This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Kodama props in the process of doing Mathematics exercises material The equation of straight line conducted in SMPN 5 Wonomulyo VIII classroom learners by looking at the learning outcomes, activities and responses of learners. This type of research is a quasi experimental research involving 2 different groups but has a homogeneous ability. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 5 Wonomulyo which amounted to 177 people. The sample of this research is the students of class VIII C as the experimental class and class VIII D as the control class. Data collection is done through tests, observation sheets and response questionnaires. The data of the research were analyzed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The result of the research based on descriptive analysis in the experimental class obtained an average value of 79,86 > KKM or 80% classical completeness, reaching 82,76%. Based on the inferential analysis, the ost test value is obtained with the degree of freedom 58 hence obtained at 1,67. Because it is larger than it is rejected and accepted, it means at a 95% confidence level statement that the average value of the experimental class is higher than the average value of the control class is acceptable. It can be seen that the value of post test experimental class completeness is 82,759 % or 24 students from 29 students over KKM. Based on the analysis of the instrument nontes obtained activity learners experimental group meets the criteria of effectiveness of reaching 57,59% and the response of learners are in the positive category with an average value of 78,28%. It can be concluded that Kodama props can improve learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMPN 5 Wonomulyo and able to make learners spirit in doing Mathematics.

Courselab can be able to make the lessons more varied and fun, so that adds to the interest of students to participate in learning. This study aims to determine whether the use courselab effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. This study is an experimental research conducted in class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe Luwu Utara. The samples are saturated sample consisting of all students of class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe consisting of two classes, namely class VIII A of 27 students (grade control) and VIII B class consisting of 22 students (experimental group). The instrument used is the achievement test. Descriptive analysis of pre-test the control class and experimental class was flat at 53.40 and 52.68. This means that both classes have the same level of learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis of post-test on the control and experimental classes are 55.55 and 76.77. Thus, it appears that the use of media courselab effective in improving learning outcomes math class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe.

This study aims to: find out the differences in learning outcomes of Basic Accounting in X Graders at SMK Negeri 1 Depok Academic Year 2018/2019 before and after the application of the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Models. This research is a Quasi-Experimental study. Data collection techniques using simple random sampling for the selection of control classes and experimental classes that will be drawn randomly. The subjects of this study were students of class X AKL 1 and X AKL 3 at SMK Negeri 1 Depok. The design of data collection in this study uses the Pretest-posttest control group design model. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are: (1) the pre-test learning outcomes in the control class obtained an average value of 71.376, the highest value of 90 and the lowest value of 50. While the pre-test scores in the experiment class obtained an average value of 71.8, the highest value of 90 and the lowest value of 50 (2) post-test learning outcomes in the control class obtained an average value of 71.433, the highest value of 83 and the lowest value of 60. While the post-test in the experiment class obtained an average of 80.733 with the highest value of 90 and the lowest value of 67. (3) Based on the results of the t-test that is 6.122 ≥ 2.00172 or tcount ttable on the results of the post-test of the experiment group and the control group, it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the results of the control class and the experiment class so that there is a significant increase the application of Cooperative Learning Models in Jigsaw type in Basic Accounting subjects to the learning outcomes of X Accounting Graders. Keywords: Jigsaw, Learning Outcomes, Basic Accounting

The fast advance of information technology has attempted English teachers with innovative and recent teaching models. This study focuses on the use of Schoology in ESP nursing class. The quantitative research was done with one group pre-test and post-test design. The samples were the second semester ESP class of Nursing program as an experimental group that consists of 122 students and 122 students as a control group. The instruments used the test to measure the students’ cognitive achievement. The inferential analysis used in this research was a t-test. Based on the results of Group Statistics, it is found that the average value of the posttest for the control group was 61.05 while the experimental group was 84. Thus, statistically, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in learning outcomes between the control group with the lecture method and the experimental group using Schoology. In other words, the use of Schoology is effective in learning also helps improve English learning outcomes of students of Nursing Program.

