The period of the first 1000 days is often called the window of opportunities or often called the golden period which is a determinant of the quality of health in the next lifetime. Unfortunately, in every 1000 HPK there are various health problems that affect the health of the baby, which one of the problem is stunting. Stunting is a malnutrition condition related to insufficient nutrition. One of the factors in the occurrence of stunting is due to risky pregnancies such as pregnancy at a young age, a lack of knowledge of mothers about health and nutrition before and during pregnancy, and after giving birth. Community service efforts were carried out in Mayangrejo, Kalitidu, Bojonegoro to reduce the incidence of stunting. Community service is carried out in the form of implementing educational activities and socializing adolescent reproductive health to 11 and 12 grade students of Al-Aly Islamic High School, Mayangrejo, Kalitidu so that they can be responsible for their reproductive health and their future. This community service activity is expected to increase the knowledge and understanding of adolescents related to reproductive health and the impact of marriage and pregnancy at too young age so that it can reduce the prevalence rate of stunting toddlers in Mayangrejo.

Based on the analysis of the AIDS Commission (KPA) in West Bandung District until July 2019, there were 379 cases of HIV/AIDS with 56 new cases. As many as 53% are involved in free sexual relations, while 52% occur at the age of 21-29 years and 33% are found in the sexual or gay community which also triggers HIV/AIDS transmission and becomes the second largest after heterosexuality. To achieve success, a three zero program needs to be innovative and continuous to increase knowledge about HIV/AIDS in adolescents through counseling to prevent the spread of infection early on. The movement of 1000 Millennial Youth Caring PLWHA is expected to be able to introduce and publish Youth Reproductive Health to prevent sexual freedom that can prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS transmission because adolescent behavior is influenced by their knowledge and attitude regarding reproductive health and HIV / AIDS. The target of this movement is high school teenagers in West Bandung District. The first activity was carried out at MA Al-Mukhtariyah Mande KBB. The activity was carried out in the form of counseling using PowerPoint media, leaflets and videos. Reproductive health and adolescent understanding of the dangers of free sex and sexually transmitted diseases in Indonesia is still low, this can be seen from the many cases of pregnancy outside of marriage, dating violence and abortion with high-risk drugs. Adolescent's understanding of reproductive health is a provision for adolescents to behave in a healthy and responsible manner. Not all adolescents have received sufficient and correct information about reproductive health. Street children are a group of children who are on the side of the road or on the road, who carry out activities in the hope of earning money for life. Knowledge and attitudes towards personal hygiene of reproductive organs are also poor in terms of research results. Therefore they need to be given counseling, guidance and support, so that healthy growth and development can occur so that one day these teenagers will become healthy adults physically, spiritually and socially through the formation of health cadres. This community service is carried out on street teenagers in the Community Caring for Children (KOPA) Medan Maimun. Medan city. The methods used in this activity are: 1. Health education with material on adolescent reproductive health, the dangers of free sex behavior and sexually transmitted diseases; 2. Cadre training; 3. Assistance of cadres in conducting counseling to peers (peer group). 4. Evaluation of the success of the program: post-test for outreach cadres and youth participants. The data analysis used was univariate. The number of respondents 25 people. The results showed that the majority of the Padang ethnic group (76%), junior high school education (54%), father and mother still (father 80% and mother 92%), education of 80% high school parents. The results of the questionnaire on knowledge were still there (44%) street children had not answered questions about the symptoms of HIV/AIDS. Symptoms of HIV/AIDS include fever, night sweats, continuous diarrhea, fatigue, and persistent coughing and weight loss. They also have not all answered correctly on the question of gangrene is a type of sexually transmitted infection (24%), mode of transmission of sexually transmitted diseases (20%); and HIV/AIDS can cause death (20%). This is because young children have never received this information either at school or from their parents. Researchers suggest that the KOPA manager should actively cooperate with the nearest PUSKESMAS to provide information about the dangers of free sex and sexually transmitted diseases.

This brief is based on a background paper prepared for the WHO/UNFPA/Population Council Technical Consultation on Married Adolescents, held in Geneva, Switzerland, December 9–12, 2003. The final paper is entitled “Including married adolescents in adolescent reproductive health and HIV/AIDS policy.” The consultation brought together experts from the United Nations, donors, and nongovernmental agencies to consider the evidence regarding married adolescent girls’ reproductive health, vulnerability to HIV infection, social and economic disadvantage, and rights. The relationships to major policy initiatives—including safe motherhood, HIV, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, and reproductive rights—were explored, and emerging findings from the still relatively rare programs that are directed at this population were discussed. Married adolescent girls are outside the conventionally defined research interests, policy diagnosis, and basic interventions that have underpinned adolescent reproductive health programming and many HIV/AIDS prevention activities. They are an isolated, often numerically large, and extremely vulnerable segment of the population, largely untouched by current intervention strategies. As stated in this brief, promoting later marriage, to at least age 18, and shoring up protection options within marriage may be essential means of stemming the epidemic.
