Students are individuals who are studying well in tertiary institutions. During the academic process, students will complete the final project at the undergraduate level of the thesis called the final student. Students must continue the final project to complete their academic education. One problem that arises in the final student is anxiety. Anxiety is an emotional response that arises due to some stressors of students while working on their thesis such as feeling confused, low motivation, difficulty in solving problems when facing thesis. One popular complementary therapy for overcoming anxiety is mindfulness therapy. Vigilance therapy can reduce difficulties in encouraging awareness and not reactivating the surrounding situations. This study aims to study whether there is support for mindfulness therapy for anxiety in the final year students of STIKes Wira Medika Bali. This type of research is a pre-designed research in the form of one group research before the test. The population of this research is the active students of class VII of class 9. The technique of taking the sample of the study was using porpusive sampling with Wilcoxon test. The results obtained were significant p-value = 0.002 which means p-value <α = 0.05, the results of the analysis showed there were differences in levels of anxiety before and given mindfulness therapy to final-level students. Based on the results of the study, attention therapy is suggested as an alternative therapy in an effort to help final students.

Hydrotherapy and Benson's relaxation are effective complementary therapies for blood pressure and pulse, but still few patients utilize it. There is a known effect of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation combination (called hydrosol) on blood pressure and pulse. The study method was pre-experimental with pre and post design with a purposive sampling technique on 32 respondents aged 26-65 years. The study was conducted from 1-18 March 2019 in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V, Wahyuharjo Village, Lendah District, Kulon Progo. Regency Each respondent was given intervention with hydrosol therapy for 3 consecutive days. The instrument used was a digital sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure and pulse 5 minutes before and after the administration of therapy. Blood pressure was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test while pulsing by paired t-test. The analysis showed that systolic blood pressure before therapy was 118.25 mmHg and after therapy became 111,00 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 7,25 mmHg with a p-value of 0,0001. The diastolic blood pressure before treatment was 81,25 mmHg and after therapy became 78,75 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 2,50 mmHg with a p-value of 0,002 mm. The pulse before therapy was 82,30 x / min and after therapy became 80,64 x / min, so there was a decrease of 1,66 x / min with ρ-value 0,003. There is a significant effect of giving a combination of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation (hydrosol) on reducing blood pressure and pulse among 32 subjects in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V. Keywords: hydrotherapy, Benson Relaxation, blood pressure, pulse

This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure by family member on pain level of Chephalgia patient in Padang Panjang conducted february-September 2019. The study is an experimental design and a pretest-posttest with control group design with 116 of samples and it uses simple random sampling. Different levels of pain before and after the administration of acupressure by family members used the Wilcoxon test. Whereas to see the comparison of the intervention group and the control group used to test two different groups used the mann withney test.. Satistic test result get p value = 0.0000 that means there is significant effect between before and after acupressure on intervention group, but there is no significant effect on control group get p value = 0,771. This therapy acupressure is recomended for solving Chephalgia, it means that we can give nursing complementary therapy for minimizingC.

Abstract : Blood Pressure, Light Massage, Hypertention. The impact of hypertension leads to heart attack, renal failure and stroke if the blood pressure is not controlled. Light massage is a complementary therapy for blood pressure control of patients with primary hypertension. Light massage can cause a relaxation response and reduce stress. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of light massage on the decrease in blood pressure. Research design is pre experimental. The number of respondents in this study were 16 respondents. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The study was conducted by measuring blood pressure before and after light massage therapy. Blood pressure measurement using digital tensimeter. Test the difference in blood pressure before and after intervention using Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant difference in blood pressure before and after treatment in the group receiving light massage therapy (p value 0.035). Light massage affects the decrease in blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension.

The data analysis used was the Spearman rank because the data were not normally distributed. Before being given neck massage therapy with a mean VCO, systolic blood pressure was 156.25, diastolic blood pressure was 87.50 after being given a mean value of 124.38 and diastolic 81.25 with a systolic p value of 0.000 while for diastolic blood pressure of 0.008. Whereas in the group given dry cupping therapy systolic blood pressure with a mean of 158.82 and diastole a mean of 90.59, after being given dry cupping therapy, systolic blood pressure was 124.71 while diastole was 78.82 with a systolic p value of 0.000 and diastole of 0.009. The difference in blood pressure in the two interventions for the system p value was 0.968 while for diastole the p value was 0.625, which means there was no difference between the two interventions. So it can be concluded that both neck massage therapy with VCO and dry cupping therapy can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