Identifying learning of the information in explanatory text requires creativity in its implementation. One of the things that affect identifying learning of the information in explanatory text is the students’ reading intensity. Therefore, it takes the most effective learning method to be applied and the learning method chosen is the SQ3R method. The purpose of this study was to explain the effectiveness of identifying learning of information in explanatory text by using the SQ3R method based on the reading intensity of the XI grade students at Madrasah Aliyah. The method used in this study was an experimental research design with a quasi-experimental factorial. The sample of this research is students of class IX MAN 2 Kudus. The collection of data uses identifying learning of the explanatory text information and reading intensity test to determine high or low reading intensity. Non-test data collection uses observation and photo documentation. The results of this study were (1) The SQ3R learning method was effective in identifying information in explanatory text for class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah with an increase of 12.23, from an average of 66.51 to 78.74. This is evidenced by the sign value=0.000<0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of the experimental group pre-test post-test which is used the SQ3R learning method. Meanwhile, the ability to identify information in explanatory text to students with low reading intensity treated with the SQ3R method, and an average value is 67. Identifying Learning of the information in explanatory text based on reading intensity of the XI grade students at Madrasah Aliyah by using the SQ3R is an effective learning method. The result of this learning has increased by 12.23, from an average of 66.51 to 78.74. This is evidenced by the sign value=0.000<0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of the experimental group pretest posttest using the SQ3R learning method

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model (TSTS) to the history of student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Medan. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The study population was students of class X IPS with a sample of 65 students consisting of 34 students of class X IPS 2 as an experimental class and 31 students of class X IPS 1 as a control class. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The observation results showed that 91% of the experimental class students who took part in learning with the TSTS model got very good average scores. The average post-test value of the experimental class was 80.3, while the average value of the post-test of the control class that followed the learning with the conventional model was 63.70. T-test results for the post-test scores were obtained tcount > ttable (7,004 > 1,670).These results indicate that the TSTS learning model has a great influence in improving the history of student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 7 Medan.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe the average poetry writing skills in students with the application of the Mind Mapping Learning model, the average poetry writing skills in students with the application of the Learning Learning Model.The theory used in this research is a mind mapping learning model and writing poetry. The method used is an experimental method with a form of research Quasi Experimental Design. The design used is the Two-Group pretest-Posttest Only. The population in this study is class VIII A, VIII B, and VIII C while the samples are Class VIII A and VIII B. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, measurement techniques, and documentation techniques as well as data collection tools namely guidelines or observation sheets poetry skills tests and documents.The results of data analysis show that the average pre-test experimental class with a total score of 69.38 while the post-test 76.38 and the pre-test control class with a total score of 60.96 while the post-test 66.88 and there is influence with evidence scores 1.13 and 1.28.The results of this study are expected to be useful for readers, especially Indonesian Language teachers in Lumar 1 Junior High School, Bengkayang Regency, students and subsequent researchers who use mind mapping learning object models. For teachers this mind mapping learning model can be used as a reference for teaching in class, especially in learning to write poetry. Keywords: Mind Mapping, Writing Poetry

The students' life being complicated and at the same time competitive trying hard to remain alive in this competitive world and trying to solve many complicated problems in academics through the competitive mind ultimately takes a roll and the mind becomes unstable and directionless. In the process, the student develops academic anxiety related to academic circumstances, like failure in exams, time constraint; unrealistic expectation. Hence the researcher felt the need to develop peace strategies to lessen the academic anxiety among the engineering and medical learners. The quasi – Experimental pre-test post -test nonequivalent group design was used to evaluate the development of peace education among engineering and medical learners. The Peace modules were designed by the researcher and were implemented on the Experimental group of learners.The Inferential analysis was done by using the independent 't test'.The findings of the study indicated that the peace strategies used were successful.

This study aims to analyze the increase in motivation and student learning outcomes in learning Indonesian using schoology media assisted by the WhatsApp application. This research method used quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of class VIII A as the experimental class implementing Distance Learning with schoology media assisted by the WhatsApp application and class VIII B as the control class without using schoology media. Data collection techniques with knowledge competency tests, questionnaires, and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research was quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the competence of news text knowledge in the experimental class using schoology media is better than without using schoology media. The average learning outcomes obtained were 81, the average N-gain obtained was 0.72 in good category. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in student motivation and learning outcomes in learning Indonesian.

This research was conducted to find out the differences from the learning methods of ordinary pictorial stories with the pop up models of the more unique and different pop up models, but also through this research it is hoped to provide new experiences for children, bearing in mind that learning is still focused on writing, reading and counting (calistung). This study uses the experimental method because there is a comparison between the control class and the experimental class. The subject and location of the study were group B students. The study population was the B-Saturn group and the B-Uranus group with a sample students, with a total of 28 students. Data collection techniques using pretest and posttest. Pretest technique using ordinary picture stories while in the posttest technique using picture models pop up. Results of Research The average value (mean) in the control class is BB (1.21), MB (0.21), BSB (0.42) and BSH (0.14) while in the experimental class the average value is BB (0.29), MB (0.21) , BSB (0.5) and BSH (0.14). Then it can be concluded that "Hypothesis is accepted", meaning that there is a difference between student learning outcomes to develop mathematical logical intelligence in the pretest and post test.
