Fishing on the Sergipe State coast is usually daily but depends on the tide. The main fishing landing port of the municipality of Aracaju is the Aracaju Fishing Terminal (T.P. Aracaju), located in the city center and responsible for 85% of the fishing landings. Data on fishing landings are essential tools for fisheries management, including caught species, fleet size, fishing gear and marketing. Therefore, this study’s aim was to analyze the data collected in the monitoring years from 2010 until 2016 at the T.P. Aracaju observing the developments of fish landings. The Fisheries Landings Monitoring Project - PMPDP specifically monitored and recorded the data at the Terminal Pesqueiro de Aracaju. The results showed that during the monitoring years the landings of fish from 92 vessels, locally called “lancha”, were recorded, of which 50 vessels originated from T.P. Aracaju and the other 42 vessels from other municipalities of Sergipe and other states of Brazil. The total annual production of landed fish was 426t in 2010, 567t in 2011, 504t in 2012, 761t in 2013, 910t in 2014, 822 in 2015 and 737 in 2016. Annual revenue ranged from BRL 2,985,582.00 in 2010 to BRL 8,225,128.7 in 2016, demonstrating that the sale of fish varied little in the years monitored. The work’s results show the real production landed in T.P. Aracaju, on which public policies of fisheries management in the state of Sergipe are based.

Palavras-Chave: Juventudes, Território, Juvenicídio, Urbicídio THE TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN: Urbicide and Youthicide in Brasilian Reality.Abstract: The present article discuss two apparently distinct phenomena, Urbicide and Youthicide, as expressions of the structural crisis of capital, which is aggravated in Brazil and in the other dependent countries in the present conjuncture. The city is the stage of a neoliberal model that segregates the  working class, without right to the city  and  the social services. The youth, even if legally recognized as subject of rights, are victims of the absence of social policies, mainly in the peripheries, territories violated by the Criminal State. The public policies e promote limited actions focused on the recruitment of young people in the labor market disassociated with public policies of basic social protection, increasingly precarized. However, youths, full of potentialities, can carry out resistance movements to this project which excludes, imprisons and kills. Keywords: Youth,Territory,Youthcide, Urbicide

To better understand, on the one hand, the remarkable and largely commendable transformation that Singapore has undergone over the last century and, on the other hand, its vulnerability, answers should be sought to the following two questions. Does not the relentless overhaul of Singaporean living space, nearly always considered as a fait accompli, yet always subject to being revised by the state, lead to territorial alienation among the city state’s citizens and permanent residents? Just as classical Athens and even classical Rome came to depend on a constant and everincreasing supply of foreign labour, Singapore has reached a point where its dependence on a modern and imported form of lumpenproletariat has become apparently irreversible. Is this sustainable?

This article identifies and compares the housing preferences of seniors and pre-senior citizens in Poland. In addition, the attitude of residents of large cities in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship towards senior citizens’ housing was determined. Surveys were conducted in the two largest cities of this region. The influence of the potential behaviors of this group of society on the development of housing was also examined. Results showed that differentiation of housing preferences was visible primarily when choosing the type of development and size of the dwelling. Seniors preferred smaller units in multi-family housing construction. Pre-senior citizens, on the other hand, were more likely to think about living in a single-family house. The location of a new dwelling was also important. Seniors, more often than people aged 50–59, chose a location in the city center. Pre-senior citizens, in contrast, more often decided to live in a rural area or outside the city center. Moreover, the attitude of seniors towards senior citizens’ housing is undecided, which may indicate that many people may change their housing preferences in the future and decide to move.

The article is devoted to the newspaper «Priishimye», published in 1913–1919 in the city of Petropavlovsk, Akmola region (the territory of Kazakhstan now). It was in this newspaper that the first publication of Vsevolod Ivanov took place (the poem “Winter”, 1915). In 1915– 1916, the newspaper published stories by Vsevolod Ivanov, Anton Sorokin, Kondraty Tupikov and other Siberian writers. The editor of the newspaper since 1914 was Leonid Stepanovich Ushakov (1886 – after 1957). There are published three of his letters to Kondrati Nikiforovich Urmanov (real family Tupikov; 1894–1976), stored in the City Center for the History of the Novosibirsk Book named after N. P. Litvinov (Novosibirsk). The letters were written and sent to the writer in 1957. After the 1920s – early 1930s, Ushakov was not associated with the world of literature; he worked in the system of the State Planning Committee of the USSR and dealt with issues of economy and national economy. The letters to Urmanov contain valuable information about the literary life of Siberia at the beginning of the 20 th century, as well as about the biography and personality of L. S. Ushakov.

