786 and Spiritual Intelligence contributed 61.8% to the OCB, 3) There was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) jointly with the OCB (Y) shown with the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.848 and the organizational and intelligence commitments Spiritual collectively contributed 71.9% to the OCB. Based on the findings, the OCB of teachers can be improved through organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence.

Adolescence is a critical period in a human development stage. One of the most important periods for female teenage is menarche that causes different impact, one of them is psychological impact. Acquired knowledge about menstruation will affect the perception of adolescents about menarche that can also affect the readiness of the girls in facing menarche. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about menstruation with the readiness of female teenage in facing menarche. This research was conducted in SDN lubang buaya 01 and 05 on May-June 2015. Data obtained by giving knowledge and readiness questionnaire to 47 respondents in SDN Lubang Buaya 01 and as many as 51 respondents in SDN Lubang Buaya 05. Data were analyzed by using a simple correlation - regression test. The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.593 indicates that there is a moderate possitive relationship between Knowledge of Menstruation with the Female Teenage Readiness in Facing Menarche through the regression model Ŷ = 29.831 + 0,649X. It can be conclude that the knowledge has a moderate positive relationship with the female teenage readiness in facing menarche.

<p><em>Abstrak</em><strong> - </strong><strong>Penelitian</strong><strong> ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan antara kedua variabel bebas (</strong><strong>kecerdasan emosi </strong><strong>dan</strong><strong> </strong><strong>konsep diri</strong><strong>) </strong><strong>dengan variabel terikat (</strong><strong>kemampuan mengajar guru </strong><strong>t</strong><strong>aman kanak-kanak</strong><strong>)</strong><strong>. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah </strong><strong>adalah seluruh guru </strong><strong>Taman Kanak-Kanak se-Kecamatan Larangan Tangerang (jumlah guru sebanyak 310 orang)</strong><strong>.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara </strong><strong>kecerdasan emosi (X<sub>1</sub>) dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak (Y), koefisien korelasi antara kecerdasan emosi (X<sub>1</sub>) dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak sebesar </strong><strong>0, 32</strong><strong>. Melalui uji-t diperoleh t<sub>hit</sub> sebesar </strong><strong>2,48 </strong><strong>lebih besar dari pada t<sub>tab</sub> sebesar 1,67 sehingga koefisien korelasi (r<sub>y1</sub>) dinyatakan signifikan.</strong><strong> (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara </strong><strong>konsep diri (X<sub>2</sub>) dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak, koefisien korelasi antara konsep diri X<sub>2</sub> dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak (Y) sebesar 0,48. Melalui uji-t diperoleh t<sub>hit</sub> sebesar 3,98 lebih besar dari pada t<sub>tab</sub> sebesar 1,67 sehingga koefisien korelasi (r<sub>y2</sub>) dinyatakan signifikan</strong><strong>. </strong><strong>(3) Koefisien korelasi ganda secara bersama-sama antara kecerdasan emosi dan konsep diri dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak diperoleh (R<sub>y12</sub>) sebesar 0,48. Pengujian signifikansi melalui uji F diperoleh F<sub>hit</sub> sebesar 8,00 lebih besar dari pada F<sub>tab</sub> sebesar 3,18 sehingga koefisien korelasi ganda (R<sub>y12</sub>) dinyatakan signifikan berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi dan konsep diri secara bersama-sama semakin tinggi juga kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah kecerdasan emosi dan konsep diri semakin rendah juga kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak.</strong></p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci </em></strong>- <em>Kecerdasan Emosi, Konsep Diri, Kemampuan Mengajar Guru TK</em></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Abstract </em><strong>- </strong><strong>This study aims to find out about the relationship between the two  independent variables(emotional intelligence and self-concept) with the dependent variable(the ability of teachers to teach kindergarten).The population in this study is the entire kindergarten teacher as Tangerang District Larangan(the number of teachers as much as310 people).The results of this study concluded that: (1) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence(X1) with the ability to teach a kindergarten teacher(Y), the coefficient of correlation between emotional intelligence(X1) with the ability to teach a kindergarten teacher (Y) at 0,32. Through the t-test of 2.48 obtained t-calculate is greater than-table correlation coefficient f1.67 (ry1) expressed significant. (2 )There is a significant relationship between self-concept (X2) with the ability of teachers to teach kindergarten, the correlation coefficient between self-concept X2 with the ability to teach a kindergarten teacher(Y) at 0,48. Through the t-test of 3.98 obtained Thit is greater than that-table correlation coefficient of 1.67(ry2) expressed significant. (3)The coefficient of multiple correlation jointly between emotional intelligence and self-concept and ability to teach a kindergarten teacher was obtained (Ry12) of 0.48. Testing the significance of F-calculate obtained through the F-test of 8.00 greater than 3.18 so F-table for multiple correlation coefficient(Ry12) revealed a significant means that the higher the emotional intelligence and self-concept together the higher the ability of teachers to teach kindergarten as children.Conversely, the lower the self-concept of emotional intelligence and the lower the ability of teachers to teach kindergarten.</strong></p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><strong><em>Keyword – </em></strong><em>Emotional Intelligence, Self Concept, Teaching Skills Kindergarten Teachers</em>

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the performance of the Nagari government officials to community services and to determine the level of the relationship between the performance of the Nagari government officials to community services in Nagari Lunang Utara, Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency using a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 80 people with the data collection technique is random sampling. The results in this study indicate that the product moment correlation from the calculation obtained a correlation coefficient of r = 0.65 where this correlation coefficient is in the numerical interval of 0.600 - 0799 which means that it shows the level of a strong relationship and the magnitude of the relationship between the performance of the Nagari government apparatus to community services from the test. significance obtained by the t value of 7.55 while the value of t table with an error rate of α = 0.05 db = n - 2 = 80 - 2 = 78 is 1.66 so that tcount> ttable is 7.55> 1.66 with Thus, based on the significant test criteria, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between the performance of the Nagari government apparatus to community services in Nagari Lunang Utara, Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province.
