The government has issued a policy in which schools require their students to study at home. Starting in March, the school implemented the online learning. This research aims to find out the effectiveness of online education in the era of the Covid-19 epidemic in teaching speaking skill at the Department of Arabic Language Teaching at the State Islamic University Jember. This research used the quantitative approach using the semi-experimental method. The method of data collection is the questionnaire, and the data was analyzed from the effectiveness of the test using N-Gain Score. The results of this research are It is said that online learning of speech skill is less effective, and the results of the performed calculations are 43%. According to the criteria of the N-Gain Interpretation which states that if the percentage value is 40-55, it means "less effective". Because learning the skill of speaking requires direct and interactive skills.

This research aims to obtain infomation about Arabic learning especially speaking skill in Arabic Language Education Department at IAIN Batusangkar. The research uses a quantitative approach. The instruments to collect the data are test and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the research state that the students’ speaking ability at class “ A “ are 28% low, 36% moderate, and 36% high. While, at class “B”, students’ speaking abilities are 36.4% low, 40,9% moderate, and 22.7% high. The cause of students’ low ability is the unappropriateness of teachers’ strategy in teaching speaking. There are about 96% students at class “A” agreed and 86.4% students at class “B” had similar answer. Another cause is students’ low motivation in learning. Class “A” students agreed for about 76% of them and 77% of class “B” students answered the same. From the finding, it can be concluded that the inability of students to speak Arabic can be overcomed by improving teaching strategies and encouraging maximum motivation  to learn Arabic.

Abstract - Early March 2020, the corona virus began to spread in Indonesia. To suppress the wider spread of the virus, the government made policies regarding social restrictions. This has resulted in many schools and colleges, offices and companies, and other public places, deciding whether employees or their students should work or study from home. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning during the Corona virus pandemic in Bandung Kridatama Polytechnic students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis of data acquisition was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that online learning carried out during the Corona virus pandemic was ineffective because obstacles were still found that interfered with the learning process, including the absence of two-way communication between students and lecturers, Besides other obstacles, namely students who do not have enough quotas to take part in online learning, or lecturers who do not understand technology so that learning is not carried out using online learning applications but through Whatsapp groups. Untuk menekan penyebaran virus yang lebih luas lagi, pemerintah membuat kebijakan mengenai pembatasan sosial.  Hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyak sekolah dan kampus, kantor dan perusahaan,  serta tempat-tempat publik lainnya, memutuskan  para karyawan atau anak didiknya untuk bekerja atau belajar dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran online di masa pandemi virus Corona pada mahasiswa Politeknik Kridatama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis perolehan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilaksanakan selama masa pandemi virus Corona kurang efektif karena masih ditemukan hambatan yang mengganggu proses pembelajaran diantara-Nya tidak terjalinnya komunikasi dua arah antara mahasiswa dan dosen, disamping hambatan-hambatan lainnya yaitu mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki cukup kuota untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online, atau dosen yang kurang memahami teknologi sehingga pembelajaran tidak dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online tetapi melalui grup Whatsapp. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, pandemik, virus Corona

As online learning continues to grow within higher education, it is important for colleges and universities to ensure that they are delivering quality online courses and programs. This paper will discuss the evaluation and assessment of online learning from an institutional perspective. Open SUNY, the system-wide office of online education that supports and services the State University of New York (SUNY), has developed a process using the Online Learning Consortium’s (OLC) Quality Scorecard for the Administration of Online Programs to help SUNY campuses examine and improve the quality of online learning. The first half of this paper will describe the development of that tool and the implementation of the Open SUNY Institutional Readiness Process. The second half of this paper will explain the OLC Quality Scorecard standards for the Evaluation & Assessment section and provide examples of best practices from four different SUNY community colleges.

The pre-survey process showed that the report on performance was not optimal and human resources in the Department of Population and Civil Registry were inadequate and Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 38 of 2017 concerning the Competency Standards of the Position of the State Civil Apparatus which requires the State Civil Apparatus that has the competence, discipline, participatory, motivative and commitment in carrying out the performance of public services, then this study takes focus on the influence of competence, motivation and commitment to the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Situbondo Regency. This study aims to find out and analyze the competence, motivation, and commitment of employees to the performance of the Government of Situbondo Regency. This type of study is a quantitative study using a saturated sample of 29 State Civil Apparatuses in the Situbondo Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. Data collection techniques used in the study through surveys using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data from the subsequent studies were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1). Partially, competence and commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Population and Disability Service Office of Situbondo Regency. While motivation has a positive effect, but it is not significant on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Population and Civil Disability Office of Situbondo Regency, and 2). Simultaneously the variable X together on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus has different results. Where the competency and commitment variables have a positive and significant effect, whereas motivation only has a positive effect. Keywords: Performance, Competence, Motivation and Commitment

