Professional nurse career development in the form of career paths is a system to improve performance and professionalism, in accordance with the field of work through enhancing competencies that produce professional performance. The aim of this research was to find out the development plan for clinical nurse careers at Dumai Regional General Hospital. The research used is qualitative method. This research was conducted in August 2018. Data analysis was carried out in the form of data appearance, data verification, and matrix formation. The informants in this study amounted to 16 people who were taken based on purposive sampling.The research results obtained important themes namely; Human Resources (HR), Costs and Internship Processes are still a problem in efforts to develop clinical nurse careers. The research results obtained important themes namely; the comparison of the number of clinical assessors and nurses is not ideal, there are regulations about the number of clinical nurses who can participate in the credential process, many clinical nurses who work not according to their competence due to the impact of the length of credential process waiting time, lack of motivation of clinical nurses in following the credential process, not yet the issuance of the prescription decree, the absence of incentives for the preceptor, the lack of formulation of an increase in career level services, and the Internship process not yet implemented in the credential process.   Keyword- Career, Clinical Nurse

The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. Meanwhile, the hard efforts to face the era of globalization must be that the Indonesian nation must be able to produce quality human resources, and have the ability that includes behavior, hard work, discipline, trustworthy responsibility and the like guided by the teachings of AI-Qur'an and Hadith

Abstract The main goal of this study is to research the impact of enrolment in Graduate Programmes (GPs) on a set of Basic Education2 and High School3 teachers in Portugal. We seek to understand whether teachers consider this training as an added value, and the extent to which this is reflected in the improvement of their professional performance, in the schools, and in their students’ learning. Preliminary research results show, among other aspects, that the reasons why teachers enrol in GPs are associated mainly with personal fulfilment issues. Moreover, despite the fact that both teachers and school leaders recognize the importance of GPs, they acknowledge that there are still few effects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of agricultural extension institutions in Central Java Province. The variables used include institutional changes and the impact of institutional changes. The method of data analysis in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with the model of Miles and Huberman with the validity test of triangulation data. The types of data used are primary data from the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Central Java Province, the Office of Environment and Forestry of Central Java Province, the Semarang City Fisheries Office and Farmers in Central Java Province. Retrieval of data through in-depth interviews, document collection, and documentation. The results showed that institutional change was very dynamic since the formation of the institution. Institutional changes occur because of the evolution of laws and their forced nature. Therefore the institution of agricultural extension does not exist. However, so far the community is still getting a good impact from the extension activities because institutional changes do not reduce the performance of extension workers in the community. It's just that extension workers have not been intensive because the numbers are very minimal. This is overcome by the instructor by making a priority when conducting counseling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis eksistensi kelembagaan penyuluhan pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi perubahan kelembagaan dan dampak perubahan kelembagaan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Huberman dengan uji keabsahan data triangulasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Dinas Perikanan Kota Semarang dan Petani di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam, pengumpulan dokumen, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kelembagaan sangat dinamis sejak dibentuknya kelembagaan. Perubahan kelembagaan terjadi karena evolusi undang-undang dan sifatnya dipaksakan. Oleh karena itu kelembagaan penyuluhan pertanian sudah tidak eksis. Namun, sejauh ini masyarakat masih tetap mendapatkan dampak baik dari kegiatan penyuluhan karena perubahan kelembagaan tidak mengurangi kinerja penyuluh di masyarakat. Hanya saja penyuluh belum intensif karena jumlahnya sangat minim. Hal ini diatasi oleh penyuluh dengan membuat prioritas saat melakukan penyuluhan.

<p>Skillful and efficient human resource is one of the most important tools for reaching the organizational targets and it is almost impossible to reach the predetermined goals and success without having skillful human resources. Therefore, having a study on the personnel’s job satisfaction is recommended for all of the organizations. Since the health organizations are among the most important organizations of any country, paying attention to the nurses’ job satisfaction as the main providers of the health care services gets very important. In fact, their attempts guarantee the efficient human resources’ health in the society. Understanding the Iranian nurses’ experiences of their job satisfaction. The present paper studies the implicit and explicit aspects of the clinical nurses’ job satisfaction. The needed information is collected via interviews, and then the participants’ contextual data is analyzed by the qualitative content analysis. The research results introduce the altruism as the foundation for the nurses’ job satisfaction. Altruism is composed of three categories of the patient advocacy, spiritual job satisfaction, and professional commitment. Altruism has made the nurses deliver the required health cares to the patients with all their love, while their profession has many difficulties. Job satisfaction resulted from altruism is experienced as a pleasant feeling along with enjoyment resulted from addressing the needs of a patient who looks forward to the nurse’s advocacy. According to this kind of job satisfaction, the nurse’s professional commitment is to advocate for the patient. Also, the research results show that spirituality is the inseparable component of altruism and it has a vital role in the nurses’ job satisfaction. The spirituality helps the nurses to deliver targeted acts and interventions.</p>

