This study was set out to determine the sustainable e-learning engagement and the level of learning satisfaction of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) students at The Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. This study employed a descriptive-correlational research method and used Mean and Pearson r for the data analysis. This study was conducted in the Integrated Basic Education Department of The Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc., with a non-probability purposive sampling technique to identify the respondents. The respondents of this study were Grade 11 and Grade 12 STEM students who are currently enrolled in this academic year to answer the set questions about their sustainable e-learning engagement and the level of learning management. On the other hand, the questionnaire was validated by three experts to ensure the validity and reliability of the questions. Furthermore, the study revealed that sustainable e-learning engagement and learning satisfaction have a positive relationship. The problems in this research are students difficulties in using e-learning, students interest in learning is still low and student learning behavior is not good. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the use of e-learning and interest in learning on the learning behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics, Stambuk 2017, State University of Medan. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Medan State University, which is located on Jl. Willem Iskandar Pasar V Medan. This type of research is ex post facto. The population of this study was 629 students with a sample of 86 students using simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Before being used, the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. Then the data was collected and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using multiple regression. From the results of the partial test analysis between the use of e-learning (X1) on learning behavior (Y) from the value of  >  (4.274 > 1.663) with a significance value smaller than the 0.05 level (0.000 < 0.05) and for the significance value between learning interest (X2) and learning behavior (Y) from the value of  >  (8,575 > 1,663) with a significance value less than 0.05 level (0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously (F test) the value is shown that  >  (121.105 > 3.11) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of the use of e-learning and interest in learning has a positive and significant influence on the learning behavior of students of the 2017 Stambuk Economics Faculty, State University of Medan

The background of this research based on the result of the Network Basic training subject wasnot optimal on semester 2013/2014, of which 30.56% scored below the minimum complete ness criteria (KKM).This research is acorrelational study description.The purpose of this research was to reveal how much the contribution of learning and e-learning as Media learning jointly and severally on learning outcomes. The study population numbered 72 people and the sample amounted to 42 students of class X TKJ SMKN 1 Air Putih. The sampling technique was randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data student learning out comes obtained from X TKJ home room. While data on learning and e-learning as media learning was collected through question naires distributed to students by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that (1) interest in learning and e-learning as media learning together contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih by 35.30%, (2) interest in learning contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N Air Putih by 22.28%, (3) e-learning as media learning contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih by 30.14% , So it can be concluded that the interest in learning and e-learning as media learning  contribute to the results of class X student in the Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih, ncreasing interest in higher learning and the use of e-learning as media learning , the higher the learning outcomes. The implementation of education in schools contains values including responsibility, discipline, independence, honesty, creativity and social. The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently happening has become a barrier to learning in schools so that it is diverted online. The aim that you want to know in this study is how the axiology in physical education learning through e-learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic? This research is a correlational study using a population of junior high schools in Yogyakarta. The research subjects were 120 people. The sampling technique was chosen randomly by random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale type with a validity and reliability value of the questionnaire with a value of 0.887. The results of this study explain that there is no axiological value relationship in physical education learning through e-learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era with a significant value of 0.264. The axiological value obtained is included in the low category of physical education learning through e-learning in this pandemic era. In this online learning, it is hoped that students can still increase the value of axiology. This increase can be done by habituation in the environment of students, both family, school and social

High school students in the city of Bandung appeared to have moderate or even low learning engagement. This low level of learning engagement was caused by low sense of autonomy. Therefore, to increase learning engagement, an autonomy training program is needed for these students. This study aimed to find out whether the autonomy training program increases the autonomy level of students. The design of the study was quasi-experimental with the one-group before-after design. The research subjects were collected using random sampling technique, with a total of 37 students from two high schools in Bandung. The Autonomy instrument was collected using a questionnaire compiled by researchers based on Ryan and Deci’s Self-determination theory. Based on the validity and reliability test, the instrument was valid and reliable. The results showed that autonomy training is effective in enhancing students' sense of autonomy.

Objective: This study aimed to assess the knowledge and awareness regarding cervical cancer and its prevention among nurses working in different hospitals of Quetta, Pakistan. Methodology: The cross sectional, descriptive study was conducted by using structured questionnaire in different hospitals of Quetta from January to September 2016. Convenient sampling technique was applied by targeting all the nurses working in different hospitals of Quetta city. Study questionnaire was developed and tested for validity and reliability. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis tests, p<0.05) were used to assess the significance among study variables and were performed by using IBM SPSS v.20. Results: Out of 415 distributed questionnaires 324 were returned (response rate of 78%). The mean Age of respondents was 28.18 ±9.5 years. Majority (n=127, 43.3%) of participants were interns and had no or less than one year of experience (n=128, 43.7%) with negative family history of any cancer (n=275, 93.9%). Mean knowledge score was 18.52±4.84with majority (n=258, 88.1%) had adequate knowledge regarding cervical cancer. Respondent sage, current area of practice, qualification, Institute of degree and past family history were contributing factors (p > 0.05) in adequate knowledge in this study. The results also reviled that not only 68.3% (n=200) and 65.5% (n=192) respondents knew that cervical cancer is vaccine preventable and availability of the vaccine for it. Conclusions: Nurses working in different hospitals of Quetta city had better understanding of the disease cervical cancer and its prevention. Yet many of the respondent are not aware of it vaccine and its availability.

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

This work examines what it has been and continues to be like for Clara Ng to be a home mother and an author in the publishing industry. Our exploration uses qualitative methods of narrative approaches in the form of biographical studies. Participants as data sources were selected using a purposive sampling technique which was collected based on retrospective interviewing techniques and then checked for validity and reliability using external audit. It gained that Clara Ng is a remarkable female whose synthesizes the difference between home mother and author’s career in the publishing industry. She did not seek fame nor did she seek self aggrandizement, her whole life was one of service to humanity, an indefatigable work ethic, and humility. Clara Ng’s journey offers insights offers examples of many ways in which home mothers can, and should, work to improve the career opportunities available to those who follow in their footsteps.