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out the learning media used by islamic education teachers in implementing online learning. This online learning is carried out throughout schools in Indonesia, to prevent the spread of coronavirus (covid-19). The formulation of the problems in this study are: (a) What is the media used by islamic education teachers in Bengkulu in teaching online ?; and (b) What is the response of islamic education teachers in Bengkulu Tengah to online learning ?. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research subjects taken were islamic education teachers in Bengkulu Tengah district. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The conclusions obtained in this study are: (a). The media used by islamic education teachers in Bengkulu in teaching online is the Whatsapp application and zoom cloud; and (b) islamic education teacher responses in Bengkulu Tengah to online learning the majority of teachers said that online learning was not effective. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (a) Apa media yang digunakan oleh guru PAI di Bengkulu tengah dalam mengajar secara online?; dan (b) Bagaimana tanggapan guru PAI di Bengkulu Tengah terhadap pembelajaran secara daring?. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian yang diambil adalah guru PAI di kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket secara online. Kesimpula yang didapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (a). Media yang digunakan oleh guru PAI di Bengkulu tengah dalam mengajar secara online adalah aplikasi Whatsapp dan zoom cloud; dan (b) Tanggapan guru PAI di Bengkulu Tengah terhadap pembelajaran secara daring mayoritas guru mengatakan bahwa pembelajaran secara daring tidak efektif. This study aims to determine the level of teamwork in online learning using a guided inquiry model with experimental methods, and the effectiveness of a guided inquiry learning model with experimental methods in online learning on student cognitive learning outcomes. The material used is dynamic fluid. The type of this study was a quasi-experiment with a research design is one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Tanggul Jember in October 2020. The research sample used was 36 students of class XI MIPA 1. Data collection techniques are using tests and non-tests. Teamwork data collection techniques use a questionnaire given to students after learning via a google form, while the data on the effectiveness of the guided inquiry model was seen from the students' cognitive learning outcomes obtained from the pre-test and post-test scores. Teamwork data analysis techniques use Microsoft Excel to determine the description of data analysis, while the learning effectiveness data were analyzed using the N-gain test. The results of the data analysis showed that the level of teamwork ability after online learning was carried out using the guided inquiry model with the experimental method was mostly classified as medium and the guided inquiry learning model with the experimental method which is effectively used in online learning on student cognitive learning outcomes with an N-gain score of 0.514

This research aims to analyze how the effectiveness of the implementation of the ruling of the Administrative Court of the State and what are the factors that influence the effectiveness of the Court ruling The country. The research was carried out on the courts of The State of Makassar, data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews and read scientific books, magazines, newspapers and other readings related to research. Results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the ruling of the Court of The Country has not been effective, because so far there are still many Administrative Bodies and Officials of countries that are unwilling to comply with the ruling of the Court of The country, then plus the lack of participation of the parties to the dispute has led to a court could not ascertain whether a State Administrative Court ruling that has a magnitude of law has been implemented or not. As for the factors that influence the Court ruling The Country, among which is the absence of a special eksekutorial institution or institution of sanctions in carrying out the Court ruling The country, The official low awareness Countries in obeying the Court ruling The Country, the absence of more detailed provisions governing sanctions if the verdict is not implemented. Advice from the research is that, should the Government contains provisions governing the institutions eksekutorial institutions or special sanctions ruling of The judiciary of the State, so the State Administrative Court's verdict can be run and judicial administration can emerge again in the eyes of the community.

Progress of the era, also known as the era of disruption, is largely human, one of which is education. This change certainly has an impact felt by humans as it is increasingly individualistic and increasingly busy responding to the times. Changes in the world of online education or whatever the government intends to do must certainly accommodate rapid changes in the world that is currently based on information technology. This article uses the type of library research that is a study carried out through data collection related to today's education, data collection or scientific papers that aim to conduct critical and in-depth studies by searching relevant library materials. The results of this study found that students need to be learners who are always hungry for information and become learners who understand and have a variety of approaches such as design thinking (a way of solving problems focused on people centered. Teachers must also have strong scientific competence and have soft skills in the form of critical thinking, creative, communicative, and able to collaborate. n addition it must also be able to spread inspiration for students, be able to be friends with students and of course must be an example.

The Administrative Court and Law No. 5 of 1986 on State Administrative Justice have been provided facilities for the public to sue the government and ask to cancel the decision made by the government. Law No. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration has been stipulated that Government Administration Act more or less supersedes the provisions contained in the Law of the State administrative justice. Especially in this Law which attracts attention is the expansion of object disputes state Administration. The object of the state Administration dispute in this Act is different from its elements to the Law of the State administrative justice. One of these is a written stipulation that includes factual action. There is no explanation for the meaning of factual acts in this Administrative Administration Act. Therefore, further research is needed in this regard. This study aims to find out and understand the meaning of factual actions in Article 87 letter (a) of Law Number 30 of 2014. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research Normative Juridical. Data collection techniques are Library study is to collect data conducted by reading, quoting, recording and understanding various literature that have to do with research material. The object of the state Administration disputed in Law Number 5 of 1986 and its amendment has expanded on Law Number 30 Year 2014 on Government Administration. When the object of the dispute expands, it will affect the decision taken by the legal practitioner in this case is the state Administration judge.

The purpose of this study was to determine students' difficulties in online learning and to determine the efforts of teachers in overcoming student difficulties in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach by describing the teacher's efforts in overcoming student difficulties in online learning during the Covid-19 period at MTs. Muhammadiyah Wuring. This study uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be seen from several student difficulties in online learning such as a) absence of 4G networks, b) reduced income c), assignment methods and d) absence of Android phones. The teacher's efforts in overcoming student difficulties in online learning such as a) assignment methods, b) providing motivation, c) providing advice, d) providing online explanations, e) installing Wifi. By knowing the various difficulties of students and the efforts of teachers in overcoming student difficulties in online learning, researchers hope that all of us, especially schools, teachers, parents, and the government to make input in the future.
