The Indonesian Constitution explicitly states that Indonesia is a country that manages the democratic political system. In the practice of managing the State, democracy that takes place in Indonesia always changes following the development of the Indonesian constitutional system. The aim of this research is to investigate the political development of democratic law in the world's third largest democracy and the ideal democratic system for Indonesia at this time. The research method used is normative juridical, with descriptive analytical research specifications and secondary data types. The data collection method was carried out through a literature study and research results were analyzed by qualitative methods. The results showed that the ideal democracy for the Indonesian state was Pancasila democracy as stated in the Preamble to the Constitution, which stated that democracy was led by wisdom in the deliberative representation and stated that sovereignty was in the hands of the people and implemented according to the Constitution.

Pejukutan Village has very good natural and maritime potential, one of which is Atuh Beach's tourism potential which has a white sand beach with very good reefs, Melonteng Hill, Tree House, Diamond Clip besides that at Atuh Beach, there are 4 (four) islands large coral, namely Batu Melawang or Pepadasan Island, Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, this is one of the attractions of Atuh Beach. In this study, the data obtained by way, observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, literature study. Using data types in the form of qualitative and quantitative, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and analysis SWOT matrix (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results research is Atuh Beach as a marine tourism and natural tourism with the potential possessed such as the scenery possessed by Atuh Beach which is flanked by two hills from the left and right, underwater scenery, has coral islands such as Batu Melawang Island or Pepadasan ( Batu Bolong), Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, Melonteng Hill, Throwing Tree House and Diamond Clip. the people of Pcantutan Village are mostly farmers. Aside from being a farmer in the Potanutan Village community, they are also craftsmen in weaving and raising livestock. The Village of Pejukutan has Baris Jangkang Dance, this dance is performed when accompanying certain ceremonies.   Keyword : Strategy Development, Potency, Maritime Tourism

The purpose of this paper is to show the role and authority of the Notary Public profession as a non-ASN official, and the need for a change in notary law politics in the form of changes to the formation of Notary regulations in the future so as to better guarantee justice and welfare for the Notaries. This study uses a normative juridical type of research with the specification of the study conducted analytically descriptive. Normative research uses secondary data types, namely data obtained from library studies. Data collection methods used by conducting Library Research (literature study) and techniques used in deciphering and processing the data collected is a qualitative description.Weaknesses of Notary regulations, both in the Civil Code and statutory regulations, are said by State officials but in practice the Notary independently looks for his own clients, so that it is more appropriate to say a general profession than State officials because they do not receive salary from the State and the role of the Notary from time to time is not doubt. Thanks to the performance of the Notary, economic traffic is particularly related to agreements, commitments, inheritance, etc., legal actions by the people who need and carry out legal actions helped in proving authentic deeds, so that they get legal certainty.This writing concludes that the Notary Public is a public official who is not an ASN official and needs further study by the government in the future in revising the Notary regulations. Also his advice on notary legal politics needs to be changed and the government of the relevant institutions authorized to form legislation should involve senior Notaries in revising Notary regulations.Keywords: Political Law; Notary; Justice.

The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the impact and behavior of the community on post-disaster economic conditions in the city of Palu and to know the local government's public policies in handling these cases. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, literature study, and secondary data processing from various social elements. In addition, data collection was carried out by interviewing informants who felt the direct impact of the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction in Palu, Sigi and Donggala. The results showed that the post-disaster impact felt by the people of Palu City was generally in the "severe" classification. The socio-economic conditions of the people of Palu include several aspects, ranging from the geographical conditions that are in disaster-prone zones, to the extremely poor health conditions after the disaster. The conclusion of this research shows that the escalation of natural disasters in the city of Palu is considered quite large because it consists of three types of disasters, namely the Earthquake, Tsunami and Liquifation in the same time period. Palu City is the capital of the Province as well as the economic and administrative center of Central Sulawesi Province. Damage to warehousing infrastructure coupled with massive looting from unscrupulous people in logistics supply warehouses resulted in goods that were supposed to be distributed both to the city and the district finally unable to be implemented.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan evaluasi dampak dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap kondisi perekonomian pasca bencana di kota Palu dan mengetahui kebijakan publik pemerintah setempat dalam menangani kasus tersebut. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan  studi kasus, studi literature, dan pengolahan data sekunder dari berbagai elemen sosial. Selain itu pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawacara kepada narasumber yang merasakan dampak langsung dari bencana gempa,tsunami dan likuifaksi di Palu,Sigi dan Donggala. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa dampak pasca bencana yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Kota Palu secara umum berada pada klasifikasi “berat”. Kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat kota Palu meliputi beberapa aspek, mulai dari kondisi geografis yang berada pada zona rawan bencana, kondisi kesehatan sangat memprihatinkan pasca bencana. Kesimpulan penelitain ini menujukkan bahwa eskalasi bencana alam kota Palu dinilai cukup besar karena terdiri dari tiga macam bencana yaitu Gempa Bumi, Tsunami dan Liquifasi dalam kurun waktu sama. Kota Palu merupakan ibukota Provinsi sekaligus sebagai pusat ekonomi dan pemerintahan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Rusaknya infrakstruktur pergudangan ditambah dengan adanya penjarahan yang massiv dari oknum masyarakat pada gudang-gudang suplai logistik mengakibatkan barang yang semestinya didistribusikan baik ke kota ataupun ke kabupaten akhirnya tidak dapat dilaksanakan.

