Today, in the era of globalization, one of the urgent tasks that intellectuals are facing is educating young people in the spirit of patriotism by using the rich spiritual heritage of our ancestors. To achieve this goal, it is important to study the spiritual world of a person taking into account his psychological state along with the use of wisdom and precious life instructions reflected in written sources. The article pays special attention to the fact that the knowledge taught to young people should be focused on the development of high morality in them, the formation of skills and competence to independently obtain, sort reliable information, and distinguish it from false information. The article also mentions the operation «Mehr” (mercy), as a result of which people were returned to their homeland, who left their country and went to the “hot spots” of the world under the influence of various alien ideas and seeing the bitter consequences, repented of their actions. The article analyzes the demographic situation in Ukraine in comparison with European countries. Features, forms of manifestation nd causes of the demographic crisis in modern Ukraine are shown. It is established that the situation with demographic potential is especially critical in Ukrainian society. It is substantiated that the current demographic situation is characterized by depopulation trends, declining birth rates, increased mortality, reduced life expectancy. Among the main factors contributing to the deteriorating demographic situation in the country are economic (low wages and pensions, inflation, constantly rising tariffs for housing and communal services, electricity, gas), social (unsatisfactory housing conditions for young people, high unemployment, deteriorating public health, declining health care), political (political instability, political risks, incomplete changes in the management system, inconsistency of public administration mechanisms with management goals, copying other people's reforms, lack of clear idea and integrated (comprehensive) reform strategy), state- managerial (with solving the problems of self-organization, ie overcoming the inconsistencies of the state of public administration and civil society to the modern world level and the requirements of their organization and functioning, as well as problems of improving the subject-object relations, management regime). The influence of migration processes among young people on the development of society is determined. It is substantiated that the demographic problem is a public administration problem. Monitoring the development of early childhood is a family task, but not all families can carry out this task optimally. Busyness, lack of knowledge, and the socio-economic condition of the family are factors that do not support this effort. Therefore, monitoring children's growth is coordinated through the role of the community through the Posyandu program. Posyandu, as one of the community-based health efforts, has a vital role in providing convenience to the community in obtaining essential services. To achieve this goal requires the role of a Posyandu cadre who has the knowledge and skills in monitoring child growth and development. The method of activity is carried out by providing material for child development and practicum on how to assess and measure children's growth and development. The results of activities were measured through differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test, as well as the results of observations when cadres provided services during Posyandu implementation. The results of the activity showed that the training in monitoring the growth and development of children under five given to Posyandu cadres could increase the knowledge and skills of cadres in providing services at Posyandu related to monitoring the growth and development of children under five.

This article analyzes representations of modern youth about social success, the factors of social success and the role of socio-pedagogical support in the development of the social success of young people; on the correlation of age and success, success and support; about the impact of social success on the level of human life; about the readiness of youth to accompany other people. The sample size was one hundred and twenty young people between the ages of fourteen and thirty who are studying in General education organizations, professional educational organizations, and educational organizations of higher education in the Yaroslavl region. To study the social perceptions of modern young people, the author's questionnaire was used, and to control the results, individual conversations and the method of focus groups were used. The survey was conducted in writing on an individual basis, indirectly, using the Internet service "Google forms". The link to the survey was posted on the public pages of educational and public organizations in the social network "in contact". Differences are shown in the content of social representations of success as a socio-psychological phenomenon, and in their interpretation by the study participants. It is established that socially successful young people tend to perceive success not only as a result of their own actions, but also as a result of support by family members or teachers, while their peers who consider themselves unsuccessful tend to exaggerate the role of circumstances, including support, in the development of their own social success. Indicators of the presence of socio-pedagogical support in the life of people who are socially successful are higher in percentage than those who are unsuccessful. Most of the study participants note that the most effective development of social success of young people occurs in the conditions of accompanying this process.
