Community Service Activities in the form of Mental Health Therapy Training for Adolescents is one form of community service in the form of seminars aimed at conveying opinions or something new to participants, namely BK and teachers of Vocational High School in Sidoarjo with the hope that participants will get something new to be developed to become one thing that is broader about mental health therapy in adolescents. The activity was carried out on April 7, 2021 at the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia, Sidoarjo with the target being BK teachers at the Senior High School and Vocational High School levels in Sidoarjo. Before the activity was carried out, there was a process of preparing activities for 3 weeks before the activity was carried out, starting from the selection of extension materials to submission to related parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by BK teachers at the Senior High School and Vocational High School in Sidoarjo. Participants participated in these activities with enthusiasm and conducive, the activities can be carried out on time smoothly.

Vocational High School is the biggest contributor to unemployment in the area, many supporting factors such as the unstable condition of the company. Basically, that is not all, the teaching process for these Vocational Schools is at the forefront of the increase in the unemployment rate of SMK graduates. From the results of community service activities, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) With the community service at Adiwerna District 1 Vocational High School, giving at Adiwerna Nu 1 Vocational School in Tegal Regency, providing knowledge, understanding, and innovation on efficient engine stand overhauls according to operational standards procedure; (2) Speeding up the work when the engine stand overhaul practices in competency subjects overhaul the engine with the SOP tool so as to make students competent in their performance practices.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan sebagai wujud pembinaan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada anggota pramuka di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka melakukan pembinaan materi berbicara di depan umum pada anggota pramuka. Pelatihan berbicara di depan umum ini dimaksudkan agar para anggota pramuka di gugus depan 06.101-06.102 Ambalan Udayana-Ratu Sima, mampu berbicara di depan umum dengan bahasa yang baik dan benar serta menjunjung kesantunan berbahasa, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk membentuk karakter anggota pramuka sejak dini, sehingga di kemudian hari mereka menjadi unggul di masyarakat dalam hal positif. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan dengan rincian: (1) Pertemuan I: Penyampaian materi tentang keterampilan berbicara di depan umum; (2) Pertemuan II: Pelatihan berpidato dan memandu acara; (3) Pertemuan III: Pelatihan berdiskusi dan memimpin rapat; (4) Pertemuan IV: Evaluasi kegiatan.Kata Kunci : Pembinaan, Karakter, Berbicara Abstract:. The community service activities is a activities performed as a form of coaching to the community. This dedication was held on members of Pramuka in Senior High School 5 Mataram. This devotion activities implemented in order doing coaching matter of public speaking on the members of Pramuka. This public speaking training is intended in order for the members of the Pramuka in gugus depan 06.101-06.102 Ambalan Udayana-Ratu Sima, being able to speak in public with proper grammar and correct as well as the respect politeness language, it is intended to forming the character of the members Pramuka since the early. So that later in life they became superior in the community in terms of positive. The activities carried out by as much as 4 times, with details: (1) the first meeting I: delivery of material about public speaking skills; (2) the second meeting II: addressing the hourlong training; (3) the third meeting III  : discuss and lead training; (4) the fourth meeting IV : evaluation activities.Keywords: Development, Character, Speaking.

The third mission of a university is a community service. Based on this mission, this paper presents the activity of community service. The activity was training for senior high school students and teachers. The subjects of the training are actuators, IoT, and IP address. These components or subsystems are very important basic industrial instrumentation for further automation. These subsystems are very correlated with each other. Some actuators are electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic types. There are many applications of IoT and IP addresses, such as smart grids and communications.

Abstract There are still a few handouts created by the teachers. In fact, teachers feel lazy to make a handout to succeed their teaching and learning process, especially civic teachers who are still low in understanding how to make and design their own handout. A handout is an instrument that teachers supposed to writing it. By writing a handout, teacher can explore his material based on the problems faced in the class. That is way; the Team thought that we need to give them something to train them in writing their own teaching handout. This community service was given to civic teachers of senior high school who has the important role in tranfering knowledge about civic subject. This activity had some sessions, there were; lecturing, discussion, questions answer and feedback. It hopes that by understanding the way in designing a teaching handout, they will be encouraged to make their own handout to support their teaching learning process in the classroom. ?é?á Key words : a teaching handout, a civic subject ?é?á

<p>The study focused on the factors that influence senior high school (SHS) graduates’ choice of university selection in Ghana. The 7ps, including product, price, place, process, promotion, people and physical evidence were chosen as the service marketing mix elements. This work was guided by whether or not tuition fees have a significant influence on SHS graduates’ choice on the selection of university in Ghana.</p><p>In this study, the researchers used descriptive approach to analyze the work due to the fact that the study seeks to pinpoint the factors that influence students’ choice on the selection of university in Ghana. The population of the study was mainly final year students in the Kumasi Metropolis and the sample size was made up of three hundred and thirty-five (335) of such students. The study employed questionnaire and multi-stage sampling as a means of data collection instrument which was used to develop insights that supplemented the results of the statistical analysis. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16 was used to analyze the data. The study concludes that the program (product) element of the marketing mix is the main factor that influences SHS graduates’ choice of university in Ghana with a percentage of 32.8 followed by process which accounted for 28.10%. The study recommends that universities in Ghana particularly private universities should put in place tailor-made programs that can contribute to the acquisition of high employable skills by students and also strengthen their Quality Assurance Departments.</p><p> </p>

