Employee performance is the level of success of employees in carrying out their duties. Factors that influence employee performance are training and discipline. Training is an activity prepared by management to improve the employees’ skills and abilities to produce high performance. Discipline is the awareness and availability of a person to obey all applicable rules and social norms. The employee’s performance decreases due to the poor discipline and inappropriate training programs. PT. Sany Toga Gemilang is engaged in the plastic industry. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by having interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regressions. The population is all employees (186 people). Slovin formula was used in determining the research sample, where 127 people were obtained as the study sample, while for testing the validity taken a sample of 30 people outside the study sample. The results showed that training and discipline simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance with a determinant coefficient of 0.767 or 76.7%, while the remaining 23.3% was not examined. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously and partially training and discipline have a significant effect on employee’s performance at PT. Sany Toga Gemilang.

The purpose of this research is to explain the analysis of the influence of work discipline and work motivation of Jambi employees (CV. Adeeva Construction Study) simultaneously and partially this type of research used in this research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables referred to in this study are variable X1 (Work Motivation), variable X2 (Work Discipline) and Y (Performance). The results of the study based on the results of multiple linear regressions proved that the variables of Performance, Discipline, and Motivation had a significant effect on Employee Performance (CV. Adeeva Construction Study). Based on the research results that are expected to be input, PT Adeeva should make performance performance a major part of the company so that the company's activities can run even better. And the need for motivation to all employees to work better in the future by giving rewards to employees who excel in order to motivate all employees to work better.

Abstract: This study aims to identify the effect of mutation, promotion and cultur-al organization towards employees’ performance of Religious Affairs Office in Banjarbaru City. The research method is quantitative method. There are 164 popu-lation and 116 samples. The analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that the variable mutations, promotion and cultural organization have partial and simultaneous influence on employees’ performance of Religious Affairs Office in Banjarbaru City. The dominant variable which affect on employees’ performance is promotion. Keywords: mutation, promotion, organizational culture, performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutasi, promosi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Banjarbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 164 dan sampel 116. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mutasi, promosi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Banjarbaru. Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai adalah promosi. Kata kunci: mutasi, promosi, budaya organisasi, kinerja

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine whether the professional competence and commitment affect the auditor's working motivation at the Inspectorate of North Aceh district. The research method in this study is causal research design with the auditors of Inspectorate of North Aceh district as samples. This study was conducted in 2011. Data used is primary data that were obtained from questionnaires and distributed directly to the auditors in North Aceh district Inspectorate. The data analyzed in this study were compiled from questionnaire respondents regarding the competence, commitment and motivation of professional auditors. The method of analysis in this study is a qualitative analysis method by testing the quality of the data and classical assumptions testing and then the data will analysis by multiple linear regressions with t-Test and F Test. The results showed that the competence does not give effect partially on Auditor’s working motivation in North Aceh District Inspectorate, while the profession 's commitment partially has an effect on working motivation to auditors in North Aceh District Inspectorate. Simultaneously, competence and professional commitment has an effect working motivation of auditors in North Aceh District Inspectorate.

Human resources management is one that is needed in the era of globalization. Every organizational goal always expects resources that are able to work effectively and so that the company can be achieved. Human Resources is a central factor in an organization. The research objective is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Kopitiam Cafe and Restaurant partially and simultaneously. Research method with associative method then using a quantitative descriptive approach. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: The more disciplined an employee is in working, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive . The more an employee is motivated to be enthusiastic about work, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive. The more disciplined an employee is in working and the more motivated an employee is to be enthusiastic at work when combined simultaneously, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

This study aims to test analyze and menginterpertasi; 1). the influence of competence on employee performance; 2). The effect of financial compensation on employee performance; 3).The influence of work discipline on employee performance 4). Influence of competence, financial compensation and work discipline to performance of Makassar First Class Navigation officer. The design in this research using quantitative research method dengang using survey method. The number of samples in this study were 71 people. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis technique which was analyzed with the help of SPSS 24 software. The conclusions of this study are: 1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance; 3). work discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Makassar First Class Navigation personnel.

The purpose of the study is to provide an overview and influence of the project method on the stimulation process of linguistic intelligence of children aged 4-5 years at the Bina Karsa Kindergarten in Lampung Province. The research method used is Action Research. Data collection techniques carried out through observation, interview stimulation of linguistic intelligence through project methods. Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques, namely, a complete description of the process of linguistic intelligence stimulation activities through project methods and quantitative descriptive, the results of the percentage of the effect of the project method on the success of linguistic intelligence stimulation with stages through Cycle 1, Cycle 2 and so on. Samples selected by children aged 4-5 years at Bina Karsa Kindergarten. Sampling through interviews with teachers and direct observation. Linguistic intelligence is the intelligence of language intelligence in processing words or the ability to use words effectively both verbally and in writing. Project method is a project method is one method used to train children's ability to solve problems experienced by children in everyday life. Based on the pre-research results, it can be concluded that stimulation of linguistic intelligence through the activities and use of media in accordance with the activities of linguistic intelligence stimulation, and the method often used is the method of storytelling and play. The method of storytelling is not enough in the stimulation process, a trial using the project method is carried out.

The purpose of this study is to probe the differences between the main triggers to revisit intention (RI) and word of mouth (WOM) intention of the Chinese Restaurants´ consumers. The research method is quantitative; 525 consumers were surveyed in Tijuana. Ten indicators of the consumer behavioural intention were included to carried out multiple linear regressions. It was found that empathy, food taste and physical environment are related to both, but with different levels of importance and effect. Nevertheless, price ratio, and time to receive the food have a statistically relationship with RI and food aroma and time to receive the restaurant bill are significant just to the WOM.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Role of Regional Government Towards the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 Regarding Drug Prevention and Prevention in the District of Maritengngae Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors of the Role of Regional Government Towards the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 Regarding Drug Prevention and Prevention In the District of Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.The population in this study was the whole of the maritengae sub-district community, amounting to 49,556 souls. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with a result of 100, taken based on the Probability sampling technique, more precisely Random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and documentation.Based on the results of the questionnaire on the Role of Regional Government Towards the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning Drug Prevention and Prevention in the District of Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The role of the regional government obtained an average percentage of 47.68% included in the category of "Good Enough". Implementation of regional regulations averaged a percentage of 39.7% and was in the "Poor" category. Internal factors that influence the role of local governments are on average a percentage of 31% and are in the "Poor" category. External factors have an average percentage of 50.6% and are in the "Good Enough" category.