The aim of this research is to know the influence of e-learning learning strategy and interest in learning to accounting learning result. This research was conducted at SMK Permata Bangsa Kelurahan Jakasetia, South Bekasi Subdistrict, Bekasi City involving 56 samples taken with random sampling technique to the equivalent class. Instrument used in this research is the accounting test and questionnaire interest in student learning; and the data analysis using two-way ANAVA and Tukey Test. The results of this study obtained: (1) there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who are taught with e-learning learning strategies and expository strategies in which the results of student accounting learning taught by e-learning strategy is higher than the students taught by strategy expository learning. (2) There is an interaction between students who are taught using learning strategies with interest in learning on accounting learning outcomes. (3) This means that the result of group accounting learning which is taught using e-learning learning strategy is significantly higher than that taught using expository learning strategy in students who have high learning interest. (4) While the learning result of student group accounting that is taught using e-learning strategy is same as learning result which is taught using expository learning strategy to students who have low learning interest, influenced by student environment factor and learning design factor in research.

Penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada tatanan rumah tangga di Indonesia pada tahun 2015, baru mencapai 55%. Padahal dari sisi perilaku per indikator idealnya diatas 80%. Faktor risiko timbulnya Penyakit Tidak Menular(PTM) antara lain karena gaya hidup seperti merokok, obesitas, inaktivitas, peminum alcohol dan narkoba. Lemahnya upaya preventif dan promotif dalam upaya kesehatan masyarakat (UKM) disebabkan salah satunya oleh distribusi tenaga promotif preventif di Puskesmas masih belum merata.. Keberadaan tenaga kontrak Promotor Kesehatan di Puskesmas diharapkan mampu menjawab kekurangan tenaga promotif preventif di Kabupaten Indramayu. Namun keberadaan mereka menjadi prokontra sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada kinerja dalam pelayanan promosi kesehatan di Puskesmas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tenaga kontrak promotor kesehatan dalam pelayanan promosi kesehatan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indramayu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan studi cross sectional. Besar sampel adalah 35 orang. Analisis data secara univariat, bivariat dengan Chi square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja tenaga kontrak promotor kesehatan dalam pelayanan promosi kesehatan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indramayu sebagian besar responden berkinerja tinggi (51,4%). Hasil uji statistic menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=000), kemampuan diri (p=0,000), persepsi beban kerja (p=0,011), motivasi (p=0,010), imbalan (p=0,024) dan sarana prasarana (p=0,001) dengan kinerja tenaga kontrak promotor kesehatan dalam pelayanan promosi kesehatan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indramayu. Faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap kinerja tenaga kontrak promotor kesehatan adalah faktor pengetahuan dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR=17,84 95% CI=1,99-149,5) dan kemampuan diri (OR=17,36 95% CI=1,4-220). Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya pelatihan e-learning dan in-house training, pembinaan tenaga kontrak, dan penyediaan sarana prasarana promosi kesehatan. Abstract The application of clean and healthy life behavior at household order in Indonesia in 2015, had just reached 55%. From the behavior side, where every indicator should be above 80% as the ideal one. The weakness of preventive and promotion effort in accordance with the community health efforts, one of the reasons is because the distribution of the health preventive and promotion agent into the community health centre is not all totally covered yet. The presence of the out-sourcing health promoter agent in the community’s health center is expected to be able to supply the lack of health preventive and promotion agent in Indramayu. However, their presence become pros and cons, which can influence to the performance in theservice of health promotion in community’s health centre. This research aimed to analyze the elements which influence their performance to carry out health promotion service in every community’s health centre in Indramayu. Type of observational study with cross sectional design.The population in this study amounted to 105 people, consisting of 35 contract workers, 35 heads of Puskesmas, and 35 co-workers contract workers.The sampling technique is purposive sampling in total population or saturated sampling, so the same sample size is 105 people. The data are analyzed by univariat, bivariat method with Chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that the performance of health promotion contract workers in health promotion service of Puskesmas in Indramayu Regency most of the respondents are high performers (51.4%). Based on the test of Chi-Square, it shows that the elements related to the out-sourcing health promoter in carrying out the health champagne service at community’s health centre in Indramayu are knowledge (score p=000), self ability (p=0,000), duty perception (p=0,011), motivation (p=0,010), reward (p=0,024), means and infrastructures (0,001). The most influence factors to the performance to the out-sourcing health promoter in carrying out the health champagne service at community’s health centre are knowledge factor (p=0,009) with the OR score=17,84 95% CI=1,99-149,5.Therefore, as the recommendation, the training for the candidates of health promoters, e-learning, in-house training, and also the out-sourcing coaching as well, and providing means and infrastructures of health promotion.

Physics learning in universities utilized the Moodle-based e-learning media as an online learning platform. However, the effectiveness of remediating misconception using online media has not been widely researched. Therefore, this study was set to determine the level of misconception percentage reduction through the use of narrative feedback, the e-learning modules, and realistic video. The study was a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method involving 281 students who were taking basic physics courses in the Department of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Education. The data collection used a three-tier diagnostic test based on e-learning at the beginning of the activity and after the treatment (posttest). The results of the data analysis with descriptive statistics show that the most significant treatment in reducing misconception percentage on the topic of free-fall motion was in the following order: narrative feedback, e-learning modules and realistic video. The misconception percentage reduction in the sub-concept of accelerated free- fall was effective for all types of the treatments.