This study ains to find out about the implementation of health development in the Southern Kayan District, Malinau District. The type of this research is descriptive and analyzed by using qualitative method, data analysis using interactive model data analysis technique. The results showed that the implementation of health development in Kecamatan Kayan Selatan Malinau District has shown significant progress but has not achieved what is expected and still seems slow. It is seen from the facilities and infrastructure of health has not been adequate and has not reached the standards and the lack of health personnel located in the hinterlands, so that health services to the community has not run optimally.Keywords: Development, Health, Human Resources,

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of interpersonal communication head of Human Resources Agency of Bengkulu Province. Research is designed as a qualitative research and uses descriptive data exposure. This data analysis technique is the step taken by researchers to interpret or provide meaning to the data that has been collected. The results of research In implementing interpersonal communication conducted by the head of the agency, it is seen that the effectiveness of communication is characterized by the openness in the implementation of activities, the attitude of supporting employees to improve performance, always trying to have a positive attitude towards all employees and equality in the execution of duties. Because in our daily life in communicating interpesaonal is the basis to be able to communicate, where interpersonal communication can not be separated in the process of our daily life.  Keywords: Effectiveness, Communication, Interpesonal

Since it was established in 2003 until 2014, the “MP” bank had never provided its human resources development training. As a result, it decreased its employees’ performance which ultimately gave a bad impact on the bank. This was a serious concern for the management in 2015. This study aimed to determine and analyze the impact of knowledge management variables consisting of socialization, externalization, combination, and Internalisation on the employees performance indirectly through their competence. The path analysis was used to determine the indirect impact of knowledge management on the wmployess’ performance, with the  samples of 140 people. The data analysis and hypothesis testing proved that knowledge management had significant effect on the employees performance indirectly through the employees competence. The R-square of socialization, externalization, combination, and internalisation of the employees competence were 70.5%; and the R-square of competence variable to the performance was 52%. This showed that knowledge management played an important role in improving the employees performance through their competence. It implies that the bank needs to provide in-house training for its employees resource development because only relying on the quality the employees get from the college was not enough

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 dan mengetahui dampak pelaksanaannya terhadap pembentukan budaya mutu di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), pengendalian pembelajaran dan sarana prasarana di SMKN 2 Wonosari dan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang dipakai meliputi wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan angket. Subjek penelitian untuk instrumen wawancara dan studi dokumentasi adalah pengelola SMM ISO 9001:2008 yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah manajemen mutu, pengelola unit kerja SDM, kurikulum, dan sarana prasarana. Data yang digali menggunakan angket berasal dari guru, sedangkan observasi digunakan untuk mengamati keadaan yang terjadi pada implementasi dan dampak budaya mutu yang ditimbulkannya. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:1) pelaksanaan SMM ISO 9001:2008 telah memenuhi persyaratan yang ditentukan; dan 2) pelaksanaan SMM ISO 9001:2008terbukti membentuk budaya mutu karena telah teridentifikasi sembilan indikator budaya mutu. The sample selection method in this study was the purposivesampling method. The data collecting techniques included interviews, documentation study, observations, and questionnaires. The subjects for the interviews and document study were the managerial personnel of SMM ISO 9001:2008, consisting of principals, vice principals in charge of the quality management, and the managerial personnel of the sections of the Human Resources, Curriculum, and Infrastructure Facilities. The data collected through questionnaires were from the teacher sample, and observations were carried out to observe the conditions related to the implementation and the impact on the resulting quality culture. The data analysis in the study was the qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study are as follows. 1) In terms of the implementation of SMM ISO9001:2008 it has fulfilled requirements; and 2)The implementation proves to have formed the quality culture because nine indicators of the quality culture can be identified.

<p>Introduction: Library collection development is a routine activity and must be carried out by all libraries. Even though it has become a routine activity, it is not uncommon for this activity to become difficult to do, as was the case with the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo Library which experienced difficulties in developing the Reyog Corner collection, a corner or reading corner containing various collections containing about Reyog and Ponorogo Regency. This study aims to determine the strategy carried out by the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo Library in developing a collection for that corner. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in conducting research. Results and Discussion: Based on data analysis and studies conducted, the authors found the results if the obstacles faced in developing collections for Reyog Corner were the lack of library materials containing the study/theme. However, various efforts were made to develop Reyog Corner, including establishing contacts with local governments, direct searches for authors, and independent searches based on subjects through various online shops. Conclusion: The results of this study are expected to be a reference for readers in developing collections in workplace libraries and private libraries, especially collections that have a certain uniqueness.</p>