Indonesia has an obligation to place the protection of human rights against all its citizens, as well as in ensuring compensation for certain victims of crime. Ironically, the conceptual issues such as the inclusion of compensation on the existence of criminals who provide restitution, the unclear technical implementation in the normative legitimacy, as well as the financial problems of the state for compensation show that the compensation for crime victims in Indonesia is still problematic. This study focuses on the ideal idea of reforming the model, form and mechanism for providing compensation to victims of crime in Indonesia. This research uses normative research with secondary data. The approach taken include philosophical, legislation and conceptual, and analyzed descriptively qualitative through literature study. The results of research are; first, the state compensation of crime victims conceptually, juridically and practically has not been able to show the effectiveness of providing compensation for victims of crime; second, reconceptualizing the compensation model through an extra-judicial path, with a material and non-material compensation shape, and using a mechanism that focuses on the involvement of all parties as the concept of restorative justice is an alternative solution to compensation for crime victims in the future.

The use of plants in the jogging track and playground area at Puspem Badung is currently disrupting visitor activities because their growth has damaged pavements and facilities. Therefore, the implementation of garden maintenance is very important to be able to maintain the comfort of the visitors and the beauty of the garden. This study aims to evaluate the maintenance of the garden in the jogging track and playground area at Puspem Badung. The research method used is a survey method. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method is done by using observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. Based on the research results, the implementation of maintenance is carried out independently by implementing an unit and special maintenance system. In the implementation of watering, pruning, silting and weeding activities, the performance of the workers exceeds the ideal working capacity standard except for sweeping and fertilizing activities. The perception of visitors to the physical condition of the garden is considered good, seen from the indicators of assessment including garden's cleanliness, pedestrian's cleanliness, cleanliness of benches, cleanliness of planter boxes, garden safety and the beauty of the garden. Suggestions in this research are that it is necessary to have a written standard operational procedures for garden maintenance and to propose tree pruning activities at least once every three months.

<p>Abstract<br />This article  discusses the ideal setting reconsideration after the Constitutional Court decision No. 34/PUU-XII/2013. This research is legal (judicial) normative, namely by reviewing library materials (literature study). Therefore, the data used in this research is secondary data, which includes the primary legal materials, secondary, and tertiary. The results of this study showed that realizing an ideal regulatory application for review should be conducted, first, the MA should retract SEMA 7 2014 it is necessary to avoid confusion law enforcement officials and people seeking justice so as to interfere with the judicial system. If want to make additional rules to facilitate the course of justice, the MA should be poured in the form of PERMA. Second, by accelerating the process of PK and execution. Thirdly, provision PK in the future submission must be adapted to the Constitutional Court decision No. 34/PUU-X/2013. That way the material truth and justice will actually be realized.</p><p>Keywords: Judicial Review; Justice; Rule of Law; Supreme Court Decisions.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini meneliti tentang pengaturan ideal peninjauan kembali pasca putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 34/PUU-XII/2013.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum (yuridis) normatif, yaitu dengan mengkaji bahan-bahan pustaka (studi kepustakaan). Karena itu, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data skunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer, skunder, dan tersier. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, demi menwujudkan suatu peraturan yang ideal permohonan peninjauan kembali maka perlu dilakukan, pertama, MA harus menarik kembali SEMA No.7 Tahun 2014 hal ini ini diperlukan agar tidak terjadi kebingungan aparat penegak hukum dan masyarakat pencari keadilan sehingga dapat mengganggu sistem peradilan. Kedua, dengan mempercepat proses PK dan eksekusinya. Ketiga, ketentuan pengajuan PK kedepanya harus disesuaikan dengan putusan MK No. 34/PUU-XI/2013. Abstrak:Sosialisasi yang tepat tentang Program KB yang dipelopori oleh BKKBN dan Bidan Puskesmas perlu dilakukan dengan terjun langsung dalam lingkungan masyarakat dan melalui media massa untuk memberikan pemahaman, informasi-informasi program KB kepada seluruh masyarakat tanpa mengenal tingkat pendidikan, agama, serta strata sosial sebagai upaya pemerintah mengentaskan kemiskinan dengan cara mempersuasi masyarakat lebih dekat agar mereka dapat mengatur perkawinan, reproduksi, jarak kelahiran, serta memiliki jumlah anak yang ideal. Kendala sosialisasi program KB kadangkala selalu ditemukan, salah satunya di Desa Bonto Lojong Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng, yang mana memiliki Jarak dari ibu kota kecamatan + 2,5 km dan jarak dari ibu kota Kabupaten + 23 km. Jarak tempuh wilayah Desa Bonto Lojong dari Ibu kota Kabupaten Bantaeng + 35 menit. Desa Bonto Lojong memiliki luas wilayah 4.039,21 km2 dengan jumlah Penduduk 2.890.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deksriptif, dengan pendekatan teori persepsi disajikan secara deskritif analitik kualitatif. Dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang dimiliki, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, akan cukup digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menggambarkan secara konprehensif tentang berbagai pandangan masyarakat terhadap sosialisasi program KB di Desa Bonto Lojong Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini di dapat bahwa laki-laki di Desa Bonto Lojong Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng belum pernah mendapatkan sosialisasi secara langsung dari pihak tertentu mengenai program KB sehingga pemahaman mereka tidak begitu banyak mengenai program KB. Sedangkan untuk mengenai sosialisasi iklan KB di televisi, dianggap belum efektif dan kurang berpengaruh bagi masyarakat di desa itu.Kata Kunci: Program KB, Sosialiasasi, Teori Persepsi Abstract : Socialization properly of family planning (KB) programs spearheaded by BKKBN and Puskesmas’s Midwives needs to be done in the community directly and through the mass media to provide understanding, information of KB programs to all communities without knowing the level of education, religion, and social strata, as a government efforts for alleviate poverty by closer persuading to the people so that they could regulate their marriage, reproduction, birth spacing, and have the ideal number of their children. Constraints on the socialization of KB programs are sometimes always found, one of which is in the village of Bonto Lojong, Ulu Ere Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency, which has a distance from the capital of the subdistrict + 2.5 km and the distance from the capital of the District + 23 km. Distance of Bonto Lojong Village from Bantaeng Regency + 35 minutes. Bonto Lojong Village has an area of 4,039.21 km2 with a population of 2,890.This research uses qualitative research methods, with a perception theory and approach presented with qualitative analytical descriptive. Primary and secondary data sources that are owned, as well as data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation, it will be sufficient to be used to achieve the objectives of this research, namely to describe comprehensively the various views of the community towards the socialization of KB programs in the village of Bonto Lojong, Ulu Ere District Bantaeng.The conclusion of this research are that men in Bonto Lojong Village, Ulu Ere Subdistrict, Bantaeng District have never received direct socialization from certain parties regarding the KB program so that their understanding is not so much about the KB program, also for the socialization of KB advertisements on television, it is considered ineffective and less influential for the people in the village.Keywords: KB Program, Socialization, Perception theory

