The aim of this study is to analyse the effect of Safety Climate, Work Satisfaction and Safety Motivation that influences the employee Safety Behavior at employee APAC Manufacture in Indonesia.  The study involved 200 employees as the questionnaire respondents from 4 department production APAC manufacturing company. Simple random sampling was use at quantitative research with a proportional quantity of responden have taken in every department depend on total employee in each department. The validation of qualitative result have used by honest validation from respondens which was confirmated and approved by responden’s with their signature at qualitative question and answer list. Based on the result of The Safety Climate is positive and significant influence to the Safety Motivation The Work Satisfaction is positive and significant influence to the Safety Motivation, The Safety Climate is positive and significant influence to the Safety Behavior, The Work Satisfaction is not influence to the Safety Behavior  and The Safety Motivation is positive and significant to the Safety Behavior

Stevedoring activities at container terminals make it one of the most dangerous workplace for employees because they have to deal with variety of high-risk conditions as well as high-risk equipments. Therefore it is not suprising that container terminals have high occupational accidents rate. Furthermore, several statistical reports also indicate that most maritime accidents are attributable to human error. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of safety climate and big-five personality on employee safety performance. Safety climate and big five personality are considered as two factors that influence employee safety performance. Therefore strong positive safety climate in organization will be able improve employee safety performance and reduce accidents. This study was conducted to 148 employees in a container terminal by using simple random sampling as the sampling technique. Multiple regression technique was used to examine the effect of safety climate and big-five personality on employee safety performance. The result revealed that safety climate and big-five personality positively affect employee safety performance.Key words: Safety climate, big five personality, safety performanceAbstrak: Aktivitas bongkar muat pada terminal peti kemas menjadikannya sebagai salah satu tempat kerja yang paling berbahaya karena karyawan harus menghadapi beragam aktivitas yang beresiko tinggi dan peralatan kerja yang berbahaya.  Maka dari itu, bukan suatu hal yang mengejutkan bahwa terminal peti kemas memiliki tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi. Lebih jauh lagi, sejumlah data statistik juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas kecelakaan kerja pada sektor industri maritim berkaitan dengan kesalahan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh iklim keselamatan kerja dan big five personality terhadap perilaku keselamatan karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 148 karyawan di salah satu terminal peti kemas dengan menggunakan simple random sampling sebagai teknik sampling. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antara iklim keselamatan kerja dan big five personality terhadap perilaku keselamatan karyawan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa iklim keselamatan kerja dan big five personality secara positif berpengaruh pada perilaku keselamatan karyawan.

The aim of the research is to describe the influence of managerial competencies, entrepreneurship and integrity on early chilhood manager of kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Propinsi Riau in 2015. Form used is quantitative research, with 91 samples of 118 population of manager of early childhood by using simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires. Analysis of the data using normality test, reggresion test and path analysis. The research results are: 1) Managerial Competencies has positive and significant influence on management effectiveness; 2) Entrepreneurship has positive and significant influence on management effectiveness; 3) Integrity has positive and significant influence on management effectiveness; 4) ) Managerial Competencies has positive and significant influence on Integrity; 5) Entrepreneurship has positive and significant influence on Integrity; 6) ) Managerial Competencies has positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship.

This study aims at determining the effectiveness of the distribution and use of the Village Funds and their impacts on the increase in capital accumulation in Bondowoso Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a confirmatory approach because the researchers confirm the relationship between the research variables and test the hypotheses previously formulated. The analytical tool used is Structural Equity Modeling with the help of Lisrel 8.8 software. Respondents in this research amount to 75 villages in Bondowoso Regency that are selected based on purposive sampling (to select the subdistricts) and simple random sampling (to select villages/respondents). The results of research state that the effectiveness of the use of village funds has a significant influence on capital accumulation and empowerment of rural communities in Bondowoso Regency. Whereas capital accumulation has no significant influence on the empowerment of rural communities in Bondowoso Regency.

