Modern football game is linked to the introduction of science and technical progress, strict laws ofprofessionalism and the increasing mass scale and popularity of the game among teenagers. Modern science has determined that football game occurs based on the idea of ball games, supporting the development and culture of the peoples since ancient times to the present day and history acquired phenomenon in public life. The magic of football game was created in its content dynamics and the uniqueness of the game situation, the possibility individually each playing to manifest in the complex collective interactions to develop thought processes, seekingto realize their abilities for the benefit of the collective idea. Most current task in the modern theory and methods of training at 15 year-old is the optimization of the educational and training process. Management of the multiannual sports training of young players is a purposeful process of impact from the coach regarding a particular facility (team and riders) providing optimal solutions to common and specific tasks of preparing for reliably achieving the strategic objective - bringing the subject to conditions of high sports mastery. The young footballer is a subject of influence which by peculiarities of their behavior (level of preparedness) reflects the effectiveness of impact. Adolescents players in the course of its diverse and targeted training "consume" the training impact and behavior become carriers of feedback on the adequacy between effort and improvement of functions. Management functions coach is perceived as control of the various countries of the preparation of the player and making adjustments for adequate reflection. The main means of education and training of young players are generally developing specially-preparatory exercises and racing. At the stage of specialization cover age period 15-16 years continues specialized work to develop and maintain strength, endurance, agility and quickness types in young players. The aim of this study is to improve speed-strength training 15-year-old through an innovative system of organization and planning of the training process in basic training cycles. As part of this system is developed by our model specifically targeted resources to develop speed-strength qualities of the trainees. This process includes three main points: choice of means and methods of training depending on age morphofunctional features and level of sports training of trainers; clarification of approaches to the application of specially-targeted exercises for speed-power training; strengthening the system for monitoring and evaluation of the physical condition of young players as a whole and its individual components.

This paper analyzes the well-known specialized literature on the proper coverage of the problems of strength abilities development in wrestlers of different sports styles, as a leading motor quality in the creation of technical and tactical skills. The purpose of the research was the theoretical analysis of the characteristics of the training process in wrestling concerning the creation of strength abilities at the modern stage of sports improvement. Material and methods. This research was conducted using the method of specialized literature analysis and practical experience interpretation. The information was analyzed chronologically in the textbooks, monographs, papers, teaching aids and other publications (available up to 2020) about the sports training of the wrestlers. The extraction and presentation of the data focused on the methods and means for developing the strength abilities. Results and discussion. The specialized literature referring to various types of martial arts has been thoroughly studied. The analysis has made a comparison between the content and significance of the bibliographic sources and has assessed their importance for the training process. These sources recommend the use of certain methods and means for developing the strength abilities of the wrestlers of different styles based on the general and special didactic principles of sports training. Considering all the factors that determine the effectiveness of wrestlers’ competitive activity, the means and methods necessary for the implementation of complex technical and tactical actions in wrestling were submitted to experimental validation. Special attention was paid to the most important elements of techniques, variability of motion actions depending on the emerging dynamic situations, switching from one technique to another. The development of general didactic principles in sports is focused on educational training. The general didactic principles, together with a wide range of knowledge related to sports training are only the basis for the formation of special patterns and principles. Special principles do not strictly standardize the structure and content of athletes' training, but they are generalizations and methodological guidelines that provide rational support and a solid scientific platform for this training. The results of the study of specialized literature revealed the necessity for broad coverage of the ways to implement the specific principles in the training of wrestlers. The available specialized literature sources showed that the wrestlers’ strength development was perceived as a secondary part of training compared to the improvement of their technical skills. Conclusion. Carrying out the theoretical analysis of the training process features in wrestling pointed out the recommendations of the methods and means used to develop the strength skills of the wrestlers according to the general and special principles of the sports training

The modern system of athlete training is a complex multi-factor phenomenon that includes goals, objectives, means, methods, material, technical and other conditions that ensure the achievement of the highest performance by an athlete. At the same time, it is also an organizational and pedagogical process of preparation for competitions. In the structure of the training system, its components are sports training, competitions, out-of-training and out-of-competition factors that increase the effectiveness of training and competitions. The final result of the joint activity of the athlete and the coach largely depends on how rationally the work in the individual sections of the system of the long-term training process is built. This topic is relevant, especially in the Tambov Region, where the ice season is two months (January, February), as it affects the issues of training athletes in speed skating with the natural ice in regions with unfavorable climatic conditions or other external factors that hinder the skaters training (including poor-quality ice covering), as well as the lack of methods of sports training of athletes engaged in speed skating in unfavorable climatic and other conditions that hinder the skaters training. Currently, skaters in training without the ice use a large number of special exercises that allow to conduct a variety of targeted strength training, improve special performance.

Abstract The training process as well as the adaptation of the body is a multifactorial process. This means that the factors can vary from the morpho-functional and genetic characteristics of the subjects to the patterns of a selected training program, dosed and loaded by the person who leads the instructive-educational process. The body’s adaptation to these factors is directly related to the methods and means used. During the training process it is necessary to follow a series of principles and rules, which help and ensure the proper conduct of the training system for athletes.

The purpose of the research is to study the main approaches of coaches to planning the educational and training process of qualified female athletes specializing in complex types of all-around (multiathlon), taking into account the biorhythmological characteristics of their body. The set of methods used to solve the assigned tasks included: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature data; questionnaire, pedagogical observation and methods of statistical processing of the obtained material. Results. It was determined that more than 50% of coaches working with athletes in all-around sports do not take into account, or partially take into account the peculiarities of the course of the OMC (ovarian-menstrual cycle). About 90% of specialists carry out training sessions in the menstrual phase of the OMC and dose the training loads intuitively or according to the direct desire of the athlete. The volume and intensity of the load is adjusted only in the menstrual phase, less often in the premenstrual phase. In the menstrual phase, specialists use cyclic exercises at the Anaerobic Exchange Threshold (AET) level, exercises that develop flexibility, exercises of a general physical orientation. In this phase of the OMC, there is a decrease in the results in speed-strength and complex coordination types of all-round events. Conclusions. The conducted questionnaire survey and our own pedagogical observations indicate that the individualized approach is not fully used in the training system of qualified female athletes specializing in the types of complex multi-events. Experts do not take into account the factors associated with the characteristics of health, performance and emotional state of athletes in different phases of the biorhythm of their bodies, which negatively affects sports results and health of athletes. Key words: optimization, training process, planning individualization, load, biological characteristics.