<br /><table class="data" width="100%"><tbody><tr valign="top"><td class="value"><p>Bojongkoneng village in Bogor Regency is an area that is vulnerable to landslide disaster. Previous research has shown that Bojongkoneng village has local wisdom that can be used to reduce damage risk from landslide disaster. This article discusses about the form of local wisdom in disaster mitigation by analyzing from the public relations in Bojongkoneng village with environment. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive approach, using primary data technique through observation, interview, and documentation, and secondary data through literature study. The results reveal that Bojongkoneng people has some form of local wisdom that has been used as an effort to mitigate landslide disaster that can be described through the identity of Bojongkoneng people related to relation of theyself with environment, relation of the people with environment on affection aspect, and relation of the people with its environment in fulfilling their life necessities.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

The administration of any democratic state revolves around the three constitutionally recognized arms of government; the legislature, executive and the judiciary. Their relationship is very important for the actualization of the goals of the state. However, this relationship is more pronounced between the executive and the legislature as both appear to belong to political parties and are elected by the electorates. Executive/legislative relationship most times appears conflictual and in some cases cooperative. The study examines the executive/legislative relationship in Bayelsa State to determine the nature and the issues and challenges in their relationship during Henry Seriake Dickson administration. To achieve the objective of the study, two research questions were formulated to guide the study. System theory was used as framework for analysis. The study draws its arguments basically from secondary source hence content analysis research design was used to analyze the secondary data. The findings revealed that the executive dominated the legislature in their relationship under Henry Seriake Dickson’s administration which weakened the ability of the legislators to effectively perform their duties as the representatives of the people. It was also revealed that the unprofessional and inexperience of the legislators also affected their ability to effectively perform their duties which affected the social, economic and political development of the state. In the light of the above, the study recommends amongst others that the legislature should wake up to their responsibility as the watchdog of the executive and effectively monitor the activities of the executive in order to ensure good governance in Bayelsa State. More experienced people should be elected to the legislature to curtail the excesses and the continued dominance of the executive on the legislature and other institutions of government.

Objective Provincial government is part of the central government which autonomously has its own authority in carrying out its APBD so that it can be utilized as much as possible for the prosperity of the people. Good financial performance of the regional government will make the welfare of the people in the area also better. This research is a literature study on the regional government of the province of Nangroe Aceh Darussalam for ten years 2009-2018. Method - The type of data used is secondary data, APBD (Regional Budget) reports in the form of audited budget and realization. Financial performance instruments are measured based on effectiveness, efficiency and independence. Data were analyzed using Pearson bivariate correlation analysis. Results - Research has fulfilled the classical assumption test, and the results of Pearson's bivariate correlation show that revenue, expenditure and taxs have a very close positive relationship with the financial performance of the Aceh government, while capital and grand have a weak relationship. Implications - The results show that the financial performance of the Nangroe Aceh Darussalam provincial government is quite good. This good condition can be improved to be very good through efforts to focus improvements on the variables that are lacking, namely capital and grand.
