The research aims to determine the analiysis of informed consent to the health staff legal protection at bandung regional public hospital. Informed consent is an agreement of medical action through a process of communication between the doctor and the patient about the agreement of medical action that the medical staff would do to the patient. The research method used is a juridical normative qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are by way of literature studies related to the subject, interviews and field observations. The results of the research showed that in general the informed consent at bandung regional public hospital had been optimally implemented and  in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in the hospital and there was also a General Consent, it’s a general agreement of the patient. Informed consent that has been optimally implemented and in accordance with the regulations in this hospital could protect the health staff and medical staff in carrying out medical actions on patients. For the suggestion given by researchers about health staff and medical staff have to give the socialization about the procedures of informed consent and medical staff have to understand about statute of law that exist, especially to the health staff and the hospital regulations

The purpose of this research is to know how to evaluate policy about cooperation in X presenting university and make ideal format of cooperation, research method using descriptive approach, research is arranged as inductive research is searching and collecting existing data field with aim to know factors, form-elements, and a trait of phenomena. Data analysis through four stages of data processing, data presentation, and withdrawal. Result of research technique and technique. This is because there is no standard operating procedure (SOP). The attitude of the executor of the cooperation body has not been effective and the inter-organization must also coordinate in more depth.

ABSTRACTBaitul Hakam Pelindo III mosque is an asset of a Pelindo Company, the management of maintainance of this mosque, including the the maintenance of the park with its cleanliness, the cleanliness of wudhu area, toilet and the cleanliness of the main area of the mosque. The process of maintaining activities are written in SOP, however the official are divided into two devisions, namely: internal and external official. The external official is the cleaning servicer from BSI, so the cleanliness of the mosque could be mainly devided into two, from the mosque and BSI. The aims of this research are to explain the management of maintenance of Hakam Pelindo III Surabaya mosque,  explain and give data about facilities are in Baitul Hakam mosque and inform the budget of maintanance  Baitul Hakam. The method of this research is qualitative with descriptive approach. The results of this research on the management of maintance Baitul Hakam mosque are to : explain the management of maintance if Baitul Hakam from management approach generally and explain the activities of  maintaining abaitul Hakam, the explain the various facilities and its maintance. The final is to explain the sum of budget that is used for maintaining Baitul Hakam Pelindo mosque.ABSTRAKMasjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Surabaya adalah aset dari perusahaan Pelindo III Surabaya, manajemen perawatan di masjid ini meliputi perawatan taman beserta kebersihannya, kebersihan tempat wudhu dan toilet dan kebersihan ruang utama masjid aktivitas perawatan tertulis dalam Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) namun pegawai masjid terbagi dua yaitu dari pegawai internal dan pegawai eksternal, pegawai eksternal masjid yaitu cleaning servis dari BSI (Best Servis Indonesia) karena itu SOP kebersihan terbagi menjadi dua juga dari masjid dan dari BSI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memaparkan manajemen perawatan masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Surabaya, menjelaskan dan memberi data fasilitas yang ada di masjid Baitul Hakam dan menginformasikan anggaran perawatan masjid Baitul Hakam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian manajemen perawatan masjid Baitul Hakam adalah menjelaskan manajemen perawatan masjid Baitul Hakam dari  sisi manajemen secara umum dan menjelaskan aktivitas perawatan di masjid Baitul Hakam surabaya, kemudian menjelaskan ragam fasilitas serta pengelolaannya terakhir menjelaskan total anggaran yang dikeluarkan masjid dari perawatan tersebut.