The objectives of this study are to examine the main issue that provoke social movement of fishermen in West Sumatra, to identify the related actors, and to analyze the advocacy strategy carried out by fishermen. This research was conducted in July 2019 and took place in two locations, namely the City of Padang and West Pasaman Regency. The study used qualitative approach. From this study, it is revealed that the main issue that provoke social movements in West Sumatra was the issue of Regulation No. 71 of 2016 by the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries related to the prohibition of certain fishing gear. This regulation prohibits the use of 4 mm mesh size of the net and the use of lamps in operating the liftnet which reaches up to 25-30 thousand watts of power. This regulation has created a huge burden to fisherman’s work. The Other issue that is also triggering the movement was the arrestment of 6 fishing boats on June 11, 2016. Meanwhile, the main actors who are directly related to this movement are fishermen who are using liftnet (bagan). These actors can be divided into two main categories, namely movers and "participants". The main tactic used in social movements was demonstration.

The City of Uzice had 2490 inhabitants in mid 1862. Following the order of the state administration that every city must have an urban plan, firstly a Geodetic plan of the current state of the city center was made and based on it, in May 1863 the first urban plan proposal (author Emanuel Sefel) appeared. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, because of a large number of complaints of the population and of a short period time available to make changes to the plan sent the engineers Joseph Vesely and Joseph Klinar to Uzice so that they could assist. The second urban plan proposal was completed towards the end of 1863. The first urban plan of Uzice transformed the town, previously fully regulated by oriental principles, into a city organized according to European urban principles. The plan was effective from 1871 to 1891.

Abstract:This article describes the linguistic phenomena -from the lexicographical viewpoint- of the specialized language used by fishermen of the State of Sonora. By applying a questionnaire with more than 390 questions and by using the "words and things" method, the fishermen's vocabularies from eleven Sonora towns, deep sea ports and camps, are thoroughly explored and compared to each other in order to find the real extent and vitality of each of the "sea" words. Likewise, and with the same objectives, the list obtained is compared to other places in Mexico, America and Spain. The Sonora's patrimonial vocabulary can be glimpsed in the light of the contrasts between this vocabulary and the other forms used by fishermen around the immense Hispanic world. From the numerous denominations characteristic of the fishing activity, and since it's a sample, only nine focuses of attention are analyzed: the sea, meteorology, the stars, geomorphology, navigation and maneuvers, rigging, vessels and shipbuilding industry, nets, and trade.Key words: linguistic phenomena; fishermen; patrimonial vocabulary; fishing activity; Hispanic world.

This paper proposes a socio-cognitive approach to how people assess the different neighborhoods of a city. The main objective is to show that beyond the meanings associated with each neighborhood, the way in which residents relate to and evaluate their own neighborhood and the city center influence how residents perceive and assess the other remaining neighborhoods of the city. The assessment of one neighborhood cannot be analyzed separately from the other neighborhoods. Cognitive processes of assimilation, contrast, contagion, and non-contagion contribute to the conceptualization of a city’s neighborhoods from the two main emotional and symbolic anchorages of residents. However, the implementation of these processes is conditioned by the socio-spatial situation of the interviewees. In this regard, a field survey of 320 residents was conducted in different neighborhoods of Besançon (in France), and allows us to show that the geographical anchorages of a resident’s own neighborhood and the city center are systematically more positively assessed than the other neighborhoods. The more these geographical anchorages are appreciated, the more the other neighborhoods are also positively assessed. The fact that it is impossible for a city’s neighborhoods to be autonomous is discussed in this paper in terms of socio-cognitive constructions of urban segregations.

This research has been carried out on stairs 01 to samapai 30 july 2015 in wailiti urban village. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the use of two kinds of treatments, namely the Original Feed (squid) and artificial rubber (rubber ventil) with the difference of time of catching the number and yield of the fish by using the fishing gear (hand line) in the waters of Teluk maumere sikka. The method used in this research is an experimental method in which the researcher is directly involved in the operation of catching with the fishing gear (hand line) by catching each of the two factors namely first, using the original feed difference (squid) and artificial feed (rubber vents). While the second factor is the difference of arrest wktu (morning, afternoon, and night). Of the two treatments, the catches obtained in the hand-fishing line operation, ie, in the treatment and replication that used the original uma (squid), obtained by catching sebanayak 321 fish with an average of 107. While mengguanakan bait making ( rubber ventil) obtained the catch sebanayak 293 tails with an average of 97.67. From the result of hypothesis testing, it was found that Fatbel real level of 0.05 and 0.01 showed the real result or Fcount = 3,477> Ftabel> (0,05). Then reject H0 is received with H1 with significant result. So the influence of the bait on the catch. Then the next will be calculated manggunakan Test Differences Honest (BNJ). At the BNJ Test, the highest yield of the A3B1 treatment was obtained by using original feed (squid) at night time capture. The conclusion obtained from this research is the treatment of kmbinasi which gives the best catch is the treatment of kimbinasi A3B1 which is significantly different from the other combination treatment
