This study was aimed to determine the effect of library stewardship on students’ reading interest in the 2018/2019 academic year at IAKN Tarutung. After conducting randomly sampling, there were 41 students involving as participants in this study. Reading interest is a tendency to read continuously for having desires or interests. Data was collected by a closed questionnaire consisting of 30 items compiled by researchers based on variable indicators according to expert panels. The Instrument has validity and reliability which has tested. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the effect of library stewardship on the students’ visit to the library of IAKN Tarutung. With ANOVA or F test, F can be calculated is 22.778 with a significant level of 0.000b 0.005. Due to the probability (0.000) is smaller than 0.05, it means that there is a positive and significant influence between library stewardship and students’ visit level.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penatalayanan perpustakaan terhadap minat baca mahasiswa semester IV tahun ajaran 2018/2019 di IAKN Tarutung. Dengan hipotesis terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara penatalayanan perpustakaan dengan minat baca (sama dengan tingkat kunjungan) mahasiswa semester IV tahun ajaran 2018/2019 di IAKN Tarutung. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 207 orang dan sampel berjumlah 41 orang. Minat baca merupakan suatu kecenderungan kepemilikan keinginan atau ketertarikan yang kuat dan disertai usaha-usaha yang terus menerus pada diri seseorang terhadap kegiatan membaca yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus dan diikuti dengan rasa senang dan tanpa paksaan, atas kemauananya sendiri atau dorongan dari luar sehingga seseorang tersebut mengerti atau memahami apa yang dibacanya. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup sebanyak 30 item yang disusun peneliti berdasarkan indikator variabel sesuai dengan teori ahli. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan kepada 41 mahasiswa yang bukan responden penelitian, dan telah diuji validitas dan reablitasnya. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengaruh penatalayanan perpustakaan terhadap tingkat kunjungan mahasiswa semester IV tahun ajaran 2018/2019 di IAKN Tarutung. Dengan uji Anava atau F test, dapat F dihitung adalah 22,778 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000b0,005. Karena probabilitas (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Penatalayanan Perpustakaan dengan tingkat kunjungan.Keywords: Stewardship; students’ visit level; library

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>ABSTRACT</span></p><p><span>This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control on the intention to buy halal cosmetic products on Muslim students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. For testing the instrument using a test of validity and reliability. As for the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression methods, because the variables used are more than two variables, with the F test and t test. The results of the study showed that the religiosity variable (X1) did not significantly influence the intention to buy halal cosmetics, this was indicated by the significance value&gt;α(0.24)&gt;0.05) attitude (X2) had no significant effect on the intention to buy halal cosmetics, this is shown from the significance value&gt;α(0.509&gt;0.05), subjective norm (X3) does not affect the intention to buy halal cosmetics, this is indicated from the significance value&gt;α(0,250&gt;0.05), behavioral control (X4) influences on the interest in buying halal cosmetics, this is indicated by the significance value&lt;α(0,000&lt;0.05). Simultaneously the influence of religiosity, attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the intention to buy halal cosmetic products at the Faculty of Economics and Business Ahmad Dahlan University has a significant effect on the intention to buy halal cosmetics (Y). The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion on:1) Customer Purchase Decisions  at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 2) Purchasing Intention at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 3)Buying Interest on Customer Purchasing Decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende, and 4)Promotion on Customer Decisions mediated by Buying Interest at Roxy Swalayan Ende. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. the samples in this study were customers who shop at Roxy Swalayan Ende amounting to 50 people. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis performed using Path Analysis. The data were collected using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Path analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that: 1)promotion has positive and significance influence on Customer Purchase Decisions with a beta Value of 0,469, 2) promotion has positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Roxy Swalayan with beta value of 0,582, 3)purchase intention has positive and significant influence on Customer purchasing decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende with beta value of 0,438, 4) promotion has positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest has a beta value of 0,254

Abstract - The research aim was to determine the positive and significant effect between the use of audiovisual media on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education of tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Pahae Julu, North Tapanuli Regency in Academic Year 2018/2019. The research used quantitative descriptive methods. The result of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the use of audiovisual media on the learning motivation on tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Pahae Julu, North Tapanuli Regency in academic year 2018/2019 with a determination coefficient of r2 was 39,56% and significant influence of Fcount=26,13Ftable=4,08, then H0 was rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords: Audiovisual Media, Learning Motivation.