Malpractice case is a criminal offense that is very common in Indonesia. Malpractice is essentially an action of the professional personnel which is contrary to the standard operating procedure (SOP), the code of ethics, and the laws that apply, whether intentional or due to negligence that resulted in harm or death to others. The aspects of legal protection towards the patients as the victims of malpractice by a doctor under the laws of Indonesia are namely: (1) in a preventive manner: using the regulations that govern the malpractice actions, namely in the Book of the Law of Civil Law (Civil Code), Act on Health, Law Consumer protection Law Medical Practice and the Penal Code, and (2) in a repressive manner: the existence of action that resulted in a loss, the person who performed the action shall be imposed sanctions in the form of civil sanctions, namely by giving compensation, either administrative sanction and criminal sanction. Keywords: Legal Protection, Patient, Malpractice Victims. INTISARI Kasus malpraktik merupakan tindak pidana yang sangat sering terjadi di Indonesia. Malpraktik pada dasarnya adalah tindakan tenaga profesional yang bertentangan dengan standard operating procedure (SOP), kode etik, dan undang-undang yang berlaku, baik disengaja maupun akibat kelalaian yang mengakibatkan kerugian atau kematian pada orang lain.       Aspek perlindungan hukum terhadap pasien korban malpraktik oleh dokter berdasarkan hukum Indonesia, yaitu: (1) secara preventif: dengan adanya peraturan-peraturan yang mengatur mengenai tindakan malpraktik, yaitu dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUH Perdata), Undang-Undang Kesehatan, Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen, Undang-Undang Praktik Kedokteran, dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), (2) dan secara represif: dengan adanya tindakan yang mengakibatkan kerugian, maka seseorang yang melakukan tindakan tersebut dijatuhkan sanksi berupa sanksi perdata, yaitu dengan mengganti kerugian, baik sanksi administratif dan sanksi pidana.  Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Pasien, Korban Malpraktik.

The research was carried out at the Musi Banyuasin district health office which is located at Jalan Kol. Wahid Udin No. 230 Kelurahan Kayuara, Sekayu District, Postal Code 30711, Sekayu, South Sumatra. The research used a descriptive approach, namely solving problems investigated by describing, describing the condition of the subject / object of the study (a person, institution, community, etc.) based on the facts and then described descriptively. The formulation of the problem examined in the study was How to Implement Regional Regulation number 11 of 2016 regarding smoking-free areas at the Musi Banyuasin District Health Office. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The implementation model used is the implementation model according to George C. Edward III which includes four elements, namely communication measured through indicators of clarity and consistency, resource elements measured through staff indicators, information, authority, and facilities, disposition elements measured by appointment. employees and incentives, as well as elements of bureaucratic structure as measured by indicators of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and fragmentation. The results of the research that have been concluded are the implementation of Regional Regulation number 11 of 2016 concerning smoking-free areas at the Musi Banyuasin District Health Office which analyzed with the four elements above that have been communicated actively and clearly, including both vertical (superior to subordinate) and horizontal (among staff) directly or indirectly, have the resources to support it. The resources in question include competent and capable human resources (HR) as well as budgetary resources (SDA) originating from APBD funds, the disposition (attitude and willingness) of implementers who are involved in implementing the regional regulations without smoking are those who work. based on their capabilities and expertise, according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and fragmentation (coordination of tasks) internally and externally.

Abstrack: The general problem in this research is the result of students' learning on the less satisfactory IPS lesson proved still much under KKM. This is because in the process of learning the use of models and methods that are less varied by the subject of IPS Teacher so that students are less motivated to learn. The research method used is qualitative research method descriptive approach, with the form of research is Research Action class (PTK). The results showed that the implementation of learning using STAD model to improve the learning outcomes of students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 6 Dedai run smoothly and have good impact on student learning activities in class. The results of students' learning subjects IPS Integrated experience increased. The test results obtained the average value on the first cycle of 83 and increased in cycle II of 94.25. Increasing the average grade value is accompanied by an increase to classical kentuntasan namely cycle I of 68.18% which increased 100%. So there is an increase in class average value of 11.25 and the percentage of classical up to 25%. Furthermore, student response is very good to the implementation of STAD learning model. Students express pleasure, and motivated learning by STAD learning model. Suggestions for teachers to be able to develop STAD learning models on other materials.Keyword: STAD Model Improves Learning OutcomesAbstrak: Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kurang memuaskan terbukti masih banyak di bawah KKM. Hal ini karenakan dalam proses pembelajaran penggunaan model dan metode yang kurang bervariatif oleh Guru mata pelajaran IPS sehingga siswa kurang termotivasi untuk belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan Model STAD untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Dedai berjalan dengan lancar dan berdampak baik terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa dikelas. Hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu mengalami peningkatan. Hasil tes diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 83 dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 94,25. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas disertai dengan peningkatan ke kentuntasan klasikal yaitu siklus I sebesar 68,18% yang meningkat 100%. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 11,25 dan persentase klasikal hingga 25%. Selanjutnya respon siswa sangat baik terhadap pelaksanaan model pembelajaran STAD. Siswa menyatakan rasa senang, dan termotivasi belajar dengan model pembelajaran STAD. Saran bagi guru agar dapat mengembangkan model pembelajaran STAD pada materi lainnya.Kata kunci : Model STAD Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar

This study aimed to determine medical action approval form completeness (informed consent) information system design using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 usage in Rumah Sakit Al Islam Bandung. The research used qualitative method with descriptive approach. While data collection techniques used by direct observations, interviews and completed with a literate review that had a relationship to the subject matter. The development method used was Waterfall. From making this information system the writer used programming language Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and storage of data using Microsoft Access 2007. From the results conducted there were some problems found, such as:lack in socialization of standard operating procedure for informed consent making, many informed consent forms are still not filled in completely, this is unfortunate given the importance of legal aspects contained in informed concent and, proses of analyzing for completeness informed consent form are still uses Microsoft Excel, so that analysis time becomes longer. The suggestions were given by: (1). Socializing the standard operating procedure of making an informed consent to the relevant officers;(2).Developinga new information system for the data processing analysis the completeness of informed consentfilling for producing reports more accurate and time efficiency in the analysis process.

The regional government of the West Pasaman Regency has implemented the nagari arrangement using the expansion of nagari. However, there are problems regarding the policy of nagari expansion in the Nagari Preparation of Koto Gadang Jaya. Therefore, this study aims to determine the strategies and problems of expanding the preparatory nagari in Koto Gadang Jaya, West Pasaman Regency. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. This study used Edward III theory with communication variables, resources, dispositions, and bureaucratic structures. The research findings showed several problems related to implementing the expansion policy of the Nagari Preparation Koto Gadang Jaya; first, on communication variables in the indicators of transmission, clarity, and consistency; second, on the resource variable in human resources, financial resources, and infrastructure facilities indicators; third, the bureaucratic structure variable in the standard operating procedure indicators and fragmentation. Meanwhile, the excellent variable is disposition. This research concluded that the implementation of the policy of expanding the Nagari Preparation Koto Gadang Jaya has not been going well; several problems must be resolved by the party responsible for the policy.

Background. In Standard Operating Procedure, the use of hood mask on COPD patients in nebulizer therapy is used when necessary, which means that the medical staff able to wear a mask or not, it is because of lack of firmness in the Standard Operating Procedures created.Aim. To determine the relationship of the use of hoods during therapy nebulizer mask to saturation of peripheral oxygen in COPD patients in the ER Agency Tabanan General Hospital. Method. This research used non-probability sampling design, the sampling technique used in this study was consecutive sampling technique.Results. The respondents who wore hood mask on during nebulizer therapy as many as 84 respondents (98.8 percent), respondents who woremask on for 10-15 minutes by 85 respondents (100 percent), respondents who installed the rubber on mask during nebulizer therapy was 81 respondents (95.3 percent), the majority of respondents whom masks do did not come loose during nebulizer therapy as many as 76 respondents (89.4 percent). The saturation of oxygen peripheral therapy on COPD patients with nebulizer has a normal outcome as many as 82 respondents (96.5 percent).Conclusion. There was a significant relations between the use of hood mask during nebulizer therapy with the saturation of oxygen peripheral on COPD patients with the results of Pearson’s Chi-square test in Asymp.Sig value. (2-sided) of 0.00 (p = 0:00), because the value of Asymp.Sig. (2 -sided) 0:00 <0:05 (Alpha 5%).Suggestion. In a nebulizer therapy on COPD patients, medical staff should wear a hood mask during the therapy and follow-up the result of this study for the changes of standard operating procedures.Keywords:COPD, Hood Mask, Oxygen Peripheral Saturation, Nebulizer

This study aims to determine the implementation of the policy of an integrative child social welfare center in Jombang Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using George Charles Edward's theory of policy implementation, which consists of several variables that affect the success of a policy implementation, including communication, resource sources, disposition, and the structure of the brokerage. The result that Dieh found in this research is that the implementation is less than optimal. In the aspect of communication, socialization has not been carried out to the community and the communication that has been carried out has not been optimally carried out to internal implementers. In the aspect of resources, it was found that there was a lack of staff resources. In the aspect of disposition, it was found that the understanding of implementers regarding policies was not the same. And in the aspect of the bureaucratic structure, it was found that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has not been resolved as a policy implementation guideline.