Abstrak: Analisis Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengan Kejuruan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan prestasi belajar mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat prestasi belajar mahasiswa.. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pada program studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif,  jenis ex post facto dengan eksplanasi komparatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 335 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 167 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan metode probability sampling.  Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, anava, dan t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Prestasi belajar mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum rata-rata 3,72 dan  lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan rata-rata 3,77; 2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan prestasi belajar antara mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan; 3) Faktor-faktor pendukung prestasi belajar meliputi: motivasi belajar, inteligensi, konsentrasi, tujuan yang ingin dicapai, rajin kuliah dan mengerjakan tugas, keaktifan dalam perkuliahan, manajemen waktu yang baik, suasana belajar yang kondusif, dan hubungan mahasiswa dengan dosen. Faktor penghambat: malas, jarak tempat tinggal yang jauh, persepsi mahasiswa salah jurusan, jadwal  kuliah sore, dan metode pembelajaran yang monoton. Kata kunci: prestasi belajar; indeks prestasi komulatif; hasil belajar; sekolah menengah umum; sekolah  menengah kejuruan.  Abstract: Analysis of Student Achievement of Graduates of Senior High School and Vocational High School. The research aims to analyze the differences in the learning achievement of students who graduate from Senior High School and Vocational High School and to analyze the factors that support and hinder student achievement. The research subjects are students in the Office Administration Education study program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Makassar State University. This research uses a quantitative approach, ex post facto type with comparative explanation. The population in this study were 335 students. The research sample was 167 students who were taken using probability sampling method. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Hypothesis testing uses the F test, ANOVA, and t-Test. The results showed: 1) The learning achievement of students graduating from Senior High School was 3.72 on average and Vocational High School graduates had an average of 3.77; 2) There is no significant difference in learning achievement between students who graduated from Senior High School and Vocational High School; 3) Supporting factors for learning achievement include: learning motivation, intelligence, concentration, goals to be achieved, diligent in studying and doing assignments, activeness in lectures, good time management, a conducive learning atmosphere, and student relations with lecturers. Inhibiting factors: laziness, distance to live far away, student perceptions of misdirection, afternoon class schedules, and monotonous learning methods. Keywords: learning achievement; grade point average; learning outcomes; senior high schools; vocational high schools.

<p class="p0">This community service was held for students at Ora et Labora Senior High School in Tangerang, who needed education in using and making organic soap, especialy soap that does not pollute the environment and is also good for washing hands. This activity was completed by holding a training and doing an experiment to make soap using extracts of Nathopanax scultellarium and Piper betel leaves which contain secondary metaboliites compounds with anti-bacterial and antioxidant activities. The aim of this training was to introduce the students to soap ingridients and daily-life applications of medicinal natural products. The soap made is herbal soap with natural anti-bacterial and antioxidant properties. This herbal soap is also easily degradble by natural microbes, so it is safer for environment. The training to make soap can increase student's knowledge at Ora et Labora Senior High School about soap with extras of natural ingredients, the use of soal as an easy way to live a healthy life through the washing-hands-with-soap initiative, and the awarness about the importance of preserving the environment. </p><p class="p0"><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: </strong></p><p>PkM ini dilaksanakan bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Ora et Labora yang memerlukan edukasi pemilihan/penggunaan dan pembuatan sabun yang ramah lingkungan untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS). Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan praktek membuat sabun menggunakan ekstrak daun mangkokan dan daun sirih yang banyak mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang berkhasiat sebagai antibakteri and antioksidan. Dalam pelatihan ini, muridmurid dapat mengenal bahan-bahan pembuatan sabun serta mengenal penggunaan bahan alam berkhasiat obat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sabun yang dibuat adalah sabun herbal yang berkhasiat antioksidan dan antimikroba alami. Sabun herbal ini juga mudah didegradasi oleh mikroba alami sehingga lebih aman bagi lingkungan. Pelatihan pembuatan sabun herbal dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa menengah atas Ora et Labora tentang sabun dari ekstrak bahan alam, penggunaannya melalui gerakan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) sebagai cara mudah hidup sehat, dan pentingnya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan.<br /><br /></p>

Classroom Action Research is one effort that can be done by professional teachers in improving the quality of learning. The purpose of community service is to improve teachers' understanding in understanding PTK and can carry out PTK. This activity is intended for math teachers who are members of MGMP in High School. The form of service activities carried out in this activity is in the form of material delivery, practice of making proposals and consulting tasks. The workshop activity was attended by 30 high school mathematics teachers in Solok City. The results of this activity manifested 30 class Action research proposals.Keywords: PTK, MGMP, Mathematics Teachers.�AbstrakPenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru profesional dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menigkatkan pemahaman guru dalam memahami PTK serta dapat melaksanakan PTK. Kegiatan ini diperuntukan bagi guru-guru matematika yang tergabung dalam MGMP SMA Kota Solok. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah� berupa penyampaian materi, praktik pembuatan proposal dan konsultasi tugas.