Learning vocabulary is the important aspect for the students when they are studying English. The students need fresh method to make them enjoy in learning process. The teacher should be able to deliver the material well. Using media appropriately is also needed for teachers. The objectives of this research are to know whether English song can improve the students’ vocabulary at the second semester of English education study program in University of Muhammadiyah Metro, to reveal whether English song English song influence the students’ motivation at the second semester of English education study program in learning process, to portray how much English song influence the students’ vocabulary mastery and students’ motivation at the second semester of English education study program in academic year 2015/2016The population in this research is 40 students. It is consist 2 classes and each class consists of 20 students..The result of the data analysis proved that the value of t-test (tobs is 8,742 and ttable is 2,021). It means that tobs is higher than ttable(8,742>2,021). Based on the criteria for testing hypothesis was if the value of t obtained is higher than t table at significant level 0,05 the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and hypothesis alternative (HI) is accepted. After viewing the result of One Sample t-test, the writer came to conclusion that “there was significant Influence of English Song Toward Students’ Vocabulary Mastery and students’ motivation at the second semester of English education Study Program in the Muhammadiyah University of Metro Academic Year 2015/2016”. Key words: English song, Students’ Motivation, Vocabulary Mastery.

The objective of this study is to measure whether there is a significant influence of self-regulated learning (based on the theory of Barry J Zimmerman and Timothy Cleary) on the English achievement of the students in the first grade of MA Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo in Academic Year 2018/2019. This research applies an ex-post facto design, which uses questionnaires and documentation as the data collection technique. The data were analyzed through a simple linear regression formula by using SPSS 23.00 for windows. The finding showsa significant influence on self-regulated learning on the students' English learning achievement. The value of the F-test proved it was higher than F-table. F-test 41.615 >F-table 3.19. The significance value was 0.000, which was lower than 0.05, and the equational regression model was Y=81.551 + 0.145X.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari self-regulated learning (berdasarkan teori Barry J Zimmerman and Timothy  Cleary) terhadap prestasi Bahasa Inggris siswa MA Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex-post facto, dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas 1, dan sample sebanyak 148 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Proportion-version Cochran. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner dan mengumpulkan dokumentasi nailai raport, yang kemudian dianalisa dengan rumus regresi linear menggunakan SPSS 23.00 windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari self-regulated learning terhadap prestasi Bahasa Inggris siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F-test 41.615, yang lebih tinggi daripada F-table 3.19. Nilai signifikansinya adalah 0.000, yaitu lebih rendah dari 0.05; dan persamaan model regresinya adalah Y=81.551 + 0.145X.

Regional Secretariat (Regional Secretariat) both institutionally and functionally occupies a strategic position as the center of organizational and management activities in the region. Personally, the employees are a group of individuals who possess specialists and competencies that are bound by the structure in carrying out such complex tasks and functions; The dynamics of organizational development and government management shows the level of development is increasingly oriented towards the use of information technology. The problem of this research starts from the effectiveness of the Regional Secretariat organization in carrying out its function as a staff organization. The results of data analysis, Organizational Structure has a correlation (r) of 0.842 to Organizational Effectiveness. The Effect of Organizational Structure on Organizational Effectiveness is 70.8%. F Test Results, simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Organizational Structure on Organizational Effectiveness in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. Partially, the Complexity Dimension (X1), Formalization Dimension (X2) and Centralization Dimension (X3) have a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness (Y) in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. The conclusion of this study is that organizational structure simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Effectiveness and Partially, Complexity X1, Formalization X2, Centralization X3 has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency

This research raises the title of influence of Islamic leadership and the Islamic work motivation on the performance of BMT (Made) employees in Demak District. One of the obstacle which doesn’t make any advanced and the developed of BMT is the low performance of employees. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of Islamic leadership and the motivation of Islamic work on the performance of employees either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees? This study aims to find out how much influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation and to know the most dominant influence between Islamic leadership and the work motivation on the performance of employees BMT Made in Demak District. This type of this research is field research by using quantitative methods. The population in the study there are 34 employees, who sampled 28 employees consisting of main employees and sub branch employees. The test used in analyzing the data (questionnaire) is a test of validity and reliability, and statistical tests that include; classical assumption test, F test and T test. The result of regression equation test is Y = 4.510 + 0.076 X1 + 0.679 X2, this means that employee’s performance variable get influence from Islamic leadership variable and work motivation with value equal to 0,079 and 0,679 every employee performance variable have 1 score increase. While for Islamic leadership T test obtained value of 0.533 2.060. This means that Islamic leadership variables do not have a significant influence and employee motivation partially have an influence on performance variable of BMT employees. F - test obtained value equal to 18.782, while F table 3,385, because F count > F table then simultaneous test or jointly variable of Islamic leadership and work motivation of Islam have influence to performance of BMT Made employee. Among the two independent variables that are most dominant in influencing employee performance variables is the Islamic work motivation with a value of 5.415. To improve employee performance, managers are expected to improve intensive communication with the employees and provide an opportunity to convey what the wishes and expectations of the employee are. On the other hand, managers must also open themselves to accept criticism or input that is constructive in order to improve the institution.
