This research aims to develop a model instrument for adolescent health education in maturing the age of marriage. At adolescence, the female reproductive organs are psychologically well developed and strong and ready to give birth to offspring and physically begin to mature. For that, it needs a method of health education that can reach teenagers. This research used a development method that also includes the instrument standardization process. The model used is a 4-D model development consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects of this study consisted of adolescents aged 10-15 years and 16-21 years in Tangerang City. The sample was selected in this study through cluster random sampling technique. This study indicates that reproductive health education can increase the knowledge of adolescents in Tangerang City about maturing the age of marriage. Health education activities through reproductive education have shown quite effective results in increasing adolescent knowledge about maturing age at marriage. At the pretest, adolescents' knowledge was included in the poor category because the teenagers had not received direct information about maturing age at marriage. However, indirectly some teenagers get information from the mass media without further knowledge, namely at the knowing stage. However, during the posttest, there was a significant increase in respondents' knowledge about reproductive health education. Of the 13 indicators, all experienced an increase in the average value of knowledge compared to the reproductive health education pretest.

The research design correlation with the approach of cross sectional method. Subjects were 40 grader XI IPA SMAN Jumapolo Karanganyar with saturated sampling technique in which the entire population is used as a sample. Data obtained by questionnaire to determine the level of student knowledge about reproductive health and behavior of students in maintaining the health of the reproductive organs. The data obtained and analyzed by chi square test with P = 0.05. Results showed the level of student knowledge about reproductive health with high category as many as 29 people (72.5%) and medium category  11 people (27.5%) whereas students with behavioral maintain reproductive health as many as 25 children (62.5%) and students who do not take action maintain reproductive health as many as 15 people (37.5%).Results of analysis using the chi-square test was obtained p equal to 0.035 so that the value of p <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This article discusses the use of PowerPoint animation in learning with the aim of knowing the differences in learning outcomes of students whose learning uses power points and without using power points in three-dimensional topics. The method used is an experimental design with a True Experimental Design, namely Posttest-Only Design. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Student learning outcomes data were obtained through the learning outcome test instrument in the form of essays. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential data analysis. Hypothesis testing using a parametric analysis t-test. The results of the analysis show that the average learning outcomes of students who are taught using power points are higher than those of students taught conventionally. One of the factors that support the improvement of student learning outcomes is a learning approach to geometric shapes that involves interesting visualization. Interesting visualization makes students not just imagine something abstract but can directly observe the object being studied.