Drinking coffee has become lifestyle of Indonesian people. Coffee is one of the staples most often consumed by Indonesian people. The company that has the largest coffee sales in Indonesia is Starbucks. This research raised the discussion about one of Starbucks promotions, Greener Day. In this there are 2 variables, namely promotion and buying interest variables. In this research writer uses quantitative research collect data with form of survey and using Starbucks in Jakarta as observation unit. Primary data collected by simple random sampling method, and collected by 100 respondents related to Starbucks Greener day promotion. Data analysis using SPSS version 22.0. Based on the results of the research conducted there is a fairly strong level of effectiveness between Starbucks Greener Day Promotion on Instagram to consumer buying interest in Jakarta, because it is at intervals of 0.61-0.80 on the Coefficient of Correlation test results. Through the results of the Partial Influence Significance test (T Test) also showed a significant influence between the Variable Promotion (X) and Buy Interest (Y).Minum kopi sudah menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia. Kopi merupakan salah satu bahan pokok yang paling sering dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia.  Perusahaan yang memiliki penjualan kopi terbesar di Indonesia adalah Starbucks. Penelitian ini mengangkat pembahasan mengenai salah satu promosi Starbucks yaitu Greener Day.  Didalam ini terdapat 2 variabel,  yaitu variabel promosi dan minat beli.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa survei,  dan menggunakan Starbucks di Jakarta sebagai unit observasi. Data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode simple random sampling, dan terkumpul sebanyak 100 responden yang berkaitan dengan promosi Starbucks Greener day. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 22.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat tingkat efektivitas yang cukup kuat antara Promosi Starbucks Greener day di Instagram terhadap minat beli konsumen di Jakarta, karena berada di interval sebesar 0,61-0,80 pada hasil uji Koefisien Korelasi.  Melalui hasil uji Signifikansi Pengaruh Parsial (Uji T) juga menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Promosi (X) dan Minat Beli (Y).

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

ABSTRAKKehamilan postterm adalah kehamilan yang berlangsung 42 minggu atau lebih. Usia ibu merupakan faktor risiko yang berkontribusi terjadinya persalinan postterm terkait dengan kesiapan alat reproduksi. Paritas ibu merupakan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kejadian persalinan postterm. Data dari RSIA Arafah Anwar Medika Sukodono Kabupaten Sidoarjo menyebutkan terdapat 57,89% ibu bersalin mengalami postterm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia, paritas ibu bersalin dengan kejadian persalinan postterm di RSIA Arafah Anwar Medika Sukodono Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari rekam medik ibu bersalin yang melahirkan di RSIA Arafah Anwar Medika Sukodono Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2013 dengan besar sampel sebanyak 218 ibu bersalin. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Fisher Exact. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas usia ibu 20-35 tahun (86,7%),  paritas tidak berisiko (91,7%), kejadian tidak postterm (85,3%), persalinan postterm terjadi pada ibu berusia <20 dan >35 tahun (20,7%) dan persalinan postterm terjadi pada paritas berisiko (38,9%). Tidak ada hubungan antara usia ibu bersalin dengan kejadian persalinan postterm (p = 0,234; RR = 1,50; 95%CI = 0,68<RR<3,34) dan ada hubungan paritas dengan kejadian persalinan postterm (p = 0,008; RR = 3,11; 95%CI = 1,57<RR<6,17). Kesimpulan penelitian, bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara usia ibu dengan kejadian persalinan postterm dan ada hubungan paritas dengan kejadian persalinan postterm. Saran penelitian, meningkatkan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang reproduksi sehat dan menggalakkan program KB. Kata Kunci: usia, paritas, persalinan, postterm  ABSTRACTPostterm pregnancy is a pregnancy that lasted 42 weeks or more. Maternal age and mother parity are  risk factor that contributes to postterm labour associated with reproductive readiness. The first data in RSIA Arafah Anwar Medika Sukodono obtained 57.89% postterm maternal experience. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, maternal parity with the incidence of postterm delivery in RSIA Arafah Anwar Medika Sukodono. This research was a kind of quantitative research with observational method with cross-sectional approach. The research data was obtained from the medical records of mothers who gave birth in the maternity RSIA Arafah Anwar Medika Sukodono in 2013 with 218 maternal samples. Sampling collecting tecnique was simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by Fisher exact test statistic. The research results shows that a majority of maternal age 20-35 years (86.7%),  parity was not at risk (91.7%), incidence not postterm delivery (85.3%), postterm delivery occurs in mothers aged <20 and> 35 years (20.7%), and postterm deliveries occurring at risk parity (38.9%). The result of statistic test showed no relation of maternal age with postterm labour (p = 0.234; RR = 1.50; 95%CI = 0.68<RR<3.34) and relation of parity with postterm delivery (p = 0.008; RR = 3.11; 95%CI = 1.57<RR<6.17). The conclusion of this study were no relationships between age with postterm labour and a significant relationships between parity with postterm labour. It is expected to increase public outreach on healthy reproduction and promote family planning programs. Keywords: age, parity, maternal, postterm
